The Wellspring

I just got married over this past weekend, and I can not recommend Celestial Strings enough! They are truly amazing, talented, and beautiful people. We got so many compliments from our guests, and they truly set the tone for our big special day. We would love to have them again and are thrilled that we chose them.

Perfect for our wedding day

We booked the harp, violin, and flute trio for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Roseann and her team were extremely professional and provided very helpful music consulting services prior to our wedding. Celestial Strings has a very extensive list of music options: classical, traditional, pop, etc. Celestial Strings really added to the ambiance of our ceremony and set the tone - I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for live musicians during their wedding.

Incredibly Stunning. So Many Compliments!

Our wedding guests ABSOLUTELY loved the music at our ceremony. It was really easy to work with Roseann! Celestial Strings already had a good array of music to select from that they knew really well, but they did an outstanding job with our special songs we requested too. We had some Lion King, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, and a few other solid nerd songs incorporated with a few classic songs. Thank you so much for making our day extra special! We are so happy we decided to upgrade to the quartet! Seriously, it is completely worth the money!

So Many Compliments

Our wedding was small and quick, maybe 4 hours because we were going on our honeymoon the next day.
But I loved this group, we had the harp, violin and flute. Roseanne was so sweet, she welcomed us into her home twice to have a music listening with other couples. Some of my favorite love songs sound amazing with these instruments and every single person came up to us and said the music was wonderful and made our wedding very nice. Celestial Strings even learned some songs I wanted to be played, even though know so many. I can't say how easy they were to deal with, which made my life in turn so much easier. They were on time, professional. I got married at the shaker heights country club 09/20/2019 and in the women's locker room where I was getting ready, I could hear the music I had picked for my ceremony begin to play. I'll never forget how I felt, excited, nervous "I can't believe this is happening" feeling knowing I was about to walk down the aisle. If I could go back in time and do it all over again, I would have my wedding done the exact same way, especially by picking Celestial Strings. Thank you so much!

The perfect touch to our wedding day!

My husband knew of Celestial Strings from a wedding he went to a few years back. We discussed if it would be worth it to have strings during the ceremony or if we should just go with a DJ. I'm SO GLAD we decided on Celestial Strings for our ceremony! We had a harp and violin playing for guests when they walked in and everyone talked about how magical it was! I had the pleasure of talking with Roseann to go over each detail to make sure everything would be just right. She was so patient and offered wonderful suggestions to help me with my indecisiveness. We ended up having her play Disney music before the ceremony started and a few other songs throughout the ceremony. It was a wonderful and elegant touch to our wedding. If your not sure whether to spend the extra money to have string instruments at your wedding, I promise you will not regret this investment! We got so many compliments on how classy it was and how it filled the atmosphere with happiness. On top of that, Roseann and her team are so easy to work with and talk to. They answered every question I had and were available when I needed them. Thank you Celestial Strings!

Beautiful addition to a beautiful day

Given we were getting married in a beautiful church, we wanted to splurge on something that would make it extra special. Roseann and her team made this very easy. They are true professionals who can be trusted to handle everything. I only wish I could have heard them more! (My ear to the door didn’t do them justice). We had the harp/violin/flute trio, and it was truly beautiful.

Roseann was wonderful from the planning stage to the performance. She is truly a professional. Many of our guests complimented the music in our daughter's wedding, making the ceremony even more special. She delivered exactly the feel and setting we were looking for. Well worth it!

Roseann was my calming force while preparing for my daughters Wedding! I kept telling her how I wished she could be my Planner:) Music was the most important part of the Wedding for Abby and she spent so much time with me and everything she recommended was so beautiful and set the exact mood we hoped for. We had harp, violin and flute trio at our daughter’s wedding and was told over and over that the music was beautiful and made the atmosphere breathtaking. Roseann, herself, was so easy to work with, delightful and so full of insight with a willingness to make your event fulfill your vision. Celestial Strings lived up to their name of “celestial” or heavenly. We used them for my wedding, and they created an environment through beautiful music for our prelude to the ceremony, ceremony and cocktail hour that was magical. More guests commented to me on their presence then almost anything else at the wedding. Roseann was a pleasure to work with and brought genuine joy to our day. Thank you to them, and I would highly highly recommend them to anyone interested in a beautiful sound.

I cannot say enough great things about Roseann.
Our wedding was outside. Her music was just as lovely as any I have heard at a wedding.
She and violinist continued to play during the cocktail time.
I recommend her whole heartedly if you are looking for something beautiful.

I absolutely loved having Celestial Strings play for our wedding. What a touch of class they provided! The music was absolutely beautiful and added that special touch. I absolutely loved hearing the trio perform, I only wish I could have heard them for longer period, time just goes by too fast, and when you are having to be in a room before the ceremony, you miss the beautiful music. I love to hear this music, and this made the ceremony so elegant and special! I would highly recommend them

We had Roseann, and cellist Dan, play at our reception. They provided a perfect atmosphere for our cocktail hour and dinner. The volume was perfect. Was loud enough to hear what was being played, but didn't impede conversation. We selected both classical and pop pieces from their extensive catalog. They also performed some special requests that wasn't from their catalog.
Also, not only were they flexible in compiling the set lists, but also in consulting. Like most, we are busy people. Especially so at that time. We were able to handle the whole program via email. We simply gave them the time, the place, and the cocktail hour set list and dinner hour set list. They showed up on time and played both set lists in exact order requested. However, although email worked best for us, Roseann was also available for over the phone, or in person consultation. We could even have gone to her place to hear the entire Celestial Strings quartet to determine what groupings of instruments we wanted. Bottom line, Roseann is flexible to set up a program to cater to your needs.
During their performance, we had guests rave about the music. Many couldn't believe that besides classical pieces they were playing Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Rolling Stones etc. We still get still get unsolicited compliments weeks later.
Celestial Strings were a big part of making our special day perfect. We would recommend them to anyone in need of such services for a special event.

After reviewing several musical options we selected Celestial Strings for my daughter's Wedding ceremony. RoseAnne was patient and easy to work with during the planning stages, helping us with musical selection ideas and customizing the prelude and ceremony music to perfectly blend beautiful selections appropriate for the outdoor ceremony with the couple's favorites. We picked the Divine Package: Gold Concert Harp w/Flute, Violin, and Cello; well worth the cost.

Roseann and Celestial Strings were wonderful to work with...she made our daughter's wedding ceremony absolutely beautiful. Roseann helped us choose the pieces that would work best for the arrival of the guests and of course the ceremony. Our daughter had a particular piece of music that she wanted as she walked up the aisle. Roseann was able to find it and then adapt it to the trio of harp, violin and cello. The quartet is amazing! I spent 10 years helping brides plan their service music for the largest Catholic Parish in the Cleveland diocese. I have worked with tons of local musicians and have tremendous respect for all of them. That said, the harp is a game changer and Roseann is at the top of that game. If you want a memorable event put your dollars in the music. We hired the quartet for an outdoor wedding at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens and they happily jumped through all of the rings of fire you get with an outdoor event. ( String instruments and rain don't play well together! ) Roseann met with my niece and the two of them constructed the music plan for the day. Many of the tunes my niece wanted were pretty far off the beaten path of a traditional wedding, but Roseann put it together and they pulled it off flawlessly. They even gave a kind nod to me when they played a piece from the Phantom I had suggested that didn't make the cut. They started a half hour before the service and set the tone for our event while entertaining our guests and filling the glades with beautiful music. Ours was a brief ceremony but the group stayed after and played while guests milled about and photos were taken. Just made everything so fabulous. Stop reading and hire them before your date is booked by someone else. Best wishes for a great day!

Roseann was amazing from the beginning, and ended up becoming one of our favorite vendors. She totally understood the intimate vibe my partner and I wanted for our wedding. We requested non-traditional wedding music ranging from Harry Potter to Jurassic Park to E.T. and Roseann seemed just as excited as we were. In fact, she even bought music she'd never played before to ensure our vision would become a reality. As we were getting ready we could hear the prelude; the music that was playing as our guests were taking their seats brought tears to our eyes. The entire trio, harp/violin/cello, were exceptionally skilled and played beautifully together. We are forever grateful to Roseann and Celestial Strings for setting the mood to our entire wedding. Roseann is an incredible, kind and giving person and we are so honored to have worked with her.

Roseann and Celestial Strings were absolutely incredible. We had the trio (harp, violin, cello) perform during our ceremony and cocktail hour and it completely set the mood for our wedding. They played beautifully and incorporated every single song we requested, as well as included similar songs they knew we'd love.

Roseann specifically was wonderful. We met with her one-on-one and knew immediately that she was in it for the couple. She was incredibly knowledgeable and educated us on the process to ensure we were comfortable from start to finish. She was always available to answer questions and she truly cared about our wedding. We felt it instantly from her.

We cannot thank Roseann and her group enough for making our wedding so beautiful. I'd recommend this group to any person, anywhere, at any time, for any occasion. Cannot emphasize this enough!

Roseann and Celestial Strings were absolutely wonderful to work with! We booked the duo of harp and violin for our wedding ceremony. Roseann played a collection of classic rock sounds while everyone was getting seated, and even learned Bob Dylan's 'Shelter from the Storm' specifically for me to walk down the aisle to. She was extremely accommodating and was able to incorporate her library of music as well as my ideas to create the perfect ceremony. Our friends and family are still talking about the music at our ceremony!

During our first meeting, Roseann wanted to get to know our personalities and the vibe of our wedding (music can have an amazing impact!). She was open to new ideas and offered great advice. She crafted the most thoughtful list of music, and on our wedding day I was smiling ear-to-ear. The ceremony music took my breath away as I was waiting to walk down the aisle! It was truly beautiful. I origianally sought to book a harpist for my daughter's cocktail hour of her wedding reception. Roseann was more than willing to perform for just one hour but recommended a second instrument. After listening to her music samples, we decided to book the trio (harp, violin and cello) and were very happy we did. They were very professional, dressed formally and the music was beautiful. I was in the lobby when they began to play and I could hear the music and it was heavenly. Many of the guest commented on how lovely it was, I only wish I could have sat down to hear the whole hour but I had mother-of-the-bride things to do. Our church had a pipe organ so I did not include the string trio for the ceremony but if you need music for the wedding, I highly recomend them.

Celestial Strings played the ceremony music for my first daughter's wedding in 2009. They were so wonderful we asked them back for my second daughter's wedding this May! With all the things you have to worry about with wedding planning, they are not one of them. Truly beautiful music.

Roseann is so wonderful to work with and customizes the music to your likes.
She is very knowledgable and takes the time to talk to you and thinks of things that you may not think of with all that goes on in planning all the details of a wedding.
The prelude and ceremony music set such a beautiful tone for the ceremony and greatly enhanced without overpowering. My daughter, her husband and our families thoroughly enjoyed this part of the ceremony!

Our experience with Celeste strings was exceptional. At a time when you are busy with details he was very refreshing to have someone handled the situation seamlessly and turn out exceptional. Roseann and Celestial Strings were absolutely wonderful to work with! They have so much experience and can play any song you can dream of having on your wedding day. We used the string quartet for our wedding. Prior to the wedding day, we met with Roseann and went over our ceremony (as my husband and I were planning it ourselves). She gave us recommendations of the types of songs for the different parts of the ceremony. She also gave us tips and advice for planning our own ceremony and ways to put our own special touches on it. There was a point in our planning where I (the Bride) was going back and forth between which songs to play for the bridal party to walk into. I had emailed her a list of my options, as well as my other songs we had already decided on, and she quickly responded back. We ended up going with her recommendation and wow, did it turn out amazing!!!

Our wedding was an outdoor wedding in the middle of October, which in Ohio could call for anything in terms of the weather. The day of the wedding was a cold fall day (windy and 40-50s, with a little drizzle during our vows!!), but Celestial Strings arrived early to begin setting up, played beautifully throughout the weather and made our wedding day one to remember! It could not have been any better.

I would HIGHLY recommend Celestial Strings for any wedding. They are extremely professional, played beautifully despite the cold weather, and definitely awed the guests at our ceremony.

I first heard Celestial Strings at a bridal show and really liked them. My mom then attended a wedding where they played and afterward she said we had to hire them because they were so good... and I'm so glad we did! Roseann was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and had many recommendations. She was also very kind and worked well with our church's organist/vocalist. I used the trio and they played beautifully! Roseann and Diane are a fantastic duo for sure. I am a huge Zelda fan and they were able to order, learn and execute one of my favorite songs in a matter of hours. I can't say that every song would be so easy for them to master in such a short amount of time but never the less, it was the fantastic surprise to be able to incorporate a new song on such short notice. I believe their pricing is fair and correct for the services they provide and of course in some instances even more so because they have to spend their own time driving to your venue. I truly can't say enough good things about their execution. On our wedding day when we were busy managing friends and family, they were taking care of their own setup and not requiring anything of the wedding party. It was refreshing to work with a team who knew their stuff. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to add an extra bit of intimacy to their ceremony.

The music was wonderful. I had a trio (harp, violin and flute). My guests were so complimentary. It was a beautiful wedding that was made so much more special by having such a personalized selection of music for every part of the ceremony. Roseann was so helpful with her suggestions. Celestial Strings was FANTASTIC! I met with Roseann and had made a request for a song that was not in their selection. She found the song right there and guaranteed it would be perfect, and it was!! I surprised my husband with his favorite song as we exited the church as the new Mr. & Mrs. The trio was also VERY fair! Celestial strings did an amazing job at my wedding ceremony . I only had to email them a few ideas for music and they provided an amazing music selection based on my ideas. Then I picked the songs and trusted them with the timing of everything. I was nervouse that it wouldn't be as perfect as it was in my head but I could not have been happier. They did a more than amazing job and I honestly feel as though they deserved double what they charged. If you are looking for a classy way for your bride to walk down the isle celestial strings is the way to go. Please use them. It will be one less thing you have to worry about because they are so amazing. I hope you will take this review seriously and book them. They are affordable and the music they provided was simply perfect. Not a single wrong note or wrong timing, and we had a difficult song selection. Don't be discouraged by the sometimes long wait in response to your emails, once the day is closer the emails are returned much quicker. Other than the long wait between emails, they were absolutely perfect and made my wedding like a movie.

Working with Roseann was absolutely wonderful. Having Celestial Strings Quartet perform at my daughters ceremony was breathtaking. The groom had a special request for them to play AC/DC "Thunderstruck" and it could not have been more perfect. Again, thank you so much for sharing this special day with us and performing. The day was perfect from beginning to end and the compliments from our guests about Celestial Strings are numerous!!!

Rosanne provided music for my daughter's wedding at the Bertram. It was the most gorgeous music and made the ceremony absolutely PERFECT! Rosanne was such a sweet lady to work with and she went out of her way to provide the music and service we all wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend her if you are considering a Harpist!!!!!!

Our ceremony music was perfect and we received many complements. I can't wait to watch the video so I can hear the music that I had to miss due to bring the bride. I highly recommend them!

Here is how caring Roseann was to provide music at our daughter's wedding: Celestial Strings was already booked to play at a venue 50 minutes from ours later on that afternoon. When it seemed as though we would have to find other musicians, Roseann gave me names of other possible musicians, but I REALLY wanted Celestial Strings to play! Roseann was willing to book us and drive to her other venue afterwards. We just moved our wedding time one half hour earlier to give them the time needed between venues.

The trio's music was fabulous! They transitioned from one piece to another beautifully! So many people remarked how beautiful their music sounded. They provided the elegant mood to go with our decor!

Roseann was great to work with, I wanted to add a trumpet to the group, she quickly got me in touch with someone who was very nice and very good. We had Celestial Strings perform at our daughter'swedding. We absolutely loved every note they played! Roseann is so professional and ultra-experienced. We did all of the planning over the phone, and I felt sooo confident after talking with her, I knew it would be perfect! We received numerous compliments from our guests, as well.

My vision for my daughter's wedding was to leave our quests with a beautiful, entertaining and memorable experience. This quartet was the crowing touch.
