Katie Cotton is one of the best hair and makeup artist in Columbia. I used her for my wedding a few weeks ago and I absolutely LOVED her! Her bubbly personality along with her professionalism truly made for a stress free time getting ready leading up to the wedding. My hair was everything I ever wanted it to be and my makeup was flawless. She is so easy to work with. I highly recommend her services to anyone getting married. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Katie Cotton and her staff were amazing on my wedding day! They showed up on time, set up and got to work immediately. With so many people I was so impressed with how efficient they were, and creative!! All of the girls looked gorgeous and I was beyond pleased with my hair and makeup. I even had a little meltdown in the middle of my makeup and Katie did everything to calm my nerves and settle me down. They were wonderful and such a huge part of making my day amazing!

Katie was awesome! She did my hair and make up for my birdal portraits and my wedding. She did an amazing job and I couldn't have been happier! My makeup stayed on all night! Even through the crying :)She also did one of my bridesmaids and my mom. They both were beautiful! She even had to wait for someone to get there that was running late and it seemed to not be a big deal at all for her. She did amazing work and was very sweet also!

I was very pleased with Katie Cotton's services. She did hair and makeup for myself, my mother, and my four bridesmaids. Everyone looked great!! We had not had any consultations ahead of time, so she met all of us for the first time that day. She got some background on each of us before starting, to give her an idea of what kind of makeup and hair products would work best. Our hair and makeup lasted all day and through the reception. She even gave me some powder and lip gloss to freshen up throughout the day. Katie was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend using her!

Katie was wonderful!! She came to our home months before the wedding and did a practice run for my daughter with her hair and makeup. Katie was patient and did a great job listening to what she wanted. They played and had fun until it was just right! Then she came to the Bridal Shoot and worked her magic, helping my daughter feel like her most beautiful self! Katie was very prompt returning calls and emails for details about the wedding day. She came and did the my daughter's hair and makeup and was so relaxed and calm. I even asked her to apply my makeup at the last minute and she jumped right in and didn't make me feel "made up" - just a little more special "me" :) We also had 5 bridesmaids and the Mother of the Groom who wanted their hair fixed for the wedding day so Katie brought 3 more stylists with her in order to get the girls and the MOG ready without it taking all morning. We so appreciated that! The makeup lasted ALL day and didn't need any touch up - amazing! And my daughter's hair was picture perfect even as they rode off for their honeymoon! We are blessed to have Katie's talents right here! Thank you for everything, Katie! You were a joy and made my girl feel her prettiest on her most special day!

Katie was the very first vendor I booked when we got engaged. I saw all of her incredible reviews on Wedding Wire and knew I had to have her! She was so sweet and so easy to work with. I planned our wedding from out-of-town so she worked in my hair & makeup preview on the day of my bridal portraits. I LOVE the airbrush makeup - it looked amazing from start to finish in all of the wedding pictures! I can't say enough great things about working with Katie. When we met for my first consulation, we got my make-up in a great place, but I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do with my hair. Katie was so patient with me and told me how important it was to her for us to get it right. It took us two more meetings to land on the perfect updo, but I was so happy with the end result. On the day of, Katie showed up on time and worked with two assistants to make sure me and my five bridesmaids were ready with some time to spare. She's also incredibly flexible - in addition to taking care of me and my bridesmaids, she was able to squeeze in my last minute request the day of to do the hair for my brother-in-law's girlfriend and touch up my husband's razor burn on his neck. Her prices are also incredibly reasonable and she's got the perfect disposition: outgoing and creative, yet calm and organized.

She takes great care of you - responding to emails quickly, arriving completely stocked with anything and everything you could want hair/make-up-wise, and willing to do ANYTHING you may need to make your day a success (even if it's not hair/make-up related). -- Katie has buckled my shoes when I couldn't bend down in my dress, cut my tags off when I forgot to remove them, and tied and trimmed my sash when no one else knew how. Katie is more than a hair and make-up artist - she becomes part of the wedding party!
