I highly recommend this venue. Not only is it cost efficient, but it is a beautiful venue both inside and outside. The staff is amazing. There’s so many perks to booking with them. I also attended so many of their taste testing, where you get to go to the venue and taste the food various foods from the menu and also interact with some of their other vendors, whether it be hair and makeup photography Dj Services, linen and lighting, they made sure everyone was available. Oh, and they also let you taste test the bar options as well. When I did book with the venue we had multiple calls starting 3 to 4 months before my actual wedding date. Most of the time those calls would take an hour to complete and they never rushed me off the phone and made sure to answer every question I had. They also are very accommodating and worked with me with customizing the packages to my liking. My coordinator was Megan and she was a blessing! She made sure the day of ran smoothly. She had gave me her personal cell number so I could hit her up at any time of the day with any questions, concerns, or thoughts leading up to the wedding. I completely trusted her on the day of my wedding and didn’t have to think about anything. I highly recommend her. -

Affordable prices and excellent service. there were some issues with the cleanliness of the venue; however, nothing that couldn’t be resolved. I truly appreciate Veronica for taking care of everything and making sure it was handled. -

The Springs Cypress is a beautiful venue! We were able to have the venue all day so we could take our time with our two ceremonies and reception. Also, the employees were nice and flexible. We were able to schedule our engagement photos on the site with no issue. -

Daughter’s wedding
Our daughter chose this Venue based on several factors. Our daughter lived out of state and that in itself is challenging. First, was the professionalism and friendliness of the employees. Mackenzie was absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. Questions were answered quickly either by text, or email. The list of vendors they provided were exceptional. We hired our caterer, florist and photographer and wedding planner from their lists. We were not disappointed in any way. The venue was clean, beautiful and set up perfectly. Payment plans made it easy and it was one thing to worry about. The day of the wedding was great, They offered to help if needed.. The venue was turned into a magical place where the wedding of her dreams can true! Thank you for a wonderful wedding!! -

Beautiful January wedding
We had our wedding here and we absolutely loved it!! The venue is beautiful and our pictures/video came out stunning. We had about 160 people attend and had plenty of space to have enjoy ourselves. We had so many compliments from both sides of our family on how beautiful the venue was. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Definitely gave us amazing memories for a lifetime! -

My wedding was absolutely beautiful and the team was so easy to work with throughout the entire process to the BIG day. The drive up presence alone, is so inviting to guest and every time I arrived, I always got the same warm feeling. They made things easy and not complicated and provided so many great things within the package. I am truly grateful for them and the venue overall. I definitely want to do something else amazing at this place or at least, be a guest. -

Dreamy and Magical
It was the wedding we dreamed of completely and entirely. The outside front looks straight out of the a storybook and the outside back feels as if it was painted like a masterpiece with the greenery. Within the inside, the vibes are filled with magic. It feels like you’re walking through a castle lined in love. Every section of this dreamy venue is able to execute your vision. To top it off, the team is the absolute best. They are helpful, quick responding, caring, and knowledgeable. We loved our wedding venue!! -

We had a fabulous wedding! We got a ton of compliments because of how beautiful the venue was and how much everyone loved the ambiance. All of the photos are breathtaking as it has natural beauty so that means less effort on the part of added décor haha!
The morning of, everything was set up exactly as it was it supposed to be. The planning process with the Springs was effortless - I did not have any troubles at all. I loved the flexibility the venue provides and would book with them again and again! I always got a response same-day to any questions I had. No complaints here! -

Amazing!!!
Booked this venue while living all the way in Amsterdam. Didn’t even tour the venue in person yet lol! But from all the resources they provided and the amount of experience they have, I knew they would be a professional vendor to work with. I love that the venue has a European style which reminds me of home. It is GORGEOUS! Was not disappointed at all once I finally toured myself. The staff ladies were super sweet and responsive to all my text messages. Great team overall to work with. They know the biz and are very helpful in supporting you towards your big day. Thank you SPRINGS team for such a beautiful memory!

So many things could've gone wrong on our wedding day, but by a miracle from God, everything went exactly as we hoped and prayed for. This incredible venue was one of the largest of many of those blessings and I will forever remember the sweetness and loveliness of this day with this gorgeous chateau as the perfect setting for it. The price, the hospitality, and communication from the venue, the flexibility, and most of all the beauty! Inside and out this chateau was a dream. The fast communication and friendly accommodation from the venue gave me the peace of mind I needed as a stressed-out bride. To top it all off, the price was so affordable and I especially appreciated that we were not enforced to cater or use in-house catering like so many other venues in Houston. I could go on and on about The Springs in Cypress and how wonderful everything was for us. It was a fairytale day and I am forever thankful we chose this perfect venue. -

My wedding was unfortunately cancelled due to the winter storm in Feb, but The Springs venue was so kind to my husband and I. They walked us through the entire process, they never stopped communicating with us, never left us hanging, and answered all of our 1,000 questions without hesitation. They were so incredibly professional and again, so kind. I may not have had my wedding here after all, but I highly recommend it! Beautiful venue and beautiful people! 🤍 -

Venue From my Dreams as a Little Girl
The most adorable venue that made me feel like a princess. It gives a small ballroom vibe similar to Beauty and the Beast. They also have a scenic sidewalk that surrounds a tiny pond that leads to a quiet secluded hedge garden perfect for a wedding ceremony. My only wish was to utilize that area but we had our ceremony at the family church. The staff is super friendly and send out reminders for the busy brides that forget things on their to do list while planning. If you have the budget for this venue I definitely recommend it. congratulations to all of the happy engaged couples! -

The Springs team has always been responsive with any questions we had and worked with us through COVID which we appreciated so much . The venue was in impecable condition and photographed so well ! We fell in love the moment we saw it. We also loved the flexibility of choosing our own vendors . If I could do it again I’d choose them again 💗. -

Springs Venue Cypress is absolutely breathtaking! From the outdoor courtyard to the bridal suites, to the elegant grand ballroom.
I was able to bring my dream wedding to life by having the options to pick and choose my own vendors! I planned my wedding from out of state, and the staff were beyond responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this venue for families who are looking for a spacious, yet elegant and affordable wedding venue! -

The Springs Cypress is an amazing wedding venue! We have an exceptional wedding. We knew when we first toured the Springs that we wanted to have our wedding there. We received numerous compliments from our guests regarding how beautiful the venue is. We had both our wedding and reception indoors and loved it! The room flip was very easy for our coordinator to do. The Springs is one of the best wedding venues in the Houston area and more affordable than most. We loved the option to select our own vendors, although most of our vendors were their preferred vendors. Wonderful venue! We can’t wait to see our professional photos. So happy we had our wedding here. -

This is a beautiful venue! For as much as the venue cost you would expect to get a little more to come with it. The staff was very friendly. I disliked how I was being hovered over during the clean up process. The staff kept asking my guest if we were done cleaning up because it was a few things left on a table and trash was not taken out just yet, which I thought was very rude when you see people coming in and out trying to place everything in their cars. I was even asked to sweep up crumbs from the cake smash and was brought a broom to do so.. In the contract for "After Event" states
"The Springs will perform the majority of the hall cleanup, to include provision of trash bags, restroom supplies, picking up of
tables and chairs, sweeping, and mopping at the conclusion of the event."
and the staff had insisted that she was not allowed to sweep up. The back lights were also not working and I was not notified in advance. When the staff was asked her response was "They should work.. I would have to call the manager..." and that was the last we've heard on the situation. I had guest that wanted to enjoy the outside view, sitting in the dark. I did have a wonderful time at a beautiful venue it just could have gone way smoother for what was paid. -

I got married here in October 2020. Where to start? Let’s start with my initial encounter with The Springs-Cypress. I toured the place September of 2019. I fell in love with the venue...even before it had been remodeled. The chateau style look, spacious outdoors area, and beautiful ballroom. I loved it. I thought about it for a week and decided that that would be the place where I was going to marry my lifetime partner. Before I signed my contract, I told the manager that my dog is a big part of our life and relationship and that we would like for him to be a part of our big day. I also informed her that I wanted to have alpacas pass out alcohol. She said no animals are technically allowed on the premises but that she would make that exception. She asked that my dog be on the leash for the ceremony and for pictures and that after he be in the kennel until the night was over. I signed the contract, and the planning process began. Flash forward to the day of my wedding. My fiancé brings our dog to the venue because he was going to be OUR RING BEARER. Literally I had told everyone about it, it was printed onto our programs and everything. I even bought him an expensive tux because I was so freaking excited to have him bring us our rings. The manager runs up to the grooms suite where my fiancé is and tells him that our dog is not allowed on the premises and if he was going to be in the ceremony he could only be there right before the ceremony and that he HAD TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AFTER. Um, excuse me... what? Who is going to do that during a wedding? We told her that we had received permission to have him in our wedding. She later claimed that my dog was distressed because he was in the kennel...which was not true at all. He was just Uber excited and wanted to be with his owners. She ended up telling us that she was going to allow the dog to stay but that it had to be supervised at all times and couldn’t just be left in the kennel. Since I didn’t have anyone to babysit him in the kennel all night I ended up having to take him home. She literally ruined the most important and sentimental day of our lives. I will no longer have pictures of our dog in his tux, I can no longer say he was our ring bearer.
Besides the dog incident, the bridal suite needed some serious attention. The furniture had stains on it. The curtains had red stuff on them. My photographer was appalled because she tried to get a photo of me looking out the window and actually thought it was blood on the curtain.
Also- when I tried to schedule appointments to go visit the venue for planning purposes they told me I couldn’t because of events going on that day. Fine. I understand. But the day of my wedding- they were giving TOURS to people that were interested. The groomsmen had no privacy... they were brought to the groom suite to check it out.
Bottom line is- too expensive for what it is. Management needs to get it together and be one United front. And they need to remember that “THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.” -

The Springs doesn't actually care about you and your event. At the very least, negotiate your contract or get wedding insurance. You’ll need it with The Springs.
We were supposed to have our wedding here in February 2021.
Planning from out of state is hard, but the _original_ management team worked really hard with me to iron out details.
1. Since we and 75% of our guests are from out of state and with the pandemic going on, we asked to postpone our wedding with 4-5 months notice. We offered to:
- reschedule with a fee
- postpone to a new date and pay for the 2nd date at some discount
- resell the original date to another couple
- _donate the original date to a charity event_
The Springs declined all of the above.
2. My fiance got COVID just before the wedding, and we could no longer fly out. Corporate "kindly" offered to reschedule our wedding to "any remaining date in the next 2 months." Talk about a logistics nightmare for you, your vendors, and your guests.
_Eventually_, they offered any remaining 2021 date. The venue is popular and Saturdays are basically all booked up. RIP our dream wedding where our families can actually make it.
3. Between September of 2019 and December 2020, the ENTIRE management at the Cypress location had changed out. We don’t know any of them. They don’t know us. It just seems like bad business practice to have such drastic turn over.

One of the worst experiences imaginable — avoid at all costs.
If I could give this venue zero stars, I would. The entire experience with their so-called "wedding specialist," Emma Montoya, was a nightmare from start to finish. Her conduct was not only grossly unprofessional, but outright rude and condescending.
Before we officially booked the venue, we had a great experience with Caley, the wedding specialist we originally worked with. She was kind, helpful, responsive, and part of the reason we felt confident moving forward with this venue. Unfortunately, shortly after we signed our contract, Caley must have quit, because we were suddenly reassigned to Emma Montoya — and from that point on, everything went downhill.
From the beginning of our interactions with Emma, communication was a mess. Emails were constantly misdirected to the wrong couple, scheduled meetings were ignored or mishandled, and any questions we had about their in-house DJ services were either brushed off or met with unclear, incomplete responses.
Our first scheduled meeting with their DJ never happened — he simply didn’t show up. No email, no call, no apology. And we didn’t hear from anyone at the venue about it for the entire week following. It was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. That said, to be fair, the DJ ultimately delivered a great performance at the wedding. His sets were fun, energetic, and the crowd really enjoyed the music.
Unfortunately, the poor communication extended to other vendors included in The Springs’ “all-inclusive” package. The florist, for example, never responded to me — not once. I would strongly caution any couples against using the venue’s preferred vendor list. While it may sound convenient, the lack of communication and reliability is not worth the risk. I highly recommend sourcing your own vendors instead.
The most frustrating experience, by far, came with our wedding rehearsal. We had confirmed multiple times via emailthat it was scheduled for September 18th — the day before our wedding. Despite this, when we arrived with our full wedding party, Emma coldly told us there was no record of our rehearsal and demanded we leave — making no effort to understand the situation or offer a solution.
Shortly after, the site coordinator returned with security to escort us off the property, treating us like trespassers instead of the couple getting married there the next day. Even with clear documentation showing that we had confirmed the date, no one took accountability for the venue’s error. Emma was unapologetic and dismissive throughout.
On our actual wedding day, Emma continued with the same brash attitude. Our outside wedding planner — a seasoned professional — had her own issues with Emma, describing her as rude and uncooperative. It’s clear that this is her standard behavior, not a one-off incident.
Emma’s bio says she “loves helping couples” and is passionate about weddings, but nothing in her behavior reflects that. She lacks basic communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage even the simplest logistical tasks with respect and grace.
One of the few bright spots — aside from the DJ’s performance — was the catered bar service, which was excellent. The drinks were great and the bar staff was friendly and efficient.
But unfortunately, no amount of good music or cocktails can make up for the complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and organization that we encountered at this venue after booking.
If you’re planning your wedding, I strongly encourage you to stay far away from The Springs — and especially from their all-inclusive package and vendor list. What should have been a joyful and exciting experience turned into one of the most stressful and disappointing chapters of our planning process.
You only get one wedding day. Don’t trust it to people who don’t treat it with the care and respect it deserves.

Terrible services
Our wedding was on Sunday September 4th, 2022. The following day (Monday September 5th), we received an email from Makenzie requesting us to return the two 6-feet tables by Wednesday September 7th before 4pm or else we would get charged for damages (according to the contract policy, it is $500).
We reached out to our venders and asked them if they took the tables, and every single one of them replied that they did not.
Makenzie's email frustrated us because it ruined our excitement after the wedding as we had to figure out what happened to the tables. We would take responsibility for the lost items only if there is proof that any of our guests took the tables which was extremely unlikely. So, on Wednesday September 7th, we had to drive back to the venue, offered to look for the tables around the premises, and spoke to the staff. After our failed attempt to retrieve the tables, we concluded:
1) The staff failed to check the security cameras before assuming that our people took the tables. They mentioned that the security footages have not been reviewed when we arrived. They should not send such emails to clients one day after the wedding if they have not done their due diligence first. This deeply frustrated us.
2) The staff failed to have an inventory log with dates and check/verify with signatures to keep track of when the items were missing. They had 2 other weddings that weekend and just assumed it was us because ours was the last one. However, clearly in the last email to us, they did not check with the other wedding parties prior to sending us that accusatory email.
3) The staff failed to establish a solid system to check-and-verify the inventory since there is only one maintenance person on-site responsible for this task. This happened to us, but clearly may have happened to many other newly Weds. Makenzie said the maintenance person should check the inventory after every event, but this clearly did not happen prior to ours.
4) Makenzie told us in person there was no wedding on Saturday (only Thursday and Friday). She said so very confidently that the tables must have gone missing after our event. We remembered that we wanted to book that Saturday for our wedding, but the date was taken by someone else. It's possible that it got canceled, but the Brianna's email stated that two venders each took a table that weekend. They should verify first before saying inconsistent statements to clients.
5) The staff failed to pinpoint and investigate where the problem is, but rather sought the easiest way to charge the client for the damage deposit. This was a very unprofessional experience.
6) We are disappointed, frustrated, discontent with The Springs Cypress Event Venue services. We paid a considerable amount, and in return, got a stressful experience after our wedding. We were supposed to rest and enjoy our vacation, but we had to deal with the staff's unfounded accusations. We wasted three hours of our time having to driving back-and-forth and talk to the staff after the wedding.
7) The policy needs a revision because it isn't fair for any client. There was no initiative by the team to resolve the issue. If we did not take our own initiative, we would have been unfairly charged.
We will NOT recommend this place to anyone. There is many other beautiful wedding venues out there with better price and services.
