I recently hosted a post-wedding brunch for my family, and I had the pleasure of working with Coliseum Caterers. From start to finish, my experience with them was absolutely stellar!
One of the standout features of their catering service was the affordable package that included a delightful omelette and waffle station. This interactive setup not only allowed guests to customize their omelettes with a variety of fresh ingredients but also offered delicious waffles topped with an array of toppings like whipped cream, berries, and syrup. It was a hit among both adults and kids!
The quality of the food was exceptional. The omelettes were cooked to perfection, fluffy and bursting with flavor. The waffles were golden and crispy, making for a perfect brunch treat. My family couldn’t stop raving about how tasty everything was!
Beyond the delicious food, the staff from Coliseum Caterers were incredibly professional and friendly, especially Liam Sawicki. Liam played a crucial role in helping me decide between options before the event and reassuring set up and clean up would be a breeze. As promised, the Coliseum staff set up everything seamlessly and ensured that all guests were well taken care of throughout the event. Their attention to detail left me feeling relaxed and able to enjoy the brunch alongside my family.
