We got married on 11/01/2025 at Crystal Lake and we are SO glad we chose to get married here! We worked with Kayla in the beginning stages, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Kailey helped us leading up to the wedding and she was amazing as well! They kept everything organized and on time and were very present throughout the planning process.
The gazebo ceremony area and the ballroom are absolutely beautiful.
We chose to add on the boat ride for the boys to the ceremony and for the wedding party coming back and even though it was chilly, it was worth it.
Our guests have all been raving about how polite, fun and professional the staff was. And at the end of the night, they packed everything up for us quickly and efficiently. They were so friendly and helpful.
This was easily the best night of our lives, and we couldn’t have made that happen without all of the help from everyone at Crystal Lake. -

Lovely Post Wedding Reception Event
KAYLA was wonderful from beginning to end during the entire process! I couldn't ask for a better experience! The entire staff was a total pleasure to work with over the entire year! Everyone loved all the food selections and the attention to every detail was fabulous! The venue is a lovely spot tucked away in the country side. It has beautiful views of the Golf course, the water, an area with fire pit and couches. A pictureque spot with a gazebo can be reserved for an outdoor wedding. Kayla is so caring and very in tune with making your dreams come true and excellent at working with your budget. The positive experience our family had with staff and this venue I would not hesitate to make your special day a reality at Crystal Lake Golf Club! -

Kayla and her team (shout out Kailey, Lauren, Cody) were excellent from start to finish. When you book with this venue you are booking for their services and professionalism. Half of the value of what you are paying for are for their unmatched commitment to making the vision of your day come true. From the start, we knew that we would have a very unique day with attempting to blend two traditions together. This team rolled with the punches. They were communicative and flexible to multiple different requests. They did this with ease - as a couple we felt so reassured that this team would do what was in their power to make our day come to life. The pricing here is transparent and fair - Kayla has your back! She is realistic and goes to bat for you in terms of making sure the day can stay within budget. She is highly responsive to emails and our planning meetings were productive and on task.
The venue itself is gorgeous - the ballroom is updated, the ceremony site is tranquil and pristine. On the day of myself and my bridesmaids had a great time getting ready in the bridal suite and were treated well all night (Kailey and Cody made sure were were never without champagne or snacks).
The facilities for the groom and groomsmen are nice, comforting and useful as well.
Indian brides in New England - don't sleep on this venue!! The outdoor gazebo functions as a mandap. We were able to use a havan kund. The team was so excited to allow us to bring our culture into it - we even got to serve chai and samosas (a very welcome customization to our menu and went out of their way to source the samosas).
While I very luckily don't anticipate having another wedding again, if I had to do it over again it would do it with Crystal Lake every time. -

We got married on September 20th 2025 at Crystal Lake golf club. I am so glad we chose this for our venue. We were not disappointed Kayla and Kaylie were amazing to work with. Any questions we had they answered promptly. The food was delicious. We had cocktail hour that our guest are still talking about. Our choices were fried raviolis, chicken, teriyaki, and the bruschetta it was out of this world. Our DJ Anthony Avicolli had our dance floor packed all night. Our photographer Paul Spetrini was very on point. I cannot speak highly enough about this venue like I said our guests are still talking about the magical wedding that we had. I came in on horse and carriage from liberty Farms. You will not be disappointed. -

We could not be more pleased with everything throughout this process! The staff at crystal lake was absolutely amazing. We worked with Kayla for the majority of our wedding needs and she never missed a beat! Professional, straightforward, accommodating. Just overall amazing. The venue set up all of our decor and did an amazing job. If I had to get married again, I’d go back!! -

Kayla and her staff were professional, organized and basically on top of every single detail. The food was fabulous, I would totally recommend the buffet!!! Crystal Lake is truly a hidden gem for Rhode Island weddings! When my husband and I started looking at wedding venues, we were amazed when we found Crystal Lake. The ceremony site is hidden in the woods with a beautiful view of the lake behind you and the reception room has big windows, twinkly lights and plenty of space. For such a beautiful, unique venue, we found all of their prices the most reasonable. And trust me - I looked all over RI, CT and MA!! We started working with our wedding coordinator Tracy, who decided to leave Crystal Lake to spend more time with her family. We then began working with Kayla. Kayla was amazing from the first day we worked with her. When she took over, she called me and talked with me on the phone for an hour to make sure all of the details she had for our wedding were still what we needed. She made herself available at any point and she answered my last minute questions, reassuring me and encouraging me. The day of the rehearsal and the wedding, Kayla kept everyone calm and laughing. There were so many things behind the scenes that she did for us to keep the day running smoothly. We can't thank her enough! The food was excellent! Many of our guests took the time to compliment the food after our wedding. Overall, we truly couldn't have had a better day with Crystal Lake. We are so grateful for all they did to make our day so special. We wish we could get married every year, and Crystal Lake would be our choice every time! -

Crystal Lake truly is a hidden gem in RI. From the second we saw this venue we knew it was the one to book! The venue is gorgeous, the white drapery and lights around the room are perfect extra additions. We were lucky and had a Saturday without rain so our ceremony was at the gazebo, which is breathtaking. Especially in the fall season! The food is delicious, every one of our guests highly complimented it. There were some bumps in the road of previous wedding coordinators leaving (who were fantastic for the time we worked with them) to a new coordinator, Kayla, who took over. I can’t imagine it’s very easy to step in halfway through wedding planning and working with multiple couples but Kayla handled it so well! She was quick to respond to any message I sent her. She was there for rehearsal and our day making sure it all went flawless. I give her a lot of kudos for all she did in a short time and making it all run smoothly. I can’t recommend Crystal Lake enough!! -

We had a fund raising event at Cristal Lake and it went off with out a hitch! Cristal Lake's team was very helpful, professional and went above and beyond. We had some guest that had dietary restrictions and their chef was able to accommodate them. The night went very smooth! The venue is beautiful and well kept. I would recommend them for any event! -

My dad had passed away 10 days before my wedding day. Tracy and the staff made the day more bearable, always asking me if I needed anything and if they could help in any way. I would highly recommend this location, it’s definitely a hidden gem, and the staff is like no other. -

Our wedding was affected by COVID. Tracy (coordinator) was so accommodating and flexible. She really worked with us, and never gave us a hard time. We were so thankful for everything Tracy and the venue did to make sure we got our perfect day!
We had an amazing day, the food seemed to be the highlight of the wedding. All of our guests raves about how delicious their food was! The staff was attentive and easy to work with. We really were so pleased with everything! -

Beautiful Venue
My Daughter had her wedding & reception here on 6/11/21 and I do not have one complaint. Tracy the coordinator was the best I can't say enough on how great she was during every step. The staff was also great. The outdoor gazebo was a perfect spot for the ceremony. Everyone has told me how beautiful the venue was and that food was great (which I totally agree). It was a perfect day thanks to Crystal Lake! -

Everything was amazing!!!
Tracy made the whole planning process so easy and made sure everything went well on the wedding day. Our wedding was so beautiful we couldn’t have asked for a better venue!
They have a great preferred vendors list that makes planning so easy! I just would NOT recommend music machine entertainment for your dj, they played the wrong song for our first dance which was the only down fall of the night -

I can not recommend Crystal Lake enough from their staff to specifically Tracy, their wedding coordinator. The sit itself is gorgeous with options of where to hold stuff and things to make your day special and unique. Tracy herself was ALWAYS quick to answer my thousand questions and any request I may have thought were unusual. She was so informative and helpful during this planning with COVID. I am HONORED to be a Crystal Lake Bride as they were amazing to work with during every aspect of the process. -

Derek and I were married at Crystal Lake Golf Club on 9/28/19. Tracy and her staff, along with our amazing vendors made our day so special. Tracy’s attention to detail made every bit of our day special. From champagne during pictures, to her helping capture one of our favorite shots of the day, answering my million emails at all hours of the day throughout the whole process, and sending us love and support when my Mom passed suddenly, Tracy is the reason we would recommend Crystal Lake 100 times over. Our guests have not stopped talking about the food and atmosphere on our wedding day. It was the wedding of our dreams! -

My husband, Tyler and I got married at Crystal Lake on 9/14/19. I have nothing but good things to say about this venue and especially Tracy, the coordinator. We had an amazing experience with Crystal Lake from start to finish. It is an affordable venue with a unique ceremony space, lovely ballroom and many customization options to choose from. Not only are the grounds beautiful, but we also used the antique car (a unique and awesome entrance to the ceremony for the bride!) and the boat (I highly suggest the boat – great for pictures and cocktail treats and drinks are provided!).
Tracy was amazing throughout the entire process from planning and through the day of. She was prepared for every meeting and answered all of my many questions (there were a lot involving excel and word documents lol!). She was always so responsive to all of my emails or calls and gave great advice when needed.
Tyler and I wanted to do a first look at the venue, which required us to get their earlier even though another wedding was going on. Tracy was so accommodating and let us use the men and women’s locker rooms for us and our bridal parties to arrive early and get dressed. The locker rooms are huge, clean and great for photos too! She then made sure we had everything we needed to take pictures at the gazebo and moved all of our things for us up to the bridal suite.
On the day of we were expecting some rain and Tracy knew I wanted my wedding outside if there was any possibility of the rain breaking. We got lucky and the rain broke just in time for our ceremony and pictures. Tracy and her team were amazing – they ensured that all of our ceremony décor was placed perfectly and the seats were dry for guests just in time.
We had a mishap with our antique car breaking down, but Tracy saved the day again within minutes and was able to provide an even better antique car for me to arrive to the ceremony in.
The day went so smoothly and beautifully and we truly could not have done it without Tracy and her team! I didn’t have to worry about a thing, because Tracy was always there to keep things organized and on track! The food was delicious, the venue beautiful and all of our décor placed just as we envisioned. Many of our guests have told us how awesome the venue was and what a great time they had! I wish I could do this day over again! Can't wait to share more pictures when we have our professionals back!

Couldn't Be Happier!
It's been almost a year and I'm finally getting around to my reviews...but I have to say, even after a year, I am still relishing in the positive experience we had at Crystal Lake Golf Course for our late-October wedding!
Last October 27th we were excited to be celebrating our special day, but also happened to be "blessed" with some serious rain! (They say rain is good luck right?? TOTALLY!) But thanks to all of our incredible vendors and especially Tracey, the coordinator at Crystal Lake, the rain was only a tiny thought on our special day.
She went above and beyond to ensure our, originally planned outdoor ceremony, was easily transitioned inside. All of our florals and decor we had coordinated to be outside were utilized and nothing went wasted. Not to mention we weren't a small crowd; we had around 215 guests. Tracey and her crew made it very comfortable for everyone to feel welcome and not crowded. The transition between ceremony space into reception was so timely and smooth that it was almost unnoticed by the crowd!
I also have to talk Tracey up for her amazing personality, attention to detail, flexibility and excellent communication. She made planning our wedding so stress-free! The venue is by far one of the most affordable options for a large crowd; we went with buffet style option for food. The overall style is so naturally appealing, there isn't much need to spend lots of money on decor to "dress it up."
My husband and I are looking forward to visiting our venue to celebrate our 1 year and many years to come. Thank you Tracey + the staff at Crystal lake!

Our wedding was the most perfect night we could have ever imagined. Tracy is amazing!!! She is so sweet and answers any and all of your questions you will have. I handed over all of my decorations for the tables and centerpieces and told Tracy what I visioned without really giving her any pictures and she absolutely nailed it with the setup! The food is amazing and the view of the lake is just perfect! Cutest venue for such a reasonable price! -

Kyle and I got married here on July 6, 2019 and we do not have enough good things to say about this venue and their coordinator Tracy! The venue itself was beautiful because of all the different views it had to offer which meant many different photo ops. Everything was perfect from the food to the entire flow of the day which was well planned out by Tracy. She always replied promptly to my many questions throughout our planning process, including checking the weather the day of to ensure our ceremony didn't get rained on. We HIGHLY recommend Crystal Lake and we do not know what we would have done without Tracy, she truly is the best and incomparable. If you are on the fence about booking here, do not hesitate! Our wedding couldn't have been more perfect, and it's all thanks to Crystal Lake and their wedding coordinator, Tracy Hill. I don't even know where to start! Tracy is THE best! She is incredibly organized, responds quickly to questions and has a worksheet with all the wedding details to help you think of everything you might need for your big day. The venue itself is GORGEOUS! We are big nature lovers and wanted an outdoorsy theme to our wedding, and Crystal Lake offered that in a classy, well-landscaped setting. We had our ceremony at the Gazebo with the lake in the background, and had some incredible night photos with sun setting behind the lake. We even rented the pontoon boat ride to carry our bridal party back to the reception - complete with appetizers and drinks! The food is SO good there, we received so many compliments about the food and how it really exceed expectations. Thank you so much Tracy and Crystal Lake for making our dream wedding come true! -

Tracy was very organized and she knows what she is doing!! She will go over the whole plan for your special day so you know exactly what to expect. We really wanted chicken parm as a dinner option and even though it was not something they normally do she did it for us! It is things like this that make this venue amazing. We would recommend this venue to everyone! You get a lot for your money and it was worth every penny. Thank you!!

Cocktail hour especially has beautiful views of the lake and very pretty landscaping. An optional boat ride was a fun, unique addition to the day. Everyone enjoyed the food as well. Prices were more reasonable then most places we visited. Definitely check this place out! Thanks Tracy!

Ashley Sent on 12/31/2016Crystal Lake was my top choice for our wedding. Having grown up in northern RI and attended a few events there, I knew it was the perfect place to have our reception. Tracy, the wedding coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. She was very responsive and helped keep me on track with details and the timeline. On the day of the wedding, my mom was having trouble with the bustle and Tracy jumped right in and figured it out. She is great! The food was excellent - we had the mustard encrusted pork tenderloin, and stuffed breast of chicken, as well as a plethora of appetizers. It was a wonderful reception! -

The planning process with CL is super thorough, which soothed my neurotic planner soul. P.S. Tracy helped us through every step of the process. The building is beautiful and they keep expanding. We couldn't have picked a better place!! -

The grounds are beautiful and make for some amazing pictures. The Gazebo is an incredible area for your ceremony. My husband and I also utilized the boat ride that is available during select months. It was a unique fun way to celebrate with my wedding party. The food was incredible!!! The wedding coordinator on staff, Tracy Hill, proved to be an asset to our wedding planning process and our wedding day. We were very impressed with everything. -

Stephany Sent on 04/01/2017Tracy made an appointment with us to come see Crystal Lake as a possible venue for our wedding. We woke up early on Saturday to drive there and get there 10 minutes early. There was no one to be seen when we walked in the door. We had to find someone that worked there to ask where Tracy was, only to find out she was "in a meeting and would be a minute" . 25 minutes later still nothing. no Email. No phone call. Nothing. We walked out the door. Come to find out that this is not the first time this has happened. First impressions are everything and we will not be spending a dollar or another minute thinking about this venue. She did email me back after I sent her and email with an apology saying she misread her appointment book and had been running behind but I feel things still could have been handled differently.
