Wow honestly words can’t explain of how amazing this place is. Their attention is amazing towards the guest and even better towards the main person in this case the bride which was myself. Food tasted delicious got married 3 weeks ago and till today I still have people coming up to me saying the food was great. It’s a beautiful venue both outside and inside and they’re always trying to help you out. The sweetest, kindest, heartwarming, professional, helpful and loving people I’ve ever met. Will always appreciate and love the family for everything they did and the way they made it stress- free for myself. Definetly recommend this place, they go 5- stars and beyond!

Casa Bianca made our wedding beyond special. Everything was beautiful and all staff are extremely easy to work with. Anthony, Sam, and Liddy are all there throughout every single step of the wedding planning process and always answer any questions. Liddy was amazing the day of our wedding and really made sure that my husband and I ate and were well taken care of. Would have our wedding there again if we could! Thank you Casa Bianca! :)

Sami, his family, and staff are amazing. Being a covid bride, Sami could not have made it any easier with postponing multiple times. When our big day finally happened, they had everything set up beautiful when I arrived. The food was beyond amazing - I had multiple guests that were shocked that the cocktail hour wasn’t dinner!!! I want all my friends to get married here so that I can eat Sami’s food!😊

I wish I could repeat my wedding day all because of Casa Bianca. I have never seen a place so professional, organized, detailed, beautiful, and all family-run. It’s been a week since my special day and our guests are STILL talking about the food. Casa Bianca kept telling us it will be A LOT of food, but I don’t think any of us were really prepared for the feast that occurred that day. Not only was each and every selection delicious, but the staff was remarkable. As the bride, I had my own maitre d and she was by my side all night. She was so nice, and on top of EVERYTHING! She made sure I ate enough and had a drink in my hand whenever I wanted, reminded me of schedules, and overall kept my head on straight. The owner, his son, and daughter also all worked with me individually on anything my husband and I wanted. They were all flexible during planning, rehearsal and the actual wedding day. The result was the perfect wedding. Thank you so much Casa Bianca!! I couldn’t have asked for a better venue.

We had the best wedding here. Every single experience leading up to the wedding was wonderful. We were in a lot of contact with Sam, Nora, and Lou. All were so wonderful to work with. Our maitre d' was amazing and so attentive. The food was amazing. Everyone is raving about it. Such a good price too for everything that’s included. This is a one wedding venue so all the attention is on your wedding. We cannot say enough good things about Casa Bianca. It is also beautiful. The chandeliers and uplighting are amazing. Best day of my life. Thank you all for everything ❤️

We fell IN LOVE with the entire place. Packages are very reasonable for how fantastic the food is! I always hear people rave about this place and cannot wait to add more people to that list in August 2020!

I had my wedding here on 6/15/19 and everything was amazing! Throughout the whole planning process, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Owner Sami knew exactly what he was doing and was so easygoing with our requests. He was flexible with dates and times to schedule visits and was willing to work around our needs. Our guests were so impressed with the spread for cocktail hour that most of them believed that it was part of their dinner. They were all surprised to sit down at their tables and have a server ask for their entree afterwards. Our bridal party had a private room upstairs, and we had our food and drink delivered without any interruptions before we were introduced.

Dessert was fabulous; we had Venetian tables and several different stations to cater to our guests. Throughout the wedding, the staff was very attentive. They dedicated a server per table, and one just for my husband and myself. We got the best value for what we paid out of all the banquet halls in the tri-state area. Overall my husband and I had a wonderful experience and our family and friends continue to rave about this place weeks after. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone with an occasion worth celebrating!

I can't say enough positive things about this venue. From the begin, Sam and the staff at Casa Bianca were professional, polite, and extremely well versed in the world of wedding planning. The price per person even included the wedding cake which was fully customizable at a nearby bakery. The day of our ceremony and wedding were completely stress-free and our guests were BEYOND impressed with the staff, venue, and especially the food. I am so grateful that we found Casa Bianca for our wedding ceremony and reception.

They are amazing. They take time to listen to your needs and wants and they will work with your budget. They will patiently answer all of your questions and concerns too. The space is beautiful, romantic, and intimate.

Where do I begin. I’ll start from the beginning. From the moment my future wife and I walked in we we’re treated like family. Sami and his beautiful wife Liddy showed us around. I was extremely nervous because I wanted everything to be perfect for our special day and let me tell you everything was WORLD CLASS! We had over 200+ guest and everything I mean everything went flawlessly. The whole staff was amazing! And the food..I can’t explain it. Magic! For the amount of guest we had and how delicious and perfect everything came out I just don’t know how they did it! You will never find a restaurant that serves this quality of fresh food from the cocktail hour, salads, pasta, steaks, and everything else in between was WORLD CLASS. They exceeded our expectations in every possible way!!! Between price, professionalism , the staff , the beauty of the place itself - they were the complete package and if I could have my wedding all over again I’d choose them every time!!!

We got married at Casa Bianca on November 11, 2017.
Because nowadays you can find SO much information online - we had narrowed down our wedding venues down to a select few, but Casa Bianca was a top choice for us. As a super Type-A personally; I of course showed up with lists of questions on spreadsheets - knowing the exact answers I wanted to hear from my venue. after seeing some wedding venues that pump out 2-8 weddings a day - it was a breath of fresh air to find Casa Bianca that only did one wedding per day. Everything I asked them was replied with "whatever you want, it's your day!" - and they truly meant it. It was very difficult for us to go to some of these venues as a gay couple - because most assumed my fiancee was my maid of honor as opposed to my soon to be wife and Casa Bianca never did that to us, they knew we were a couple and treated us wonderfully! They were super accomodating with questions we had along the way. They were so lovely everytime we went up to make a payment or do our menu tasting. For everything their package included the pricing was very reasonable. Their payment plan was flexible (which was great because I am in real estate so i do not have a steady paycheck) - they helped walk us through all the details. Then I really threw Sammi for a shock when i showed up with BOXES of wedding decor (which I wrote instructions for, and included pictures) and they did an INCREDIBLE job at creating my vision - I was so worried about it the day of my wedding - all for nothing! I'd also really like to thank them because i had gotten a stain on my dress, and they offered to pin it up for me.. and my wife had a reaction to her makeup and they were so wonderful with trying to help her take care of it. It was SUCH an incredible day and I really cannot thank them enough for everything they did and how wonderful they were!

My wife and I had our wedding at Casa Bianca on 10/15/17, and we could not have been happier with how everything went. Sami and his team were responsive, accommodating, easy to work with, and provided by far the best value of any venue we looked at. Even when we were too busy with the photography to eat, they thoughtfully put aside small portions of the food, so we could eat them later in the reception, when we had more time. Our guests raved to us about the food; many said that the buffet at the cocktail hour was so delicious and extensive that the sit-down dinner afterwards came as a complete (and pleasant) surprise. We cannot recommend this venue more highly.

We had our wedding at Casa Bianca on Friday, Oct 20th. Everything was so beautiful and perfect. They have the most professional service staff. Our wedding guests were very impressed with how much food there was and how delicious everything tasted, they were also impressed by how accommodating and professional their staff is and how beautiful everything was. We are very happy we chose Casa Bianca and we definitely recommend them.

My husband and I had our reception at Casa Bianca on 9/29/17. All we can say is- WOW!! Everything was beyond perfect!! Sami and his team were extremely attentive and easy to work with from our first tour of the venue to the last dance. When I walked in on the wedding night, the place looked BEAUTIFUL! I was greeted at the door by the Maitre'd, who promptly made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. The built in uplighting made the place truly shine. In terms of food, there is no better place than Casa Bianca! From the raw bar, seafood station, martini luge, carving station, pasta station, 4 course dinner, chocolate fountain, flambé, ice cream bar, etc etc etc... everything was beyond incredible!! Our guests can not stop talking about how beautiful our wedding was, and how phenomenal the food was. Each table had 1 waiter/waitress for food, and every 2 tables had a waiter/waitress for drinks. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our guests were having the time of their lives. Casa Bianca truly gave us the wedding of our dreams, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Sami and the whole staff at Casa Bianca for a wonderful night that we will never forget!

We had our wedding here 4 days ago and everything went perfectly. Everyone who went was raving about the food, service, and overall atmosphere. Our guests could not stop talking about the food and how it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to. We owe Casa Bianca for our guests satisfaction! The day and night was absolutely perfect. I would recommend this venue to anyone for any event. The owner Sammy worked with us directly and is a pleasure to work with. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. My husband and I were thrilled with the service. I could not say enough good things about Casa Bianca. I could not say enough good things about our experience at Casa Bianca! From the first meeting to the very end of the night Sami and his family were so great! The wait staff was so attentive all night, the food was AMAZING, and they really made our night perfect!!! Many of our guests said it was the best wedding they have been to and the best food. Our experience at Casa Bianca was incredible from the beginning. The staff was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. I spoke to various staff members over the course of a year through phone and email. They were always responsive and willing to assist me in any way. The day was perfect. Not a single complaint. We have gotten several compliments about how amazing the food and drinks were. The displays were outstanding and the food was absolutely delicious. I am so thankful to have found this venue because our wedding was better than I ever dreamed.

If you are looking for an exclusive place, where your wedding is the ONLY event taking place, where the owner is there overseeing everything, where there is more food than you can ever imagine, then this is the right place for you. Every person who was there continues to rave about the food and the service. Almost every guest has told us that they have never attended an event where there was so much amazing food. As the groom, I didn't get a lot of time to eat, due to all the socializing, but I did get to eat my entree - a filet mignon, cooked to perfection! I asked for it rare, and it was actually rare - not something you'd expect at a large venue. The staff is fantastic, the room is fantastic, highly recommended!

I can not say enough about Casa Bianca! We had our wedding there a week ago and it was everything I imagined! Sammy and Larry were there for the whole planning process and answered every question that I had, at any time! The day of the wedding every single one of my worries was put at ease because Keven, the Maître D', made sure everything was perfect! I am still getting phone calls about how amazing the food was and the professionalism of the entire staff! I wish I could re-live that night forever!

This place is absolutely amazing!! It's a hidden gem that no one would expect. Sammy provided us with everything we needed from start to finish. The service was so impeccable, left and right, if guests needed anything they took care of it. Not to mention people couldn't stop talking about the food. Just cocktail hour alone was more than enough from skirt steak to oysters and shrimp cocktail etc. and that doesn't even include dinner and dessert!! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We are so pleased with how amazing Casa Bianca was for our wedding. They did such an excellent job with the set up for the ceremony as well as the food. What I can tell you is it was like magic...this venue did not disappoint. The team treats every event like their own and your wish is their command. I loved working with Sammy and his family and wish I could relive the day everyday. The lighting is spectacular, the food is some of the best we've had and the desserts were through the roof. They know how to host an event while meeting your budgetary needs. My guests were just floored from the start and cannot stop talking about the food. Best venue ever! The food is unbelievable, everything from cocktail hour to dessert is perfection; i have been getting non-stop compliments about the food at my wedding! The service is flawless, the night ran smooth and all of the servers and bartenders are accommodating and friendly. The bar is fantastic, numerous beers to chose from and top-shelf liquor. This place is family run, and it really makes a huge difference. They genuinely care about you and your guests. Trust me, this is the place you want for your venue! My husband and I looked all over NJ for the right venue and this place blew every other one out the water. We also used the lighting from this venue, they have built-in specialty lighting which is gorgeous and the best part about it is that there are no wires sticking out (like all the ones from DJ companies have that look sloppy and can trip your guests).

We can not thank Casa Bianca enough for the most incredible wedding for my son and his new wife Michael & Blair Scrudato. The presentation, the food, the service was unbelievable!!! I had my wedding at Casa Bianca on Saturday, February 8th 2014 and I must say, this place was amazing. Everything about the venue was great! It is clean, new, and beautiful. The service was outstanding and the food was spectacular. Our guests were so very impressed with this amazing menu and the phenomenal staff. Sammi made sure that every detail was perfect leading up to the big day! I am so happy we had our wedding there, your guests will never stop talking about how much fun they had.

This was our fourth event at Casa Bianca and we are never disappointed. Prices are reasonable. Food is amazing. Service is always professional and attentive. Banquet room is gorgeous! Always receive phone calls from guests after our parties to let us know everything was delicious and Casa Bianca is always consistent with their food and service.

I can't say enough good things about this place! We got all the bells and whistles on a kazoo budget! Sami Sr. Gave us SO MUCH FOOD on such an amazing per head price that people thought cocktail hour was dinner and were shocked when the dinner buffet was laid out! The food was beyond phenomenal. Our tables were set up PRECISELY as I had asked, centerpieces were gorgeously put together, and the staff was super attentive all night. My bustle broke and more than one staff person kept helping me pin it throughout the evening. The grounds and facility are STUNNING, and their new uplighting added the perfect touch. If it wasn't for the Seji family and Casa Bianca, our wedding would not have been nearly everything I dreamed of, but it was and I owe it to Casa Bianca 100%.

Five stars is not enough for the Casa Bianca. Sammy, Kevin and the entire staff were very attentive to all of our needs, their attention to detail went above and beyond. The room was intimate and romantic for the ceremony and like magic transformed into a beautiful ballroom with a great dance floor. Highly recommend their awesome up lighting!! Guests are still talking about the food...from the unbelievable cocktail hour to the over the top selection of delicious desserts. Thank you for making our day truly amazing.

Our wedding was wonderful! Truly an amazing venue! The food was out of this world! There was more than enough food, staff, drinks for twice the amount of people we had! My cake was beautiful and was included our package. The owner was very accommodating and professional. My guests are still talking about how wonderful Casa Bianca is! We are very happy with our choice to have it there! It's such a beautiful building for a wedding or special occassion! :)

Casa Bianca was excellant. My daughters wedding was perfect for her. She and her new husband were thrilled with the way the event turned out. I have always had a positive experience when having an event at Casa Bianca whether it is personal, a function I am attending, comedy show, I even book events there for the company I work for and use their catering service for functions at my work location also. The food, service and friendliness of the staff is excellant. I highly recommend booking events, catering etc with Casa Bianca.

Quite simply, it seemed like all We needed to do was turn our head and the staff was Right There asking if We Needed Anything! They kept us very comfortable and we had a blast! More importantly they kept Our Guests very comfortable and THEY All had a blast!! They made it a Perfect Night!

Unbelievable!!!! As a word of warning to all participants please wear a flexible waist band and be prepared to unbuckle if needed. The facility is beautiful, only one ceremony at a time, and Sammy (the head man in charge) is a joy to work with and will work to make certain that you're extremely comfortable and happy with all the little details of your event. But by far the best part about Casa Bianca is the food. A never ending display was put out for the cocktail hour. It is so amazing that you definitely need to rearrange the timing of your wedding photograph session so that you and your party can arrive at the beginning of the cocktail hour. After you're completely satisfied they serve dinner. Another exceptionally tasty event with many delicious options. Then finally dessert...... unbuckle now....... just like the cocktail hour a room (with a very nice and large bar that I could only wish was in my basement) is dedicated to displaying an endless supply of sweet treats. After you've danced and celebrated and gained 10lbs you'll look back at this night and this venue and be as pleasantly plump as I am.

Absolutely AMAZING WEDDING at Casa Bianca. Everyone was wonderful from booking the venue to deciding the menu to the event itself. My wife and I had our ceremony and reception here and everything was perfect.

The building very easily fit the DJ and 150 Guests. The wait staff were constantly refilling drinks so that my guests rarely even had to go up to the bar. The food was outstanding, so much so that I wish Casa Bianca was a restaurant that I could go to for dinner regularly.

I cannot say how great the staff was, from setting it up exactly how my wife envisioned everything to being flexible enough to switch everything form an outside wedding to inside when it rained.

My daughter's wedding reception was at Casa Bianca. The food was out of this world and there were so many choices of food! The place is beautiful and there is only one wedding going on at a time. Service was excellent. We really got our money's worth! Everybody at the reception was raving about how good the food was, how beautiful the place was and how excellent the service was. I would highly recommend this place for your special day!

Casa Bianca is a wonderful venue for a wedding! First of all, no one can stop talking about the food. It was amazing! After cocktail hour, our guests could not believe that dinner would also be served because there was so much food at the cocktail hour. The choices are endless for cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff and service was wonderful. The wait staff is very attentive to the needs of the guests. They were watching over the tables and made sure that if the guests needed anything, it was taken care of immediately. When planning all of the details from room set-up, linens, and food selection, the Casa Bianca staff was right there to help and answer any questions. I gave many instructions for room set-up, guest book table, etc. and they had everything beautifully set up the way that I wanted it. In addition to my wedding reception, I also had my rehearsal dinner at this venue. Again, the food was amazing and all of my guests were extremely pleased.

Not only was the food, staff, and service amazing, but the venue itself is gorgeous. The grand staircase was ideal for taking pictures, the large bridal suite was great for prep for the reception, and the grand ballroom is exceptionally beautiful.

My reception was held at Casa Bianca and we couldn't have been happier. The service and staff were amazing and the food was outstanding! I still have people telling me how impressed they were with everyone and everything at Casa Bianca!!!

Let me start off by saying Casa Bianca has got it going on!! Anyone who uses this venue will be thrilled by all the compliments your guests will give you about your wedding food. We have been married for a couple of weeks and our friends and family cannot get over by how amazing the food was, cleanliness of the facility, and the beauty that each room has to offer. Our guests who have been to many weddings said this food will be hard to top in the future and that they will always RSVP to a Casa Bianca wedding.

The staff were amazing and on top of their game. None of our guests were empty handed we looked around and they all had a drink. Our guests complimented and said that the staff was very attentive and with 180+ people there were still attentive to every table and no one was waiting for their tables food or plates to be cleared.

Highly recommend this venue. It is well beyond any Venue that you will visit in the morris/sussex area.

He was not just saying that. We were blown away. Absolutely, Beautiful, Delicious & Super fresh foods for the Cocktail hour. And a Fabulous 3 choice entre' full course dinner. To the Cotton Candy Martini Bar & Ice Sculpture to the Chocolate Fountain, Desserts, & the Wedding Cake.The service was excellent, the staff was attentive to our needs. And their staff made all of us, including our guests, feel like we were Kings & Queens for the night. I wouldn't wait to book your date, book asap! I can not say enough about this special place. After getting engaged, my husband and I began looking for reception venues for our big day. The first place we looked at was beautiful Casa Bianca. After walking through the doors, we knew that this place was it! We didn't look elsewhere. The room is gorgeous!!! We were inviting 235 people and we knew that Casa Bianca could accommodate that many guests comfortably. The dance floor is huge, the tables were and seats sat comfortably, and the best part to me was that we were the only wedding there that day!

The owners of Casa Bianca were very friendly and easy to work with! We gave them our budget and they took care of the rest! They created a very generous menu which "wowed" our guests. Our family and friends couldn't believe how much delicious food they kept coming out with! My husband and I were very impressed! They even added such nice touches like a martini luge with our names on it, a seafood station with lobsters, shrimp, clams, and oysters at our cocktail hour, and our guests absolutely loved the desert station at the end of the night.

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better reception. The owners and staff at Casa Bianca really outdid themselves. We look forward to hosting more events there in the future. Check them out, you'll be glad you did!!!

The moment I walked into Casa Bianca I knew that was my venue. The ballroom is beyond gorgeous. The staircase and chandelier that welcomes you upon entering is amazing. CB does one event at a time so I knew it was exactly what I was looking for given that not only was I on a budget but because I wanted a lot for close to nothing.

Our maître d was Sammi and I have nothing but amazing things to say about him. When I say he took care of us that is actually an understatement. He did more than that and MORE. We tweaked the menu they offered online and on their brochure to accommodate our budget but on the day of our wedding he gave us sooo much extras during cocktail hour. Everyone was blown away with the amount of food we had. Not only was the food abundant, they were ALL soo soo good. I knew the food was going to be good since we did a tasting before signing our contract but I was still amazed.

We arrived at Casa Bianca at 130PM and our ceremony didn’t start until 4PM. My now H and I did our first look there so while the WP and our parents waited for us, Sammi served them at our GINORMOUS bridal suite. Everyone was fed and served drinks and we literally paid dirt-cheap for the extra food that everyone devoured.

Casa Bianca met my greatest expectations and soo much more. They were willing to work with my budget and were very accommodating with all my requests.

Place was absolutely phenomenal!!!! They accommodated us with every single wish we had in mind, they were very easy to deal with and the price is very reasonable!!!! In the end they made it so much better then we even had envisioned!!!! The staff was extremely nice and very attentive! The food was amazing, we are still getting compliments and comments from our guests on the quality, quantity and assortment of different dishes for cocktail hour, dessert and the amazing dinner!!! We highly recommend Casa Bianca and it's friendly staff.

The food was absolutely amazing and my guests couldn't believe that there was dinner after the cocktail hour! People raved about our dessert hour and how they went back for seconds! I went to Casa Bianca with an amount per head I wanted to spend and they worked within my budget while giving me as much as possible. Sammi was great to work with leading up to the wedding (however, I was really looking forward to the mashed potato bar that talked about in planning but it wasn't there on the big day). We had 121 guests and the room was a great size for this. I'm sure they have different configurations for different sized parties but the room fit us well without being too sparse or too crowded. He and Kevin made sure everything was polished and went smoothly including straightening my dress as I turned to walk down the aisle (we had the ceremony there) and telling us when to walk in. My family and friends are still raving about the food and service at Casa Bianca. They were amazed at how much food was at the cocktail hour and thought it was the dinner because there was so much! The food was fantastic - everyone raved especially about the steak dinner entree. Casa Bianca also has dedicated servers for each table to get drinks from the bar. I keep hearing how that was such a wonderful luxury not having to walk to the bar and wait for drinks. We brought in our own candy bar supplies and Kevin made sure it looked impeccable. The one disappointment I had (which I heard about later) was the bakery they use for the [included] cake underestimated the amount of cake we needed so we do not have our top tier for our first anniversary. Also the bakery they were using when we booked was Cake Boss but when it came time to actually do the cake tasting they were using A Little Cake in Park Ridge. We were telling everyone up until then that our cake would be a Cake Boss cake.. kind of disappointing. However, overall I would definitely recommend this venue for a wedding.

Staff was okay, they accommodated to our needs but not completely. We did receive some attitude when asking for a usb for my slide show on the day of the wedding. We were told it would be there when asked a month before the wedding but they did not have it ready. Make sure things are set in place in advance.
