  Amazing Food

  Catering Concepts was outstanding ! Susan was so helpful with all my questions and concerns and not to mention the food was amazing. If your looking for a catering company for your special day I highly recommend.

  Emily and her team were phenomenal! They were on time, set up well in advance and were very attentive throughout the event. The decorations they brought for the table and food stations were perfect for our Corporate Holiday Event. Emily was very accommodating throughout our food selection process. When they left, you would have never known we had a huge party! This is our second time using them and they are our "go to" cater for all our Corporate functions! Five stars!

  Susan and her staff were amazing!! From start to finish the night was perfect. I never had an empty glass and they made sure that I ate the great food that they prepared. Some of my guests had to leave early and they were happy to pack up some of the cupcakes to send home with them. We had enough food to take home and they also prepared a box with plates, cups, silverware, and napkins so we could eat later if we wanted. I can not express how grateful and happy I am.

  Catering Concepts was amazing! Susan was our coordinator and she did a great job making sure everything was perfect. We are still hearing from our guests - raving about the amazing food and presentation! They really brought our vision to life and Susan was a pleasure to work with from day one. We couldn't be happier with their services - it was a totally stress free event.

  Catering Concepts was absolutely phenomenal. I worked with Emily through the entire process and she was amazing. From picking out a menu, working to stay within my budget, and scheduling tastings. Emily knows it all! The food was delicious, and I still have people telling me how great the food was. They were more than accommodating with all my requests and everything that I had wished to see happen! During the wedding and reception Emily and her team helped make everything to happen perfectly and without a hitch. I couldn't recommend them enough to help out with your special day!

  We loved working with Becky and her crew! She was so great at getting back to us and was very flexible and understanding towards all of the dietary restrictions of the wedding guests. The food was excellent and several guests told us it was the best wedding food they ever had! We would highly recommend using Catering Concepts for any event!

  The service was exceptional and all our guests were impressed with the quality of food! They really listened to the feeling I wanted at my wedding and provided that through all the dishes served, what they were served on, and everything in between. Truly happy with the service they provided us; they set up/broke down our ceremony chairs and everything needed for reception. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

  The Catering Concepts team was so wonderful and easy to work with! My family has utilized their services for years and it just made total sense to have them cater our wedding. The food was amazing - my husband especially liked the baked potato with bacon and gorgonzola cheese. The fried coconut shrimp was a hit also!   We worked with Becky from Catering Concepts for our wedding in May 2016. From start to finish, our experience was glowingly positive. Our tasting experience was excellent, and we enjoyed Becky's attentive, friendly, and relatable personality. She helped us feel at ease, and was SO helpful in helping us stay within our budget. There was no sense of a sales pitch and no attempt to up-sell us -- these qualities helped us select this vendor for our wedding because we felt a sense of collaboration with them from the start. Becky was invaluable in helping me to finalize our needs for the rentals of linens, dishes, etc. Our guests had only positive feedback about the quality of the food, and even one of our guests who is a noted "food snob" was complimenting the meal. Quality of the service was great, the catering staff was almost invisible in their efficiency and ability to anticipate what the needs were. Becky helped us during the reception as well to make sure everything flowed smoothly. Could not have better things to say about their whole company -- professional and easy to work with through and through with high quality service and great value!

  Emily at Catering Concepts worked with me to come up with a wonderful menu for our outdoor wedding. They were flexible and were able to provide us with everything we wanted and I have received many complements about the food at the reception as well as the butlered appetizers during the cocktail hour. For the cocktail hour we had spring rolls with a wasabi dipping sauce and caribbean chicken skewers. Both were delicious. We had a buffet at the reception which included a great chicken dish, pork and a vegetarian dish of squash cakes. Although the meat dishes were great, I heard a lot of positive feedback about the vegetarian dish. The hearts of palm salad was amazing. I think my favorite thing was the honey tarragon potatoes. The waitstaff was superb and they even made sure I was fed while I was greeting guests and taking photographs. Their prices were quite reasonable and they worked with me to stay within budget. I highly recommend them!

  Becky and the whole team and Catering Concepts went above and beyond to take care of my wedding reception. When my mom left something behind at the wedding site, Becky even met her at the hotel to hand deliver! From menu selection to event decor to day-of logistics, they made the planning process easy and fun. My family and my guests are still raving about the food. Everything tasted great and was beautifully presented. This team stands our as a professional catering operation, capable of executing any bride's vision.

  Becky and the whole team and Catering Concepts went above and beyond to take care of my wedding reception.   Catering Concepts was incredible to work with! The food was incredible (we did the bbq buffett) and we heard endless compliments about it from our guests. Becky did a great job getting us ready for the day and handling all our rentals. She adjusted our order several times as our expected guest count changed, and thought through all of the details of our day to make sure we didn't miss anything and keep us on track, and even helped make sure the tables matched our decor. The day of, the wait staff was absolutely incredible - so friendly and professional and made the event so special. I can't say enough kind words about this company!

I didn't know what type of food I wanted, but I told Becky what kind of wedding I wanted and what type of person I was and she figured out the menu for me...to a T. You were helpful in every aspect of the wedding and really made it come together.   Susan and her team were awesome. We had them cater our tented outdoor reception. We had to push the ceremony back by 30 minutes because of rain and even with the delay the food was still great! The steak and chicken were not overcooked or dry! The staff is all very professional and helped our night run very smoothtly! Their prices are a little on the expensive side but what isn't in the wedding world?!
