I ordered The beach themed magnet. I ordered 125 magnets. It took 3 weeks for me to receive my order, when it clearly says I will receive the magnets within 10 days. The order was all messed up. About 50 of the magnets were ruined. It looked as if the machine that cuts the magnets was dull. All the edges were rough, peeling back and looked unprofessional. Not only were the magnets messed up they sent me different amounts of the other packing materials. I received 125 magnets, 111 envelopes, 120 stickers, 110 magnet holders, 115 tissue papers and ribbons.

I told the company to please send me new magnets because the ones I received were messed up. I also told them to please include some extra envelopes and such. They told me I should receive the magnets within another 10 days. I told them to please send it to a different address since I was going to have to wait longer to receive the magnets. The lady confirmed the address with me via email. When the magnets finally came they had sent it to the wrong address. I then followed up with the lady and she said sorry I don't know what happened. So, now I had to resend the magnets to the original address I wanted ($8 shipping charges and 4 days later) .

My experience with this company was not what I expected. The total process took 35 days. I tried to call customer service to talk with a manager and no one called me back for 5 days and he couldn't even help me. The company did not try and get my second order of magnets to me quicker and I still never received enough ribbon and tissue paper. So, there were many magnets that didn't have the ribbon and tissue paper because they didn't send enough. The company didn't seem to really care.

The save the dates are absolutely perfect. Just what I was looking for.

I DO Magnets created the most unique and beautiful magnets for our save-the-date. They have unique shapes like wine bottles, doves, etc so your magnet will really stand out. In addition, the presentation is absolutely stunning each magnet will arrive to your guests in a beautifully wrapped with ribbon/tissue like paper. In terms of the design process, the staff (Rita) was phenomenal in getting back to me with revisions. She did an amazing job! Try this vendor you will be happy you did.

Oh my goodness! I had a great experience with I Do Industries! I ordered the cute dove Save the Date magnets and received a contact back about 10 minutes later starting my order process. Within a couple of hours my order was on its way to being created and sent to me. They are so beautiful and unique and useful. I heartily recommend them and their adorable products. I ordered my Save the Date magnets here and they were perfect! Valvert was very responsive and customized my proof for me several times until I was completely satisfied. The magnets are great quality and comes with a holder, cover, ribbon and envelopes which made them look really classy and much more expensive than they were. Will definitely recommend!
