  Everyone at Carmel Valley Ranch was nothing but wonderful! Franziska Haala & Paige Smith went above and beyond to make our day so special. All 3 of my bridesmaids and myself had our hair done by Letty, she was so awesome! We had our ceremony at the Vineyard Lawn following cocktail hour. We then went up to the Harvest Landing for dinner and the views are just impeccable. The food was absolutely amazing for our rehearsal dinner & the day of our wedding. We had 80 guests who couldn't quit raving about it! Everything went so smooth, the day was so magical. We couldn't of had a better venue and even though we spent more then we wanted too, we are so happy we did. Those memories will be cherished for a lifetime.

  Its a long review but the cliff notes
  - The most picturesque venue
  Lush lavender, hills and valleys, Deer and Pheasants roam freely
  - Incredible food and quality for 110 guests
  Best Chef in Monterey/Carmel (2015, 2016)
  - Service above and beyond
  Staff that took it upon themselves to fix external vendor errors (when flowers didn’t turn up they went out and bought them)
  - So many personal touches
  Complementary rooms, champagne, wedding gifts, cards signed from the Lord Mayor of Dublin, Ireland (I’m Irish)
  As best as I will try to do our Experience at CVR justice, no words could ever be enough to compliment how we were looked after. If you choose to have your wedding here its 5 star treatment the whole way. 6 months afterwards, we are still beaming from what was the best day of our lives. Thank you, Thank you, to everyone at Carmel Valley Ranch!
  
  We got married in June 2016 in what was the most amazing day possible. Take our advice and put this on your list of venues to see.
  From the moment we checked in to CVR the service was incredible and we were made to feel like Royalty. So many little touches just add up to so much. They are not obligated to look after you way they do but its a testament to how they choose to treat you.
  2 examples of the service
  - When we checked into our room, one of our wedding gifts from CVR was a card signed by the Lord Mayor of Dublin. I was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. CVR would have picked this fact up from conversations with us and acted on it. Such an amazing thought and gesture to make the time and effort to get this.
  - On our wedding day, flowers had not arrived from a vendor we choose. When CVR found out, they took matters into their own hands and sent someone to go out and purchase flowers for us (at no cost). They truly want the best day for you and will stop at nothing to make sure of it. We can’t wait to go back for our anniversary.

  Our wedding at Carmel Valley Ranch was nearly perfect. Rachel, the catering manager, went above and beyond for us and our guests. Our wedding was just about 100 people, and we got married on the Valley Lawn and had our reception in the Clubhouse. Carmel Valley Ranch has such a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. They have an amazing menu with seasonal food and delicious drinks. Most of our guests stayed on property which added to the closeness of the weekend. Everyone was so helpful and supportive, Rachel even helped me book a few things for our California Coast honeymoon! There are so many little details that I could go on and on about, but overall the experience of getting married there and working with Rachel made our wedding more than we could have hoped for.

  My husband and I tied the knot here at Carmel Valley Ranch in November and I still feel like I'm floating! The venue is of course stunning, which took a lot of work off of my plate because I didn't have to dress anything up! The staff was warm and helpful, and our point-person Magdalena shared in our excitement with us and made sure every detail was covered. The food was outstanding, and despite the weather keeping us on our toes, the entire team pulled together to make it the most perfect day we could have asked for. I have received compliments from numerous guests in attendance that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. I have to say, it was my favorite too! :)

  Location:
  CVR is set in an absolutely stunning area, with beautiful landscaping everywhere you look, and the breathtaking hills as the backdrop. We chose the Vineyard Lawn for our ceremony site – I cried when we first stepped onto the lawn in our initial visit, so I knew it was THE place. The banquet hall in the lodge was also beautiful – it did not feel like a typical banquet hall, and there was a lovely patio with a fountain for the cocktail hour. There are endless areas to take photographs – from the vineyard, to the lavender fields, to the organic garden, and any of the tree-lined roads, all made for beautiful pictures.
  
  Food:
  CVR’s food was unbeatable. We had numerous guests rave about how it was the best steak they ever had, but every dish was creative, high quality, and most importantly, delicious. It was very difficult to choose our menu because everything was so yummy! We are huge supporters of farm-to-table, and CVR takes pride in sourcing ingredients locally – even as local as from their own garden!
  
  Service:
  I worked with Rachel and Tracy for my wedding, and they were amazing. Rachel was responsive and attentive to all my questions leading up to the day. She offered very detailed answers to my questions, and always responded within a day or two. At the wedding weekend, Tracy was an amazing day-of coordinator. She was so patient when one of the wedding party members was late for the rehearsal – we never felt rushed. On the wedding day, she handled all the crazy demands and running-around with grace and ease. When I got a stain on my gown, she was ready immediately with a Tide pen! She was a helpful guide in taking us from place-to-place, and she worked seamlessly with all our vendors to keep us on schedule. We also brought most of our own decorations, and she did a fantastic job of setting up everything. It was a pleasure to work with the catering team to make my wedding day an absolute dream come true.

  Andrea is AWESOME...we absolutely loved her. She met with me, my fiance, and my parents to discuss our style and talk about what we were looking for in response to our guests. She was so open to our style and made our reception so much fun!

  Truly a remarkable experience from beginning to end. They just did a pretty major remodel and the entire property is amazing. We fell in love with the Clubhouse which was perfect for our guest count (60). Highly recommend it!

  My husband and I had our reception here and it was beyond what I imagined. We worked with two wedding coordinators Janice and Kevin, over the year and a half planning our cocktail hour(s) and reception. Janice took the time to listen to what we wanted, envisioned what we wanted, added more ideas to what we wanted, and clearly, exhibited what we wanted. It was absolutely perfect. Janice is very down to earth, understands your wedding needs, and makes it happen no matter what it takes. If she doesn't have what you are looking for, she will find it. And if one of your ideas, has gone down hill, she picks you back up along with the help of her assistant Kevin. They are an amazing team, and made our dream come true. The entire staff that worked our reception was respectful and fun, and they even said they had a good time! The Chef is amazing - food was absolutely perfect, and the staff keeps the Bride & Groom well equipped with drinks a plenty! The bar even stayed open late for us and our guests! It was a magical weekend, and we can thank Janice and her staff enough for making it so!
