  I was originally interested in Dani because of her unique photography style where she can capture the true essence of people in natural looking shots where people seem to be glowing with emotion. Combine that with Dani's fun, easy-going yet organized professionalism and you have one great wedding photographer.
  She is exactly who I wanted to capture the memories of my wedding day! She was on time and flexible throughout the big day as things came up that changed our 'timeline' slightly. Also I want to add that her communication and responsiveness throughout the planning process was so important to us, as we actually planned our wedding in Philadelphia while we were living out of state. 10/10 would recommend Dani to brides who are looking for beautiful REAL photos and an easy planning process. Thank you Dani!

  We just received our first batch of photos back from Dani, and we couldn't be happier. What I love most about Dani's style is that the iconic wedding pictures feel personal, not cookie cutter. Dani was the wedding photographer for my Sister in Law's wedding as well, and the photos feel completely unique to each of us. She tells a story with her photos, and captures moments I didn't even remember happening. She is so calm and personable that even my husband--who isn't used to getting his picture taken--was able to relax and have fun. The price can't be beat, and the quality of her work is worth way more than she charges.
  Other pluses:
  - she works FAST! She has a very efficient system that got us through the large family photos very quickly, so that we didn't waste too much time not enjoying our cocktail hour.
  - she loves to dance, so she was right in the middle of the dance floor getting amazing shots of our friends and family dancing their hearts out.
  
  She also does lifestyle photos for families, and when we have kids, I am for sure asking her to come take those photos. She's amazing!

  Dani did a great job providing photography for our engagement photos, wedding portraits, and wedding ceremony/reception candids. We really loved her style of getting everyone to laugh during "still" shots to ensure really natural looking smiles. I didn't even notice her taking photographs during the ceremony because she did a great job of being unobtrusive. During the reception, she once again blended into the party really naturally, and even did a little dancing of her own while snapping photos on the dance floor. Throughout the planning she was very responsive and easy to work with.
  
  Note: We haven't gotten the ceremony/reception pictures back yet, though based on the engagement photos we have every reason to expect that they will look great!

  Dani was such a breeze to work with. She was easy to communicate with and made everything really fun. My husband, Derek, and I live in Seattle, WA, but we were married in PA. So, a lot of our communication was done via email or phone. Danielle took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. She also got married last year, and so she understood the pressures that planning can put on a couple. When we visited PA in February we had our Engagement session with her. We started out in my mom's kitchen and moved to the outdoors. Even in the cold and snow, Dani had us smiling and laughing. The pictures turned out beautifully. She knows how to make you feel comfortable in front of a camera, and how to capture the true moments of a relationship. She was even better on the day of our wedding. We meet up a few days beforehand at the site to scope out some good areas for shots. Her excitement to capture our day was just so sweet and really made it more exciting for me. On the day of, she treated us not only with kindness and respect but she was surely ready for anything. My dad had hired an Elvis impersonator as a surprise, and she even took a few pictures with Elvis in them. She knows just how to capture your day. She was so present on our day but never did we feel it as an annoyance. We enjoyed her company and felt her a friend rather than someone we were paying to take pictures for us. Her view of the world is just beautiful. There are so many photos from both our Engagement and Wedding that I want to hang on my walls. I don't think I have enough space. I would recommend her for any photo sessions you may need. She will make you feel comfortable and happy. You will leave her presence is the best mood; just as if you just had coffee with an old friend.

  Danielle is unbelieveable!! It is so important to have a connection with someone who will share and capture incredibly intimate and special hours of your life. Danielle is such a calming presence and happy spirit who only makes a beautiful occasion even more so. She gently offers guidance and walks through any questions you may have about the process. We have not stopped gushing about her talents since our engagement session last April. People we don't even know stop to tell us how gorgeous Dani's photos are. She has the ability to see the peace you find in your partner and portray your corner of the world in moments you did not even realize she was capturing. Any nerves or fears are taken away by her genuine care and helpful nature. Danielle is truly the most down-to-earth artist and makes it her personal quest to make your Wedding Day enjoyable.   Almond Photography was absolutely amazing! After we met Dani for the first time, I knew I wanted her to photograph our wedding, and I'm so glad we chose her! She was so nice and fun to work with and also really organized, which took away a lot of stress. In fact, she was the only vendor that I didn't worry about at all during the planning process!
  
  Even though we had a few setbacks with our engagement session (it rained on and off during it), our pictures still turned out gorgeous! As for our wedding day, Dani really captured all the special moments and emotions of the day, and I'm so in love with our pictures! I fell in love with Almond Photography as soon as I checked out the website. Danielle's work is natural and captures so many special moments. After meeting with her, I KNEW I wanted her to be our photographer. She has a way of making you feel like you've been friends forever, which is so important, because then you feel comfortable.
  
  She was so accommodating with our engagement photos, traveling to New York City, which is where we live. The shoot was so much fun...it really felt like we were hanging out and catching up with an old friend! Nothing ever felt forced, which is something I love. Danielle would give us an idea of what to do, but then let us interpret that ourselves. The pictures turned out amazingly and it made me so excited for our wedding day. By the way, I HIGHLY recommend an engagement photo session. It allows you to become acquainted with your photographer and then you know what to expect on your wedding day.
  
  On the day of the wedding, I was so happy to see Danielle, because again, it felt like an old friend was there! She found beautiful places to take pictures and ran the day so well. She is so professional and knows how to get things done quickly. She made me feel calm and relaxed.
  
  We had a large wedding party and Danielle was so wonderful about keeping everyone focused (as much as possible). The real treat was the reception...Danielle and her second photographer Anna (who is so sweet) were a BLAST! My guests have been raving about how fun they were - participating in line dances, singing along; it was awesome!

  I am so thrilled to have had Almond Photography provide photography for my wedding. Danielle is absolutely wonderful as a person, not to mentioned incredibly talented, artistic, and genuine. She was able to connect with my husband and I when we first met her for our engagement photo shoot, and completely "got" who we were as a couple, which I feel is reflected through her photos. Danielle was absolutely wonderful to have around on my wedding day, and I felt so supported by her throughout the entire day. She goes above and beyond the traditional duties of a wedding photographer.   My husband and I were so pleased from start to finish with our experience with Dani and Almond Photography. The moment we met Dani we knew we had a great connection - she was personable, pleasant and accommodating in all respects. After meeting with a few other wedding photographers it was easy to tell something was different about her and she had an immeasurable passion for her business and in making her clients happy. We had worked with Dani about a month or so prior to our wedding at our engagement photoshoot - although the day was sweltering, she made it fun and carefree! I got the opportunity to work with Dani once more one on one prior to our wedding in a boudoir session, which as you can assume can be a very revealing photoshoot that requires extreme comfort between photographer and photographee. I definitely was nervous that day but due to her openness and willingness to go the extra mile with me I was able to get some wonderful photographs!
  
  When our wedding day finally arrived we were not worried at all about anything photography-wise! Dani and Anna were amazing. They captured every shot we knew we wanted and then some. They were so relaxed and blended well into the crowd to get some amazing candids as well. They have a great skill of being in the right place at the right time and capturing precious moments. Although our event was threatened by rain Dani came prepared with umbrellas for all just in case and since she and Anna decided to wear rainboots they were able to be in places (such as rivers) to get some killer shots.
  
  We would highly recommend Almond Photography, Dani and Anna to capture the most special moments in anyones life - from engagements, to weddings to family portraits.

  It's hard to figure where to begin because everything Almond Photography & Dani did for us was just so incredibly amazing I could go on for days!!!! (actually all of our guests have been and loved her too) From our engagement session, to meeting her a week before the wedding at our venue to scope it all out, to the entire wedding day/night Almond Photography was impeccably perfect. Dani truly listens to what your vision is, what you like/don’t like and 100% does everything she says she will to the T. Her eye for lighting and that perfect picture is so precise our entire wedding party, parents and wedding coordinator from the venue all picked up on it and we were all so impressed they really understood why we chose Almond Photography. We’ve only seen one professional picture and I am obsessed with how gorgeous it is and judging by our engagement pictures…WE CAN’T WAIT TO SEE THE REST!!!!!!   Our photographer took a great deal of stress out of a stressful day! And made it all the more wonderful. Beside the obvious talent of the photographer and exceptional quality of the shots, she made us feel perfectly comfortable and relaxed enough to be and look ourselves during the shoot and throughout the day. Almond Photography makes you feel like a celebrity! We had a blast at the shoot and I'm grateful for the precious memories so artfully captured that will forever take me right back to the happiest day of my life.

  I had the opportunity to meet Danielle when she photographed my sister's wedding one year ago, and by the end of that day my fiance and I knew we would be asking her to photograph our wedding too. We met again in the fall for an engagement session and were impressed with her professionalism as well as her easygoing nature and creative skill. Danielle kept in touch with us in the months leading up to the wedding, helped us to prepare a timeline for the wedding day and guided us on defining the "must have" photo groups. The day of the wedding, it seemed like she was everywhere- she got to the site early to capture photos of the decorations and venue, then was able to photograph the wedding party prepping in two different locations, the ceremony, guests dancing, guests playing games outside, and those who remained inside, plus she was often at my side to offer photos with specific guests (I had requested a few of these in advance). Danielle was energetic, enthusiastic, unobtrusive, and seemed genuinely delighted to be celebrating with us. We love her photography style- a mix of photojournalism and formal images- which helped capture the wedding perfectly. Guests were eager to see the "sneak peak" slideshow she put together during dinner and we loved being able to share these images the next day with people who weren't able to make it to the wedding. I can't say enough nice things about Danielle, and I'd recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone. We will certainly be working with her in the future for anniversary, newborn, and family photos.

Most of our guests didn’t even notice she was there despite the fact that she was EVERYWHERE. For the few that did notice her, it was because she was out on the dance floor capturing all the action. If you’ve ever wanted to see someone dance while taking pictures, hire Almond photography! One other notable highlight was getting a “Sneak Peek” video just one day after our wedding. As a bride, seeing some of the professional pictures so soon after the wedding was so exciting and really made Dani stand out in my mind. We are still waiting to get the rest of our wedding pictures, but based on her demeanor and professionalism, plus the quality of the photo’s we have seen, we would definitely recommend Almond Photography!

  We loved working with Danielle! We booked her before we even met her because we had a friend get her engagements photos done and she recommended her. We're so glad that we used Almond Photography. She was early to our wedding day, made us relax and feel beautiful, which resulted in gorgeous photos! Her creativity and enthusiasm is delightful to be around. She was able to create a custom package for me and even squeeze me in on short notice. Upon receiving the photos we can't stop looking at them and just love every single one! I even got to work with Danielle when I was a bridesmaid in another wedding, and it was again a wonderful experience. I can't say enough outstanding things about Danielle. Thank you so much!

  Danielle was the reason I made it through my day in one piece. She had the ability to not only calm my nerves but she seemed genuinely excited and happy to be doing what she was doing which made it so much more fun!! She was so creative with all of her pictures throughout the day and made great use of the entire area we had to work with. She was also willing to try all of our crazy picture ideas and deal with my whole crazy family flawlessly. And last but not least, her quality of pictures and the way she captures the emotion of the moment is amazing. Best choice I made in the entire wedding planning process & I recommend her to everyone! (Her assistant was just as great as she was too!!)

Her photos are beautiful, creative, and artistic. I was planning my wedding from 7 hours away and Dani made the entire process so simple and seamless. The ownder, Dani, photographed us for our engagement session as well as our wedding, and we would definitely recommend her for so many reasons; she made us feel comfortable and laugh, was very flexible, has very reasonable prices, and most importantly, has an amazing talent for capturing moments you will want to remember forever. We didn't want a phographer who was cold and does all the stiff, standard poses you see all the time. She captured some great candid moments and had fun ideas for different shots. You won't regret choosing Almond Photography!

We were very impressed with the photos we found in her portfolio, and knew after speaking with her that she was just the type of person & photographer that we were hoping to work with. Her ability to maintain professionalism while letting her fun personality show through allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves while getting the amazing photos we did. At our reception, Danielle had an iPad set up with a slide show previewing a select few of the photos, and about a week after our wedding, she posted a preview video online.   Almond Photography gave us such a great deal! You cannot find 2 better photographers for an affordable price in the DC/Baltimore area! They were a lot of fun yet still professional. The price included them all day on the wedding day and an engagement shoot! I love the pictures that we received from them!

  She is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable. I was so sick I ended up in the hospital after, but you wouldn't even know from my pictures. She is awesome!! Very, very friendly and very easy to work with!! Will definitely be using her for our maternity and newborn photos :)
