Sara was so great to work with. Leading up to our wedding, we communicated via zoom and email what we envisioned for our ceremony and she also sent us great samples of how the ceremony would go. We agreed on a final draft so we knew what to expect during the ceremony, but Sara added her own amazing touches which were really special to us. We had many wedding guests come up to us after the ceremony saying how much they loved it! I'd highly recommend couples looking for an officiant to hire Sara :) -

Sara helped us design a unique and special interfaith wedding ceremony (Christian and Jewish). My husband and I knew we wanted to create our own blended ceremony and write our own vows, and Sara provided ample resources to help us do that. We were drawn to Sara because of her warm and caring demeanor, and she was always so open and non-judgmental throughout the entire process, which is extremely important in an interfaith officiant! Sara is very knowledgeable about wedding customs across a variety of traditions, and she made sure that we were happy every step of the way and that every detail was exactly how we wanted it to be. We received several compliments from our guests about how heartfelt and meaningful our ceremony was, which is a testament to Sara! -

Sara was such a pleasure to work with for our March 11th, Tiny Wedding. We wanted to make sure our ceremony was memorable, intimate, and funny. Sara gave us many options on how we could make our ceremony special from just the initial conversation. She was extremely responsive and worked quickly to get us our drafts. She made sure to remind us that our ceremony was special to us, what we wanted, and made sure our families felt welcomed. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Rev. Sara.
From our first phone conversation with her we felt just a natural, comfortable connection.
She walked us through the entire process and was always a simple phone call away to help us with any questions we had along the way.

Sara was such a wonderful officiant. Her warmth and kindness radiates and really set the tone for our wedding ceremony. She was able to take a non-religious ceremony and make it substantial and full of love and laughter! She really captured the light-hearted and fun-loving couple that my husband and I are. Rev. Sara Henderson was our officiant at our June wedding at Handsome Hollow in the Catskills and we are so glad we chose her! From our first meeting she was so warm, professional and polite. She walked us through the entire process of how to create a beautiful ceremony unique to us. She also took time to get to know my husband and I and asked numerous questions about our relationship, beliefs and our overall vision. If you are looking for a stress free wedding, book Reverend Sara. When we met Sara for the first time she made us feel very comfortable and was very accommodating to what we wanted. Our ceremony was beautiful, she recommended a special rose ceremony for our mothers which went over great! Everyone says our ceremony was beautiful and that we could not have picked a better officiant and we agree! She made my fiance and I very comfortable and put us at ease. I can't image our wedding day without her! What an amazing woman and Reverend. I consider her my life long friend and confidant. When we renew our vows (and we will) she will be the first call I make! She was professional, personable, friendly and loving to us the whole time and even gave us info on other vendors to use such as photographers because we were a lesbian couple and the wedding was in NYC... -

Beautiful ceremony
Sara was wonderful! She was very helpful throughout the entire process and up to the big day. She made our intimate ceremony very special and unique. She was professional and sweet and did a wonderful job delivering our ceremony. She catered to what kind of service we wanted and hit the nail on the head. We had many of our family members come to us after and commend what a wonderful job she did. Highly recommend Sara! -
