  So easy to work with!

  CleanPlate was very prompt with communications leading up to our event, and nimbly handled our requested changes in order to accommodate a working lunch for over 100 participants in a compressed time frame. And, the food was delicious and presented with love!

  Super easy to work with, great value, phenomenal food!

  Working with Chimere was a fantastic experience. She was very responsive to my requests, helped me decide exactly what to order based on my event's attendance and budget, and she even had excellent presentation for the food! But, as amazing as it looked, it tasted even better. Guests kept coming up to me and asking about the mac n' cheese because it was out of this world. Based on my experience with Chimere, I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

  Working with Chimere and her team was a dream! She is the sweetest person we've ever met and provided us with amazing options for our wedding.   Chimere was wonderful from the beginning to the end. She was responsive, accommodating, patient, on time, and most importantly, her food was delicious. My colleagues also LOVED her food. The Gouda Mac and Cheese is a MUST. Thank you Chimere!

  Chimere was incredibly professional. She made the whole process of ordering lunch for our corporate event very smooth. She arrived right on time (early even!) and the food was DELICIOUS! We'd happily use her services for another event soon.

  Chimere and her husband provide top level cuisine along with the kind of genuine, caring attention to detail which is so important in the wedding panning process. It's an intense experience, and having vendors who actually seem to care about you as people makes all the difference.

  Chimere and her team are great! Our interaction started with her and I discussing the menu, she has some staple dishes (the mac and cheese is ridiculously good), but she was so flexible and creative with everything. She was more then willing to switch her regular dishes to meet my needs.
  
  I used them for an office party and everyone was blown away by the food! We had roasted chicken (she threw in complimentary cranberry sauce), seasonal vegetables, mac and cheese, and sweet potato cornbread. A few days later she also stopped by our office with a gift of an apple tart/cake, that was also insane!
  
  She also uses PayPal which makes my life easier and was always very responsive to my questions/concerns. We are definitely going to continue to use Clean Plate and I am recommending them to anyone that asks.

  Chimere at Clean Plate met all of our expectations. We told her that we wanted food that would be reflective of our Mexican Heritage, but not necessarily standard Mexican fare. She gave us exactly what we wanted! The food was delicious and not traditional wedding food or tacos and burritos, which was something that was important to us. All of the ingredients in the dishes were organic and locally sourced, also something that was important to us. At the tasting she took our notes on the food and fully incorporated them. The food was the talk of the wedding. We still hear comments on how good it was. All of the food was presented magnificently. To top it all off, Chimere has such a friendly presence and she was a pleasure to work with. She did a phenomenal job. We could not have been happier! We strongly recommend Clean Plate, with no reservations.
