Best venue in the Chicagoland area

Eagle Brook is the best venue to host an exceptional reception in the Chicagoland area! We worked with Sabrina who was a fantastic coordinator and helped with all the little details — from the detailed timeline, to the floor plan to everything in between. We loved the layout of the reception as well with the cocktail room, ballroom and outdoor terrace where guests could mingle throughout. The food was fantastic as well from the hors d’oeuvres, main entrees to the cake — our guests raved about it all. Thank you to Sabrina and the whole Eagle Brook team that made our wedding day stress-free and the best party ever!

The Best Day!

We had our wedding at Eagle Brook Country Club and absolutely loved working with Sabrina as our wedding coordinator! She was so easy to work with and truly helped bring our vision to life. I really appreciated everything she did to make our day so special. From all the emails we exchanged to the meetings we had leading up to the big day. Sabrina was on top of every detail and made the entire planning process feel smooth and manageable. She was kind, organized, and genuinely cared about making our wedding everything we hoped for. We are forever grateful for her support and guidance. Highly recommend working with Sabrina and the team at Eagle Brook!

The Best Day and Venue!

Eagle Brook was an AMAZING venue!!! Madison was such a joy to work with, and we truly could not have done this without her! They were so accommodating to our Polish traditions that we wanted to include in our wedding, and Madison was so professional and prepared for anything throughout this whole experience!! She made sure that everything went as smooth as possible, navigating and working with our vendors, and even working with our families, and we are so lucky to have been to have her on our team! The food was delicious, and the space was perfect for our size. Our guests gave us many many compliments on the venue and had a great time! Truly a wonderful experience and I could not recommend Eagle Brook more!

So Great!!

We had a casual party - and they were phenomenal to work with. They were so laid back with all of our last minute changes, and always responded immediately to questions. They were pleasant, reliable, and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend.

Great venue!!

We just had our wedding reception at Eagle Brook last week, and we have nothing but great things to say! The venue is absolutely gorgeous for photos and incredibly spacious for all of our guests. The staff is beyond respectful and the food is amazing! Special shoutout to Sabrina who helped us plan our special day every step of the way! She is amazing and always helped answer any questions we had. We are forever thankful to Eagle Brook for such a special wedding night!

Best Day Ever, 5 Stars, Highly Recommend

My husband and I got married here a week ago. Our wedding weekend was everything we could have dreamed of, we have had multiple wedding guests say it was literally the best wedding they have ever attended, I think at least 50% of the wedding attendees cried happy tears at some point during the day, and we are not over how magical the entire wedding day felt. The venue was gorgeous, all the staff was wonderful, the atmosphere getting ready and leading up to the ceremony was everything we wanted (I got ready at the venue), and THE FOOD (including the cake from Sweet Temptations who they partner with) was so so good. We worked with Sabrina who was our day of coordinator and planner leading up to the event and she was not only lovely and professional but also very detail oriented.

The venue is so pretty we had minimal additional décor and everything looked great, there are great spots for photos close to the ceremony site and using golf carts, highly recommend a fall wedding and doing golden hour photos while the sun is setting!

Wedding of our DREAMS!!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue than Eagle Brook Country Club! From the very beginning, the team was incredibly organized, helpful, and professional, even with the changes in coordinators during the process. Sabrina stepped in seamlessly and made everything flow smoothly. She helped us create a detailed timeline and went above and beyond to assist with both setup and teardown, making sure the day was completely stress-free.

The food was just as amazing as it was during our tasting, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The venue itself was absolutely stunning—the ceremony site was beautiful, and the reception setup was just perfect. One of the best features was the layout, which included a separate cocktail area, a gorgeous ballroom, and an outdoor patio that our guests loved. It really added to the overall experience and gave everyone different spaces to enjoy throughout the night.

We are so grateful to Sabrina and the entire team at Eagle Brook for making our day so special. They truly made the entire process a breeze and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish!

Exceptional experience at Eagle Brook Country Club!

My daughter got married June 16 at Eagle Brook Country Club. Our experience from the first time we walked into the venue for a tour to the very last minute of the reception was amazing. Our coordinator, Sue O’Sullivan was so wonderful. She was extremely organized and attentive to every detail. She was always available to respond to our texts, calls, or emails and made sure we were comfortable with all of our decisions and choices leading up to the wedding. She even met me the morning after to pick up our leftover decorations. Our guests raved about the beautiful ceremony and reception spaces as well as the delicious food. Brandon and his team of bartenders and waitstaff were great! They made our guest feel very welcome and attended to our needs during the entire reception. I highly recommend Eagle Brook Country Club for your wedding ceremony and reception. And be sure to ask for Sue-she is the best!!

We love Eagle Brook!

We had such an amazing wedding at Eagle Brook and we could not have picked a better venue!!

We are SO thankful to the staff for making it the most perfect day. Melissa and Taylor were awesome to work with and made our wedding planning process go very smoothly. Melissa was a big help in the start of planning and Taylor helped pull all of the details together. Taylor was a wonderful help to ensure everything was perfect leading up to the wedding and we loved how hands on she was the day of our wedding.

Eagle Brook is beautiful and the golf course is absolutely stunning. The patio and large windows give the best backdrop. We loved Eagle Brook for the elaborate wedding packages. Having the food, drinks, cake, linens, chairs, etc. included in the package was a big win. Our wedding planning process felt stress free because we had minimal additional vendors outside of Eagle Brook. The food was absolutely delicious. The appetizers during cocktail hour were delicious- we loved the grilled cheese and tomato soup and the coconut shrimp. The dinner meals were amazing and we were very impressed.

Our guests are still raving about our wedding being one of their most favorite wedding, and we have to thank Eagle Brook for that! We could not have imagined our big day any other way!

Beyond magical!

We just had our wedding at Eagle Brook and had the most incredible time!!! The servers, bartenders, chef and coordinator were beyond amazing and so helpful! We had Sue as our coordinator and she was amazing during the whole process! Our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve been too and said the food was phenomenal! My husband and I had the most magical time and wish we could relive it again :) highly recommend booking your wedding here!!!

Amazing Reception!

We had an absolutely amazing wedding reception at Eagle Brook last month!

Sue is the Private Events Coordinator. She was responsive to all my emails (even responding to me late into the night) and took care of all the behind the scenes work with all my vendors. Sue is a great asset to Eagle Brook's team and I am so glad I was able to work with her!

The banquet staff was awesome and so attentive to our guests. Tim and Brandon were especially great and made sure that my husband and I were well taken care of all night! Food was delicious!

The venue itself was stunning and it didn't really take much to shape it into our vision for our wedding. We were able to use the country club grounds to take our bridal party portraits and they even provided golf carts for us to use! Plenty of parking for guests and there's a bridal suite for the bridal party to use.

Beautiful Venue

Our wedding went so well because of Taylor and the staff at Eagle Brook. We had our ceremony and reception there and truly recommend it!! Taylor was so responsive leading up to the wedding and so easy to work with!! Then the day of she was SO helpful and calming. She set up our space exactly as we had talked about and made it look absolutely amazing. The ceremony space was beautiful! We also were able to use the course for photos and they turned out so well!!! The reception went great, the food was AMAZING! We had so many compliments from guests about the food, bar, and service. I was worried with having a 200 person wedding the food quality wouldn't be great, but it was honestly so good and tasted just like it did at our tasting!! I really recommend this venue, it made our wedding exceed our expectations.

Beautiful venue!

When looking for a venue, Eagle Brook was the first location I visited and should have been my last. Melissa is the most amazing person to work with at the venue. She made me feel so at ease about the process. The ballroom and foyer for cocktails are decorated so beautifully that it doesn’t take much to make it shine for your day. The food was fantastic and everyone raved to us about it. I’m very picky when it comes to how beef is cooked, and I have to say someone cooking 80 filets at the perfect temperature is a feat all on its own! The day of coordination was fabulous. They worked seamlessly with my vendors and I didn’t feel stressed through my special day. Would recommend them to anyone! Only issue I would say is that it is a private club and the not all of the members are a fan of having events like weddings. Some rude stares and things when we had to go through the restaurant to be able to walk down the aisle since the ceremony had to be moved indoors but most of the members were very kind and congratulatory. Just be prepared that you’re not always welcome by everyone.

Perfect wedding

It’s hard to make some posts short and sweet especially when it comes to the Eagle brook wedding venue. To start with we had an awesome event coordinator, Melissa who poked and prodded when needed but got things done prior to and during the wedding and she was awesome to work with and loved her sense of humor. The venue was absolutely wonderful and the wedding for our son and new daughter-in-law went extremely well without a hitch. Also Tim was available during the evening event and he was there until the end and made sure everything went on as planned and without disruption. DJ, bar and food were excellent and we’ve had numerous friends and relatives tell us what a wonderful time they all had and we couldn’t agree more. If you would like to use this venue I highly recommend it.

Outstanding Experience

I don't think most people can appreciate the amount of time and detail that is involved in wedding planning. I have never written a review online before,. As a travel agent who has done several destination weddings, I understand the wedding planning process. Here's what I would want to know if I were shopping for a venue locally.

The venue is beautiful, understated and elegant. My daughter's wedding was for 133 guests, and that was easily accommodated.

Melissa and her wedding staff were 100% top notch, and they were all we needed to pull this special day. The staff is beyond wonderful. 3 weeks prior to the wedding, we had a minute by minute itinerary, all without the assistance of an outside wedding planner. They put our wedding centerpieces together, which consisted of a few parts. We didn't need to have someone go in and put them together. If we wanted to make decorations, they were happy to hang them, or put them where ever they needed to go. They never told us "no, we can't do that".

The quality of the food is top notch. I had a beef filet at Eagle Brook a couple of days prior to the wedding, and it was excellent. I had a filet the day of the wedding also, and it was the same quality. Definitely unexpected.

My father wasn't able to walk easily, and they offered a free golf cart to him and anyone else that needed to walk to the outside wedding area. There were 3 golf carts lined up when we arrived the day of the wedding.
They were very concerned about his comfort, which meant the world to me. They never charged extra for anything that was up and above, like the golf carts. No hidden or little extra charges for things.

I had messed up the format for a slide show, which was to play during the wedding, and they fixed it 20 minutes before the wedding (because they had such a well rounded staff to handle that). Overall, it may seem like the venue is a little more on the pricey side, this is definitely one of those cases whereby you get what you pay for. Please consider them for your wedding. You truly won't be sorry.

Best Day Ever!!

Eagle Brook Country Club is an amazing venue for a wedding. My daughter was married there over the weekend. The ceremony was held inside which was intimate, not to mention the breathtaking view of the golf course. The cocktail hour and reception followed with delicious appetizers and a fantastic main course meal. The service from start to finish was outstanding. Everyone was kind, professional and very attentive. A+ to Eagle Brook Country Club.

Absolutely perfect from beginning to end!

Where do we begin?

Booking the venue/contract sighing: Amanda and Melissa let us view the venue a handful of times, with our families, and never once pushed us to book our date. They held the date we wanted, while answering all of our questions with grace. From the very first visit to Eagle Brook we felt welcomed and important - and that continued throughout the planning process.

Scheduling tasting: our tasting was amazing - and the food is TO DIE FOR and so creative! We (my husband, my parents and in-laws), all walked out of the tasting full - and RAVING over the food - & the food was just as good, if not better, the day of. My cousin told me it was "the best steak he ever had" after the wedding.

Setting up/tearing down wedding day: Eagle Brook allowed us to drop off our decorations early, and pick it up the next day. They had set up everything BEAUTIFULLY and had everything in the bridal suit packed up for us to pick up the next day. Truly just took the stress of this off of me, and it was every thing I envisioned. The attention to detail was amazing, Amanda and Melissa both put there heart and soul into the room to make my dreams come to life.

Amanda, Melissa and the rest of the Eagle Brook staff were absolutely amazing to work with. They truly went ABOVE and BEYOND in every aspect of wedding planning. They both made you feel like your wedding was the most important event they had. I always felt like we were top priority.

Amanda, is the sweetest gem there ever was. She answered my messages, almost immediately, every time I emailed/texted/called. She truly is a natural at what she does, and Eagle Brook is very lucky to have her. I felt like I had a friend helping me and she made sure I didn't stress about anything, she was truly my right hand girl from day one.

Eagle Brook - I never felt like there were any hidden fees - they were upfront about everything, and they made all of my wedding dreams come to life. If something wasn't part of there contract - they worked with you to make it part of it with upfront costs and fees and expectations.

I would recommend Eagle Brook to everyone and anyone. If you are looking for a beautiful venue and a stress free day - RUN to book! I couldn't thank all of the staff/venue enough for my perfect day!!

Excellent Venue!

Melissa and Amanda were absolutely amazing working through planning a wedding during a pandemic. I couldn't recommend this venue enough! Pictures on site turned out beautiful in our pictures and saved us so much time by doing pictures at the venue. Everyone raved about the food and how fun we all had, even during a pandemic. Amanda was my right hand woman and was great at calming any nerves and staying positive. Melissa was wonderful at making sure it all came together and getting a tent to have more people outside. Loved Eaglebrook!

Amazing Wedding! No Horror Stories

After months of searching for our wedding venue, we came across Eagle Brook. Everywhere we looked it was an ordinary looking venue for an extraordinary price. After meeting with Melissa and seeing the ballroom we were sure that this is where our wedding was going to be. Through out the wedding planning process we had heard so many horror stories of venues after signing contracts. Some venues would have hidden fee's, venues would not respond to any emails, terrible customer services and not helping couples with anything. Melissa was amazing from start to finish! She answered all our emails, texts and calls. Anytime of day, any kind of question, any concerns we had she would be extremely attentive and help us with everything. She was very upfront and honest about everything. Then there was Amanda, she took care of so many things before, during and after the wedding that we had never thought of. She was so sweet and accommodating. The day of the wedding she made sure that we didn't have to be in charge of anything stressful. She coordinated with our dj and photographer and organized it all flawlessly. Their staff made sure we didn't lift a finger and set up all the decorations we gave them and made sure every detail was in order. Amanda was also amazing about responding to any questions we had. Then there was the food! I usually hate the food at wedding venues, and usually don't look forward to the meal, but Eaglebrook proved me wrong. The food was as good as the day of the tasting. This place was amazing and gave us our perfect day. So thank you Melissa and Amanda and staff you guys are the reason we enjoyed our day stress free and can no say we never experience a venue horror story. Melissa and Amanda are the BEST!

Eagle Brook Country Club was an amazing venue for our wedding!
A lot of it had to do with the Events Director, Melissa and the Events Coordinator, Amanda. They were on top of everything and were super accommodating to all the different things that we wanted for our special day. Wedding planning is a stressful thing but they are the perfect dynamic duo to make everything come full circle. We will forever be grateful for them and the amazing experience we had before, during and after our wedding day!

Exceptional 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Eagle Brook Country Club is an outstanding place to hold both a wedding (my son had his wedding here in 2012) but also for a 50th Wedding Anniversary (2019). The venue is beautiful - with the golf course, and the patio. We had the firepits going on a beautiful September night. and our guests loved that they could dance but also relax and enjoy the night. The ballroom is spacious - my son had 400 guests - but also comfortable and inviting for our group of 100. However, the staff is what makes this venue outstanding. Melissa and Amanda were amazing. Amanda helped with suggestions and made all stress go away. She thought of and took care of everything including helping with centerpiece ideas and photo ideas. Amanda cared about the event as much as we did and was there on that night to ensure all was going smooth. The bartenders and waiters were so accommodating to our guests - and the food (we had the duet) was fabulous - I can't say enough about the food. We received so many compliments on the food and the staff and our DJ - and Amanda made the planning so easy. I Highly recommend Eagle Brook.

Amazing Experience with Eagle Brook

We had our June 29, 2019 wedding reception at Eagle Brook and could not be happier with our decision. Melissa and Amanda were amazing to work with and helped to make the planning process organized, stress-free and fun from the very beginning. The day of went perfect. The set-up, food, staff and service were exceptional and we are still getting compliments from our guests about how great everything was.

Happy Bride!

LOVED working with Amanda and Melissa and having our wedding at Eagle Brook. My husband and I had our wedding reception at Eagle Brook and could not be happier with how it turned out! We worked a lot with Amanda, and her energy and excitement for our wedding day made planning that much more fun. As plans changed at the last minute for a few of our guests, Amanda was incredibly flexible and calm about us moving people around so that no one sat by themselves. At many of the weddings my husband and I have been to for friends, we have found ourselves staying at the end of the night to help the family with clean up so that we can get everything out of the reception that night. Eagle Brook lets you leave stuff there that night and pick it up the next day, which made our wedding night SO much more relaxing. They also let you take pictures out on the golf course, which was really fun for us! Eagle Brook made the space look amazing and the day of, Amanda was there making sure that everything looked and was prepared the way we wanted it to be. All of the staff at Eagle Brook, from the bar tenders to the waiters, was incredibly kind to all of our guests, and we got so many compliments on how tasty dinner was! Amanda’s organization helped us to stay calm and just enjoy our special day! Highly recommend this beautiful venue

Amazing Wedding Reception for our Daughter

Our daughter had her wedding reception at Eagle Brook this past Saturday and the reception was absolutely perfect! Over the past 18 months Amanda and Melissa have been amazing at answering our continuous, numerous questions. On the day of the wedding Amanda ran around making sure every detail was perfect. Additionally, she led the bridal party and photographer out on the golf course in golf carts and showed them where to take the best pictures. The appetizers, entrees, gelato bar and all the food was fantastic. Most guests stayed until midnight and repeatedly thanked us for inviting them to the best wedding reception ever. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and our daughter’s reception exceeded all our expectations. Barbara and Craig Reynolds.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about Eagle Brook Country Club and the staff! To say our wedding was perfect would be an understatement. Melissa and Amanda were absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, they both went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. They were EXTREMELY helpful, professional, accommodating, responsive, the list goes on! Throughout the entire process, we felt like our wedding day was just as important to them as it was for us!! Planning a wedding can be very stressful but with the help of Melissa, she made everything absolutely perfect and made sure every detail was exactly what we wanted! I honestly could not have planned the day as perfectly without her help! We visited a lot of other venues and I could not be happier with our decision to go with Eagle Brook. The food, cocktails, layout/setup, staff, everything was topnotch and exactly what we ever dreamed our wedding would be!!!!

All of the staff did a fantastic job with everything on our wedding day, and Lindsay was amazing to work with leading up to the wedding. She was super helpful and answered every question we had quickly and thoroughly. The day after the wedding, they made it super quick and efficient to pick everything up. The renovations look amazing! To say our wedding day was perfect would be an understatement. From the very beginning the service that was provided by Eagle Brook was unreal. We signed our contract with Eagle Brook before the renovations were completed and were kept in the loop about all the new updates. The venue was perfect before, but the upgrades that were made to the ballroom are simply stunning. It is truly a high-end venue.

Lindsay Lange, event coordinator, was a dream. She was patient and understanding and took the time to answer all my questions. She was so helpful during the whole process and was easy to communicate with. It was also apparent that she had the support of the management throughout the planning process.

We chose to have our ceremony and our reception at Eagle Brook. The outdoor ceremony was gorgeous on the greens overlooking the golf course. Our cocktail hour was perfect on the terrace... and of course our reception was flawless. The servers and bartenders were professional and accommodating to our guests. The food was five-star. And once again, Lindsay was there to help with anything I needed. For example, one of our guests brought a date that he didn't RSVP for and Lindsay was quick to jump in and take care everything for me.

I could go on and on. Overall, I look back at our wedding and could not be more thrilled. It was more than I could have ever imagined and would recommend Eagle Brook to anyone and everyone.

We found everyone at Eagle Brook very helpful and easy to work with in planning our reception. We had some very specific ideas and requests that they worked with us and shared in making happen. Since there are so many vendors that must blend well to complete our day, it is nice to have some reassurance that you picked the best options. Lindsay was very patience and helped explain the process of planning her portion of the reception. Her suggestions were perfect. The chef at Eagle Brook was the BEST. Again, patient with us on food selection and in the end our guests gave very high compliments on the food. The location and setting was also perfect. While a little chilly in November the patio and golf course setting were wonderful.

Eagle Brook was the absolute perfect place for our reception! Margaret is the event coordinator and did everything and anything that we had requested. She was so accommodating and delivered on all of her promises. After a few months of stressing out due to a change in the management at Eagle Brook, I was worried I might have to find a new venue a few months before our wedding. Margaret and Cory (part of the new management) came in and reassured me that I was in the best hands and everything would be taken care of. It was such a relief to know that my wedding reception was taken care of from the smallest details to the biggest.
Walking into the dinning room before all of the guests brought tears to my husband and my eyes. It was unbelievably beautiful. Our guests continue to compliment us on our wedding.. and I know so much of that credit goes toward Eagle Brook.
I would absolutely recommend Eagle Brook to anyone in the Northwest chicago suburbs looking for a venue!

My husband and I toured countless wedding venues before meeting with Michelle at Eagle Brook, but once we did, our decision to book our reception there was extremely easy. We were impressed with the quality of service during our initial visit, throughout our engagement, during the reception, and even afterwards! Michelle and her team were always responsive and willing to do whatever it took to bring our ideas to life. Michelle the event coordinator was fantastic. Not only is the country club and grounds stunning, she was so friendly,helpful,and flexible. Michelle at Eaglebrook was SO helpful and make the planning process so enjoyable! Because my fiancé and I were engaged for 1.5 years I was able to attend 2 of the vendor events held at Eaglebrook which allowed me to taste test several of the foods and see the color combinations I was considering on a full table instead of just a color swatch. I consider myself to be very picky so I still needed a private taste testing but Michelle was more than willing to accommodate me! I wanted to do a lot of DIY things throughout the room, and Michelle went over the plan with me the week of the wedding to ensure that everything was set-up exactly how I envisioned it, and it was  They were very flexible as well. I requested to not have chair covers to save a few dollars per plate, but the wedding prior to ours broke several chairs. Michelle called me immediately and informed me that because of our large number of guests and the fact that not all chairs would be able to match she would provide chair covers for free if I wanted. The room was SO beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious and the night events went so smoothly! Thank you Eaglebrook!

I would highly recommend anyone to Eagle Brook Country Club for their wedding. I knew it was the place right from the start. Their banquet room is so much different for all of the places you go as a bride. The room has two walls of windows that looks out on to a beautiful golf course and terrace. Michelle and her team are truly experts in their field. A couple weeks before the wedding I sat down with Michelle and she went through a list of what I thought everything you could possibly think of. That was very reassuring to me because she addressed things that I didn't think of. Michelle is very flexible and laid back. I also applaud their food. I isn't your typical banquet meal, my guests also raved about the nacho bar. I sadly didn't get to it, especially hearing all the great comments. Another great feature about Eagle Brook is that you are the wedding there.

We got married at Eagle Brook Country Club at the end of June. Throughout the entire process of planning our wedding Sara (our first contact who is no longer with Eagle Brook) and Michelle were nothing less than accommodating. Any idea I saw on pinterest they were really to make happen. We had multiple tastings of the food they offer so that we could decide. *Everything was so delicious, it was not an easy decision. The staff at Eagle Brook took out the need for a Wedding Coordinator. Through the week prior to the wedding, they helped remind me of certain things to bring in and were able to provide anything that was needed. The few days prior to the wedding became very stressful and I am so thankful that I had Eagle Brook there to help me with anything that was needed. The entire night went great. They set up all of our "pinterest projects" exactly how and where we wanted them. Our food arrived quickly and was very warm and super delicious - we received so many compliments on how fantastic the food was. The uplighting and table linens, etc. that were provided looking amazing. The room had such an amazing and elegant feel that was so affordable. We also received many compliments on that as well.

Our ceremony was also held at Eagle Brook they provided a bin with ice for our water bottles, a unity sand table and chairs for our guests. Michelle was right there to help coordinate the ceremony to make sure everyone was seated and to help our bridal party and so on go down the aisle in a timely fashion.

We debated between another venue that didn't have any staff to help with your day. I am so thankful that I had Michelle and her team because they kept track of all of the special touches I wanted and the standard things that needed to be done. With so many things going on it was great to have a team of people there to double check that everything would get done. Definitely the best value by far and I couldn't have done it without them! THANK YOU!!!

The whole team at Eagle Brook were great to work with! Our main person, Michelle, was quick to respond to my numerous questions and her friendly demeanor made it easy to work with her. My husband and I appreciated Eagle Brook's willingness to adapt and modify the wedding package to meet our wishes as well as our budget. We enjoyed our tasting and were grateful to meet some other vendors in the area (I discovered my hair and make-up people at the event). It was also helpful to see the space decorated for a wedding so we could get a better idea of what it would look like the day of our wedding.
On the day of our event, the staff at Eagle Brook went above and beyond our expectations! The food came out quickly and was delicious! The gentleman in charge (I forgot his name) was extremely attentive to my husband and my needs, making sure we were fed and hydrated without being too pushy or in the way.

We went with the Eaglebrook and could not have been happier. We live out of state, so planning a wedding long distance isn't always easy. Michelle and Ricky are the coordinators we dealt with the most. From the planning process to our event date, they answered all of our questions and were outstanding people to work with! The staff at the Eaglebrook makes sure no detail is forgotten. They truely care about each and every event they host. Everything went off just like we planned. We received so many compliment about our wedding and how perfect our day was. We have the Eaglebrook to thank for that. Eaglebrook was wonderful! They helped us in every way possible. The service was excellent. We were able to do a taste testing at this venue with all other brides and grooms. The food was excellent! They were so promt with returning emails and phone calls. All of our questions were answered and we never had any concerns about our wedding. They were willing to work with us to make our day special and negociate prices. My day was peferct!

I have an AMAZING experience with Eagle Brook. The venue was stunning, the staff was incredibly competent and flexible and Michelle, the coordinator, was so helpful. She worked with us for months and took care of every question and worry. My day was perfect and stress free thanks to all of her help. She really had everything under control. Michelle and her entire staff were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The room looked amazing and the food was very good, nothing like your typical "banquet hall" food. The two bartenders were generous, quick, and friendly. We had 175 people and the two bartenders handled our group incredibly well.....nobody waited in line for a drink the entire evening. We took full advantage of the outdoor patio with the beautiful views of the golf course. Eagle Brook went above and beyond to make our wedding reception a huge success and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking to host a special event.

We got married at Eagle Brook Country Club a little over 2 weeks ago, and I am still in awe of how amazing it was! Everything was absolutely perfect and I have Michelle and Ashley to thank! No small details were overlooked and they made it such an easy process for us! We also got the "best food ever at a wedding" award from one of our guests. The staff was all very considerate and made my husband and me, as well as our guests feel very comfortable and relaxed. Staff was professional and took care of us (including the bridal party) at ALL times!! The food was the best meal we have ever eaten, and surpassed our guests expectations! As the bride, I did not have to worry about anything, because everything I had asked for plus more was already in place. If I wanted anything changed, there were no questions asked, and it was done immediately - they even added an extra table during the receiving line for our gifts, with disturbing the bridal party or guests.
We honestly were treated like royalty, from the bride and groom to all of our guests. I would highly recommend Eagle Brook Country Club for your wedding or wedding reception, it truly was a dream come true!

Eagle Brook provided the most wonderful venue for my daughter's wedding reception. The staff was attentive and helpful through the whole process from the time we signed the contract until the conclusion of the reception. Everything was absolutely beautiful and the food was out of this world. We have had everybody compliment us on how great everything was. I highly recommend Eagle Brook and their staff and would gladly work with them again.

Eagle Brook CC was amazing to work w/ from the beginning. They were very helpful and flexible in making our day just how we imagined. Our guests all had an amazing time and didn't stop commenting on how beautifully everything was set up and and how delicious the food was. (We recommend the filet :) ) The staff were nothing but accommodating to us for everything esp. w/ all the extras we wanted to bring in ourselves. I would recommend Eagle Brook CC for any type of event, esp. a wedding reception. We could not have been happier.

Keeping a folder with many inserts helps to keep track of every aspect of the wedding planning. After making your reservations with your vendors, keep in touch with them by e-mail at least 2 months before the wedding and always get in touch with them the week of the wedding.

Eagle Brook was wonderful to work with. The catering department answered all of my questions and were very accommodating to special requests. The venue is beautiful and Eagle Brook took care of making sure that all of my details were taken care of. They did a wonderful job of setting up the room on the day of the event. There wasn't a single complaint. Also, the food was GREAT! One of my guests even said that the tenderloin she had at my reception so WAY better than the tenderloin she ate a wedding in downtown Chicago at the Four Seasons!!! I would recommend Eagle Brook to anyone!

I agree with the other reviews on here 100%! Michelle was fantastic! My wife an I live in downtown Chicago, but all of our family lives in the suburbs or down state. So we were not restricted by a location. We extensivley looked all over Chicagoland, North Suburbs, South Suburbs, West Suburbs, everywhere. We contacted over 35 venues and and visted around 20 different reception locations, looking for what would work for us with asthetics, location, and cost. And we found it, from our very first visit, we knew right away that it was the place.
It is a beautiful venue, and the service was great. Michelle worked with us on every part of our wedding. She went above and beyond many times for us and was always very helpful in everything she did. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helped us out on the day of our wedding. We recieved so many compliments on how good the food was too (I know you worry about that, no worries needed). I know everyone's wedding is fun and perfect afterwards, but I wouldn't have liked to have my wedding anywhere else. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. If you read this review and you are debating on whether or not to commit to this place, DON"T, you won't be dissappointed. I think the staff who work at Eagle Brook for event planning truly enjoy their job and it comes out when they are working with you. Congratulations to anyone planning their wedding, good luck to you, but hopefully this review will remove some of the stress that you feel in having to find a venue. Picking this venue is a no brainer!

The reception was lovely and the food was excellent. The outdoor patio is a great extension of the ballroom. Also, lovely lawn for photos.

I have nothing but the best to say of Eagle Brook! Michelle was excellent to work with! She was so patient with me and my family as we changed details up until a couple weeks before the wedding. The entire staff at Eagle Brook was great as well - the bartenders (Gina!) and the whole catering and service staff (Ricky and Joe) were just all about providing the best service and making this a wonderful and classy event! Eagle Brook was very accommodating and had a beautiful presentation. The food was amazing too! Everyone raved about the beef tenderloin after the wedding! In fact people are still talking about it!

They couldn't have treated us better! They include a cheese/veggie tray in all of there packages. I wasn't expecting a lot because it is included. They had a beautiful cheese tray overflowing including blue cheese, and other specialty cheese, not just the Swiss, and Cheddar, and Pepper Jack I was expecting. Then when my guests devoured it (I don't know how it was huge) they brought out another equally full tray. I swear they passed more appetizers than I had ordered because they just kept coming. The bartenders weren't cheap with the drinks, were friendly and efficient. The wait staff was amazing. They identified all VIP's like mob and mog ect. and made sure they were extra well taken care of. Food was actually better at reception than at the tasting. We ordered the roast beef tenderloin for everyone and received many compliments. They made sure we were happy and content, and truly went the extra mile. Having my wedding here was the best decision I could have made. I defiantly feel I got my moneys worth. Michelle and Ashley the two banquet people are just great.

Michelle was WONDERFUL to work with. You'll be a very happy bride if you get the chance to work with her. She answered ALL of my millions of questions in a super timely manner, made extra efforts to make sure I was happy, and did a phenomenal job of executing set-up on the day of my wedding. The food was okay, the cake was horrible, but the room looked gorgeous and was set up exactly as I wanted - we got to take pictures outside and use their golf carts - and the planning process was made SO much easier by working with Michelle. Would highly recommend this venue

Our experience with Eagle Brook made the wedding planning process easy and fun. My husband and I ended up planning most of it from the East Coast and the staff were very flexible with our schedules, responsive to our questions and concerns, and worked with us to make our wedding memorable and most of all simple to plan.

Eaglebrook was a wonderful place for a wedding. Everyone was very accomodating and helpful. The chef was amazing--he worked with us to create our own wedding meal for our guest. The food was a bit cold, but I think that might have been our fault since we were running a little late with the toasts. The room was absolutely stunning---I started crying when I saw how beautiful the room turned out. I was very happy with Eaglebrook and I would recommend the golf club to other brides and grooms.

My husband and I were very satisfied with our wedding reception. We were especially pleased with working with Michelle who was very responsive to any need we had. She quickly got back to me whenever I had questions and she made it a priority to help us have a very special day. She made us feel very comfortable and excited during a stressful time leading up to the wedding. During the wedding, the staff was very accommodating to us and all of our guests. Many of our friends actually complimented the service they received. I would gladly have another event at EagleBrook or would recommend them to others!

Eagle Brook Country Club did an outstanding job! I had my wedding reception there in May 2013(so did my sister in 2009) and they provided exceptional service both times! The coordinator, Michelle, was so great to work with. She was very responsive, flexible, and extremely detailed oriented which made a control freak bride like myself at ease. It was so nice to know we were in good hands! I completely trusted Eagle Brook to come through on everything we planned...they went above and beyond too. From the second my husband and I arrived to our reception, we were treated like royalty and taken care of so well! Our guests received top notch service too and raved that the food was amazing...which it was!

My only negative comment is that our dinner started pretty late and and people were finished before people had their food, the food wasn't delivered like it was described to us, and my parents and husbands parent table was the last to served! Also our wedding ended 30 minutes early even though we paid for it to go 30 minutes past the normal time! Michelle and her team were beyond wonderful made the whole process so easy and was extremely accommodating! If I could do the day over I'd do it there again in a heartbeat!

It was a beautiful reception hall and everyone who worked there was very helpful. The biggest issue we ran into was it was July and no one wanted to put the air on higher. All of the guests were uncomfortably warm and no matter how much we complained, nothing changed.

Michelle was fantastic! We've gotten nothing but rave reviews of the food and the set up of the room. Michelle helped keep us on track through the entire process, and when their packages changed gave us the option of sticking with our original contract or modifying our agreement to fit one of the new packages. She sat down with us and worked through what would give us the most bang for our buck and it really helped.

The day of hte wedding Michelle unlocked her office so that the bridesmaids and I would have somewhere safe to put our bags with clothes etc, since the girls hadn't been to the hotel since that morning before we changed. She's so easy to work with, and very professional. She followed up with every question I had right away, and gave me copies of everything we talked about so I knew we were on the same page from the get-go.

Ashley, her assistant is not as impressive as Michelle. If she had been our primary contact I would have had much less confidence in how the reception would have turned out. I think it's mostly just lack of experience, so I'm sure she'll only get better. But I was very glad to have Michelle there the night of the event.

Their service staff was delightful. Our guests were treated with so much respect and courtesy all night long. The weather was beautiful so we were able to use the patio and had a second bar. Everything flowed beautifully inside and outside all night.

A special mention should be made for the bartender at the front bar- Gina. She was amazing- tons of fun, so sweet, and she let me go right to the front of the line very time I needed anything. My mom apporached Gina early in the evening and expressed some concern about people buying her shots, she doesn't do shots very well and they hit her pretty hard. Gina offered to give my mom shot glasses with ginger ale in them so that it would look like my mom was taking a shot, but it wouldn't be real. I thought that was great.

Overall, our experience at Eagle Brook was fantastic.

Eagle Brook was a great reception venue! Lindsay was very friendly and accommodating. She handled having me (the bride) and my mother in different states while planning the wedding very well. She was very responsive to questions I had and always had a smile on her face.
The room the day of the reception was set up just like our ground plan and was more than big enough for our 130(ish) guests. It was great having the in house catering (which was delicious) and bar tender that helped us create our own signature drink for the day. All our guests had a great time going in and out of the space onto the lovely patio for games and the beautiful weather. It truly was a joy to have our reception at Eagle Brook Country Club.

My husband and I fell in love with Eagle Brook Country Club from the moment we saw it! We knew that we wanted to have our reception at their beautiful venue. We were looking for a venue large enough to hold 300 people, that was beautiful, and had great food. Eagle Brook delivered!

From the first time we stopped by the place (without an appointment or anything), the staff we met were incredibly nice and accommodating. They even sent us home with extra dinners from the wedding they were doing so we could try their food! Once we decided to book with them, that never changed...we had two separate tastings and countless meetings with Michelle to make sure everything was just perfect for our special day.

Michelle Danielak, the Catering Director at Eagle Brook, is just the most wonderful person in the entire world. My husband and I had pretty lofty goals and expectations with regards to our wedding reception, and she really went above and beyond to make all of our dreams come true! She's a dream to work with: incredibly responsive, exceedingly organized, polite, respectful, and wonderfully accommodating. I could not ask for anyone better and 110% recommend working with her!!!! Eagle Brook, if you are reading this review, that girl is gold, and I hope you treat her as such.

The only two downsides to having your reception at Eagle Brook are 1) the cost (it's a little pricey, but hey, perfection has its price!) and 2) the fact that not everyone is like Michelle. While Michelle was so amazing to work with, she did have two assistants that filled in on her absence (she was on maternity leave for part of my engagement) that just did not live up to her in any way, shape, or form. It was difficult to get responses from them, and they weren't able to make things happen the way Michelle can...so if you decide to have your special day at Eagle Brook, I would definitely make sure that Michelle will be there!
