My husband shopped for months for an engagement ring. He visited many local and national stores. The reason he went with Roger at Crowne was because of the exceptional service he received. Roger spent two hours showing him their workshop and explaining his options, while others just focused on making a sale. I was given a ring, which is exactly what I would have picked out myself, that is an exceptional quality diamond. Because of the service my husband received, we went with Crowne Jewelers for our bands too. My husband had never worn a ring before and didn't want one that was too tight, so he ordered a ring that came in and was too big. It was a week before the wedding. Crowne put a rush on the new band and we had it in plenty of time before the wedding.
