It is unfortunate that you express such dissatisfaction with the chapel owner. Her response was to the 30-40 minute tardiness of the wedding party. This delay caused a chapel full of people, not to mention the groom and the officiate, to wait inside for that full delay. The groom was "asked" if he had heard from the bride NOT, "had the groom calling". There was further delay after the bride and attendants arrived, waiting for the flower girl. The Best Man directly told the owner that they would start the wedding without the flower girl and that was when the DJ and the owner began the ceremony. The wedding party had forgotten the flowers in the car and did retrieve them, sadly somewhat late. The family members who waited outside for 5 minutes were the flower girl and her parents. They were admitted when there was an appropriate pause in the officiate's presentation, not after being "forced to let them in". The owner's head "was poking in the door" to determine such an appropriate entrance. Sincere apologies for unhappiness suffered at this wedding.
