We had so many last minute changes to our wedding plans because of the pandemic, but Chase Canopy met our every need. We ordered a different tent, but someone did not return it in time, so they actually upgraded us to a brand new, beautiful tent, with flags on top that were the color of our choosing! It also came with string lights all throughout the inside of the tent. It was absolutely gorgeous! -

Eric and the team were such wonderful people to work with. Throughout the process, Eric was incredibly responsive and patient with all my questions and changes. The installation team were champions for erecting the tent on the sand in the middle of a storm in order to not delay the other vendors' setup. We had a small mishap with our generator and DJ the day of but it was quickly fixed by the attendant. Would highly recommend! -

Working with Chase Canopy was possibly the easiest, most streamlined part of planning our wedding. They are true experts and have excellent knowledge of their field and inventory. They made excellent recommendations and helped us to develop and visualize some of the most important details of the big day-- even recommending options that were more visually impactful but still cost effective, which we appreciated. They were patient and accommodating when we had to make a few last minute, unavoidable changes.
They managed all delivery, set up, and take down seamlessly and everything was excellent quality-- the tent was gorgeous and dramatic, and set a perfect tone for our outdoor reception.

Brianna Sent on 12/28/2016There aren't many tent places in Marion, MA and that's fine because Chase Canopy is the best! In the middle of our wedding the lights went out, and they had someone back to our house within the hour to fix it for us. They setup a beautiful tent Thursday before our wedding, and had it hurricane proof just in case the winds were strong (which they can be at the house we got married at). They thought of everything, really wonderful experience! -

Jennifer Sent on 09/10/2013Chase Canopy did a wonderful job at our wedding. Ali was great during the planning process. We spent a little extra and ordered a sail cloth tent and the chivari chairs. What a difference! Both were absolutely beautiful and made our wedding reception look so nice. Everything was set up when we arrived at the Pelham House on Thursday. And the PH Manager was so pleased that their crew was there bright an early Sunday morning to remove everything. Thank you Chase! -

Jessica Sent on 11/10/2013We wanted to have our outdoor evening reception under the stars last July, but New England weather requires a tent. Luckily we came across Chase Canopy’s clear-top tent. We were in love with the idea that our guests could look up and see the trees, sky, and stars, and the minimalistic decorations fit our vintage theme. We were hesitant to go with Chase because of sticker shock - their tents were more expensive than elsewhere, though their furniture rentals were on par or cheaper. However, we were sold on the clear top, and after shopping around decided to bite the bullet and let Chase's clear tent be our budget-buster.
We definitely got what we paid for, and it was worth every penny. The staff was friendly, professional, and flexible as we went back and forth over numbers of chairs, tables, dance floor tiles, etc in the months leading up to the wedding. We could change our rental order up until the night before, and they agreed to deliver the ceremony chairs to a different location for no extra cost. They also took care of all the permitting required for the tent, and provided a tarp cover for it that could be pulled off right before the reception so that it wouldn’t heat up like a greenhouse during the day. The tent itself was GORGEOUS. It was not hot inside and we did not need or use fans, but we attribute that to nighttime on coastal New England. Our guests marveled at how different an atmosphere it created – we didn’t feel like we were in a tent at all, which is exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend this very accommodating and professional company – they are worth their price!! -

The tent went up with ease and we did not have to worry about at thing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tent for functions!

Working with Chase is a real pleasure. COVID forced us to replan our wedding four times and with each change in guest count or date, Eric from Chase was right there with a floorplan that reflected the new situation. Despite our guest count dropping from 175 to 35, not once did Chase try to hold us to or even mention our original contract. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate us in such a challenging environment turned what could have been an extremely stressful experience into a painless one.
We also really appreciated the experience and professionalism of Eric and the team at Chase. From selecting linens to picking a location for the tent, everyone at Chase did a great job of using their experience to help guide us, while also respecting our wants and tastes.
To sum it up, Chase went out of their way to make sure we had a great wedding, to the point that an employee drove 30 minutes out of their way to drop off a few power cord covers that had accidentally been left off the delivery truck. We can’t thank the team at Chase enough for all their help and highly recommend them. -
User2558502 Sent on 03/21/2016I used a clear top tent for our wedding with Chase Canopy. I most definitely think that going with Chase was worth the money, because I was able to tour their facilities and saw first hand how well managed it is - and the fact that they clean the tents for other companies goes to show that they have the most well-maintained inventory themselves. One thing that i feel I should mention is that my clear top tent was so dewy/cloudy in the night time that it ended up not exactly being clear anyways - i'm not sure if this was because I was on the ocean or because it was the end of the season, but that was disappointing - and I'd recommend you to ask that question if you're planning a clear top tent by the ocean; as it kind of made it pointless. Also, I found relatively often that the responsiveness was not what I would hope for. Otherwise, these guys were awesome - the delivery was on-point and the product itself was fantastic!
