Great DJ, but didn't seem to get what type of people we were, even after meeting with him a couple of times. We expressed our interest in folk, ecclectic, fun music and that most of our guests are in their 20s and 30s. He played every line dance you could possibly imagine..... in a row. He said he would open up the floor for toasts after my brother did one, and he did not. He played the macarena!! ICK! Ladies, he's a good value. But please, please, have a "do not play" list for him.

A little disappointed in your review. We did talk about opening up the floor after the planned toasts, but it was never documented in our planer to do so. We do ask our clients to fill out a music selection list that includes must play, play if you have time & do not play. We did not get a do not play list. We had played most of the songs on the play list during dinner & cocktail where they fit best. Had I know you did not like the Marcarena or other line dances, I would not have played them. Thanks Dan

Dan was fabulous! He was the best DJ I have ever met! EVERYONE commented on how wonderful our wedding music was. We aimed for a very traditional, classy wedding and I was somewhat hesitant about the thoughts of a DJ. However, Dan proved me wrong. The music was perfect and there was nothing cheesy about it! I, personally, found Dan to be very flexible and willing to change things up just to suit me, the bride. We have spread great word about Dan and will continue to do so. THANK YOU, DAN!

Daniel was GREAT! He was so professional and kept things upbeat and lively all evening. The music was great and we received so many positive comments about how much fun everyone had. So if anyone is looking for a great DJ for their next event, you can't go wrong w/Daniel.

I had been to a few weddings prior to getting engaged where no one was dancing, or there would be periods of an empty dance floor. When I got engaged I knew I didnt' want that to happen at my wedding. Dan played a great mix of music that kept the party going from start to finish. He also did a great job of supplying our ceremony music. I highly recommend Danamare Productions.

Dan played all the music we asked for and also provided music that fit into our tastes. He has an online selection of songs and is willing to obtain other songs that you like if he doesn't already have them. He was willing to travel from Raleigh to Black Mountain, NC.
