Amazing to work with!

Getting a videographer for my wedding on 11/9/19 was a complete surprise! My parents surprised me the night before the wedding with Cardens Videogrpaher to capture my big day!! That being said, I didn’t research anything about their work and I didn’t even know who they were but all I can say is that they were AMAZING to work with! She worked perfectly with my photographer and they planned everything together that day! I would highly suggest them to any bride I know getting married! I am so excited to see my sneak peak and full video!!!

Professionals that are passionate

Our wedding was last weekend at a vineyard and they gave us a photo preview that so far looks amazing. Virginia and Tim are complete professionals that mean business they are there to capture your day. The one picture I literally felt like I could touch and feel my hair on my neck- it’s insane how good they are. I know for a fact I will be able to relive that special day because of their expertise. They were really flexible and work with you. They were always available even when I emailed late at night. If you want natural photos to capture moments of your special day I highly recommended.

The BEST photo/video team!!!

Choosing Carden's to capture the best day of our lives with both photography and videography was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire process!

Virginia, Tim, and Lee (videographer) were a pleasure to work with, they were centrally located and were willing to travel down to Philly for our engagement shoot at Longwood Gardens as well as up to Northeastern Pennsylvania for our actual wedding. Tim braved the crowds at Longwood on the first beautiful spring day of the season to give us incredible engagement pictures that make it seem like we were the only people in the gardens that whole day!

They gave great advice on selecting a package that worked for the schedule of our day and they coordinated everything seamlessly. On the actual day of the wedding they were able to split up and capture every minute of the day, even with my husband and I getting ready at 2 separate locations and the ceremony being at a third site. Tim and Virginia shoot a huge variety of weddings - this was important to us because we wanted a photo/video team that knew how to capture beautiful moments at our ceremony but who were also able to capture all of the fun and excitement of our reception. They did an impeccable job!

We received our photos just a few weeks after our wedding and they were beyond our wildest dreams. When they say they give you every photo they take, they really mean it! Then, just a few weeks later we received our coming soon video, followed quickly by our highlight video and we can't stop watching them! They were able to capture all of the emotions of that day, our favorite moments, and all of the details - watching the video literally allows us to relive our entire wedding day, we could not have asked for a better way to experience those memories.

Couldn’t be happier

Virginia and Tim totally blew us away! They were responsive leading up to the big day, arrived on time, and took advantage of every second of the day. They captured the smallest of details that otherwise would have been forgotten, and candid moments that make the best pictures. We got all of our photos back in 2 weeks, and love every single one of them. They were flexible when we needed to keep them for 2 extra hours on the wedding day. We had a large reception (270 people) and they captured everything without us even knowing they were there. They did our video as well which we can’t wait to get back! We were very happy with our experience, beginning to end and highly recommend them.

Amazing experience overall

An overall excellent experience working with Carden's. The day of the wedding everything went smoothly and efficiently. When we got our pictures (they were available in just over a week)! We were in awe. Everything was captured so beautifully and we couldnt believe how many pictures we got. All of the pictures were edited and amazing. A True Artist

When we considered our wedding day, I knew the output of the photos were important, but until it happened, I didn't realize how important it was to have someone as professional, fun, and flexible as Tim. We first met Tim at our engagement shoot and we immediately knew we picked the right vendor. He drove to Center City Philadelphia for us, was on time, and was super friendly. He walked around the area with us to find the perfect spot - and had such an eye for charming backgrounds. We were floored when we got the photos back! Our wedding day was super windy, and again, we didn't have much direction on where we wanted the photos. Tim found great, urban spots, and directed us the whole way. During our reception and ceremony, it was like he and his assistant weren't even there, while they just blended right in as they captured the perfect shots. We even got our photos back way quicker than we thought we would! Tim was patient and thoughtful, and we couldn't recommend him more!

So glad we decided to hire Carden's Film

When we started planning our wedding my husband and I decided we didn't need/want a videographer. As the planning process went on, more and more of our family/friends told us we'd regret it. Three months before our weeding, we decided to try and find a videographer and found Carden's Film! I am so glad we decided to get a videographer and that it was Carden's! They were so easy to work with and professional! On the day of the wedding, we barely noticed them. They even came up to use to say bye at the end and we had forgotten they were still there! We got a 5 minute highlight film and an edited 2 hour film of the day. The quality and attention to detail they used was AMAZING! I was blown away by the 2 hour video. You could tell they put so much time into it and the end result was perfect. It was important to me to have a highlight film that didn't just have background music (I wanted key pieces of speeches, our vows etc) and Carden's got that vision! The day after our wedding, we talked about how we just wanted to re-live our wedding and I am SO thankful we decided to spend the extra money on video so we could!

The most important element for my husband and I was hiring the right company to capture our day. We viewed this as an investment, our physical takeaway that we would have to look back on for the rest of our lives.

After viewing Carden’s Film and Photography’s work, I knew we found the perfect company. Tim and Virginia are extremely talented and passionate and it resonates through their work.

On the day of our wedding it was raining, I was petrified we wouldn’t be able to get a lot of photos outside or take advantage of the beautiful venue. However, Carden’s didn't let the weather stop them. The pictures came out so beautiful and timeless. At times we had no idea they were taking pictures and videos. I wanted an amazing wedding film and that is exactly what I got! I couldnt believe how perfectly edited our highlight film was. It was like a movie and it really showcased everything I didnt even notice on our wedding day. I totally couldnt even recall saying my vows until i saw the video. it brought me to tears! Feedback from family and friends was the same, they cried, laughed an overall loved seeing our whole wedding day put together in just a few minutes. Do not hesitate to get a videographer. The Carden's are the best in the area no doubt.

irginia and Tim did the photography and videography for our wedding at the Knowlton Mansion. They were easy to work with. They also did our engagement photos which came out great. I had made a pinterest board for ideas, but I likes our images more than the ones I actually saved there. From start to finish everything went great with the planning, picking a package etc. We are super happy with our final products for both our photos and video.

As we began planning our wedding, we knew capturing our day in photos and video was one of the most important things to us. So we wanted the best! We found the best with Carden’s. We hired Carden’s for our engagement photos and wedding. We also hired our wedding videographers through them. We couldn’t have made a better decision! Tim and Virginia drove down to State College to take our engagement photos and we knew right away that they were awesome! They are so professional and yet super down to earth. They are much more than just photographers. They are artists that know what angles, lighting, backgrounds, and poses will make for amazing shots. They don’t just take pretty portraits, they capture emotions on camera in a way that makes you really relive that moment. After hiring them, there is almost no planning you have to do with them. Just let them do their thing! They know exactly what they are doing. No need to put together a shot list, they know what is important to get on film. At our wedding, we honestly didn’t even notice they were there half the time, but they found a way to sneak around and get the most amazing candid shots! Our videographers were just as amazing! They had us do a few poses and actions and turned it into a masterpiece. We were so surprised on our wedding day when they whipped out a drone to fly over the valley to capture breathtaking footage. How cool is that!? With our videography package came a 4 minute highlight film, which absolutely blew us away. They used the most perfect moments and parts of the speeches that hit every emotion possible. We have received an endless amount of compliments on the video and photos we have so far. We can’t wait to get the rest! We can’t be more thankful for all the great memories they captured on photo/video. What they do is priceless and will be treasured for many years to come! We will definitely be in touch for photos when we begin to grow our family!

I wanted a quality wedding video so when I found Carden's FIlm we knew we had to have the video our wedding. they showed up on time were so professional and totally laid back it was really great. Our film brought me to tears and I honestly love watching it months later. My family and friends were wowed and couldnt believe how awesome the video was. Tim and Virginia were awesome. After the engagement session I was even more excited about my upcoming wedding. The engagement pictures were up online within a day and then my flash drive (which was beautiful) arrived in the mail shortly after. They always answer emails quickly and are super helpful for a first time bride planning my whole wedding. The wedding day I was even happier with choosing them. They were laid back and really blending in. I have seen some photographers who are really all over the place like close to the alter, using flash all day barking out orders etc. These guys did none of those things. They were quietly capturing every detail and moment that was important to us. Our pictures were back in around 3 weeks and I was thrilled in reliving my wedding day with such beautiful pictures. Tim and Virginia are the most amazing photography duo we could have asked for on our wedding day. From the moment I found them online I fell in love with how they captured weddings. After talking with them about their packages I felt very confident booking them, very reasonable pricing especially because they work as a team capturing every moment. On the wedding day Virginia and Tim worked like a well oiled machine. One moment I especially loved was when they got a few pictures of us looking out of a barn window, Virginia stood outside getting pictures of us looking out while Tim got pictures of us from inside the barn. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! These guys are incredible. Really wonderful to work with and extremely talented! Virginia and Tim were so easy to get in touch with during the entire planning process. They answered all of my emails/questions quickly and really put me at ease during the entire planning process - especially when things got crazy the week of the wedding! They are always quick to respond to questions and offer any helpful advice they can. Tim and Virginia were great to work with on the wedding day. Words cannot explain how thrilled we have been from start to finish with Cardens Photography. They were recommended to me by a coworker when I first got engaged. I felt like their price was extremely competitive for the package that we got, and not only that but they aren't some big company -- just a married couple working together. We chose not to do an engagement session and I was worried that might take away from the wedding day experience, as couples often are able to bond with their photographers that way. We booked the wedding date for 8 mos after being engaged, and by the time we booked the Cardens we only had 6 months to go. But they were so easy to get along with immediately. The groom and groomsmen got ready at the hotel, and myself and the bridesmaids got ready at the venue, and Virginia came and shot photos of us while Tim went to meet with the guys. Later my groom told me how great Tim was and how he fit right in and hung out with the guys. The pictures he took of my husband and the groomsmen are absolutely priceless. He captured the guys personalities so well, and made my groom look like a model. Within a week of my wedding I got a link with proofs, and in less than 3 weeks after my wedding day I got a STUNNING package with a wooden box holding the USB with all of our images and 50 "free" (included in our package) 4x6 prints chosen by Tim and Virginia. I shared the link of all the proofs with my wedding coordinator and my family and friends immediately, and was so happy with all of the compliments I got on the actual photography and not just the pictures themselves. The photos are sharp, bright, and so perfectly done. I am generally not a photogenic person and have been told ALL my life that i am "prettier in person" and was very worried I wouldn't be pleased with myself in photographs. They did an amazing job getting so many shots that is is truly impossible for me to be unhappy, I feel beautiful, happy, and so excited to show off my wedding photos.

Virginia and Tim were wonderful from the first contact until after we received our pictures. They always responded to emails promptly and efficiently. They really made us feel important. They even sent a thank you gift after we booked them for our wedding! Prior to the wedding we had a quick call to go over everything, however I was so confident in their ability the probably was not needed. They were so efficient and quick for our family portraits and the rest of the day they were totally behind the scenes. Our images were online in a few weeks and going through the images was amazing. Virginia and Tim are AMAZING. They did an incredible job documenting the details of our big day. We recently received our images and couldn't be more happy with them. We recently used Cardens Photography for our October wedding out in Central Pennsylvania after 2 of our friends had used them in the past for their wedding photography. We are so glad that we ended up choosing Cardens as they definitely made us feel at ease while taking pictures.

I was really unsure of what I wanted in a photography package and Virginia patiently answered all of my questions regarding all of the packages. I didn't think I wanted an engagement session, but it ended up coming with the package we chose and boy am I glad that we did it. It gave us a chance to get to know Virginia and a chance to help me get used to having my picture taken. Virginia was also always very good about responding to my e-mails in a timely manner (usually within 48 hours) and literally answering each and every question that I had.

Our pictures were just recently posted to their online gallery and I have to say they did NOT disappoint. Virginia and her assistant captured some fantastic images of us on our wedding day and I can't wait to be able to create our storybooks and to get prints made of some of our favorite images!

I would 200% recommend Cardens to anyone looking for a wedding photographer!!

Cardens Photography did such an amazing job photographing our engagement shoot and wedding! They were so easy to work with and really know how to get natural, flattering poses out of everybody. During our wedding day, they got beautiful pictures of everything! All of the important moments, all of the family portraits, and every little detail. They were nearly invisible at our reception, but managed to get perfect pictures of every bit. Looking through all of the photos truly feels like reliving the day!

It's been less than a week since our wedding, and they already have added tons of photos from our wedding to their blog. Their work is stunning, and I couldn't be happier with our decision to have them photograph our wedding!

This team did both photography and cinematography for our wedding. They were very easy to work with and they always listened to what we wanted. For our trash the dress, my husband was giving off bad vibes because he naturally does not like to take pictures. They were able to make him feel more comfortable and help him to really let loose during the shoot! The trash the dress photos came back nice as I am sure that the movie and wedding photos will come out amazing as well.
I would use this team again to capture of my future life events. No regrets with using Cardens photograhy!! Actually, one of my best decisions ever!

We decided to book the Cardens relatively late in our wedding planning, but I am SO glad we did! To have such a beautiful, high quality record of our day is a priceless addition to our wedding memories. Virginia and Tim were responsive in all aspects of communication and listened to my concerns and vision for our wedding video. They are not just videographers-- they are cinematographers who brought our wedding day to life in a beautiful and artistic way. I watch our highlight film on a regular basis and each time I love it even more. I could not be happier with the results!

We booked with Carden's 2 years prior to our wedding. They were wonderful to work with every step of the way! They did our engagement session in July 2012 and our wedding in June 2013. They are a very talented and professional couple. We were highly satisfied with all of our pictures and film. They are easy to work with and make you feel comfortable during your photo session. They made our wedding day special and unforgettable. We especially like the flash drive that was part of our package that gives us easy access to all of our pictures from our wedding day. They are quick to respond to any questions before and after our wedding day! We received our pictures and film in a very reasonable time after the event! I would recommend Carden's to any couple looking for the perfect way to remember their wedding day! I look forward to working with them again for our other photography needs!

Our wedding is next year (I had to lie about the date so I could post this) but we just did the engagement shoot with the photographers and we couldn't have been happier! They are without a doubt the best photographers to work with and they know exactly how to get a great shot! We have only seen five photos from the engagement shoot & we are already in love with them. I cannot wait to see the rest I know they will be equally as beautiful.

Carden's were super flexible with pricing and packages. We told them our budget and they worked with us to get EXACTLY what we wanted. I was honestly shocked at how nice and how willing to work with us they were, most photographers have a set package that you cannot change. They also worked out an awesome payment plan with us which is very helpful for any bride, especially when you are starting to book wedding halls, DJs, and buy dresses that require a large down payment.

I have already recommended the Carden's to one of my friends who is getting married next summer & she is getting ready to book them. I recommend the Carden's to anyone who is getting married! They take flawless photos that capture how happy the couples are. I looked at a lot of photographers & I felt like they took nice pictures but that I could take those exact same pictures with just a really nice camera. A lot of pictures were just the couples sitting and smiling at the camera like they were getting their yearbook picture taken. The Carden's are very different, they don't just have you sit and smile at the camera, they make sure the pictures are very natural & create pictures that look like they came from a magazine. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the way everything went! I am looking forward to my wedding day for even more fabulous pictures!

Virginia and Tim photographed my wedding. They were so easy to work with. They are laid back and made me and my husband feel super comfortable. When I was looking for a photographer, it was getting frustrating for me, because I just could not find pictures that I really connected with. Then I found Carden's through facebook! An old friend of mine from high school had them photograph her wedding. She said they were pretty much perfect to work. When she sent the link to their blog, I knew I HAD TO HAVE THEM! After meeting with them in their studio the choice was obvious and I am so happy to have had them capture the best day ever!!!

Virginia and Tim were awesome to work work with. From the start of the planning process to after the wedding, they always responded to emails and calls and were extremely helpful in helping us come up with our wedding timeline. When we got our pictures back we were amazed. I felt like it was someone else's wedding and not even me, the pictures were so beautiful! They captured everything so perfectly and exactly how I wanted them to look. We could not be happier with our decision to use the Carden's. They are so talented in what they do and were so easy to work with on the day of. They were always calm and ready to take pictures of everything that was going on. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I fell in love with cardens' photos when I saw them online. We had a very small budget so I did not think we could afford them, but they were very willing to work with me.
I dealt mostly with Virginia who was very willing to answer my questions promptly even when she was out of the country. She was flexible in setting up times, and I cannot wait to see the photos. I'm sure they will be beautiful.

Virgina and Tim were easy to work with, and were flexible, professional, and the outcome was magnificent! As a destination wedding planner based out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; I had the opportunity to work with Carden's for my client's wedding in Montego Bay, Jamaica.They were hired to film a wedding documentary for a television show of my clients special day.

As an out of state bride, I was not able to do many face to face meetings. Any time I called or emailed with a question or request, I received a thorough response very timely. I was very pleased with their organization and professionalism from the very beginning.

Throughout the wedding day we enjoyed our experience with the photos. Nothing was forced. We were able to be ourselves and have all those moments captured. The photos we have seen so far are absolutely beautiful and really show us as a couple.

Carden's did our photography for our wedding on 9/8 and did a great job! They were always quick to respond to all emails and answer all our questions. On the day of the wedding, I didn't even realize they were there! We are still waiting on most of our pictures, but the ones we've seen we love! They did our formal pictures in under an hour which we really appreciated and never made us stop or pulled us away from anything to take photos through out the night! I would highly recommend Tim and Virginia!

The Cardens provided videography for our Indian wedding and they provided us with a 5 minute trailer set to the perfect song for us. This video is the most treasured and meaningful item from our wedding day. The Cardens were so easy to work with. I communicated with them a couple of times before the wedding and they handled the rest. Except for the two private filming sessions on our wedding day, I did not even notice them all day. They were silently in the background capturing every perfect moment. They did an amazing job capturing so many perfect moments and putting it together in this short trailer. It has been such a great way to re-live our wedding day and we love it more than we ever thought we would! I was skeptical about how the video would turn out and if it would really reflect us and whether it would be worth the cost. But, the Cardens did an amazing job. And in retrospect I'd say it is the one item that is definitely worth the extra cost because it really let's you re-live the day and see all your family and friends and yourself enjoy this special day - something you don't really get to do when you're going through all the busy-ness of the day. We strongly recommend working with the Cardens!

I found Cardens Photograpy through a friend who had recently gotten married. They did such a great job with the videography for her wedding that I contacted them immediately. Virginia and Tim were always easy to reach and Tim made sure he had all the details necessary the week before the wedding. We hadn't met them in person because they live far from us, but if my friend loved them and said they were a dream to work with, I knew we would be in good hands.

They were awesome to spend the day with and were on top of everything. As a bridal vendor myself I have seen a great deal of bad photography/bad videography. I've been witness to videographers being intrusive or completely oblivious to moments that they should be capturing. Virginia and Tim were the complete opposite! Always staying a step ahead and filming all the moments I really wanted to capture!

Virginia spent the first part of the day in my suite watching the madness of getting hair/makeup done and she was awesome to have around! She was helpful and calm and didn't let any of the surrounding craziness get to her!

During the beginning planning process, my husband and I didnt think videography was important so it did not go into our budget. 5 months before the wedding, he decides he wants one! I didnt mind either way but it just wasnt in our budget to get a videographer so we searched and searched for a reasonably priced vendor. We came across Carden's Photography on craigslist and we were a little skeptical at first because their price was SO low (due to it being in February), until we saw a sample of 3 other weddings they've done on youtube. We were sold. From beginning to end, Virginia and Tim were awesome! They were readily available to answer any questions and on the wedding day, they seeped into the background that I barely noticed them! 1.5 weeks after the wedding, they came out with a trailer of the highlights of the wedding and all I can say is OMG! They are soo artisitc and detail oriented. My husband and I are in love with the trailer and we constantly say we should have hired them as our photographers too! We should have our full wedding DVD in about 2 weeks but I have no doubt in my mind that it will be incredible. We highly recommend Carden's photographer to everyone who likes artisic/photo journalistic style!

Virginia and Tim Carden did our October 15 wedding. They were so easygoing and pleasant to work with before the wedding. They were always responsive to our questions and took all of our requests very seriously. They really helped us to figure out scheduling and logistics.

On our wedding day, they arrived right on time and got right to work. They captured all the important pre-wedding details. They were extremely flexible and patient. They are also just really nice people! During the ceremony and reception, they were completely inconspicuous. I hardly remember seeing them at all. They weren't pushy like some wedding photographers and just captured really candid beautiful moments.

We just got our online gallery and could not be happier. The pictures are so beautiful and artistic. There are so many planned and unplanned details, like stunning shots of the sky and backgrounds. The photos truly capture the love we felt on our wedding day. The colors and composition are gorgeous. I would highly recommend Virginia and Tim Carden. They are professional, organized, and experienced, while being incredibly talented, artistic, and fun. Their prices are also amazingly reasonable. We really trusted them to take fabulous pictures that we would always cherish, and they delivered beyond our expectations. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Tim and Virginia were amazing! I knew after a phone conversation that I was done looking and that I couldn't wait to meet them in person. The best compliment I can give the Carden's is that I'm a photographer myself and we are the hardest to please, but I am in love with my wedding & engagement photos! I am very picky about pictures of myself so I was very nervous about my wedding pictures. Virginia did an awesome job of making me feel comfortable and assuring me that she would not post any pictures she thought I would not like. She had some great ideas for outdoor pictures at the ceremony site that I would have never even thought of. When I first saw the pictures I was thrilled! They were absolutely incredible! Silent, but Effective & Flexible With Last Minute Hire!

We are waiting to get back our footage, but wanted to provide a quick review! Hiring a videographer was a VERY last minute thing for us and because of that, we had not budgeted appropriately to hire one. We knew we wanted to use someone that worked with our photographer before and made a desperate reach out to Virginia to see what we could work out. Amazingly enough, she was willing to work with us to make it happen. It was still not cheap, but she was able to create a package for us that would get us all the footage we were hoping for. She was also sure to let us know that she would not be at our wedding, but Lee and Sean and provided their experience and history with the company. We could not rave enough about the professionalism and skill shown during our big day. They worked seamlessly with our photographer and we barely even noticed them during the entire night. It was very comfortable to have them around. We are looking forward to the videos they captured and so incredibly happy we moved forward with hiring them!

I think this is a great option to get to know Tim and Virginia before the big wedding day and we were then confident that everything was going to be perfect come wedding day. The pictures are beautiful and exactly what we wanted! They take pictures of the day instead of making they day feel like a photo shoot. Sometimes it took a few days for them to get back to me but they are full time photographers and are very busy. It does take a while to get your pictures back from them but when you do it's worth it cause they are great! We did have to double our photography budget for them but these were the pictures we wanted. We still have to decide what we want for our album but the samples they showed us are awesome and I know it'll be great!

The Carden's really do produce beautiful work! I do have just two critiques that you should consider when selecting your wedding photographer. Looking back at our photos from Carden's, I realized we have no photos with our very elderly grandmothers. In all the commotion of the day, we didn't think to pull them back into the room where our photos were taken and I was surprised that they didn't suggest it, knowing that the grandmothers were there and important to us. Also, they really do not bend on the amount of time that you are given. Our package cost about $2300 and it only came with 5 hours. in this, they counted travel time and everything. At this price in the area I live in, you can get twice that amount of time. They do say that you are getting two photographers, however my friend got married around the same time as I did, and her photographer came with an assistant who also took photos. He stayed for 11 hours and her pictures were equally as beautiful as mine. Her package was the exact same price to the dollar as mine. While she has many beautiful, fun photos from her reception, we have next to none. Hindsight is 20/20!

I hired Virginia several years ago to photograph my wedding day. I paid for the most expensive package that was offered. Photographs are good, however it's been 3 years since my wedding this September, and I have not received 3 of the albums I ordered. If you plan to purchase anything other than the photography rights, I would look elsewhere. At this point, I'm beyond frustrated and am not sure where to go to report this.

We hired Tim as our cinematographer for 7 hours. When Tim arrived at the house to start our shoot, you would not have known that he was there because he never introduced himself to anyone.

It seems as though all of his highlight videos are the same, just with different brides and grooms. The video is not unique to the couple.

The biggest disappointment is our raw footage film. I was told by Tim that the raw footage film is a compilation of about 2 – 2.5 hours and I only received 1 hour and 50 minutes. It is VERY disappointing to know that he was shooting for 7 hours and the footage that I received was supposedly his best. My video had literally 1 minute of my cocktail hour and several minutes of footage where it seems as though Tim walked away from his camera so you only see whoever happens to be walking by the camera at that moment. During the hora (traditional Jewish dance), Tim's footage is of the ground, and there is no footage of our actual faces.

I asked Tim after receiving my raw footage, I inquired about some of the rest of the footage and received the following response – “Yes the video is 2 hours of all the footage of the day. That 2 hours is compiled footage from the day’s events. We do not roll continuously throughout the 7 hours. There is a lot of down time during a wedding day and we do not film it. That is kind of like expecting one photographer to produce 201,600 pictures for an 8 hour day at 7 frames per second.”

I could not be happier with my wedding and the way everything turned out. If the worst thing that happened is my video is terrible, then I would say we had a pretty awesome weekend. However, I DO NOT RECOMMEND hiring Carden Films for your wedding day.

Cardens photography were contracted to provide footage for a wedding that occurred over 9 months ago.

We signed the contract that they provided and paid in good faith.

The wedding occurred and - over 9 months later - we still have not received the footage that we contracted/paid for.

Even though the footage should have been sent via email/dropbox, after their initial refusal, we have made a number of attempts to collect the footage in person (DHL alone made 15 attempts to collect it - and gave up after being verbally abused).

Carden's Photography have ignored our lawyer's and the Better Business Bureau's attempt to contact them.

Instead - after initially informing us that they'd send the footage after returning from a family holiday - they have run off with our money and continue to act with utter disregard to both the contract and law.

Had the contract been fulfilled (even late) we would have kept our horrific experiences with this company quiet (we waited a number of months, after all).

However, we have been left with no choice but to pursue Carden's Photography to the fullest extent of the law (or until they send us the footage we paid for), and to inform others about the outrageous and unethical behaviour of this company.

In fact, we are now pursuing Carden's Photography through the Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection in Pennsylvania.

We have no doubt that the vendors will attempt to dispute this review (in order to hide their conduct), and so look forward to emailing Wedding Wire our contract, paypal invoices, letters from our lawyer and Better Business Bureau reports, so they - too - can see how we have been defrauded.
