Amazing experience

The Perfect Venue

This venue was so beautiful!! I elected it just off pictures and comments online, but was so pleased when I went to visit in person this summer to find it was just as beautiful in person. The staff is amazingly helpful! They took care of just about every detail and connected me with amazing vendors who were extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. If you do not like to keep to a schedule, this may not be the place for you, as they keep true to the timing of the wedding schedule. This was something I particularly loved about the experience. To be honest, I loved the whole aspect of someone else taking care of planning and executing the day. The staff, especially Robin, was always a quick call or email away and always willing to answer my questions. We chose the perfect venue for our dream wedding.

Winter Wonderland

Talk about a fairytale come true! Everything was exactly how I dreamed it would be, and became a reality. Let’s start with Robin, Rob, Nancy, the entire office. Professional, planned accordingly, and overall exceeded every expectation we had. Those I missed at the office, I apologize, but would like to personally thank you for everything. As soon as we arrived in town (a day earlier) they provided us with a tour, and our picnic to take with us (we had the Diamond Love Package, highly recommended) the following day was go time. Hair, makeup, and nail appointment at a lovely little/yet amazing salon. All paid for prior, except tips. I had to literally wake up, and get a move onto their schedule. Which, was fast, but it was smooth and painless. Then, came the chapel for our wedding day. I was provided a personal assistant (under covid guidelines of course) that not only met me at our vehicle to carry my dress in, but helped me zip up, and get prepared to become a Mrs. Here’s the part I see a ton of complaints on, the fastness. Yes, I do agree, it is a fast transition from the time you get your dress on, get photos done, and walk down the isle. Did I feel rushed? No. Did I feel like they provided my wants and needs in a timely manner? Absolutely. Keep in mind, they are the #1 rated chapel for a reason, so of course they accommodate towards others appointments, as they should! The biggest surprise was Rob willingly marrying us, which means the world to me, because he’s done everything and anything possible to make me feel at ease! The cake was outstanding, our cabin was beautiful, but what struck us the most was the photos. Not only have our photos been shared all around the internet because it was a “dream wedding/winter wonderland” but you could see how genuinely happy they made us in the photos provided. If you’re second guessing this chapel over the distance, we drove 9 hours away. No regrets, minor issues which had nothing to do with the chapel, and ultimately the best day of our lives. couldn't have chosen a better venue!

we had a small intimate wedding, and Chapel at the Park was so accomodating, responsive, and reasonably priced! The wedding was beautiful and everyone loved it! The reception at Calhoun's was perfect! It was in a separate banquet area in the back of the lot and away from the main restaurant. My only complaint is that I wanted a nondenominational ceremony, and there was a huge cross in the chapel and the officiant put some religious language in the ceremony. Otherwise, it couldn't have been more perfect!

Stress Free Destination Wedding

Wonder all inclusive wedding setting. Was able to plan pretty much the whole wedding in less than two hours. Was so exciting to check off about 30 boxes on the wedding wire checklist just with one visit to The Chapel in the park. Our photographer was awesome and even though we brought our own pastor, the pastor at the Chapel was so helpful with all the details and help our Pastor. Highly recommend.

I had a hard time deciding between this Chapel and Little Log Cabin, but finally went with this one. Great location, it's right there in the middle of the parkway, but tucked in a street that goes up a little hill. The scenery was beautiful. I have been going to Gatlinburg with my family since a teen and always said : I will get married in that little town some day. Words have power.

To top if off I got this cute little honeymoon cabin just by searching on the internet. The ad said : The 50 best cabins in Gatlinburg, which was perfect because the area has like 5k rentals. It was Valeria's Beary Tale, I found it on vrbo.com and the listing was 810461. The best with taxes included and for the price of a hotel room.

I am a Florida bride that knew I wanted to be married in beautiful Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It's difficult being a destination bride and trying to manage everything from afar, so we decided to go with a venue that had different packages. This venue has everything from elopement to large wedding extravaganzas! They're incredibly flexible with the details of the packages, offering substitutions or credits for things you might not need. I was excited to have my venue, photography, ceremony music and decorating all in one neat deal. They do offer Cakes and work with a local bakery that can do premium cake styles for extra. The venue is beautiful, especially in October when we're getting married. We booked their outside ceremony center and the photography of the trees changing colors will be amazing! The folks who work in the office are very friendly and always happy to answer questions. I called 4 times before we booked, lol. Once we saw the outdoor center we were already sold, but then we were pleasantly surprised to see online that they have 50% off specific packages if you plan a date on a Monday or Tuesday. The deposit is 50% of the total cost if you use the 50% off special, but at the discounted rates, it's not even that much. If you want an outdoor wedding, this venue is gorgeous and the prices are so reasonable. I'm really happy with our decision!

I attended a ceremony a few months back and it was breathtaking! From the set up to the place settings, and small details it was amazing! The outdoor venue was perfect for the time of year, and made for great pictures. When I was able to see the pictures taken I was speechless they were so vivid and unique I was very Impressed with the creativity. Along with the pleasant staff, all the other folks involved they really did make a great experience for me as a guest. I would love to have a team like that for me at my wedding! I would recommend them to anyone in the area who wants to capture the beauty, love, and over all wonderful feelings of that special day!

Everything about this chapel screams elegance. it is in a beautiful mountain setting ran by wonderful people. My wedding planner, Tiffany, was great. She was wonderful for helping me to figure out exactly what i needed to make my day perfect. Not only was she helpful, but she was quick to respond to all of my questions. That made this easier. not to mention, i was able to afford the beautiful wedding i desired. i will defiantly be recommending this chapel to friends and family who are looking to get married.

I attended a wedding at Chapel at the Park in March. The bride was glistening with happiness. The groom was all smiles while his bride walked down the isle. The flowers were gorgeous, very well put together. It was an outside wedding and the seating was perfect. They left you plenty of room to feel comfortable and not feel crowded. The music was beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to any bride looking for the perfect wedding venue!

We live about three hours from Gatlinburg so we were able to visit all the chapels we were considering. After looking at seven locations it was an easy pick for us. Chapel at the Park was beautiful and had lots of little touches. Their office is 3 miles away from the chapel so there are not future brides and grooms walking around during your wedding trying to book theirs. We had visited one chapel that actually told us we could stick our head in the door during a wedding to see what we thought. Their office was attached to the wedding chapel. Anyway, everything from before the wedding planning with Emily to rev. Guy put us at ease. The on line photo proof book has been great and out pictures look like a bridal magazine. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception at the Aquarium will be talked about forever. Overall we could not have been happier. My cousin was there and is getting married next year and she is booking with Chapel at the Park after seeing our wedding.

Mark and I only live about an hour from Gatlinburg so it was easy for us to check things out before our wedding. We checked about 6 different chapels in Gatlinburg in advance and I have to say Chapel at the Park was the only one that there web site looked like their grounds and chapel.
One chapel had a pond on line that looked like a mud pool next to a busy narrow road when you got there, one had a beautiful stained glass window but when you got there it was righ in the middle of city traffic with a "paid" parking lot. And one that looked like a million dollars on line but repossed property when you arrived.
Chapel at the Park was a beautiful estate and so easy to work with. We got married at a chapel becuase it was more affordable than doing everything ourselves at our home church and I have to say my guests thought we had spent a fortune but actually it was soooooooo afordable. Thanks to Rev. Tim and our photographer Amanda they were great and our on line proof book keeps getting me compliments from my friends and co-workers. We had a great experience. Make sure you look before you leap!

I lucked into finding this place. My parents had seen it when they visited Gatlinburg and I took their word. Am I glad I did. EVERYTHING from the flowers to the cake to the minister (rev. Tim) and staff was flawless. Bob and I did everything by phone and really never met anyone until the day before the wedding. The chapel is beautiful. And though we were about two weeks late for the fall leaves it was still breathtaking. And now I have this online photo proof book that not only Bob and I can enjoy as we select our pictures but we gave the password to all our friends and now they get to enjoy them. I would not only reccomend Gatlinburg but I would really reccomend Charel at the Park!!!

I would like to say thanks for making our Ultimate Wedding day the most wonderful day of our lives. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating to what I wanted on my wedding day without any problems. I live in Nashville and everything was done via the phone which was amazing. The chapel was not only beautiful on the outside, but as beautiful on the inside. If you think the pictures are beautiful wait until you see it in person. What I was most impressed with was how punctual they were and how they made sure everything went as smooth as possible. If you do not want to be stressed out planning an expensive wedding and get the same results at a cheaper price, I highly recommend Chapel at the Park! Thanks for a great job well done! I realized that if you want a more complete story and testimonials for Chapel at the Park, you need to visit their FACEBOOK page.... that's where the happy brides are reviewing the chapel.... Angry people write angry reviews that aren't necessarily fair or their is some hidden agenda.. but happy brides/ couples write the reviews from their hearts..... just a thought.

we also were married in october of 2010, the scenery is Breathtaking!! The chapel is gorgeous, the outdoor wedding choices are beautiful! From an intimate wedding for two to a wedding for 50 guests, they can handle it all!! The best idea we ever had was getting married here! I still remember the awesome day an everyone there was amazing! One of the best days of my life 10-15-2007 Chapel at the Park ! I still recommend it to anyone! I only hope one day He'll ask to renew our vows so we can go and do it there again !

We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding. This is our second marriage and I did not know Tom's family and he did not know mine except for one brief meeting two years ago. We selected Chapel at the Park because of the pictures on their web page and they did not disappoint. Our coordinators name was Patti which is my mom's name so I felt comfortable from the beginning. She was so helpful.
We only had 40 guests but I think every single one of them has told me how much they enjoyed the wedding and the reception especially the beautiful cake.
We just got our photo album and video today (it took me so long to order them because they took so many for us to choose from) and they are just perfect. They captured things I had forgotten all about. I have a 15 year old daughter and I am already thinking about her wedding at Chapel at the Park HAHA!!!!! (in ten years)

Chapel at the Park was the most amazing experience I could have had on my wedding day! This is perfect for the bride who wants to still have control over her ceremony but does not want to stress about all the details. All of their services were absolutely wonderful. Everything was arranged over the phone and we arrived there the day before the wedding. We talked with the very nice coordinator for our wedding and worked out all the last minute details. I showed up an hour before the ceremony and everything was done for us! The place is absolutely beautiful! The scenery is amazing and the staff are better than I ever imagined. Everything was perfect that day and I am so happy I chose Chapel at the Park and their personal and attentive services.

My wedding was three weeks ago and we are still talking about how nice everything was. So I thought I would share it with you here. Ron and I picked the Cinderella three day wedding event. (I was going from daddy's princess to Ron's Princess). My guests and I arrived Friday evening for a get together social. It was a deli night theme with red checker-table cloths and the works. They even had a make your own sundae bar so we could all create our own dessert creations.
After the deli we met with the Minster (Rev Lee) and he was so nice.He explained to everyone how the cermony would work and that there would be staff everywhere (and there was) to help us at the chapel.
Saturday morning the chapel delivered coffee and rolls and fruit to our rooms for the bridesmaids and the groomsmen. My brides maids and I went to the spa treatment they set up for us. I had my hair, make up and nails and they all had their hair done. While we were there the guys went to pick up their tuxes. The limo picked up me and my girls and mom and off to the chapel we went for the final get ready and meet with the photographer. And we were all singing get me to the church on time. Then Ron and his guys arrived by limo. The guests all met at the reception site and were brought to the chapel by a Gatlinburg Trolly. I think the guests liked the ride as much as they did the wedding.
The wedding was outdoors and flawless. At the reception we had a DJ and danced for what seemed like hours. The food was good and the service was far better than we had anticipated.
The next morning they even had a continental breakafast set up for the guests before they left town so they could have a farewell time together. Ron and I did not go to that. That night we dinner on the town and tandum massages and then the next day we had Dollywood tickets on our door.
Between the wedding pictures, the reception pictures and the mounatin shoot (with lunch it was romantic) we went on we had over 400 portraits to choose from on line.
I wish I could talk to everyone who is thinking about Gatlinburg I would tell you Chapel at the Park was AWESOME. Happy in Ohio, its Tasha and Ron

I was in the last semester of college and did not have time to plan my wedding. I was glad to find Chapel at the Park. With a little help for their on line abilty and one of their very personable Wedding Cordinators we planned the entire thing from my college room. Two days after graduation we arrived with 40 guests to Gatlinburg to find we had selected by far the nicest chapel in town. Secluded on an estate it is even surrounded by the National Park.
Everything and every detail was correct and my mom and dad could not have been happier. The guests raved and it was obvious that the staff new how to make guests feel like it was the only wedding of the day. From my flowers to the grilled salmon at our reception the attention to detail was perfect.
We are busy now selecting what portraits we want for our album and I am getting ready to teach school this fall. If you are a type "A" person and a little too busy to plan an at home church wedding but still want it to be grand I would highly recommend Chapel at the Park. Good luck from Sally and Jake

Tom and I could not have been happier. Our wedding dreams came true at Chapel at the Park. From working with Margaret before our wedding to our reception after the wedding everything was more than we expected. When we arrived in Gatlinburg we were so excited at the grounds and gardens at the chapel, they were stunning. We had a moderate priced wedding but we were treated as if we had purchased their most expensive pacakge. From the photographer, to the Minister everyone took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The reception and the cake were flawless and our 50 guests have gone on and on about how they never thought a chapel wedding could be so grand. We highly reccomend Chapel at the Park. We giove them an A++++++++

Ben and I wanted a mountain wedding and a place where both of our familes could meet on "neutral ground". We chose Gatlinburg. WIth all the web pages it was tough to decide which chapel was best so we selected three or four and went to visit. OMG am I glad we did. Some of those chapels that look like they are surrounded by nature are actually surrounded by car washes, liquor stores and so close to the road I am not sure we could have heard the minister.
Chapel at the Park was different. From the moment we drove into their estate it was clear this was the place we would marry.
From the landscaping to the knowledgable staff every step of the way we felt safe and knew we would be pleased with our choice.
Well, we got married January 2 and we already have our portrait album, our dvd and lots of rave revues from our families and guests. I would reccommend the chapel to anyone. We are already planning a weekend trip there to celebrate our first anniversary next January.

We knew we wanted to be married in Gatlinburg, TN... I have visited there many times growing up and thought it would be the perfect place for my 'Christmas Time" wedding.... I got on the internet and starting search for Chapels... (we live in Virginia and knew we would not be able to get to Gatlinburg before the wedding)... I found many, but the website for CHAPEL AT THE PARK really caught my attention. It looked so beautiful... there were so many options and pictures to look at... it was almost overwhelming... I called them to ask about 3217 questions (ok, maybe not that many) but I got a friendly coordinator and straight forward answers. After a bit of time, we decided on their all-inclusive FAIRY TALE WEDDING... it came with EVERYTHING... even a night before Deli - Ice Cream Social so that when our guests got to town, we all have a place to meet and chat and eat.. it was really fun. The Chapel Grounds are beautiful and secluded.. the Christmas decorations indoors and outdoors were so tasteful, I had the photographer take pictures in front of the garlands of the front doors and the lobby Christmas tree (I plan to use them for next years Christmas cards!! I am a planner.) Anyway... the ceremony was so lovely... Rev Jacobs.. WE LOVE YOU!...
The photographer was taking so many pictures... (if you are consider Chapel at the Park), they gave me an option to select my wedding album the next day at their office, or I could create it from an online gallery afterwards... I choose that option so that the photographer would just keep taking we many pictures as he could so I would have so many to choose from)...
The reception afterwards was very nice.. the reception hall was much nicer than I had hoped.. the pictures on the website don't do it justice... all of my guests went on about how nice everyone was and how nice the room looked (they did it all except I brought my own favors)....even how good the food was. It was just a great experience for us.... I would recommend this place to anyone ... as a matter of fact, I do... God Bless... Kerri and Justin

My wedding consultant was very friendly and accurate. She helped me plan everything and always called me with better and more efficient ways of doing something. She worked with me and the florist to create the flowers that I wanted without charging anything extra to my wedding package deal. Our pastor really helped pull it all together. He was extremely calm and everything was spoken clearly and perfect. The only thing that I would have changed was the wedding DVD itself. They didn't shoot into the crowd, I couldn't tell who was there, the whole video was just of the ceremony itself. I wanted the video for ALL the memories.

I called and planned the wedding two weeks before the selected date. They work with you and make it very hassle and stress free. I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING! It was great. The only thing that I had to do was show up, get dresses, and walk down the asile. Everyone there was so nice too. It was the best day ever!!

Chapel in the Park handled our wedding at Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. We were coming in from out of state and it was important to us that absolutely EVERYTHING be handled by one company. The package we purchased included the officiant, photographer, catering, flowers, table settings, cake... after one brief phone conversation during which my husband and I selected food options, cake design, and flowers, we were done with the planning. I'd heard from others how nerve-wracking and time-consuming it was for them to plan their weddings, but for us, it was so easy and gave us time to focus on friends and family and just enjoy the day.

The only thing I wish I'd done differently was hire an additional photographer. While the photos turned out well, she was only hired to take photos during the first hour of the reception, so we didn't have professional shots of the penguin (yes, a live penguin) at the reception. I should have hired an additional photographer to shoot our guests while we were getting shots just of us inside the aquarium, and then to stick around and photograph the guests with the penguin. Otherwise, the day was perfect!

On the day of our wedding, I was running super late, I didnt plan correctly and was not able to make it to the chapel on time. The lady in the office was so nice about everything and rescheduled us, she saved my wedding day from being a disaster and we were able to still enjoy our day. I am still thankful for their kindness. The pictures were AWESOME!!! Great place if you just want to run away!

The total wedding was planned in just two months and they did all of the work for me and made my life stress free. This was a destination wedding and I was in CT so they helped me even though i was 700 miles away. The pictures were just exquisite and they were helpful throughout the whole process.

Best day ever!

Our wedding at Chapel at the Park was truly a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a magical atmosphere that far exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, from the elegant decorations to the seamless coordination. Despite a few minor hiccups along the way, the team handled everything with professionalism and grace.

One aspect that stood out to us was the beautiful indoor setting of the Chapel. It provided a romantic backdrop for our ceremony and created a warm and intimate atmosphere for our guests. The staff's attention to detail was evident in every corner, making our special day even more memorable.

While there were a couple of small areas where improvement could be made, such as communication about certain details, overall our experience was overwhelmingly positive. The Chapel at the Park truly made our wedding day a magical and unforgettable event. We are grateful for their dedication and the beautiful memories they helped us create.

We had decided we wanted a small wedding out-of-town with just a few family and friends. Chapel at the Park in Gatlinburg, TN, was the best idea! They were professional, they always responded promptly to questions, and never failed to assure me that everything was under control. I didn't have to worry about music, flowers, decorations, photography, or videography - they took care of everything! They were willing to work with me when there were some things in the minister's service I didn't like, which was very comforting. Because they are a chapel that plays hosts to several weddings a day, they are very strict that you stick to the time frame given - you must arrive on time with nothing to do but put your dress on, and guests have a 15 minute window to show up. While this was my main source for concern, everything worked out beautifully. They do it this way so that your guests will not see the bride who got married right before you, which is nice. While it may seen daunting to let someone else take care of all the details of your ceremony, I would highly recommend Chapel at the Park to all brides. It was a smooth, well-organized, perfect ceremony. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

The wedding turned out beautifully. The photographer was awesome, but he was only for the ceremony, not the reception. The reception hall was beautiful. They told me they would provide music, but it was horrible. The first song they played was "I beieve in life after love" lol. Seriously a breakup song at a wedding reception. It made no sense. So bring your own wedding music CD. And make sure you have a photographer for the reception.

The reception came with a hostess. She didn't let us cut our own cake! She made us pose for pictures to look like we were cutting the cake, then SHE cut the freaking cake! Then we wanted to sit down, but she made us go through the buffet line. I told her I wanted to sit down, but she told me that I needed to go through the line first, and was VERY insistant on it. So in retrospect, I wish I had been more pushy, and done things the way I wanted to, but hindsight is 20/20. So make sure you do what YOU want at that reception, and don't let that crazy lady boss you around.

The staff are incredible and friendly. The officiant was top notch, and the photographer was ok.
I highly recommend not using their floral services (tacky, cheap, outdated flower arrangements)
The baker was ok, the wedding cake was nice, but the groom's cake was incredibly ugly.
The food at the reception was incredible.
We chose Ripley Aquarium as our reception location for our package, i would never choose them again. They made so many unbelievable mistakes.

We got married outside infront of the waterfall (it is a man made, very small waterfall). Staff seemed very professional. Photography was ok. Flowers and boutonniere were slightly brown. Chapel at the park took care of everything. We had to pick up our marriage license at the court house. Chapel signs it and returns it for you to the court house.

The location was beautiful. The reception was beautiful. The Chapel at the Park agreed to play music at the reception and the first song they played was "Do You Believe in Life After Love?" It was so embarrassing. I had to assure my guests that my husband and I had nothing to do with the music choices. Luckily we had a CD in the rental car and the lady in charge of the reception was kind enough to throw it in. I just wish we would have been prepared.

When it was time to cut the cake, the lady had us pose for the pictures as if we were about to cut the cake...and after the photos were taken she had us put down the knife and she cut the cake and gave us each a piece! We were so caught off guard that we didn't stop her. It was awkward.

Disappointing from the start. Unfortunately there wasn't a whole lot we could do once they had our money. Choose your planner very carefully, especially, if you live out of town, like we do. First issue was reservation dates, we wanted an extra day added to our package, for whatever reason, that was problematic. Then when we arrived the planner we had been speaking with was not there as promised and the people who were there were not expecting us and had no idea who we were coming or even who we were, not very inviting. We had to tell them what we purchased. Not professional at all. After checking in at the wedding center and getting all of our information, I will say the cabin was great! The salon choice was excellent!! I loved the bridal boutique they use for the rentals. We were very disappointed with our wedding pictures. We specifically chose fall for our wedding date as it is both of our favorite time of year. It happen to be raining the day of our wedding which made it not so great, but I have been included in other weddings where it has rained and you could NOT TELL in the pictures. I can not say the same for our pictures. They were average. Nothing special about them - other than they are of me and my husband. Disappointing. Especially since we purchased their most expensive package. We did not take any shortcuts. We wanted a special day. Out of the 100 or so pictures taken there were less than 10 that we had reproduced. I would recommend to anyone looking to book a wedding in Gatlinburg to choose a alternative vendor/planner. I am seriously considering vow renewals already so I can have "do over" because I am so disappointed with what we received at the Chapel of Love package - mostly the pictures. It should not go unsaid that I made them aware of my disappointment(s), verbally, they were unconcerned, they "apologized", but made no real effort to resolve. I would have been happy with simply scheduling a day to retake pictures.

They were great to work with to setup over the phone, yet when we got there it was a very different experience. We brought our picture rights, and were told that we would have over 100. When we got there to review the pictures, there was only 57, we asked what gives and they told us if we would have reviewed them online we could have seen all the picture since we came in they choose what they thought was the best of them and printed them out. In our package we got 50 pictures printed and we bought the rights to all shots taken. So WTF were are the rest of pictures? Why did they assume they knew what was best for me when I paid for all of them. I've submitted a review her and a review at the BBR. Get everything in writing and review it again and again!

Well where to begin... The whole wedding was a disaster. For starters, the guests were supposed to arrive at 5:45 and our wedding ceremony was to begin at 6:00. At 5:40 they were sending our guests away saying that our wedding did not start until 6:30. Secondly, after going over everything that was supposed to happen, they did not play the wedding march as my dad and I walked down the aisle because they "forgot" to change the music. The minister was not who I had said I wanted even tho he told me it would not be a problem to be there. Then, they did not have all of the right decorations up even though they had wrote down word for word how everything was supposed to be set up. After the ceremony, the wedding party was supposed to walk back down the aisle (bridesmaids walking with groomsmen) well they completely skipped this step making it awkward for everyone. After they took pictures of our fuchsia wedding, the photographer assured us that the lighting was PERFECT. The pictures however turned out red. At the reception, we were told someone was going to be taking pictures. Nobody did. My husband and I never got to have a toast. We did not get to do the bridal bouquet toss, and we did not get to do the garter toss. I could have dealt with everything because I was going to make it a fun day no matter what. I am just very upset and disappointed that I have no pictures of my wedding to show off without people thinking the whole thing was red. If you can't photograph a certain color right then they should not offer it as a color to the wedding guests. They have yet to offer us any compensation for all the mishaps or for the ruined pictures, but we are still on their case about the whole thing.

Don’t waste your money here

If i could give this place zero stars, I WOULD! At the beginning, everything was great, running smoothly and they stayed on top of things.

The day of the wedding is where EVERYTHING, went wrong. First it started with the limo no showing up to pick us up, so someone from the wedding had to get us.
Then when we finally got there from the hair place, the lady started taking pictures of my husband and only a few of the bride and her party.
Not only that, we were SHOVED along to get things done as quickly as possible! Not only did we get shoved along, are wedding was only SEVEN minutes long, when it was supposed to be 20/25 minutes long. Then after that, a few pictures were taken of the family and then are family was shoved off to go to the reception and so we got only a couple pictures with are family and friends.. and then a few of the bride and groom.. we have over 30/40 pictures of the groom but only about 10/15 of the bride and her party.
Once they did a few of the couple, they were shoved out next, and onto the reception. When we got there, food was ALREADY out and COLD. The guy doing the music wasn't there yet, and no one knew where the reception was or what was going on because once the wedding was over at the chapel, you were done with them there. They never sent anyone to tell us anything or what was going on. We were just told to go to the reception and have fun.

Not only that, the cake was WRONG, the icing was buttercream, when we asked for cream cheese frosting.

Then when i called the next day about everything, i was told there was nothing they could do. So i waited till i could speak to an actual manager, which she got right with the man who owns it, and he gave us all are photos, which weren't a lot, mainly of just my husband. And half were people blinking or mouth open. Why would i want those?!? I paid THOUSANDS of dollars for them to mess up my wedding and then give me the rest of the pictures i didnt pay for.. which i paid for 100 but really could only get 80 nice pictures.. but they gave me the rest and told me thats all they can do even though sooo much went wrong.

Month goes by and im trying to download my video again, which so EVERYONE knows, you can only download ONCE. Even if you pay 100 of dollars to have as many copies as you can, they only give you ONE. Which at the time i only had an ipad to download it and wanted to eventually download it to a computer and was NEVER told i could only download it once even though i paid for it.
When i emailed them and asked if i could just get one more copy of it, i was rudely attacked by Arnel by email going off saying why would we tell you that. You can only download it once, why would we allow anymore than that. Well maybe because i paid?!
Then he kept going at me about it, and wouldn't stop emailing me. So i told him i would contact his manager and he said go ahead they'll say the same.

I said okay thank you, i will. Which he replied going off on me again and i told him to stop contacting me. He said he will be blocking me and blacklisting off of the company and i will no longer be able to contact anyone and that he is "NOW" the owner of the company yet i can contact his manager? Where does that make since? You work under someone, but now you own the company when i say ill be taking care of this? Funny..

I do NOT recommend this place, one bit! They were great at first but once the wedding hits, they give two shits about you and will trash talk you to your face and be okay with it.

Do NOT waste your money.

What started out as a five star rating was quickly diminished when we saw the photographs. Very disappointed. If photos of your special day are important to you, please don't use chapel at the park. We were rushed through the photo shoot. The quality and variety of the photos was pathetic. There was absolutely no professionalism or creativity. Very little we want to share with family and friends. And we bought the expensive photo package in advance. I guess that's why they didn't care about quality. And don't bother talking to Robin, the operations manager. I had hoped she or her staff could improve on the quality of the digital photos by using their special software. She was argumentative and was unwilling to do anything. Do yourself a favor -- choose somewhere else --

My husband and I got married at the Chapel@ the park July 16th 2011. We were very pleased with site, very beautiful. However most of the conversation I had with the staff was always something different. Our wedding was held outside and I was to get my hair, makeup, and nails done at About you salon, the salon made my late for my own wedding, my nail were horrible looking, I've never seen such work from any professional salon in my life. However they did do a wonderful job on my hair & makeup. So after arriving late, I was rushed out couldn't even get my dress straightened or my jewlery on as they gave my stuff to my grandmother to take out. Then I was promised pictures before and after the wedding in the scenery of myself before then in the parking area after which I did not receive. Then after all that some of the pictures I did receive had one of the staff members in several of the pictures as well as my dress being bunched up in several of the pictures. Once we got home to develope the pictures from the cd we were given we relized they had not given us the copy rights which we purchased! I was also told I would have chair covers and bows and justs weeks before the wedding I was told otherwise! So after all of this I sent a e-mail which there was no response to then I called. All I was given was a sorry, and that was for total messing up one of the biggest days of our lives! No redo no money back no nothing just I'm sorry and pretty much so what!

Chapel at the Park is not a 5 star chapel. They rushed our wedding due to the fact that the wedding before ours ran behind. Not really very professional now was it? We were rushed from the time we got into the chapel until the time we left. They would not even let you stop in the parking lot for 2 seconds to tell your wedding party where to go next. We wrote a letter and we were told that b/c we did not complain the day of the wedding there was nothing they could do. It was a disaster!!!!!
