The "missing" piece we didn't know we needed - THANK YOU, DARIA! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Where to begin? It's amazing how someone you have no prior relation or connection to...a complete "stranger" can fit so beautifully and *naturally* into one of the most important days of your life. Daria was such a calming, steady, and dependable presence throughout the entire journey from the initial call where my wife and I laughed with Daria as if we were "old friends" to right before the ceremony started when she smoothed out my dress and made sure I was ready. I really appreciated how she took our wedding very seriously as if it were her own. I remember moments before the ceremony started, I saw her off to the side practicing and I could tell that our wedding was very important to her and that she TRULY wanted to do a great job for us. I not only saw but *felt* the love, honor, and joy. She even spent time with my mom before the ceremony learning how to pronounce the name of my Lithuanian grandma; that meant a lot to my mom. Every little detail. Every moment. During our vows, she was the calming nature that quietly "coached" us through even when we didn't realize it. And what she wrote for our ceremony was beautiful, impactful, and memorable. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DARIA! Hands down. Real talk, I would chose Daria again and again and again. My wife and I (two women) come from "different worlds" with families who come from a religious background...but we wanted to do our own thing true to our story and who we are, so it was important that we found an officiant who not only respected that but could also create and deliver a ceremony rooted in love. Best Wedding Planning Decision!

We initially met with Daria to be the officiant for our small wedding. She was so knowledgeable and thoughtful about the whole wedding process that we also ended up asking her to be our wedding coordinator, which she kindly agreed to since we were having a small wedding. She was fantastic in both roles and made sure everything went smoothly. We ended up having some rain on our wedding day but with Daria's help our indoor ceremony turned out even better than what we could have expected from the planned outdoor ceremony. Daria is simply a wonderful human being that can make a great wedding even more special. We would highly recommend Daria as an officiant if you are considering her for your wedding!

Such a lovely ceremony and experience!

I highly recommend Circle of Love Weddings! I did a lot of research into courthouse weddings and after running into roadblocks at every turn, found Circle of Love Weddings. Working with Daria to create our perfect wedding ceremony (August 2021) was so easy and it turned out beautifully! She was so invested in us as a couple and after meeting with us once, pulled together a ceremony that really represented who we are. She provided so much helpful guidance, was always available for questions, and I really can’t imagine working with anyone else. Highly, highly recommend.

An incredible experience from start to finish

From the very first moment, we knew Daria was the perfect officiant for our wedding. She was attentive to our desires, likes, and needs plus she asked meaningful questions that made us think about what we wanted and how the ceremony would flow. Perfect Officiant!

Daria was an absolute dream to work with! We really didn't know what we wanted our ceremony to look like, but she was incredibly patient, listened to what we did know we wanted/didn't want, and offered many suggestions and options so that we could put together our perfect combination. We Can’t Say Enough Great Things About Daria

Daria came through for us late in the game after our initial wedding officiant bailed on us. We wish we would have found Daria in the first place because not only was she attentive and professional, she truly acted as a guide through this process. She gave us the confidence to go through this experience that we’ve never gone through before. She asked us questions and she used our answers to craft/write the most beautiful wedding ceremony. It turned out even better than we expected. We will absolutely be referring all of our friends and family to her. Daria’s the best!

Daria officiated our wedding and she was wonderful! She helped us create the perfect custom ceremony. She basically told us we could make it whatever we wanted, but also provided lots of guidance to give us a ceremony we loved! She checked in on us frequently and set up two zoom meetings (we got married during COVID!). On the day of she was a calming presence and delivered a beautiful ceremony. Daria made the most important part of our wedding so special!

Daria is Wonderful!!

After reaching out to a few different officiants who were not very responsive, we finally found Daria. Thank Goodness! She reached back out to us right away, and always communicated in a timely manner. She was so reassuring on our first call together. I was very stressed about changing the plans for our wedding due to COVID and Daria made me feel comfortable immediately. She was wonderful at explaining the process of the ceremony and vow writing to us, and even provided us with some helpful templates and examples. We were so happy with our ceremony! Magical Wedding

The ceremony and the officiant of our wedding was the most important part for us. We had specific desires but no idea how to turn those into a ceremony. A friend who knows us well recommended Daria to us. After our first call with her we knew we had found our perfect match and couldn't imagine anyone else marrying us.

She exudes kindness and wisdom, is deeply spiritual and so incredibly good at what she does. She took us through a process step by step that helped her tease out the elements she would use to craft the most perfect wedding ceremony just for us. She was willing to travel from Georgia to Boston for us and with all of the uncertainty around Covid, she soothed us and made us feel that comfortable that things would work out. And so they did!

Over the course of the month we planned our wedding together we became friends. We look forward to her being a part of our lives.

Lovely and professional

Pre-covid Adam and I were planning on being married in the church per a family request, post-covid as everyone knows, plans change. With just a few months notice Daria was there, ready to help us; she was flexible, attentive, and readily available. Daria made everyone (my family) feel comfortable with the transition, she made great suggestions to be inclusive, listened to our needs and wants, and found the perfect balance in what we wanted in a ceremony. Our ceremony wast really so much more than we could ever have imagined thanks to Daria.

More than I could have ever expected

Wow! Just wow! Daria is incredible. Our original officiant basically bailed on us a week before our wedding. Spark instant panic! This panic did not last long, as I found Daria and she responded back almost immediately. She calmed me down and assured me I was in good hands. She was wrong. I was in GREAT hands. The absolute BEST hands. She treated my now wife and I like family. My wedding day was hectic even though it was a very tiny ceremony. She wiped my tears, and talked my wife and I through every moment. The ceremony itself was beautifully written, and she mailed us a copy of the marriage certificate immediately. She interacted with my family and pups so well and dealt with the crazy heat of an outdoor wedding on the first day of summer with a smile on her face! She is the worlds best officiant hands down!

Great experience during Quarantine

I reached out to Mrs. Daria not long before our wedding, she is very nice person, responsible, flexible and professional, and thoughtful! I’m Persian and she came up with a great idea of having a poem about love from Rumi, and everybody loved this idea, since we were so stressed for weather and rain she was so calm and she was making sure I’m not stressed and weather was exactly the way she told us. She was like a close friend to me, she was following up about everything to make sure we love everything about our ceremony. Great personality, very helpful
That was one the best decisions I made for my quarantine wedding, we love her And recommend her to everybody who wants to not being stressed because just like a friend she will be there for you

Ultimate professional and very creative

Being in the wedding industry myself, I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Daria for over 15 years. I’ve seen her in action for other brides. Because of the COVID-19 virus outbreak, my significant other and I decided to get married. We are an older couple with no legal ties to each other. We felt it was urgent to get married as quickly as possible. If either of us got infected by COVID-19, health decisions for each other would become a nightmare battle.
Of course, I turned to Daria with our crazy plan. We wanted a specific day, which was less than 3 weeks away. I didn’t even have my divorce papers which were necessary to get the marriage license.
I started to freak out a little, but Daria in her calm demeanor, helped me through all of it. She explained how to order the paperwork from the courthouse online, because the courts were closed due to the virus. She suggested ways to use things I had in the house to make it more personal. It didn’t matter that I didn’t have a fancy wedding dress. I carried a potted orchid plant that sits in my kitchen window ledge.
She asked if I had a favorite or meaningful poem. I told her I did and she researched it and she wrote the most beautiful ceremony based around this poem. She was there for me when I doubted whether we should write our own vows or not. She replied very quickly each time I reached out to her. She offered such thoughtful advice and I never felt like I was bothering her. She was a great confidante, too.
Although she has known me for years, she still asked many questions and provided lots of great examples and explained that we can take bits and parts and totally personalize our ceremony and vows to just what we wanted. It was not a canned template.
The ceremony was perfect and I’m a perfectionist! We asked to be surprised with her parts of the ceremony. I trusted her 100%. And she did not disappoint. Her research on that poem and how she incorporated it throughout – I will treasure that always.
I highly recommend Daria as the officiant for your wedding. And her previous background as a wedding consultant and planner, gives you an added benefit, because she can offer feedback on areas you may not think about.

Unexpected!

After 26 years of being together, my partner and I decided to tie the knot. We had intended to get married on our anniversary because we didn't want a different date. After contacting our local Justice of the Peace, we discovered they didn't do weddings on the day of our anniversary. I reached out to Daria and found she was available!

Our idea was that this would just be a technicality; after all, we'd been together so long. Daria was not having it! She encouraged us to take things more slowly, more thoughtfully, and more spiritually. Suffice to say that our little internet wedding became something exceptional, full of love and light. And an event we'll never forget.

Incredibly Responsive

So, I was unable to hire Daria because of availability but I could already tell she is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I'm marrying someone from abroad and she did her best to answer all of my worries and gave me options and choices to pick from if I was to wed in Europe. I think I asked a lot of questions and she was incredibly patient and thorough when giving me answers.

I won't be able to hire her, but I did want to write a review about my short experience with Daria. I hope anyone who comes by has a similar great experience and the opportunity to book her.

How do I even begin to describe how wonderful Circle of Love Weddings is?! Hiring Daria was, hands down, the BEST wedding-planning decision my husband and I made! She made us feel at ease in the months leading up to our big day, and especially the day of. She guided us through the entire process as she wrote our ceremony. She made sure the ceremony had all the elements we wanted and provided great ideas on how to incorporate each of those elements into our wedding. The end result was an absolutely beautiful ceremony - there wasn't a dry eye during the ceremony! Throughout our wedding day, she made sure everything flowed seamlessly. She thought of every little detail and made sure nothing was out of place. Even when there were a couple small hiccups with guests or timelines, she knew exactly how to handle them so that everything continued as scheduled and our guests never stopped having a wonderful time! She even made sure I was eating and drinking water, since my nerves were getting the best of me. I cannot thank Circle of Love Weddings enough! She was positive and encouraging the whole time and she knows her stuff! She found holes in our original plan that would have made significant issues for us. She tried her best to keep us in our budget making money saving suggestions and also letting us know what would be superfluous or unnecessary. She fought for us with the venue to be sure we were treated right. She proof read everything. She kept things running on time and smoothly. Daria was with us the entire day and night until after 1am when she finally decided her job was finished. I would recommend her whole heartedly and don't think that you could find a better planner for your wedding. She will give you peace of mind and your wedding will be exactly what you had hoped it would be. I loved every moment of working with her and I miss her!!

We were extremely happy with Daria/Circle of Love as our wedding planner. She professionally scheduled and coordinated all the details keeping us informed and on track with the vendors and all of the many tasks. I happen to be a project manager who implements multi-million dollar projects and I was very impressed with her organizational skills, scheduling and especially the good relationship she has with all of the vendors we used. While we contracted with our vendors directly, Daria gave us excellent suggestions and recommendations on all the the various services we contracted. On the day of the wedding we were able to relax and enjoy it as she took charge of all the details and the result was, according to our daughter, 'the best day of her life'. We recommend Daria and Circle of Love most highly.

If you are looking for a wonderful, very knowledgeable, flexible, professional, experienced, and kind wedding planner, please do not look any further. Daria is the BEST wedding planner that any bride or groom could ask for! From vendor suggestions, decoration ideas, scheduling, to problem solving, Daria had an answer for everything! Naturally, there will be moments as a bride that you will be stressed out, but the moment you speak with Daria, she already has the answer and will immediately make your worry disappear!

Daria is also HIGHLY respected by vendors across the state (and probably elsewhere as well!). Once all of our vendors found out that Daria was my wedding planner, we were treated like royalty. Daria is truly the best in the business and I can definitely understand why she is so well respected by all of her clients and vendors.

Even on the day of our wedding, I can't even begin to describe all of her help! Our wedding was flawless, beautiful, and fun, all because of Daria. There was not a thing that I was worried about on our wedding day because I completely trusted Daria from the first day that we met.

Daria was an awesome wedding planner. She has earned the respect of vendors in the Atlanta area. She was a wealth of knowledge about wedding etiquette, picking vendors and she ensured I was comfortable with my choices every step of the way without being pushy. Her timelines helped keep me organized so that closer to the wedding I was not scrambling to get tasks done.

My wedding day flowed seamlessly because of her. She worked well with the vendors to ensure that everyone stuck to their timelines. We started on time and I had many guests (and my father!) comment on how well organized and executed the day was. I was also pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the load out after the reception must have gone because all our personal items, alcohol, leftover food were returned. She followed up after the wedding and returned momentos from the day and even gave us a thoughtful gift.

I do not even know where to start in telling you how awesome Daria is! Amazing is not a good enough word to describe her. She suggested vendors for me, tole me what questions to ask, and looked over all the contracts! I do not feel like I would have had the wedding of my dreams if it wasn't for her. After the rehearsal, one of the bridal party even commented on how the rehearsal was the fastest and most organized they had ever attended. On the day of the wedding, Daria was one step ahead of everything the whole time and it is SO nice knowing that no matter what, everything is being taken care of. The only thing I had to focus on was marrying the love of my life and having a blast! I honestly do not have enough good things to say about Daria. The wedding industry has sooo many vendors and I was getting quotes for food, flowers, music, photos, etc all over the place. It was freeing knowing that i was getting good quality and trusted vendors from her. If you are even remotely on the fence about getting a wedding planner, just do it and book Daria ASAP!

Although there is not enough space to outline all of the reasons why you should hire Daria MacGregor as your wedding coordinator, here are five:
1. Working with Daria will save you time. I was able to interview her top two or three recommendations before finding each vendor I was excited to work with within my budget.
2. Daria will provide guidance that lets you get the best value for your money. Given your preferences, style, and budget, there will items on which it makes sense to invest less or more. Daria gives great advice on both.
3. Working with Daria will reduce your stress. Her organized system is extremely helpful, she is an expert on all things having to do with weddings, she gives wonderful advice, and she’s fun to work with.
4. You will get the best customer service from all of your vendors when you work with Daria. When the vendors are excited that things will run smoothly, they can focus on doing what they do best. Their enthusiasm over being part of a wedding that Daria is coordinating translates into outstanding customer service for Daria’s brides.
5. When it’s over, you will realize that hiring Daria was the best investment you made. In addition to everything listed above, on the day of the wedding you and your family will be confident that Daria will take care of the logistics and anything that pops up unexpectedly. (E.g When my dress hook ripped during pictures, Daria was able to sew it back in before I walked down the aisle.)

How to even put into words how amazing Daria is - well is tough! To be fair I am a huge perfectionist, a true type A, I know what I want and usually how I want it. Being someone who aims to be their best and never settle for mediocrity I can easily point out in work and in life kindred souls. There truly could not have been someone more perfectly matched to take the reins and execute flawlessly than Daria. Every interaction I had with Daria was more than pleasant and always on time. She is a great communicator and listens to everything – even body language. Daria is kind, organized, prompt, detail-oriented and professional. She is also well respected by everyone in the industry and I’m sure every bride and groom’s life she’s had the chance to impact. Seriously, just book her. Book her now. If I could get married, every day for the rest of my life (of course to the same awesome and handsome hubby), I would chose Daria to be a part of that day each and every time. Daria is the best in the business. She coordinated one of my best friend's weddings and from there I was sold. I knew I had to hire her right away. She's always professional, flexible and easy to reach. I could email or text her any time and would receive a timely response. She knows a variety of vendors from all different price points. She was able to give me sound advice on everything. I never felt lost through the whole process. My wedding day was stress free. She fixed every mishap that came her way, from my broken pearl bracelet to my husband's ripped tuxedo pants. She was calm and collected, which made us all calm and collected. We couldn't have done it without her. Everything was beautiful! Her services are on the pricey side but she is worth it! TRUST ME!

Getting Daria to be the day-of-coordinator for my daughter's wedding was, by far, the best decision I made during the entire wedding process! After our first meeting, I knew we had a gem in Daria. She is a lovely person and the sense of calm, competent professionalism she always exudes gave us an immediate peace of mind which lasted throughout all the months of planning to the wedding day itself. I simply cannot recommend Daria highly enough. She was always quick to respond to any text, email or voicemail, her recommendations on vendors were superb (we found all our vendors, other than our photographer, through her, and they were, without exception, wonderful), her legendary lists were super detailed and helpful, and her attention to the smallest details were impressive to behold. She was also a great source on sticky etiquette questions. It was always a pleasure working with her, and now that the wedding is over, I find myself missing the nice chats we had, and realize that I've come to think of her as a friend. If there were any problems on the wedding day, I don't know about them, and Daria probably wouldn't tell me! I call her my fairy godmother, because she made everything feel flawless and fun and her efforts helped make my beautiful daughter's wedding day truly magical!

I do not think words can express how fabulous Daria made our daughter's wedding. I kept telling her through out the process we could not have done this with out Daria. She helped keep my daughter on track, assisted in referrals and basically took all the stress out of planning such a large event. I was able to work full time with little interruption and completely enjoy the days before the wedding and the day of the wedding. We enjoyed our friends, family and the magnitude of the event with no stress because we knew Daria had it all under control. My daughter, husband and myself keep saying , "it was the perfect day"!! We would not change a thing and I would recommend Daria to anyone planning a wedding!!

Daria is the perfect wedding planner. Throughout this year long process, she guided both my husband and I to the best vendors in Atlanta and ensured nothing but perfection on our wedding day. We hired her for her "Day of" services. Instead of having a wedding planner that my (now) husband and I had never met until the rehearsal dinner we had Daria. From the start of our venture together she made it very clear she was available for any advice, consultation, etc. through phone, text, email... She was not lying! All responses were less than 24 later and, for text, most of the time it was within the hour. Besides our initial meeting we had three additional meetings before the rehearsal dinner and wedding to go over all the details. She would email over detailed lists and frequently text/email/call to see if any help was needed completing those lists. The three additional meetings (that were included in the price) were at least an hour each but ran up to several hours. She wanted to make sure every detail was correct and that my husband and I were happy with everything. She contacted all of the vendors that I chose and coordinated their meetings and timeline. For rehearsal she ensured that everyone knew where they should be and coordinated it efficiently so that people were not standing around unsure of what to do next. On the day of the wedding she met me at my house to make sure we were all doing okay. Her assistant was at the reception making sure all the details were in place. She accompanied us over to the church and from there made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. The whole time she has a smile on her face, the best attitude, and the sweetest disposition. The whole day went by so quickly. Honestly as Jay and I were leaving to go to our car and she said "Bye" I was very sad. She had become such an integral part of our lives it was hard saying goodbye. She has the best vendors and is an effective communicator. Put my mind at ease.

I can't recommend Daria enough! She was so great to work with! We knew from the beginning that we could count on her 100%. She understood our style and values really well and helped us find the answer that was right for us (not just the answer that was "right"). We appreciated her calm, down to earth nature. She was always available to help us during the planning process, and the day of the wedding, she made everything run smoothly. I never once worried that I wouldn't be in the right place at the right time or anything like that because I knew Daria had it under control. All in all, she's wonderful to work with and a great person to have on your team. When I first got engaged, I thought having a wedding planner was unnecessary, but I can't imagine doing this without Daria.

The.Best.Decision.We.Made. Daria, is awesome. You know how everyone says, "make sure to take a moment and take it all in on your wedding day because it will fly by"? As the mother of the bride, I am so happy we decided to have Daria as our Wedding Planner. I can't imagine how it would have been without her. Her attention to detail is amazing! She helped my daughter keep up with all the decisions that needed to be made. On the day of the wedding, we knew everything was under control. Daria was in contact with all our vendors and she made sure every detail was perfect. She prepared a schedule that showed what was happening every hour of the day of the wedding, right up until the ceremony and continuing with the reception. Knowing that she was there at the wedding and reception managing the schedule and all the details meant that the bride and groom (and the mother and father of the bride) could all relax and enjoy the evening.

"Killer Wedding!" and " The Wedding to which all other weddings should aspire..."

These are just two of the compliments that we received at our recent wedding and we could not have done it without Daria. The wedding planner was our first major decision in the wedding planning process and we could not be happier that we chose Daria. With each vendor that we booked, our decision was validated when they would say, "We LOVE Daria, and we're a little scared of Daria". LOL When you hire Daria, you don't have to worry about anything, because she takes care of everything. She went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect, from her lists of incredible vendors, to her detailed checklists, no detail was overlooked. When I was standing in my reception, that I swear looked like it came straight out of a Pinterest board, I was able to just soak it in and enjoy it because I knew that if anything happened, Daria had it covered. We wanted to do most of the planning ourselves, but we just didn't know which vendors to contact, when to start contacting which vendors, and when which details needed to be tackled.

We contacted Daria after hemming and hawing over making wedding plans ourselves for months; I am forever grateful that we did!

Daria helped us get our wedding plan on track, kept us updated with thorough to-do lists when we wanted the DIY approach (and graciously took care of details when we needed a break from DIY), and was above all an utter professional.

When it came to the day of the wedding, I had absolutely ZERO stress. I knew that Daria had helped us plan the perfect party for us and our families, and by the time our wedding day arrived, we knew we had someone there that we could trust absolutely to take care of any snags that happened. Did any snags happen? Honestly, I can't remember -- it either didn't happen, or I never needed to know because Daria had it under control.

Everyone says "enjoy your day!" Daria was instrumental in making sure that our wedding day was just that -- a joy.

Daria was incredible and enjoyable to work with! My husband and I still say that Daria was without a doubt the best investment we made in our wedding and we believe that to be the truth!
From our first conversation over the phone, Daria was positive, upbeat, extremely attentive, highly detail oriented and had such an encouraging demeanor with a "can-do" attitude for every action item.
Daria made our wedding magical -- her expertise allowed us to enjoy each moment as it unfolded and gave us the luxury of being able to pause, look into each other's eyes. Were it not for her coordinating the many details both the day before and the day-of, our wedding would have had an entirely different tone/feel from beginning to end for us.
I continue to receive compliments about the details guests noticed and also about the overall energy and love they witnessed throughout our wedding day. The highest compliment we were paid was, "Your wedding was the most romantic wedding I've ever been to...." That compliment is evidence for how well Daria handled the details and how much we trusted her so that we as the bride and groom could truly focus on enjoying each moment together along with our friends and loved ones who were beside us.

We had a destination wedding, and we had guests coming over from Belgium. I was also living in Belgium and was not able to come back to USA until 3 weeks before the wedding. Daria met with me on Skype, emailed with me regularly, (spoke with my mother regularly as well) and really kept me organized, and helped me achieve things that would not have been possible alone. And on the day of, she kept everyone calm and made sure everything went smoothly! I can't imagine our big day being such a success without Circle of Love Weddings!

I had a wonderful experience working with Daria to plan my wedding this past August! From our first meeting, it was apparent that Daria is incredibly professional & organized. She sat down with my fiance and I to discuss the vision we had for our wedding (it was somewhat non-traditional) and over the next year, helped us make it into a reality. Daria is my absolute hero! I genuinely feel that words cannot express how fantastic she is, both as a person and as an exceptional (!!) wedding planner. From our first meeting with Daria, I immediately felt as though she was my dear friend who wanted everything that I wanted for our wedding. In helping to plan my daughter’s wedding, I questioned the value of a wedding planner. In retrospect, thinking that we could have coordinated the hundreds of details involved in the wedding events was really naïve! I pride myself in being highly detailed oriented. Again in retrospect, we did not know what we didn’t know! My original list of things to do did not even begin to scratch the surface of the items that Daria helped us with.

Not only was she organized and methodical approach outstanding but her friendly nature and supportive attitude made the process fun. All of the vendor and service providers that she recommended along with her guidance on their selection resulted in a coordinated, seamless execution of all aspects of the events. Throughout the process her calm, professional demeanor kept all of us (especially the bride!) focused with virtually no anxiety during, what could have been, a pressure packed period.

Daria also knew how to work with all of us; the bride, groom, mother-of-the-bride, and me, the pushy father-of-the-bride. Nothing phased her. Her treasure trove of wedding accessories was amazing. From signage to a sand bucket for sparklers; she had something for everything! With a large wedding including over 150 out of town guests, every detail was handled flawlessly. Wow!

First of all, because this is going to be a long review, I’ll give you the bottom line: I would have paid triple the price for Daria and Circle of Love weddings and would recommend Daria to my closest friends and family members.

My (new) wife and I are both physicians doing our residency at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. She is training to be licensed as a general surgeon, and I’m training to be licensed as an internist. When we were engaged in February 2013, we knew that we would have to use a wedding planner or we wouldn’t be able to make our wedding happen, as we consistently work 80 hour weeks (up to 120 hours per week on difficult rotations). We had heard good things about Daria, and decided to meet her to see what we thought of her.

Our first impression was one of an individual who was experienced, organized, and professional. And, thankfully, we decided to hire her to plan our wedding. Instantly, we felt comfortable in our decision. Even surrounded by type-A personalities in our profession, Daria was the most organized person I’ve ever met. She explained her system, which included several checklists based on how many months or weeks remained before the wedding. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to local Atlanta vendors and every vendor she recommended was phenomenal. Her professional opinion is invaluable when planning a wedding.

In summary, Daria is a one-of-a-kind planner. Her work is effortless, as if she was designed to make your wedding as incredible as it could be. She was respectful with family yet she knew how to manage them. She cared about our feelings, but wasn’t afraid to tell us when we were got caught up in a minor decision or were straying outside of our budget. By the end, I felt like she was as invested in our wedding as we were, and she made our special day unforgettable. We truly can’t thank her enough for giving us the best night of our lives.

Daria was amazing! She was involved in our wedding planning since the very beginning (over a year before the date). I would 100% recommend her!

We ended up choosing a venue, caterer, band, and photographer that we found via her recommendation and loved all of them! She definitely is a great judge of the bride's taste and knows who to recommend.

She kept us on track with the timeline all along, so things really never got stressful. And she was great at reassuring my mom that everything was being taken care of when she started to get worried about something :)

MOST importantly, Daria was absolutely amazing the week of and day of the wedding. She helped prevent a crisis with my dress, took care of making sure every single detail was ready to go before the big day, and literally we had NOTHING to worry about on the actual wedding day. Everything went SO smoothy, and multiple guests said it was the best organized wedding they had ever been to!

One of the best thing I did was to hire Daria as my Day-Of-Coordinator! She helped me through the whole wedding planning process by giving me advice and suggestions. She was always very helpful and sweet. One of the reasons why I hired Daria was because of her experience and her wedding packages were very clearly stated, unlike some other wedding planning vendors. I knew exactly what she offered and what to expect. I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of my wedding because I know Daria had everything under control. All I did was just to enjoy my day and have fun! She also had anything and everything you could possibly need on your wedding day - bandits, scissors, double sized tapes, towel, even cigar cutter! She is truly amazing! My parents, guests, bridal parties and vendors were all really impressed with her. Daria was by far the most important piece of our wedding. She was the reason that our wedding came together - but more importantly - she kept me sain!! Daria met with us first a year before hand and was so calm and collected. She walked us through every piece of the wedding and gave us advice and guidance on how to stay on budget and get the most out of our experience. Then as the wedding approached she checked in periodically to keep me on track. The last month she was highly involved in the wedding planning and was so helpful. The final week, she was the crucial piece that kept everything together and running smoothly. My family was quite impressed with her ability to learn and use everyone's names and lead a usually rowdy group of people through a rehearsal. She also keeps special circumstances like family drama in mind when she works through seating and wedding arrangements. It was quite impressive how she kept it all in line.

Daria is not only good at her job, she is a joy to be around and is not high stress or high intensity. She was there taking care of everything on my wedding day!! I highly recommend!!

We initially wanted someone to handle the day of details, so that we did not have to ask our friends and families to have jobs the day of the wedding. Then we picked a location for our wedding and reception that would have the ceremony, cocktails, dinner and dancing in 4 different locations. What we imagined as help on the day of, turned into help every step of the way. Daria was super - through and through - all the time. She gave great vendor recommendations and each was tailored to our specific tastes and needs. I was entirely comfortable and at ease in the weeks leading up to the wedding knowing that Daria had it all well in hand. I highly recommend her. Hiring her was the best decision we made early on in the planning process and we reaped the benefits of it, over and over again.

Daria with Circle of Love Weddings is amazing! I would highly recommend her whether you're having a small, intimate wedding (ours was 40 people) or if you're having hundreds of people. Daria's knowledge of the industry is helpful in ways that you can't even imagine! She knows the best vendors, can steer you in the right direction, knows what questions to ask, communicates well with everyone and makes the planning and the day run smoothly.

I'm a VERY organized person, and initially thought I could do this on my own ... but after bringing Daria on, and letting go so she could "do her thing", I was amazed at the details, the timing, the organization that was put into it so everything could be perfect!

The other area in which she outshines her competition is that she will tell you: "call me, email me, text me anytime with questions that you have in this process." Initially that surprised me as other planners offer only so many hours and then charge you for contact/phone calls, etc after those hours. Not Daria. And she will ALWAYS respond in a timely manner, attending to the smallest questions and making you feel relaxed and the wedding taken care of!

Trust me .. you NEED a wedding planner. And once you realize that you do .. interview some, and you'll see that Daria is the best.

We could go on and on about how wonderful it has been to have the opportunity to work with Daria. From day one she was extremely professional, easily accessible, and always really cared about our needs and “dreams” about our wedding. My husband and I were so blessed to have what I called "the A Team" of vendors during the planning process and on our wedding day, and with out a doubt, hiring Daria and Circle of Love was one of the best choices we made. Daria not only helped us choose the rest of our "A Team" but made sure everyone was on the same page, organized, informed, and ready to go. I knew Daria was on top of it when my hair stylist even commented "wow, she sent me a three page itinerary!" and showed up 30 minutes early because she knew how on top of it Daria was!

Our pastor commented that he had never seen a more organized planner, our family friends were over impressed with her organization, ability to deal with anything that came her way, and 100% constant positivity. Congrats on your engagement! Once the glee mania wears down and your ring is sitting comfy on that fourth finger of the left hand, it's time to get down to business: how the heck do you pull of the big day without going nutso? Here's the solution - call Daria immediately - like right now or yesterday because she's in high demand.

Daria planned my wedding last fall and I could not have been happier. I am a pretty easy client so the task of figuring out my special day was not to stressful. However, my chillaxed approach is not the norm - and trust me, Daria can handle anything!

are you kidding me with this? Hiring Circle of Love weddings is one of the few things that I actually did right during this whole process.

Daria is the most calm, cool and collected person to work with and can manage your day with her eyes closed and one hand tied behind her back on one foot while reciting the alphabet backwards. Details, details, details is her middle name, (certainly not mine), which made us a perfect match.

I interviewed five wedding coordinators before I got to Daria. It was worth the aggravation I had to go through to finally get to the right person. Also let me say this, if you think you can get away without having a person run the show for you, you are sadly mistaken; as I was trying to do it all myself.

Let's just say I was completely smoking crack until I came to the realization that I wouldn't be able to be the bride, be sane, look fabulous, be calm, handle all the details, show up on time with my head on straight and meet with all the vendors to make sure they knew what they were doing without help. If your fiance works as much as mine does, you will find yourself alone in this process if you don't have help. I don't care how close you and your mother are; you NEED a neutral party who will be nonjudgmental and won't try to change your vision or talk you out of your ideas.

We knew from the beginning that we wanted to hire a wedding coordinator. I had spoken with one other planner, but after meeting with Daria, I knew she was the one for us. I could tell she was passionate about what she does and would give our wedding the utmost care. We chose to go with her Day-Of-Plus package. I LOVED her monthly checklists! Everything was laid out just perfectly. Anytime I called or emailed she was prompt to respond. She recommended vendors based on our personalities and what we were looking for. Daria was right on, each and every time! It's truly an amazing talent she has :) She checked over each document I received from the vendors so I felt confident we were getting everything we were supposed to before contracts were signed.

The few weeks before the wedding, Daria coordinated meetings with all the vendors at the ceremony & reception location, wrote out a general timeline for everyone, and had 2 final planning meetings with Joey and me. Again, we felt confident with all our decisions and knew all parties involved were on the same page. Through this all, I felt like my head was never going to stop spinning and Daria kept her sweet, friendly, calm demeanor.

Come wedding day, multiple people commented on how relaxed I seemed as a bride. I was relaxed because I knew there was absolutely nothing to worry about. It was such a great reassurance knowing Daria was in my corner and ready to handle everything that came along that day, I was able to truly enjoy every minute of it. Sunday evening when we were reliving every minute of the wedding, we both agreed it was perfection. We are so thankful to Daria and everything she has given to us!! I am a very detail oriented person and enjoy having control of important things in my life, and I can tell you that despite all of that, I could not have gotten through this wedding process without Daria! She provided a turn-key approach to putting the wedding together and made sure that not only is nothing missed, but everything is just as you expect.
She handled everything from vendor management (including problem resolution), timeline of events, deadlines for all aspects, suggestions of things that work/ don't work, and much more. Daria has such a pleasant, calming demeanor that gives you the reassurance that everything is just fine, on schedule, and it will get done. Hiring Daria was the BEST wedding planning decision my husband and I made. We could not possibly have been happier with the results, and it was all thanks to her attention to detail and thoughtfulness. She was always quick to respond and answer the phone, and helped us make big, potentially difficult decisions by offering her advice over a conference call so that my out of town family could be on the same page. What a savior Daria was. She was a joy to work with throughout the process. Her attention to detail and ability to listen to the vision and help execute it was second to none. The icing on the cake literally was the cake. The day of the wedding the wedding cake and grooms cake did not show. Daria was cool, calm and collected. When we started planning our wedding, I was convinced that we could do it all ourselves. We were going to keep things simple and small so this seemed realistic. However, our friends recommended that we meet with Daria and just consider hiring a coordinator. It was very clear from our initial meeting that Daria's experience and dedication to making our wedding what we wanted it to be would be were exactly what we needed. Daria listened carefully and made sure that our wedding stayed true to what we had initially said was important to us. She never pushed us to do things for the sake of tradition (which was very important to us), but she still helped us keep in mind the needs of our all guests. My fiance and I were trying to plan the wedding ourselves when we ran into a few issues with the church site and half of our vendors. We reached out to Daria at Circle of Love Weddings close to the 11th hour (20 days out from the day of the wedding) to help us in our crisis. With her seasoned experience and industry contacts, she was able to help us with several church wedding venues and options. She also revamped and streamlined our entire rehearsal and wedding plans into a well organized task list and schedule that was understood by both families and by all members of the bridal party.

The day of the wedding started early at 5am and ended at 10pm. We were able to pull off our special day full of grace, memories and without any issues. Our guests (who came from all over the U.S. to share in our day) were full of compliments of how well and pristine the event was. They were very appreciative and very much enjoyed their evening.

I am very thankful to have had the pleasure to work with Daria at Circle of Love Weddings. She is very professional, organized and personable. I 150% recommend her as a must-have for your successful wedding day.

When I thought about planing my wedding with my mother living in other state I was intimidated. My fiancé and I decided to interview wedding planners to ensure that we would have someone by our sides the entire process. Daria stood out from the start. She was professional, warm, very organized, down-to-earth, and calm.

There are so many things I valued about Daria but here are a few...

1) She reccomends vendors based on your personality as a couple. She has strong relationships and a good reputation in the events community.

2) Daria always goes that extra mile to make sure that you are happy and comfortable. My fiancé and I felt that we could always depend on Daria to ease our stress no matter the issue.

3) My advice as a bride: GET A PLANNER AND GET ONE EARLY! It was so nice to have Daria there to know the right things were asked for and included in all contracts with vendors. As someone who has never planned a wedding before there are some things that you just do not know to ask for. That one place where having Daria was extremely helpful.

4) On your big day: You are overwhelmed with family, friends, and wedding nerves. You want someone there to organize vendors, get the card that you forgot to pick up for your fiancé, and make sure that everyone gets to where they need to be. Daria kept everyone on schedule in a calm and respectful manner.

When I got engaged, my mom insisted I get a wedding planner right away. Since I had been planning my wedding for years and have a flair for event planning myself, I was dying to get things underway myself (I had the binder, tabs, and everything a week after he popped the question). After a couple head-to-head arguments with my mom, a friend of mine suggested a day-of planner: the brilliant compromise.

Daria came in after another wedding planner I had contracted with had to bow out due to a move across the country unexpectedly a month into our contract. Daria stepped in seamlessly and was the perfect answer to my prayers for a day-of coordinator. We met a few times several weeks out before the big day, which was helpful to make sure I was on track. She helped me think of things I hadn't covered and checked up on me now and then to make sure I had followed through on my planning. She was always available by email or phone, which was super, just to know she was accessible when needed. She was a fabulous sounding board for concerns I had, and her fount of knowledge and experience was most helpful.

For the event itself, Daria organized the rehearsal (music to my mom's ears), then took care of all the behind-the-scenes details the day-of (who puts out the programs? who finds the person in charge of the music? who does crisis management when a candle won't light? who tells the band we have to switch the dances up due to a delay?) Daria coordinated with all the vendors so I didn't have to, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. It was great knowing my family could enjoy every moment of the day without being wrapped up in the technicalities.

I highly recommend Daria for her organization, sense of responsibility, intuition, and thoroughness!

She reduces the stress related to planning and helps you to relax on the big day. I was trying to have a "budget" wedding, but Daria is an expense I do not regret one bit.

Daria is simply amazing at what she does and who she is. My husband and I interviewed four other Planners and then we met Daria. In the middle of our discussion, we just knew that we found the perfect person to work with for planning and creating our memorable and beautiful wedding day at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.

With this being our second marriages, as well as being busy executives, we needed someone who would listen, understand that we didn't want a totally traditional wedding by the book, and would be flexible and there for us (and Daria was always a phone call or email away). We heard that some of the other Planners didn't have a good track record of responsiveness, and this was key for us.

Daria understood our personalities and our wedding vision and was able to suggest vendors who we would most likely connect with. We ended up with a team of exceptional vendors we loved - thanks to Daria. As a bride-to-be, Daria helped me with all the bridal etiquette questions I struggled with and kept us on track with all of our to-dos and meetings. She is also an exceptional negotiator to help you get the most value when working through vendor contracts.

Getting Hitched without a Hitch!

Circle of Love Weddings was the best money spent on my older daughter’s wedding. Daria MacGregor was with us every step of the way. She has perfected the art and science of the wedding event.
The wedding was a stunningly gorgeous event with a hint of magic in the air. Daria was the magician. Her ability to create the atmosphere that the bride and groom wanted for the ceremony and reception and produce it all on a budget is worth its weight in gold. Her level of organization and attention to detail is phenomenal. As the mother-of-the-bride I felt supported and comforted at all times. God bless Daria!

Daria was amazing to work with and made the wedding planning experience so much easier for us. She has many contacts for all of the various wedding planning needs and worked so well as a team with our caterer and florist to plan our beautiful wedding. Her use of checklists and wedding day timeline made us feel so comfortable. We knew exactly how everything was going to take place down to every tiny detail. Daria especially made the wedding day stress-free for us. It was a perfect day and exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Daria!

Hiring Daria was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. She was organized, responsive, and always kept us on track with her planning lists. She also gave us great vendor referrals and she worked great with all the vendors. On the day of the wedding, she kept everything running smoothly and immediately handled any issues that arose. She allowed us, our families, and our bridal party to just relax and enjoy the day. You won't find a better day-of coordinator and I would not hesitate to recommend Daria to anyone.

I initially did not think a wedding coordinator was necessary, but my ceremony venue required that I hire a day-of coordinator for at least the ceremony. I talked to several coordinators before Daria but never felt like the services were worth the money. A friend recommended Daria about the time I started getting overwelmed with planning, and as soon as I talked to Daria I immediately felt more under control. We hired her for her day-of coordination, but it turned out to be so much more than that. She provided many referrals, answered any questions I had, and gave me checklists throughout the planning process to make sure I was on track and hadn't forgotten anything. She was invaluable leading up to the wedding in setting timelines and confirming all details with vendors. On ourwedding day I was able to relax and enjoy myself because Daria handled all the details. She even planned a short "date" for my husband and I between the ceremony and our introduction at the reception where we had dinner alone and were able to enjoy each other. My wedding day would not have been as perfect as it turned out if I did not have Daria to pull everything together.

What can I say? Daria and Jamie, with Circle of Love Weddings, are absolutely out of this world AMAZING! I will never underestimate the value of having the help that Daria offered us throughout the planning process. She managed to remind us of every little detail and to help us to accomplish our goals without adding any stress to it. She completely relaxed us even though at times we were a bit behind in our responsibilities. She assured us that everything would be fine and it turned out beautifully. Daria stayed in contact with our vendors and was totally present during th entire process. She works so smoothly with the other vendors and takes so much of the tedious and complicated aspects off of your plate. I cannot imagine what she had to deal with behind the scenes. I suppose that's part of the beauty of having such a fantastic planner. We were completely oblivious to any complications or anything less than perefect that came up (and things always come up). Please allow yourself the luxury of working with Daria while planning your wedding. It is a tiny price to pay to feel assured and to fully relax and enjoy your wedding day. Listen to her vendor recommendations also, we couldn't have made better choices. We are so grateful that we met Daria!!!!!!!

Initially my parents and I thought we could handle a wedding without a wedding planner. We contacted venues, looked at a few, picked one, made the deposit. We found a photographer and retained them. This was more than year before our wedding date. Then we realized we had to find a caterer, a baker, a DJ or Band, a florist, a transport company, a makeup artist, etc., etc., etc. Faced with a litany of prospects and knowing nothing about them - we made the best decision we could have ever made.... we hired a wedding consultant/planner. After interviewing several we chose Daria. We immediately felt a sense of relief. It was like a thousand tons of bricks lifted off our shoulders.

From then on we did not have to worry about making appointments, getting quotes, handling negotiations on pricing... Daria did it all. Daria listened to my vision for my wedding and guided me to the best vendors for my concept. We worked with Daria for a year and never once were we made to feel like we were not important. She answered every call, every question and every distress signal. She even handled my Dad – the quintessential George Banks.

Planning a wedding is stressful... hiring Daria made it stress-free. She never sweats. She is always in control. Our wedding went off flawlessly and we were left to enjoy the day. We love Daria and she became more than a wedding planner - she is now a friend. Our most sincere thanks to her and her team. There is no one better in Atlanta.

I recently got married 3 weeks ago and we couldn't have had such a perfect wedding without Daria there for us every step of the way. I knew she was great when we first met her, but my confidence in her grew so much more when we met with vendors and they had heard about how fantastic she was as a planner. She has a great reputation of being very organized and professional.

My husband and I are both very busy with our work schedules and what I liked most about Daria was how flexible she was. She was ALWAYS available via phone. She planned meetings around our schedule. She kept us on task with to-do lists, reminders and constant updates.

Our wedding day went very smoothly because we had such a great planner. She was always one step ahead and I can honestly say that I never worried about anything. I just went with the flow and knew that she would handle the entire night. She had planned everything out so well.

As a former bride, I recommend Daria to any bride out there who needs guidance planning her wedding and most importantly - peace of mind - on your wedding day!

Stop looking and hire Daria! Thomas and I just celebrated our first anniversary together last week and it wouldn't have been possible without Daria's AMAZING attention to detail and extensive connections. If there is any advice I'd give a new bride it would be to hire a planner. My second would be hire Daria at Circle of Love weddings. She kept us in check with all the big details and little ones that easily get forgotten. We got checklists every three months which really helped us keep organized. So many things to think about - and I almost didn't have to think - Daria was assisting us throughout the whole process. She was our saving grace on our big day and everything flowed beautifully!

We could not have pulled off such an extraordinary wedding without Daria's help! Originally, my parents and I thought that a wedding planner may be overkill - how hard could this be? We couldn't have been more wrong. As we watched the numerous vendors and tasks that had to be coordinated the week of the wedding, we were so happy that we had decided to hire Daria. Without a wedding planner, we would have been unable to relax and enjoy everything we had worked so hard to put together.
Even though we only chose to utilize Daria's services for the week of the wedding, she was always available to answer questions and make recommendations for the months leading up to the wedding. The week of the wedding would have been utter chaos without Daria's help. She took our original vision and brought it to life. She made sure that everything occurred the way I (the bride) expected and hoped that it would. Although I am less traditional than my mother, Daria was able to make suggestions and recommendations that more than satisfied us both.
During the wedding, Daria was making sure that everything was going as planned, but she was always available to answer questions and soothe my worries and concerns. One of my favorite memories of Daria was during our photos after the Ceremony. After smiling for hundreds of photos, I wasn't even sure if I was smiling any more, but Daria was always behind me with water and lip-gloss.
We could have never pulled off this wedding as successfully as we did without Daria's guidance and organization. Whatever the bride and groom want, Daria makes it happen. Thanks to her efforts the wedding went off without a hitch and we have received so many compliments from our guests. Thank you, Daria, for all of your hard work - it truly paid off.

Though I was not sure at first if I needed a wedding coordinator, I soon found that I could not accomplish the necessary wedding tasks as well as working a full time job without help. Enter Daria w/Circle of Love Weddings to the rescue! Daria provided me guidance and support during the many phases of wedding planning and was incredible during the Wedding Day. She has a vast amount of knowledge, planning tools and vendor contacts which ensured our wedding day matched all of our dreams. I could not have asked for a more responsive, detail-oriented, organized and wonderful to work with wedding planner. Granted, this was my first (and hopefully only) wedding, but she was amazing and so helpful. She was also very reasonably charged and honestly, I would have paid twice as much for her.
