Delivery was on time and guys were very nice and polite! Did not have to worry about pick up as they took care of everything and handled any last minute changes and refunds. Amazing Selection and Service!
Bright was absolutely amazing to work with. Ashley and Jorge went above and beyond multiple times for us, especially since our wedding date was rescheduled THREE times. Their selection of glassware, flatware, linens and furniture was amazing and they had exactly what we wanted. They were super helpful and professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Thank you Classic Party Rentals (aka Ashley & Joe) for providing our wedding with beautiful chameleon fanfare chairs & our high boy tables. They arrived on time, were laid out to the exact location I needed them and the guys delivering them were so nice. Thank you Joe for being patient with me, and assisting me with finding the perfect items we needed. Ashley- being there on the day of delivery to make sure everything was precise. We used Classic Party Rentals in Palm Desert for our wedding in Palm Springs last month. Scott was a pleasure to work with. He really seemed to enjoy what he does for work and was very professional and organized. We need a lot of items from tables and chairs to linens, dishes, glasses and lighting. Scott was able to meet us in advance at our wedding venue to go over details of what we needed and get a detailed measurement of all of the different areas of the hotel so he could draw us out a detailed map for where the lighting would be hung and all of the tables and chairs needed to placed. The staff in the office was also very accomodating as we were constantly adding and subtracting different items from our rentail agreement. The prices were very reasonable, and they always were up front with the cost of each item.
When our wedding weekend arrived, they showed up the day before to set up all of the tables, chairs, lighting, and the dance floor, and left all of the other items that our caterers needed for service the next day. The staff was very courteous and didn't seem bothered by the hours of labor they had to do in the 100 degree Palm Springs summer heat. Everything went 100% smoothly, and they even showed up first thing Sunday to tear down and pack up all of their items. I would definitely recommend using them for any of your event rental needs as they really know how to run a good, efficient business to make everything go off without a hitch.

Working with Classic Party Rentals was the best part of our wedding vendor experience. Sharon Wyler was so knowledgeable and kind, working with her made you feel like everything was taken care of and...it was.
I lived far away, so she sent me samples of the silverware,linens and napkins...which was extremely helpful when making my choices for guests tables. Sharon's assistant Ashley, was so diligent and was always on top of it. When I would call Ashley to update my order for the numerous changes we went through, she did it with grace and took the time. When it came to the lighting design we had at the venue, Sharon took time to meet with me off hours,to see the venue. She then designed a beautiful look for the large tent with small white lights and large beautiful lanterns.
I initially didn't realize how much I would use from Classic Party Rentals, so I was so happy to know they had everything readily available and at a moments notice.
The day of the wedding was awesome. Classic Party rentals worked with the venue to come in at 7am to fill the tent. They were there on time, with everything placed and ready to go by 3:30. Our wedding started at 4:00, it wasn't until after did we get to see the final look. It was just beautiful, we felt like we were back in time and we fell in love with it all over again.
We thank Classic Party Rentals for all the tremendous help they gave and the kindness that went along with it. We are still getting so many compliments about the wedding and how beautiful and how touching every moment was. Thank you Sharon for making us feel comfortable and having the knowledge to tell me when I needed something and when I didn't.
Being the bride is difficult when you have many people, including your wedding planner tell you, you need this and that...it was nice for me to have someone to turn to who I trusted wholeheartedly. I will be sure to use Classic Party rentals again and will be happy to tell others to use their services.

I had personal contact with both Leon and Sharon, both of whom were exceedingly helpful in the planning, layout, and execution of the event. Each went above and beyond what I would have expected from a rental company. They were both on site during set-up, solving problems and alleviating me from last minute things that cropped up. Sharon is super helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, her assistant Maggie does most of the work, and she is not nearly as knowledgeable. In fact, I felt like she was really good at inputting information and emailing, but she didn't actually know anything herself. Overall, they provided a good service.
