Amazing wedding experience with Cosmo Events

Planning a wedding with a new family and no experience can be a completely overwhelming and stressful process. Dina did an amazing job keeping us organized and on schedule. She made sure everyone's opinions and ideas were heard and respected. And she offered fun and different ideas we hadn't thought of ourselves. Day-of, Dina and her team were amazing. They were perfectly calm, professional, and beyond prepared for anything that could happen. I felt so comfortable to have them there and would highly recommend them for any event!

Wedding Ceremony

Great coordinating before and during. She provided lots of options going into the wedding day, however, not having experience with weddings, it didn’t make sense until we attended a few weddings during the planning process so we could see what works and doesn’t. Nevertheless, the day of coordinating was great. The brides dress tore and her team quickly patched it back together. They were there when we needed them and were totally calm and available the whole day.

Amazing, Exceeded All Our Expectation

There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Dina. Dina was extraordinary. She's incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and amenable to the changes and always ready to answer all our questions. She is extremely well organized, and gave us the peace of mind we needed for this special day. Dina was helpful at very point in our planning process. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and calm. During the last week, when nerves and tempers started to flare, she kept a level head and kept everyone in line. On the day of our wedding, she was amazing, handling any last minute problems or changes with ease. She orchestrated a beautiful ceremony and kept the party humming. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be -- elegant, classic, and warm. Highly recommend.

There really isn't enough great things that can be said about Dina. She helped in planning, and coordinated my wedding, and from the very beginning until the very end Dina has been a pleasure to deal with. You can tell she really cares about the people she works with, the service she provides, and especially cares about making the whole experience as easy and pleasant as possible; no easy feat. For example - our party bus broke down on the way to our ceremony, and without missing a beat, Dina was already on the phone with our vendor to remedy the problem. The solution? A Bentley limo, Rolls-Royce Ghost, and Maybach show up to escort our whole party from ceremony to reception. The whole time Dina was cool, calm, and collected, which really kept the whole day moving as smoothly as possible. Furthermore, the reception went without any hiccups as Dina and her team were there to maintain a very well-coordinated evening made up of about 250 guests. Dina was a crucial component to making our day as amazing as it was. She will always be the first person that comes to mind when I plan any events in the future!

Dina has been incredible to work with. She took the time to really listen and understand what it was we wanted for our event! It was such a wise decision to have Dina and her team from Cosmo Events LA for my sister's wedding. The most professional team I've had experience with. Dina and her squad took care of every little and big thing including: organizing and communicating with vendors, taking care of guests and relatives at the wedding, being professional and on top of every detail every thing. Thank you for having a glass of Champagne ready for every guest who made a toast. Thank you Dina and Alina for distracting my 3-year old from DJ equipment so I could grab a quick bite. Thank you for keeping our Groom and Bride organized prior to the wedding and during the special event. So my sister and brother's -in-law job was to enjoy their Big, Happy Day.
I so wish I knew Cosmo team several years ago and have them at my wedding. We all had an amazing, smooth, stress free experience with professionalism and respect to the event planning and implementing it. Big thanks to Cosmo team.

Encredible experience. The whole team thinks on their feet. Dina and her squad were the perfect choice. We had a backyard fancy party of 80 people with several different caterers that needs to be coordinated, flowers and tables set up, and guests that had to be taken care of. The Cosmic girls did everything with grace and elegance of a five star restaurant.

Dina was professional and timely in everything we asked for. She met with us many times to offer suggestions to our obstacles and creative ideas to make our wedding stand out. She helped us think of everything from food for our bridal party while commuting to "bathroom baskets" for our guests. She spent time getting to know our vision and was there at every moment in the planning and day of to help implement it. We were able to relax because we were confident that Dina could run the show.

Thanks to Dina and her team we've gotten a lot of complements about our wedding. We couldn't even imagine a more perfect wedding . She provided helpful advises and resources, patiently taking care about us, guests, and every single detail, making sure that everything was done on time. It was not actually a wedding, it was a triple birthday celebration for my wife, father-in-low, and mother-in-low.
I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Dina from Cosmo Events LA.
The Cosmo Events team were extremely professional and provided quality customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I still do not understand how it was possible to put together all of those vendors and conduct them through the party in the way it was. Dina provided prompt response throughout the party planning process. She always said “yes” to any idea that came from me or my wife during of the party planning phase. I know how difficult we are and Dina was extremely patient and understandable to us.
Bottom line - Dina and The Cosmo Events team were wonderful and I highly suggest going through them if you actually want to enjoy your event.

Like an old saying goes "devil is in the details". I was so happy the "Cosmo Events LA" team was able to address ALL possible details of my wedding IN ADVANCE!!!! That was the key. I was not aware that so many "little" things should be taken care of. DIna and her team of professionals brilliantly planned each and every step of my pretty complicated wedding day. They connected all dots that seemed non-connectable. The cocktail hour followed by the ceremony and the buffer time were scheduled very carefully and the plan worked!!! And when it came to the reception everybody was happy and satisfied. Oh, and the reception was a bliss! All vendors including MC, videographers, and so on worked as a team thanks to impeackable coordination by Dina and her team. Thank you Dina!!! You are a true marvel of wedding planning!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "Cosmo Events LA" for advance wedding planning and also for the "day of" coordination.

This is the third time I used Cosmo Events LA. The first time it was an Open House for my business, and two others were my Birthday parties. Awesome Party Planners (Dina) did an amazing job providing the venue, food, cake and entertainment for my Birthday Party. Dina is very professional - in a comfortable, calming way...she offers options, helps with suggestions and is very flexible. The services provided are a definite value!! I loved Dina as she was responsible, flexible and made you feel like a "King." I felt totally in control of what I wanted when the wedding happened - no surprises - as everything was explained to me, my bride and parents well in advance. Dina met with my parents once, and was easy to get in contact in between mine and my bride's three meetings which never felt rushed. Everyone of my wedding company fell in love with Dina and her work. I felt that I was able to enjoy the wedding with my guests, while saving myself a bunch of headache. Dina's services paid for themselves - I got more competitive quotes than my friend who had his wedding at the same venue 5 months prior. We also had the same florist and video and photo vendors. Dina's team is very good - attentive, courteous and professional. Everything was perfect under Cosmo Events LA's execution. Thank you Dina!

Dina Gontar was my wedding coordinator and even though we chose the most conservative package she helped us brainstorm an initial wedding day plan, find our vendors and she coordinated our ceremony and reception. Dina's vast experience in both Russian and American culture helped tremendously in addressing the finer points of creating a balanced yet very unique and enjoyable wedding reception for a Russian-American mixed wedding where both sides of the party had their own wishes and opinions on how the event should go. With her help, we were able to create a detailed event schedule early on to guide all of our preparations. She also helped us locate very talented vendors, such as our DJ, a great dancing troupe, and even a marriage officiant who was able to both satisfy our Russian side of the family and American one equally well. Dina put in great effort to keep us on track with our planning and vendor negotiations, she gently reminded us of tasks to be done and various things to watch out for. She collaborated with our vendors independently also to make sure everyone knew what to do and when to do it. Her greatest contribution, however, was her active and highly perceptive event day orchestration of our venue staff, vendors and our guests to maximize the comfort and enjoyment of everyone involved. She took care of everyone's needs and was able to figure out more subtle cues of our guests, if they felt lost or left out at any point, and correct that during both the ceremony and the reception proceedings. Overall, we were very satisfied with her work and very grateful to her for making our wedding event very special and successful. All our guests enjoyed the evening and had great responses about Dina and all our vendors. I definitely recommend Dina as a wedding coordinator, especially, but not limited to, situations where both or one side of the party have strong roots in Russian culture.

Dina was amazing! I was the groom and I was lucky enough to have my wife work with Dina. I was very hands off and I enjoyed that very much. In the back of my mind I was always worried that Dina and my wife were doing something wrong or were missing something. I was wrong! The wedding was perfect and I can honestly say it went without a hitch. All the vendors that we worked with were recommended by Dina except for the venue (we got the venue before we met Dina). I wish we had Dina before we picked the venue for advice and contract negotiation. If I was crazy enough to ever do a wedding like that, I would certainly work with Dina again.

My husband and I planned our wedding on our own but enlisted Dina to help with our rehearsal and day-of coordination. That was the best decision we could have made. Dina was instrumental in making our wedding day stress-free and making sure that all the work we put into planning our big day was magnified. We had a lot of different vendors, big families and very particular requests and instructions (not to mention a music band which came in from San Francisco) and Dina (owner/president of Cosmo) handled everything with the outmost professionalism. Everything ran absolutely smoothly on the wedding date and I can honestly say that it was in large part due to Cosmo Events.

Cosmo Events LA is able to provide the assistance and the supervision to other staff at the event. Dina is great at managing other employees during the event and fill in the gaps to make the party flawless. She always has great ideas and suggestions!

Our wedding planner was there when you needed her. She was running around making sure everything went smoothly at our wedding. The biggest complement we keep getting is how perfectly planned everything was. Dina did a great job. My train ripped in the middle of the reception and she sowed it back on for me. She had all the tools she needed and was very responsible. I was very calm throughout the ceremony and reception because I knew I could rely on her.

Wedding panning is no easy task, yet it's can be a pleasant experience if you have the opportunity to work with a real professional. Dina, the wedding planner was extremely well informed, kind, professional, and made recommendations on details I didn't even think about. Your special day should be just that, "special", yet if you don't have someone there to guide you to the main day and through the main day, it may turn into an experience you want to forget. Dina provided her services for our wedding and she was just absolutely amazing, she took care of every little thing and if any problems arose she took care of them without questions asked. Dina is the best!

The greatest thing about her is she listens, she's organized, she's dependable, and her suggestions and advice come from experience and know-how. She will listen to what you want and then go the extra mile to make it happen. One of the best things I did for my wedding is to hire her to take care of the "day of" stuff. We spent a year planning, and it was nice to not worry about all the minutia details during the wedding and to feel like a bride rather than a coordinator.

Dina made me feel like this was not just a job for her, but that she really cared that the wedding day went the way i envisioned it, and that my groom and I had a great time. She treated me like I was a friend, and it was really great.

I loved loved loved working with Dina. She made my special day so easy for me always being on top of everything and taking care of everything we asked of her. She was always calm, put together and very comforting. She really took the time to get information about my vendors, took notes and was very dilligent in everything she did. She also had some great recommedations, when I was in need of a vendor. I also appreciated that Dina wore appropriate attire at my wedding so she really blended it with the guests and not just pants and tshirts like I saw other planners wear. She wore a cocktail dress, which was awesome. I highly recommend her for any event you are planning, as she is going to make it so easy for you to plan the best party of your life. She did for me!

Dina was a pleasure to work with. We booked her for day-of coordination, but she went above and beyond to make the day wonderful. She helped us get the photography permit as well as the fire permit. Dina was absolutely fantastic and extremely professional. Her day-of-services coordination was perfect. She made sure that all the vendors were informed ahead of time about our wedding day timeline and what everyone was expected to do. On the day of the wedding, she was the main contact for all the vendors and handled unexpected situations with utmost professionalism. Dina was a great wedding coordinator. She helped tremendously to make sure that my wedding program ran smoothly. If any problems did arise she handled them and I didnt even notice anything was wrong. We hired Cosmo Events as our day-of coordinator and were very pleased with services. My mom and I planned my entire wedding however we needed help on the day-of since there are so many moving parts. From our first meeting with Dina, it was obvious she was the right person for the day. She impressed us with her attention to detail, creativity and professionalism. Dina was available for any questions we had during the planning process and drove out to meet with us twice before the wedding! She handle the rehearsal for a wedding party of 15, dealt with all vendors and guests without breaking a sweat. We highly recommend Cosmo Events for your big day!
