A FABULOUS vendor. Well known throught the USA, Carolyn Shepard KNOWS design. More than just flowers, she creates a breathtaking atmosphere. Very unique linens and vases. Celebrity-worthy design ideas. The flowers are the freshest and most fragrant. Staff is incredible; very friendly and very accommodatin. They are flexible and work with your budget. My favorite vendor just for how well they excel in customer service.

Carolyn Shepard Design Group is a fantastic find for flowers and table linens in Charlotte. She came highly recommended to both me and my husband by several different people who promised we would not be disappointed. When we met with Carolyn for the first time I showed her a picture of the bouquet I wanted to carry and explained my partial vision for the reception (colors, candles, etc) She immediately made suggestions to take my flowers to the next level while staying within my budget. She is a little more expensive than some vendors in town but she will work with your budget and her professionalism and responsiveness is well worth the extra cost. She is incredibly knowledgeable of different venues in the area and worked well with all of our other vendors (church, cake, reception site) which is important. My favorite thing about her is she isn't afraid to let the bride know if her vision won't work well with a certain site. She does so respectfully and is always ready to share her vision with you.

The service and advice were great from the initial consultation to the wedding day delivery. The flowers were simple, beautiful, elegant and perfect! The suggestions we received from Carolyn were perfect for us. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness she gave not only to our budget but to the style of wedding and age of attendants. She went the extra mile every step of the way to make sure our day was perfect! I didn't worry one minute about the flowers being where they needed to at the right time. It was so great to be able to trust them!
