Wow! We are so pleased we chose Cleveland Marriott for our ceremony and reception! Stephanie, the wedding planner was so wonderful and helpful to work with! The day of the wedding, we could not believe how kind and accommodating every person on their staff was to us and our friends and family. From Stephanie, Don, to check in desk, bartenders, wait staff, housekeeping, etc. we were just blown away by their helpfulness. The food was incredible as well! All of our guests told us how great everything was, and how convenient it was to have everything under one roof, with a hotel, and so close to the airport for out of town guests. Everyone here made sure our day was just perfect-thank you!

Great venue with amazing food and service!

My experience with the Cleveland airport Marriott was amazing! It was nice to have everything in one place. Planning was really easy. Our event planner Stephanie was great! She made sure our day went smoothly.

My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at the Cleveland Airport Marriott hotel in May 2017. All we can say is that it was one of the best experiences of our wedding weekend. The staff from beginning to end were great to work with. The Marriott makes it easy as you are assigned a wedding coordinator as soon as you sign your contract and they serve as your point person throughout the entire planning process. We planned our wedding from Maryland so normally that would have been a challenge, but our coordinator, Stephanie, was very flexible and accommodating throughout. All our decorations were provided by the Marriott (we used their candle centerpieces and uplighting which was included in the County Ballroom package). Everything looked beautiful! We also had a pizza bar served at 10:30 PM the night of our reception which was a huge hit with our guests. We even had a few guests with dietary restrictions and the Marriott was very accommodating. Those guests remarked how great their food was and how they've been to other weddings at other venues where the food options for those with dietary restrictions was not as good.
The day of our wedding we were assigned a team lead, Dave, who assisted our event planner to make sure everything ran smoothly. What ever we needed or wanted to be checked on, was handled great! The rehearsal dinner was just as amazing, with great food options and wonderful customer service.
Overall, we have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with the Cleveland Airport Marriott for our reception and rehearsal dinner. Everything from the planning to execution was great and the staff, at all levels, went above and beyond. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had and how this Marriott was perfect for our event. We highly recommend this Marriott for a wedding reception and rehearsal dinner!!

Thank you Sean, Matthew, our chef, bartenders, servers and desk staff, for making our wedding a fantastic evening to remember!! We felt like kings and queens and loved that we had slices of our cake, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne waiting for us when we got back to the room. The staff was very attentive to our needs, even before we knew we needed them. I appreciate that they delivered our card box and other value items to our room and had all of our decorative items boxed up and ready for us to pick up the next morning. Everyone was pleasant to work with and we enjoyed every minute of the event.

I won't hesitate to you recommend you to our friends and family!!

The Cleveland Airport Marriott staff was amazing. Even though we only worked with Stephanie for a few months, she made everything perfect for us. We received a ton of compliments about the food and the serving staff was very attentive. They were great with food allergies and also made arrangements for the little things that were important to us. We looked at 30-40 venues before choosing the Cleveland Airport Marriott and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

This was by far the most amazing place to get married. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better location or a better team!!!!

We had our wedding at the Airport Marriott this New Years Eve. We worked with Sean during the months of planning and prepping. He made everything easy and was extremely quick to reply to questions. He provided suggestions, timelines, and details I would have never thought of. The day would not have gone so smoothly without him.
During our reception, the staff was absolutely wonderful to work with. The service was great, food was AMAZING, and bartenders were well trained. Everyone worked hard to make our evening perfect. The staff was also very accommodating after the party ended with guests who still wanted to socialize. I honestly could not say enough great things about the Cleveland Airport Marriott. I would HIGHLY suggest having events there!

We had our reception at the Cleveland Airport Marriott and it was a dream come true! From day one we were made to feel welcomed and that we would have a team of excellent planners to help us with our big day! Having a planner was something I never new I wanted or needed! But when it came down to contacting outside vendors for linens, chairs, etc it was a big relief off our shoulders as the Marriott has connections with these vendors! It truly made planning a breeze! Especially in those last few weeks/days leading up to the wedding! We didn't have to worry about contacting any other vendors to coordinate times for cake drop offs or flower set ups! It was all done through our planners! In addition all of the other staff at the Marriott helped to set up our ballroom exactly as we imagined! All we needed to do was drop off our supplies and tell them how we wanted everything! It allowed for us to really enjoy those last few days before our wedding, without stressing over the little things! Plus, at the end of the night, the ballroom tore down and cleaned up! We didn't have to do anything but enjoy our night! We also had great feedback from our out of town guests! They enjoyed their stay at the Marriott and were really impressed by their shuttle service to local restaurants and bars! Our out of towners were able to see Cleveland without having to worry about renting a car! Plus they had free transportation to and from the airport! It's hard to believe that it's all over! But if we had to do it all over again we would definitely have our reception at the Cleveland Airport Marriott!!

Sean was amazing in helping us plan our wedding from Louisiana-- he made himself available whenever we were in town and promptly responded to all of our emails and calls. He bent over backward to accommodate any request we had and make the day flawless. The event itself was wonderful with the serving staff providing excellent service all night. We could not have been happier with the experience!

My wedding day was perfect with the help of the Marriott! From the front desk to the very back of the kitchen, everyone was so accommodating and caring! A special thank you to Belinda who stepped in and made a smooth transition in setting up our day after another one of our wedding planners was promoted to a different position. To future couples; you won't go wrong in choosing the Marriott to host your special day! Your guests will rave about the food and service and you won't need to worry about anything not getting done on the big day. I actually got to enjoy myself without any worries. They take care of you!

My husband and I were very impressed with the way our wedding day turned out. Sean, who was in charge of our wedding, did a phenomenal job every step of the way. He was always willing to meet and go the extra mile for us. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful reception. The food was amazing! Our guests had nothing but positive things to say. I could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. Everyone was seriously the most amazing, professional worker the entire time. Any time I needed something they were right there to help us. The food and service was 5 star! You get a wedding coordinator through the hotel who basically makes the entire reception planning process the easiest thing you could ever imagine! If you are still looking for a venue, this is the place! I had a very classic elegant wedding and the Marriott helped bring it all together to make it the best day ever!

I strongly recommend Cleveland Airport Marriott. OMG.. the entire staff was amazing. Mary Frances our event planner went above and beyond!

We had sit down dinner and the employees who did the serving treated everyone very well, some tables were totally loving their server. The little ones had a blast with their fruit cups and chicken fingers and were equally treated like the adults. One of our guest said her son was treated like a "King".

From the minute that my now husband and I chose the Cleveland Airport Marriott for our wedding reception we were blown away by the quality of service and support we received. Our wedding coordinator, Mary Frances, was constantly available to answer questions and help us to make important decisions. On the night of our wedding Mary Frances, Joe, and the entire staff went above and beyond what they had to do to ensure that our wedding was perfect. I will HIGHLY recommend this venue to all of our family members and friends who will soon be planning events.

We used the Cleveland Airport as our venue and caterer. This hotel and its staff were absolutely hands down phenomenal for our wedding. We first worked with a sales representative that showed us our space options for the ceremony and reception. She showed us the available meal and drink packages and then worked with us to create a custom package based on our preferences. Once we were ready to book and made our 1st deposit we were paired with an event manager. The event manager's name was Caileen and she was awesome. All of the details we went over with the sales specialists were perfectly handed over to Caileen and she was fully knowledgeable and prepared from the very first meeting she had with us. Caileen handled all of the details and was responsive, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable the entire way through. There wasn't a time during the entire process that we felt like we had been forgotten about or that we had to go out of our way to get a response from Caileen or the Marriott. Caileen regularly emailed us and made sure things were going well, she made suggestions, and answered any questions we had right away. The hotel held a food tasting to showcase the amazing meal options as well as to show the decorations that were available from the hotel, including chair covers, table clothes and napkins, as well as centerpiece decorations. The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful. Ultimately we decided to use our own decorations for the centerpieces and the ceremony room. We were able to bring everything we wanted to use and the staff did a great job of decorating and setting everything up. The entire staff worked hard to make our wedding an amazing day for us. Cleveland Airport Marriott was the perfect venue and caterer and we will absolutely choose them again in the future.

We got married in December 2013 so I am a little late in writing this review but I wanted to say that our reception at the Cleveland Airport Marriott was amazing. We were initially working with Heather, who was great, but ended up moving before our wedding. Sean took over and he was so easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect. Shortly before the reception he found out that the table runner we had planned on was unavailable from their vendor and he offered me some alternatives. I was pretty bummed because we had based a lot of details off of the table runner and the alternatives just weren't the same. Sean knew how important it was to me and somehow he was able to find the original runner from another vendor. He really went above and beyond and it was definitely appreciated! The whole event was just amazing and really stress free for me which made the whole day that much better. I would definitely recommend Cleveland Airport Marriott and their amazing events team!

From beginning to end, the Airport Marriott thought of everything. I planned my Ohio wedding from California, and I thought the time difference would be an issue. But, Heather, our event planner, answered every question I had in such a quick time-frame, often answering what would be late at night for her. The venue was absolutely beautiful, the staff absolutely professional, and the food was absolutely delicious. If there were any glitches, I was unaware. Thank you Cleveland Airport Marriott for a fantastic wedding reception!! We are so glad we chose your venue!

The Marriott along with Heather Double, the event coordinator, promised that everything including the weather would be perfect! They delivered on their promise(s). Everything from the room set up to the surprise shrimp that they included on my wife and my plates was above and beyond our expectations! We would recommend the Cleveland Airport Marriott to anyone that was looking for a wedding venue.
