The best band ever!

Deena Miller Productions is INCREDIBLE! I first met them back in 2013 when my dad remarried and we hired them for his wedding. And then I hired them for my wedding in July 2022 because they are just THAT good. Deena and her band members know exactly how to read a crowd, draw people onto the dance floor and keep them there. At our wedding in July, our guests were on the dance floor ALL NIGHT. Deena and her band are also incredibly versatile, which is displayed by the fact that they could be such a huge hit at a wedding with mostly older people AND a wedding with mostly younger people. They went above and beyond to make our wedding night incredible. In 2013, Deena learned that I was a huge Taylor Swift fan and because of that, she learned my favorite Taylor Swift song to play at my dad's wedding (it's not one of her hits, so this was a big deal!). Fast forward to our wedding - she relearned this song and made sure I was out on the dance floor when they played it at the end of the night. It was the most special moment. They also performed THREE encore songs after non-stop cheers and begging from the crowd. I cannot recommend them more highly. Our wedding night was incredible and they are a huge reason why!

Best Wedding Band EVER!!!

I went to my nieces party @ The Beaumont Inn recently - the band was AMAZING!!! DMP had a ton of variety and a great mix of music, from the classics to current songs on the radio now! I was on the dance floor the entire time, and I couldn't get enough of Deena, what a voice and personally! She and the band were so nice, too, always smiling making the room sparkle - it's obvious that they all love working together and they love what they do! Not your typical wedding band at all - high energy, current, and way better than any other wedding band I've ever seen. They are not only extremely talented, but extremely professional - my niece didn't have to worry about a thing because DMP took care of everything! Thank you, Deena and and thank you to your incredible musicians! I will definitely be hiring this band for my daughters wedding!

Music for our wedding.

I’m not sure if it is customary for a Maid of honor / Sister of the bride to write a review for the band, but I just had to.

Deena was so amazing and was kind enough to work with me on a special song for my sister. She had her pianist ( Judy) write a special

chart for the musicians and even made time to do a rehearsal with me before the Wedding.

I was so nervous but Deena put my mind at ease and I felt so confident in the musicians hands.

I also just want to say how AMAZING the band was. The dance floor was full all night long. I am not much of a dancer but she even got me up many times throughout the night. When I get married I know who I will hire. You are in great hand with Deena and her band.

Look no further for your wedding band!

It has been nearly four weeks since our wedding and our guests are still talking about the music! When we started looking at bands, we noticed that Deena and her band have fun and we thought if they have fun, our guests will have fun, and if they have fun, we’ll have fun. And we all did! We opted for the 9-piece bad and got a great mix of music that had everyone up dancing. Consummate entertainers who engaged with the guests! Deena and Mario were easy to work with and made sure we had the music and atmosphere that we had hoped for. Hire them!

Best Night Ever! :)

Deena Miller Productions *made* our whole wedding! My husband and I are not huge dancers ourselves, but we are both very passionate about music... so we wanted our guests to have fun on the dance floor. We KNEW we had to have Deena and the band at our wedding. After our first dance, the band transitioned to an upbeat "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" and invited everyone out to the dance floor. I honestly think all 200 people made it out there to dance with us because of the band's energy. One of my guests said, "I have never in my entire life seen that many people have that much fun THAT quickly at a wedding!" And it only got better as the night went on. Countless guests from both sides have since commented on the band and how impressed they were with their ability to incorporate so many different genres throughout the night. My husband and I even spent the whole night on the dance floor DANCING! :) We are so grateful to Deena and her talented team of musicians for making our wedding the best night ever!

This is a belated review for the band. They performed at our wedding in September of 2015. We were blown away by their versatility, range, and musicality. The videos don't do them justice. Years later, people still comment on how awesome the band was. They are a fantastic band and with amazing pricing given their quality. We would hire them again in a heartbeat for any large-scale celebration.

I am the mother of the groom, and my son and his new wife were married Nov. 4 2017. We booked Deena Miller and her band because they sounded so good online. They were more than good, they were fabulous! Deena was very prompt in communicating back and forth with my son, and she even communicated with me about the mother of the groom dance. She and her band were very flexible and professional. They were totally open to my husband and other son playing the "couple's first dance". Deena and her band helped them with the sound and the drummer even helped out with background drums.
Deena figured out really fast that our group loved to dance and the band did not disappoint. They played hard the whole evening. Their emceeing was superb and they made us feel like they were really there just for us! Our family got so many compliments about her band, telling us that our reception was the best they had ever been to. I think a great deal of that was the band! Thank you so much Deena for all the personal touches. It is definitely a night I will remember with joy!

Where to start... My wife and I hired Deena and her band for our wedding this past October and experienced what had to be the absolute best night of our lives. Deena was amazing, her band was on point every song and we have not stopped receiving compliments about them. Deena and the band learned new songs just for us, introduced our son in the most amazing way possible and helped my dad with his own song at the end of the night. From start to finish it was a night to remember and cherish and it was the perfect way to start this life together as husband and wife. Thank You!

We hired Deena Miller Productions for our wedding and we were NOT disappointed! We decided we wanted a live band because we wanted the band to really engage with our guests and keep them dancing all night, and boy did they! We requested that they play almost exclusively fast songs to keep the energy up and they were more than happy to oblige. We were pleasantly surprised that they also were able to perform our entrance and first dance song which was not on their song list. They also always had someone playing, even when most of the band took breaks, so no DJ songs at all, which I thought was a huge bonus as well. One break they had the guitarist play and the other they had the keyboardist stay. They were also great sports when they had started to break down and realized we were doing a sparkler send off they quickly reassembled what they could to give us a musical send off with our first dance song, which we really appreciated. We received countless complements on the band from our guests. Deena is an extremely positive and upbeat personality as well, which also made the band great to deal with. We cant say enough great things about them!

Deena Miller Productions provided AMAZING music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. After talking with Deena for the first time, I knew we would be in good hands with her band on our wedding day. Due to our budget limitations, Deena offered to send the band with an alternate vocalist (instead of herself) at a reduced price. This allowed us to have a six-piece band while staying within our budget. Leading up to our wedding, communication with Deena and Mario was easy and clear. On the day of our wedding, the band was flexible, professional, and sounded amazing. We still receive compliments from guests stating that they had a wonderful time listening to the music and dancing. Having a top-notch live band really made all the difference on our wedding day.

Deena Miller Productions was amazing and really kept everyone dancing and having fun through our whole wedding! My husband and I had a special song that we wanted for our first dance, and my Dad requested a special wording to a song for the Father/Daughter dance, and they were very accommodating and learned both songs for us and played them beautifully! Some guests were not sure how they would feel about a band beforehand, and after our wedding, told us they loved the band! Everyone was one their feet dancing and enjoying the band the whole time - made my wedding stand out and we all had so much fun :)

We hired the Deena Miller Band for our big fundraising event in June of 2016 and loved theme sooo much that we brought them back again this year for our same Dinner Dance/Auction. We did have to increase the size of our dance floor this year, which tells you something about how much people enjoyed their music !!! I would highly recommend Deena and her musicians for any event - wedding, dinner dance, fundraiser etc. Our community here in Buck Hill Falls loved this group.

We loved working with Deena Miller Productions! They were so professional and took our requests in stride. They helped us with the first dance (we had a big "move" planned haha) and they kept the dance party going all night long. With a small crowd, that's no easy task. Wow: now that my wedding is over, choosing Deena Miller Productions was one of the best decisions I made. Before the wedding, Deena sat down with me & my fiance to go over all our song choices and how we envisioned the day to go. And they BLEW my expectations away! We had them play for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and I had several people (including a jazz musician) tell me how much they loved the music and wish it didn't stop! And for the reception, not only did they learn the custom songs I requested, but Deena played several Tom Petty songs because she knew our families loved Tom Petty. Deena & company brought such an energy that our dance floor was packed the entire time, and we decided that night to extend the reception because people were having so much fun. The band interacted with the guests on the dance floor, and customized the songs based on how the crowd was reacting. I actually had several family members reach out after the wedding and ask for thier contact info because they thought it was the best band they had seen. You cannot go wrong working with Deena, Mario, and their group - I really hope I cross paths with them again at another event!

Words cannot express how amazing it was to work with Deena Miller Productions. From the moment I listened to their YouTube Videos as well as spoke to her for the first time, I knew they would be perfect for our wedding. Deena understood the vision for our wedding and through the process became a friend to of ours. The band learned three new songs for our wedding, because Deena knew how important the songs were to people important to me - Rosalita by Bruce Springsteen, Jump, by Van Halen Time in a Bottle by Jim Croce.

Everyone was RAVING at our wedding with just how amazing the band sounded as well as the song selection. Her husband, Mario, is equally as fabulous on the business side. If I could give DMP more stars, I would...simply amazing! Thank you Deena, Mario, and the DMP band for making our wedding so special. :)

Deena Miller Productions provided all of the music for our entire wedding, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and they were absolutely AMAZING! Deena and everyone at DMP were truly wonderful to work with from start to finish. We arranged for the pieces of the band with ease, and Deena helped us through the entire process and provided great suggestions. She made sure that the music would be perfect for our particular day. She worked with us whenever we had questions, and the process was flawless. The ceremony music was beautiful, and the music during cocktail hour was wonderful. During the reception, the band was fantastic!! Every person at the reception was out on the dance floor having the time of their life. We had so many guests ask us for more information about Deena Miller and informed us that it was the best band they had ever heard at a wedding and that they loved every song. Deena was always there to answer our questions and assist us along the way, and she tailored the music to us. They provided lighting, which was amazing for our venue. Deena MIller was fun, professional, and so attentive. Our wedding would not have been complete without her. I am proud to say that the best music was at my own wedding, and we love Deena Miller! I couldn't imagine having anyone else with us for our big day!

Deena Miller played at both our ceremony and reception and we were absolutely blown away with both!!! From the very first phone conversation I had with Deena, I knew we were in the hands of extremely talented professionals focused on providing above the grade entertainment for everyone at our wedding. Their talent and enthusiasm was clear with every song they played; the music never stopped and our guests never left the dance floor. From start to finish, planning was a breeze. Deena took the time to get to know me and my husband to ensure music suited our taste. The song list to select from is vast and last minute requests (at no other fault but the bride's!) were met with patience and excitement. They learned songs as close as the day before the wedding and were able to fulfill a special requests... they are truly amazing artists that will exceed every one of your expectations. Our guests are still talking about the amazing band at our wedding and we will always recommend them for any occasion.

DMP helped to make our wedding day as perfect as possible. From the beginning, Deena met with us in person to make sure she and her band could fit our wants and needs (they also have a very helpful website full of info!) She was easy to contact and the information form she collected from us shortly before the wedding date ensured me that I didn't have anything to worry about related to the band. You can't go wrong with Deena Miller Productions!!! My husband and I had been together for 10 years and just got married on Valentines Day.

From the very first meeting to the big day, Deena was totally there for us. She was extremely personable and we felt very comfortable from the start. She was always responsive and receptive to our ideas - always wanting to make it the best night possible. It was.

Throughout the evening, we received numerous complements from all of our guests - all remarking how awesome the band was. They played the perfect mix of contemporary and disco and everyone was dancing.

Honestly, it was the best night of our lives. And for that, we owe a great deal to Deena and her band. They made it perfect.

It is hard to put into words just how wonderful Deena and her band are...professional, fun, extremely talented, and more. From the moment I initially talked to Deena, I had a good feeling about her. She needed to be "approved" by my brother who is himself a professional musician. He thought that Deenas suggestion of a 7 piece band was going to be over the top for a 90 person wedding, but I trusted her judgment and went along with it. I am so glad that I did! We had a wide age range - the youngest a 5 year old and the oldest at 90 with every age in between. She had everyone dancing until the very last song. The floor was always packed. But what was really special were the little extra touches. My fiancé arranged with Deena that he was going to sing a song to me. She had that orchestrated perfectly and even with all of our conversations she never let on. Then I told her that I wanted to surprise my best friend with a birthday cake since it was her birthday and not only did Deena have the band play happy birthday but I mentioned to Deena that my friend and I were like Lucy and Ethel and the band played the theme song to I Love Lucy when my friend came up to blow out the candles. Additionally Deena suggested the keyboardist for the cocktail hour - it was perfect. Just enough music to set the tone but not overwhelming. Everyone came up to us afterwards to say how much they enjoyed the wedding but the overriding comment was "where did you find that band? They were amazing!!!!" We love Deena and her crew. And hubby Mario, who makes sure everything is running smoothly, is a great asset to the group. Wish we had another occasion to hire Deena. I can't possibly say enough positives about her. Absolutely the best!!!!!!!

My now husband and I got engaged 9/2013 and we began to plan our October 2014 wedding immediately. We made the commitment to work with vendors that cared, were personable and responsive. We emailed Deena on a Saturday in October 2013. Within an hour we had a response. A few days later I spoke with Deena. She appeared to be humble, warm, caring, and hard-working. I felt like I was speaking with someone I knew my entire life. Once I hung up the phone I knew DMP was the right band for us AND I WAS RIGHT!

In March 2014, during the coldest PA winter on record, Deena and Mario drove a distance to meet me at our reception venue to review the location, meet the staff and discuss sound options.

Fast Forward to September/October 2014, about two-three weeks before our wedding, Deena spent time with me via phone and email to make sure everything about our wedding reception was just perfect. We reviewed the timeline, song lists, she practiced over and over name pronunciations and to my surprise she even worked with my father to modify Joe Cocker's "You Are So Beautiful" to the version he sang to me as an infant.

Now the most important part, our wedding day-10/10/14! I am writing this review four weeks after our wedding. Our guests are still talking about our fantastic band. Everyone left our wedding smiling because they had so much fun! I've lost count of how many guests, other vendors, etc. have asked WHERE DID YOU GET THAT BAND? Our guests have used words such as: incredible, outstanding, amazing, talented, etc. to describe DMP. As I write this review, my eyes are filled with happy tears because our wedding was a day I will never forget. I owe that to my husband and to all of the wonderful vendors we had the pleasure of working with. Most importantly, I owe that to Deena Miller and her group of talented musicians. DMP will always have a special place in our hearts and I am extremely grateful for my new friend Deena.

When my husband got engaged we both knew we wanted a band instead of a DJ. As soon as we started talking to Deena and met with her the first time, we knew they were the ones for us. Not only was their style and music exactly to our taste, but Deena was always available to help answer a question or help us. She would always get back to us right away and was so helpful when we didn't know what to do. You can tell that she loves what she does and is attentive to every one of her clients. She made the planning process so much easier. The music the day of the wedding was perfect! They filled the dance floor all night and we everyone kept telling us how awesome the music was. We couldn't have been happier! We highly recommend them!!

Wow! What can I say about Deena & the Band? They are fabulous! We were so very happy with choosing Deena. She is amazing, she is knowledgeable, and she truly cares about what she does. We love Mario too!

Just take 5 minutes to talk to her and you'll see how much she cares about what she does. The experience, quality, and connections she has makes choosing DMP a no question decision! My husband is a Frank Sinatra fan and she was able to get a great guy, Mike, to sing Ol' Blue Eyes hits as a surprise for my hubby. He loved it!

If you are looking for a live band option, honestly, Deena is your girl. Going directly with an experienced band (versus an agency) allows more creativity, more flexibility, more personality, and an all around fantastic experience. I loved knowing that I was supporting the artist and not an agency. Having the unforgettable experience we received for our special day was the icing on the cake.

Deena Miller Productions exceeded my expectations! They were nothing short of amazing. They helped to make our special day a truly amazing one! Deena and her team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! The band is extremely talented and were total professionals. They were willing to learn two special songs for our first dance and the father/daughter dance! Deena was instrumental in planning the flow of the wedding. Getting Deena and her wonderful band was the best decision ever!!! Such great people, positive, helpful and truly professionals! From the first day we met Deena, we knew we are dealing with an amazing person. She went through every single detail you wouldn't even think about. Deena Miller played for our daughter’s wedding and she/they were fantastic! Deena worked with us a head of time to make the song selections, learned a new song for the father daughter dance and was just overall easy and cheerful to work with. The dance floor was packed all evening! They moved without pause from one song to another. The whole evening the music was geared toward the people dancing. They started out with more Motown type music and by the end of the evening it was more contemporary music. The dance floor was rocking! They also provided the cocktail hour music which was just wonderful, perfect for the mood and not loud-as there was no problem for people to converse. The whole evening flowed perfectly between them and the caterers, everything timed out perfectly from the bride/groom dance to the father daughter dance and the quieter music during the time for eating dinner. The quality of the musicians and the sound-excellent. I cannot think of anything to criticize They were excellent. Everyone I have spoken with from the wedding has commented on how good the band was. If you hire Deena you will not be disappointed.

I knew from the moment we started communicating with Deena Miller, that the Deena Miller Band was going to be perfect for our wedding reception. They were professional through and through - which we really appreciated.
We asked Deena if we could do something a little different for our first dance. We wanted to play the first part of the song on violin and guitar. Not only was she encouraging, she and Judy - the band's keyboarist - skyped with us so that we could rehearse. The week of the wedding, Deena went over every detail of the night with us and put us at ease. She made us feel comfortable in every way.
The Deena Miller Band had my friends and family crowding the dance floor the entire night! The whole group was on the dance floor - young cousins and my grandparents and everyone in between. They played music from multiple genres - and killed it. :) When the band took a dinner break, their guitarist played popular music on acoustic guitar and somehow managed to fill the entire room with beautiful sound. It really seemed like they never took a break. So much energy!!
They exceeded our expectations! My friends can't stop talking about it! Forget stressing about flowers and napkins, book the Deena Miller and get ready for an amazing party! Thanks, Deena and the band!!! You guys rock.

Hire Deena Miller Productions for your next event-you won't be disappointed. Deena Miller is a multi-talented woman wearing many hats, including lead female singer, band leader, mc and event coordinator. With the help of her super versatile and rocking band, Deena choreographed the night perfectly. She even played acoustic guitar AND the drums at one point in the night-not simultaneously but STILL! I was truly impressed with how well the night flowed-beginning with gorgeous instrumentals on piano for the cocktail hour, followed by some nice acoustic/dinner music, slowly building into a dance party extravaganza. Deena and her band had everyone dancing and singing along for hours. This is one of the most fun and talented bands I've ever had the pleasure of seeing.

We booked Deena Miller Productions for my daughter's wedding after seeing and hearing them (and being VERY impressed) at 2 previous weddings. They are absolutely THE best. Our guests are still talking about how fantastic the music was!! The dance floor was packed the whole evening.... the mood, enthusiasm and song selection was exactly what we asked for. We also used them for the ceremony and cocktail hour music and could not be happier. I can't say enough about DMP... Highly, highly recommended...... The Deena Miller band was the right choice for our daughter’s wedding. Here’s why. As the father of the bride, I had limited decision making authority in planning my daughter’s wedding – most of the decisions were made by my daughter and wife. However, one thing that I knew we needed was a live band. No DJs please. The right band was going to get the party started and keep it going to the very end. The right band was going to bring out the emotions that everyone was feeling the way the right seasonings make a great meal. Deena and her band did just that. From the first number to the last, the dance floor was totally filled. The mix of songs was perfect, the volume was just right for the room and the guests – all of the guests from the 20-something revelers to the 90-something grandparents – were up dancing and loving it. Deena’s band was the rocket fuel that got the party off the ground and kept it in orbit. And when Deena took her wireless mic onto the floor and sang to the dancers face-to-face, she made us feel like the music, the party and the day belonged to us. Deena and her band made a very close connection to our guests and our guests loved them and told us so a lot. They played a wide variety of music that appealed to everyone – from sweet and dreamy ballads to funk with a beat so tight you could set an atomic clock to it. And Deena worked with my daughter to tune the selection, even learning new songs just for the occasion. The Deena Miller band was definitely the right choice for us. If you are planning a wedding, you have a lot to worry about – but you can worry about one less thing by hiring this band.

Deena was wonderful and accommodating to work with in planning the music for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding this past weekend. I am an amateur singer myself and asked her to help me show my love for my son during our dance together by having the equipment available to play a song on which I did the vocals. She worked with the couple asking them for the songs they wanted played as well as a "Do not play" list. She did a terrific job in her introducing of the wedding party and emceeing the event, taking the time to make sure she knew the proper pronunciation of names. Deena and her talented band had EVERYONE both young and "seasoned" on the dance floor with their great mix of music. Friends and family talked to me all night about this being the most fun they ever had at a wedding.No one was ready for the night or the music to end.

Deena Miller Productions recently played my wedding. We had an 8 piece band and 2 pieces for cocktail hour (though I regret to say that I missed the cocktail hour music!). The band played non-stop live music from beginning until end. I had requested more of a top 40 play list, and the band delivered, even playing the most recent "song of the summer" which really got the crowd going. Even my friends who NEVER dance at weddings were on the dance floor. The floor was packed all night and we have received so many compliments on the music and the quality of the musicians. The band threw a great party and I would highly recommend them!

WOW! DMP really knows how to have a great time. We had so many people at our wedding tell us it was the best wedding they had been to because of the band. Deena, I can't thank you enough for the excellent job you and the band did on Saturday at Meghan and Mike's wedding. Comments were made all night and the next day about the 'band'. My friend Pat came up to me and said "Did you hear what they (keyboard player) just played? Pat Metheney!! There were a lot of musicians in the room and every one of them was so impressed with the musicianship and song selections!! The coctail hour was exactly what I had hoped for, even better. Jazz, not 'audio wallpaper'. At times I thought a trio was playing, as your excellent pianist was comping a formidable bass line while the right hand stretched out chords that would take me a week to analyze. I knew that the drummer was the real deal right from the start when he played the triplets on the wedding party entrance song, the Dropkick Murphy's "Shipping Up to Boston". The guitar and bassist added so much energy to everything - all of the lead and bass lines were over the top great. Oh, and then the sax player let loose incredible melodies/improvs. Please thank them for this! The harmonies were great! Earth, Wind and Fire - fantastic. The singers, including yourself, were incredible, especially the guy! He had the whole package; range, diversity in music style (rap, classic, etc.). And a nicer group of people you wouldn't find anywhere!! Thanks also for letting me perform with my old bandmates. I really appreciated that your bass player let Don play his bass. It looked like a custom 5 string instrument that was probably worth 10 thousand or more dollars, so I understand his concerns about someone else playing his 'baby'. We're still in afterglow mode. I could go on. .. . The song selections were the perfect mix for the audience. My cousin was asking me to request 'Blurred Lines' and right after she said it your band played it! My voice is gone.

Deena and the other band members were AMAZING! Deena was so responsive through email! Any time I had a question or concern, she basically responded within an hour or so, which made the planning process so easy! We had musicians through Deena Miller Productions for the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and an extra jazz band hour. Each part was better than I could have imagined! Deena and the band members worked so well with my other vendors, so the day was seamless. A bunch of people told me how amazing the band was during the actual wedding! Deena and the band got the majority of my guests on the dance floor and they all had such a great time. I would recommend Deena Miller Productions 100%! You will have the best experience!

Deena and her band were the BEST! we had guests from all parts of the country, and they couldn't stop raving about about how great the music was. The maitre d' commented to me how the dance floor was packed at the very end of the party, and how that is the sure sign of a great party. Deena was absolutely wonderful to work with for this wedding. As a wedding coordinator I work with many different bands and can honestly say that Deena was one of the most professional and fun. She quickly answered any questions that I had and went out of her way to meet any requests either from myself or my client. Deena and her band knew how to work the crowd all night and kept the flow of the event perfectly timed to all the other elements. Deena and the band were great and really kept the dance floor alive the entire night. I must have listened to 30-40 different bands on the internet before finding them as I was very picky. We actually booked them sight unseen & unheard live - We were sold by their many videos on youtube.. My husband Rich and I could not have been more pleased with how Deena Miller and her band were able to customize our song list for our wedding ! All I can really say is GOOD LUCK finding a band better than Deena Miller. Music can really make or break an event and I do not believe our wedding would have been as wonderful without this band. During the last song of the night (cheers theme song), the entire wedding party of about 150 people were all on the dance floor. I don't know if I've ever seen that before.

I was in the bridal party for my cousin's wedding and having DMP made the wedding a true blast. I knew it would be fun, but it was way more so than any of us expected!! Deena and DMP were incredible to work with. They performed the music I picked out beautifully, even though some of it was really obscure and strange! Everyone I talked to at the reception was thrilled with them, and said it was the most fun they'd ever had (not just at a wedding!!). Deena Miller as a Singer (gorgeous voice!), Songwriter (I LOVE YOUR MUSIC!!!), host (amazing personality!), and human (beautiful free spirit, with a bubbly sassy personality, AND a hot body not to mention the great head of ROCK hair!) is just so wonderful to take in :0)

Deena Miller Productions was a hit at our wedding. They provided the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. They are an extremely talented group of musicians. The dance floor DID NOT STOP the entire reception! The introductions by the band were very professional and never "wedding cheesy." The band interacted with guests on the dance floor and made sure everyone was having a great time.

Deena Miller and her crew played at our wedding and they truly brought down the house! Their music was vibrant, tasteful and delightful. Once we got the ball rolling, Deena (and her VP of operations Mario) sent us their personal contact information and we stayed in touch about song choices, themes and the like. We were able to request special songs that weren't on her list too, which added a great personal touch to the reception. We always felt well-connected to them as we planned our big day. On the day of, we were a little scared because Deena had a severe medical emergency come up which required her to go to the ER hours before the ceremony. However, she had a replacement lined up and ready to go - but after many stitches and two hospital visits she was able to come with time to spare AND still be lead singer (with a smile too!). What an amazing woman! Before the reception, she checked with us to make sure everything was set up okay (which it was) and that she had the pronunciation correct for members of the bridal party as they were announced and were giving speeches. I really liked her attention to details - and it showed. During the reception, her team got our guests on the dance floor with well-timed, fun and ardently performed music spanning classic hits, modern dance music and everything in between. Nothing felt out of place - and Deena did a great job MCing the evening (announcing transitions to cake cutting, food arriving, etc.) and having the music change accordingly during these transitions was great too. I also really liked that later on in the evening she moved to the dance floor as she sang, which I feel really enhanced the guest's connection to the music.After the ceremony, guests came up to me and told me how awesome they thought the band was - and I share their view - going with Deena was one of the best choices we made for our reception, and I could not recommend them more highly. Give them a look!

There was not a guest in their seat during our wedding reception. You always hear about the bride and groom not getting to eat... Well our GUESTS said their food got cold because they would not miss a moment on the dance floor! The energy that Deena and her band brought was incredible. They performed songs from every generation that had our family and friends all dancing and shouting together! There was non-stop music from the moment we began the cocktail hour to the last minute of our reception and our guests are raving about how amazing our band was. I suggest sticking with the live performances rather than having them play a track because the quality is just so much better and worth it! (we suggested playing the original track for our first dance but it was hard to hear.)

Deena and her band are the best. They rocked out at our wedding and had people up and dancing the whole time. So many of my guests commented on their overall skill, and especially Deena's terrific voice.

Some of the greatest parts about Deena, though, are her responsiveness and professionalism. Deena was in frequent contact and knew the topics we needed to cover beforehand to make the wedding day stress-free. She also had some great suggestions, not only for songs, but also for day-of timing. For example, she suggested a small set before dinner and that we reschedule the bouquet toss. She also spent a lot of time with us to learn our musical tastes (and to gather a "definitely play" and "don't play" list), so that our wedding day music sounded like US.

Deena and her band are completely flexible and very willing to learn new songs. For example, the three band members who played violin, cello, and piano during the ceremony agreed to learn the orchestral version of The Legend of Zelda! My now-husband was so happy.

Truly excellent musicianship and performance ability. Vocal sound mix needs improvement (most voices sounded muddy throughout); everything else was high quality.
