Destination wedding during Covid

My husband and I can't thank Anastasia enough for all that she did to help make our wedding a success. Because of the pandemic, we had to postpone our original date and had to completely re-think our wedding day a few times. We decided on a small destination wedding in Maine and couldn't have done any of this without her. She provided us with amazing solutions and guidance while remaining calm throughout the entire process which helped us stay calm as well. Her wedding package made it so easy! We even stayed in a beautiful airbnb she had decorated the night of the wedding! We had zero stress on our wedding day which was the best feeling, thanks to Anastasia. Highly recommend hiring Anastasia (or anyone on her staff). We'd work with her again in a heartbeat for future events and hope to have an anniversary party in Maine and use her services again!

Thank you for our beautiful wedding day!

We decided on using Anastasia because her packages encompassed everything and all we had to do was think about fun things like cocktails and what colors I wanted. Everything was amazing and I wasn’t stressed out at all. I can't put into words how beautiful the flowers at our wedding were. Anastasia took our vision and added her expertise and a few surprises- which blew us away! We gave Anastasia and her team a big task to hang greenery and flowers from the ceiling and on the day of everything was installed perfectly. Anastasia was such an amazing planner, everything was so easy. Thank you for making our day so beautiful!

Stunning Floral and Event Design Anastasia absolutely made my dreams come true with her beautiful floral designs! I had a very specific look in mind and she managed to capture it so perfectly...I am still day-dreaming about the beautiful handmade birch arch she created for us! Beyond that, I was especially grateful for her accessibility. She would speak with me via email or text regularly and really helped come alongside me during the entire planning process. She is extremely knowledgeable in all-things-wedding, and played a big role in helping me map out my entire theme and decorations, far beyond just the florals. She is really what helped me pull everything together...and the wedding was gorgeous! 5 stars!

I have been consulting with Anastasia Stevenson, the owner, about my DIY projects and especially wedding flowers and she is AMAZING! She has been patient and creative and gives great advice! I have done a few trial runs and with her guidance, I have more confidence and know my wedding flowers will be incredible!

Hiring Coastal Creative Events was the smartest thing I did for my daughter’s wedding. My daughter lives in Alabama with her fiancé, but the wedding was being held in Savannah, GA. My daughter flew to Savannah for a long weekend of planning and shopping for her wedding and realized making decisions for the wedding were just too overwhelming for her. I live in Texas so couldn't really help either. I met her in Savannah and called Coastal Creative Events and made an appointment with Stacey. She met us on short notice and after asking my daughter a few questions about herself and her fiancé she captured what they wanted in regard to their wedding. “Romantic Garden” From that meeting on Stacey was involved with all aspects of the wedding planning. Her introduction of the very best vendors; from the wedding invitations to the wedding / reception layout were phenomenal. She always offered a selection of vendors that fit into our price range and style. She was constantly in communication with all the vendors and us and if we had a questions or any concern she was just an email away. She always answered promptly, usually within minutes if not the hour. She is an organizational genius with a keen eye for the smallest details. Her timelines were so detailed and easy to follow. Her biggest contribution was handling the floral and event design, we had the most beautiful flower urns for the ceremony entrance and got so many compliments! and Sarah who was our “day of” handled her duties with a calm finesse, and a quiet calm touch, keeping everyone on task in regard to the wedding party schedule, while being ever vigilant and on top of every preparation and execution of all the vendors. The wedding turned out so beautiful and stress free for all involved. The only complaint I heard was that it ended too soon. Thank you Stacey and your staff for such an unforgettable day. I would whole heartily recommend Coastal Creative Events for your event

Just returning from our wedding this past Saturday 10/11/2014, I felt compelled to write a review of Coastal Creative right away. HANDS DOWN -- the BEST!! Our guests are still buzzing with how incredibly beautiful our wedding ceremony and reception was -- bottom line, they said it was the MOST beautiful wedding they ever attended -- and all that credit goes to Stacey Marie and her amazing team!!! From the moment I contacted Coastal Creative, they were just beyond awesome to work with -- creative, overly responsive (I don't think they ever sleep) and every question, every idea was answered immediately. Planning a destination wedding in Savannah from a 1000 miles away is NO easy feat, but Stacey Marie was right there every step of the way -- it was such a stress free experience. Honestly! We held our ceremony at the Fragrant Garden and our reception in the Purple Room of the Olde Pink House. The attention to detail, the flowers (OMG the FLOWERS), and all of the personal touches were BEYOND WORDS. Our wedding literally took my breath away and our guests gasped when they saw the ceremony and then the reception. Some of our guests said they wanted to get married all over again to have their wedding look like ours!!! Everything was AMAZING -- all thanks to Coastal Creative listening and truly understanding our style, visions, etc. My mother (MOB), a retired floral designer of 45 years and who had done countless weddings, couldn't believe how stunning the florals and other details were -- she said it was truly "magical". Stacey Marie created the most perfect day of our lives and in the process, I gained a wonderful friend. The saddest part of the wedding being over is not chatting with her by email almost daily. Savannah Brides-to-be -- if you want your day to be everything and then some -- Coastal Creative is it!!! They are just wonderful in every single way!!! Thank you so much Stacey Marie and team. I was stationed overseas until the week before the wedding, and Coastal Creative was easy to deal with, and made our wedding beautiful, and everything turned out exactly as I wanted it to.

I know I had a million questions and concerns and they were always there to help. We were married on Tybee Island and just thinking about how beautiful everything was brings tears to my eyes. Can not say enough good things! Despite the 40mph winds the day of our wedding, everything was beautiful! Stacy and Marie really helped throughout the planning process and answered everyone of my questions and concerns. They matched my colors perfectly and even incorporated little details, like starfish, to match the rest of my decor. Great value and service!

Stacey and the team at Coastal Creative were amazing! They were in constant communication with me at all times and were very professional. They provided all of the flowers and décor, which blew everyone away. They really put us at ease and the planning felt effortless. Coastal Creative Savannah Weddings went BEYOND and ABOVE to give my husband and I the most incredible and memorable wedding day we could have ever asked for. It was nerve wracking planning our Savannah wedding all the way from Atlanta, but Stacey was so amazing about walking me through the entire process. She was always just an email away, and it never took her more than 12 hours to get back to me. Not only did she coordinate our entire wedding, she personally designed and put together all of our flowers. My family and I were SPEECHLESS when we walked into our ceremony and reception space to see what she had put together for us. Beautiful does not begin to describe what an incredible job she did, and how hard she worked to make it special. In addition to the flowers and coordination for our wedding, she helped me to find and book our dj, minister, transportation, venue, and more. She was always more than happy to answer any of my questions and help guide me to a solution. There is no way I could have planned my wedding without this group of wedding planners. It shows in the outcome of the weddings they plan that they do this because they are passionate about what they do. It is also helpful that they know all the best businesses and people in the Savannah wedding industry to make your wedding day and weekend special. You will not be disappointed by choosing them to help you plan the most important day of your life!

I wish I had more events to plan because I would call on them for everything if I could! Marie was incredible to work with I swear that woman does not sleep! She would respond to my emails in minutes no matter what time I sent them. I had so many questions throughout the process and Marie answered everyone happily! She was very detail oriented, caring and professional. No matter how many events they may have planned they made mine feel like it was the only one. I met Carlin the day of the event and she was wonderful. She helped put me at ease before the ceremony and I will always remember her telling me before walking down the aisle in Pulaski Square to breathe, take it all in and to take all the time I need to enjoy this moment before walking toward my future husband. She was such a sweetheart! Our ceremony set up in the square, bridal flowers and centerpieces were all done by Coastal Creative Savannah Weddings and Events and it was all perfect! I can't thank them enough!

Marie rocks! She not only is extremely professional, but is exceptionally prompt with questions and emails. I planned my husbands and my wedding from 500 miles away, and it went perfect. It was a gorgeous ceremony, where again, Marie went above and beyond to make sure everything looked amazing. I was completely stunned as I walked up for my entrance to the ceremony. This is a wonderful company to work with! I felt extremely comfortable with everything prior to, and walking up to the ceremony!!

Marie and her crew were so easy to work with and she was ALWAYS very prompt in answering any questions that I had. My flowers were so beautiful and she went ABOVE and BEYOND my contract and added special touches that were so special and amazing! The most amazing wedding! They helped us plan our dream from the moment we picked them! As soon as I called to get information about planning my wedding on Tybee Island, I immediately felt a connection with Marie, even though I was 4 hours away. I also felt the passion and excitement through emails and phone calls that this is truly what she has a passion for. She answered all my questions and reassured me that everything will be fine. That is something every bride wants to hear! I still can not believe how perfect my wedding day was! Everything was exactly how I imagined it and more! Working with Coastal Creative to plan our small beach wedding was about as stress-free as wedding planning can get. Marie and her team were helpful and responsive at all times. Emails were returned almost instantaneously, all of the details were covered and the event turned out to be everything we’d hoped for. All of our guests commented on what a beautiful set up we had and all we had to do was show up! I would recommend Coastal Creative’s services without hesitation.

Marie and her Team were excellent. They were very prompt with email questions, changes throughout the process, professional recommendations etc..
The day of my wedding was more than I expected considering the weather, Marie swooped right in and gave her professional recommendations to move up wedding time due to the weather. However when I got there Maria added some additions to the wedding decor that we were not aware of and made the decor POP! Thank you so much for making this a memorable day for us. Coastal creative is amazing!! I couldn't have asked for a better price and people to work with. I really have to say they did an exceptional job and couldn't have asked for a better wedding, everything came out exactly as I pictured it! Marie did an awesome job, she stayed in constant communication with me at all times and responded to emails almost instantly, which worked out great when I initially started communicating with her from California months before I made the move to Georgia. She laid everything out for me to easily understand so there was no miss communicating, that way I can see that she was answering every question I had. Us both being military veterans she showed her appreciation with a discounted price. My father passed away during planning and she was very understanding when it came to adjusting payment dates. I cant say enough that the communication was phenomenal! She didn't charge me any extra for things I already had or didn't need. She always kept me informed of any changes or incidents that occurred. Even with last minute adjustment she was right on top of it. They decorated the ceremony exactly how we discussed and then some. Our reception was beautiful and was more than I expected. The food, decorations and flowers were amazing!! My bouquet was beautiful and exactly what I wanted and then some. The cake was delicious and beautiful as everything else. The The whole time she was very kind, professional, and all around good person. I cant thank her enough for doing what she did for my fathers passing and giving me the best wedding ever.

I was very impressed, start to finish, with Coastal Creative and the elopement package we used for our wedding. We had a small group, only 14 in total for our wedding. Coastal Creative was able to help us get everything we wanted for our ceremony. They were VERY fast in responding to our emails throughout the whole process. The only reason they didn't get the full 5.0 rating is due to the fact that on the day of the wedding they surprised us with having to pay the security guard an extra $85. Luckily, we had taken out extra cash to be ready for any surprises. They really did deliver on what they said they would offer (and then some!).

Very helpful and reassuring that everything that I wanted would happen and that it would all look beautiful. They responded almost immediately to all my email concerns and they planned everything the day of perfectly. It was very reassuring especially planning all of it from so far away.
