Jamie is absolutely incredible — she is, without question, the BEST wedding planner out there. From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, Jamie felt more like a friend than just a vendor, and by the time our wedding came around, she truly felt like family. She’s warm, thoughtful, endlessly patient, and incredibly organized. She’s the person you want in your corner through this process.
Jamie has a gift for listening to your ideas, your priorities, and your vision. She somehow takes the jumbled mess of “we think we want this, but maybe a little of that” and turns it into an actionable plan with clear next steps. She helps you feel confident in your decisions, and she’s full of creative, smart solutions every step of the way.
One of Jamie’s greatest strengths is her ability to build the perfect vendor team. She understood what we wanted from each vendor — both from a style and personality perspective — and presented us with thoughtfully curated options. After meeting with potential vendors, Jamie would talk through our impressions with us and help guide us toward the choices that best fit our vision and priorities. Thanks to her, we ended up with a dream team — vendors we genuinely loved and who worked seamlessly together. It’s no surprise that whenever we mentioned Jamie was our planner, every single vendor raved about her.
Throughout the planning process, Jamie kept us on track, even when life got busy and we started falling behind. She helped us focus, prioritized what needed to happen when, and somehow made the whole process not just manageable but genuinely fun. We actually looked forward to our meetings with her and would leave feeling energized and reassured every time. Even before our wedding day, we were telling anyone who would listen how amazing Jamie is — we would have recommended her a thousand times over.
But I think the real measure of a planner’s greatness comes on the wedding day itself. And this is where Jamie’s magic went beyond anything we could have imagined. Without going into the whole saga, we ended up facing hurricane-force winds at our tented outdoor wedding — winds so intense they threatened to lift the tent off the ground and forced everyone to evacuate indoors mid-event. While this could have been an absolute disaster, Jamie handled it with such grace, professionalism, and calm that we hardly had time to realize what was happening. Knowing that I’m a more laid-back, type-B bride, Jamie had quietly prepared backup plans well in advance — so by the time we realized there was an issue, she already had solutions in motion. Our incredible vendor team pivoted with her lead, and thanks to Jamie, our wedding was still everything we hoped for — joyful, beautiful, and filled with love (and a little unexpected adventure).
I honestly don’t have enough words for how grateful we are to Jamie. She saved our wedding day, plain and simple. I truly don’t know how things would have turned out without her at the helm, and I don’t want to imagine it. Working with Jamie was one of the very best decisions we made. We love her, we miss her, and we can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s a total pro, an incredible human, and absolutely the person you want by your side on your wedding day.

We are so incredibly grateful for Jamie! Working with her truly transformed the entire planning experience for us. I went into the planning process feeling completely overwhelmed, but she made everything feel manageable, organized, and even enjoyable. She was kind, calm, and intuitive from day one, and it felt like she just got us and understood our vision. She brought every detail to life so thoughtfully and beautifully, and somehow made it all feel effortless. On the wedding day itself, she was completely in control behind the scenes while blending in seamlessly with our friends and family. I knew that I wanted to hire a wedding planner and when I was looking at the local vendors CCC had great reviews across a variety of platforms - yelp, google, the knot, etc. I am super picky and was very particular when finding a company and planner with incredible attention to detail and a discerning eye. Stephanie and CCC were amazing partners during the entire process. I felt incredibly comfortable leading up to the weekend events because of Stephanie's level of detail and knowledge of the wedding industry. She made the entire weekend go so smoothly and we are forever grateful for her and CCC.
We decided to go with the full service planning package and would do it over again. The service is not inexpensive - but allowed us (and family) to have peace of mind so that we could be fully present and enjoy the weekend. 10/10 would recommend CCC. -

My husband and I are not detail people. We knew what we wanted to feel on our wedding day, but the actual "how to get there" part? No clue. Enter Jamie. She took our vague ideas and brought them to life with creativity, patience, and so much kindness.
Jamie has an incredible eye and so many wonderful contacts across Cape Cod — from the florist to the photographer to the band, everyone she recommended was stellar. She kept us on schedule, on budget, and — most importantly — calm. We never felt pressured or overwhelmed. She gently guided us through every step and gave us the freedom to make decisions at our own pace.
The day itself was nothing short of magic, and we honestly have Jamie to thank for that. If you're looking for someone with vision, organization, and genuine heart, Jamie is the one. -

The Cape Cod Celebrations team was an invaluable part of our wedding! We worked with Stephanie, and cannot thank her enough for her guidance and knowledge. We live out of state, and did not have the opportunity to meet with many of our vendors in person, but we trusted Stephanie completely. She kept us organized and on track, and listened to all of my ideas - and then helped implement them! In the months and weeks leading up to our wedding, friends and family would ask if we were stressed, but I can genuinely say that I felt in control and relaxed, especially on the day itself. Our guests also told us how great their guest experience was because everything flowed so naturally and seamlessly. I cannot recommend Cape Cod Celebrations (and Stephanie!) enough. They truly are responsible for making our wedding weekend as magical as it was! -

When we first got engaged, we spoke with a few different planners and could tell right off the bat how much Stephanie and the Cape Cod Celebrations team paid attention to detail, had a vast knowledge of the Cape Cod wedding industry, and truly cared about bringing their client's visions to life for their wedding. Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with over the following year and helped us get through every stage of wedding planning. She helped us secure reliable and some of the most amazing vendors in the area based on the team's established relationships and partnerships. Stephanie attended every meeting, tasting and appointment where we also were lucky enough to just get to know her on a personal level. Stephanie is calm, cool and collected and made the whole process enjoyable and seamless. There was never a moment of stress on our wedding day because we knew we were in the trusted hands of Stephanie who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best and most memorable day of our lives. We worked with Stephanie and could not have been happier with that decision. I could not believe how well she remembered every single detail I would tell her over the course of almost two years, making us feel like her only client on what I know is a much longer list of clients. She was professional and polished, yet warm and easy to open up to and connect with. We loved how well she really knew the Cape Cod wedding landscape, and could count on her to have a vendor's direct cell number already. When we decided to do some "untraditional" things, she supported us wholeheartedly and made sure we could weave those things into the day seamlessly. On the day of, she was somehow simultaneously giving us complete space AND being right behind us if we needed her. When my dad was giving his Father of the Bride speech and realized he didn't have a drink for the toast, she even came running in with a beer to place in his hand - LOL! Over two years ago, my mother discovered Cape Cod Celebrations and made an appointment to chat with Jamie the very week I got engaged. We knew from the start, from the way Jamie conducted the meetings, that she made me feel so valued and heard and that she continued to be responsive. She was going to help make my dreams come true, and she really, really did. Jamie allowed my wedding planning process to be as seamless, stress-free, and joyful as I ever hoped for. I trusted her and her team of recommended vendors to create a magical wedding weekend, and they did. I could not recommend Cape Cod Celebrations and Jamie more! My fiance and I had a long engagement and were fairly hands on throughout the planning process and did not engage with Cape Cod Celebrations until after all of our vendors were booked. Originally, we selected the "month of" package to support us through the stress of logistics in the weeks leading up to our big day. Several months in advance, we wanted to have someone we could consult with logistics/vendor preferences for the Cape and decided to upgrade our package to Month of Plus. We worked with Laurel Hartmann who is an absolute wealth of information and an absolute pleasure to work with. She reviewed all of our vendor contracts, handled logistics in the weeks leading up to the wedding and was a source of comfort and knowledge when it came to making several decisions leading up to the wedding (as an example she drove to several beaches in Dennis to find the best one for us to do bridal party pictures because we were out of state). She accompanied us to in-person vendor/venue meetings, ran our rehearsal, and ensured everything was executed flawlessly on our big day which made us truly able to enjoy the months of hard work and planning. -

If you are feeling overwhelmed with the planning process and never-ending list of things to do, don’t think twice about hiring the team at Cape Cod Celebrations. We worked with Heather for our August 2023 wedding on the Cape and it was easily one of the best investments we made for the big day. Heather was truly there for us for ANYTHING we needed throughout the entire process – whether it was offering advice and a listening ear when dealing with challenging vendors to answering any questions we had or taking charge of all last-minute details during a scary family emergency the week of the wedding. We’re beyond grateful for Heather and can’t imagine navigating all the wedding preparations without her. She ensured that our wedding day was seamless and worry-free, managing every detail so we could fully relax and enjoy our wedding day! -

We are both very organized Type-A men who were engaged for a year and a half (thanks to the pandemic), and while we thought we could plan a wedding on our own in that time, we are so grateful that we found Jamie as our wedding planner. While we selected the Partial Planning package, we felt we received more than our money’s worth; we don’t know how we could have planned the wedding without her. After each of our check-ins with Jamie, we felt confident that we were in good hands. Best decision ever!
If there were an option to do a 10 star review of Jamie and her team at Cape Cod Celebrations, I absolutely would! If you are even remotely considering hiring a wedding planner, do it, but be sure it's Cape Cod Celebrations!
As the Mother-of-the-Bride, I felt like the planning and number of details to keep track of was extraordinary, but Jamie and her team kept everything in order and moving along with a wonderful combination of military precision, warmth, humor and calm. Honestly, I don't think I, nor my daughter, would have enjoyed the wedding as much as we did had we not had Jamie at the helm. She is professional, level headed, resourceful, well connected and kind. Being local to the Cape, it was very clear that she had wonderful relationships with vendors, great ideas, and is well regarded by all. We always felt like Jamie had things under control, which allowed us to relax and enjoy both the planning process and the actual wedding itself.
Hiring Jamie and her team was the smartest thing we did, and I'm so grateful to Cape Cod Celebrations for helping to make my daughter's wedding a dream come true.

The BEST wedding planner on Cape Cod. Jamie made our wedding dreams come true. She knows Cape Cod inside and out- vendors, venues, everything. She was on top of the timeline, the details and the vision. She stuck right to our budget and gave multiple recommendations for every vendor with details from previous weddings she has worked with them. The day of was FLAWLESS, she made to sure to execute the timeline wishes with the help of an assistant, intern and Chatham Bars Inn team. Myself, the groom and our families did not have to worry about a thing. We used full service for our wedding at Chatham Bars Inn and I would recommend 10/10 times!! Jamie or anyone on her team will be your best wedding hire! -

We got married in July 2021, and we had a wonderful experience working with Heather and Cape Cod Celebrations. We had been working together for a year prior to the wedding, and we would not have been able to have our dream wedding without them. Jamie helped us find the perfect venue, which we would not have been able to find without CCC. Wedding planning can be stressful and it is easy to become inpatient. Heather helped me remain calm throughout the entire year, and even the day of! Many guests said it was the nicest wedding they had ever been to, and Heather was a big part of that. I trusted her to make decisions during setup, and she came to me when she needed me while we were getting ready. We had a rain shower surprise that wouldn't go away before the ceremony, but she made it all work out ! We were able to have our ceremony outside of the tent even with all teh last minute uncertainty. Everything came together so nicely, and you will definitely be in good hands with CCC! -

I was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator for my small wedding, but man oh man I am so glad that I did. CC Celebrations were the absolute best and while I only used them for day of coordination, if I could do it again, I'd have hired them for the whole process. Through and through entirely professional, were amazing and supportive through all the changes we had to make because of the pandemic and my day of coordinator Laurel was an absolute rock star and I had to worry about literally nothing that day and I can't thank her enough for that. -

We had a truly phenomenal experience with Stephanie and Cape Cod Celebrations. Truly phenomenal.
My husband and I got married at the Provincetown Pilgrim Monument. We locked in the venue on our own, and we were looking for someone with a lot of Provincetown and Cape Cod knowledge to (1) help us find and organize vendors for the things we knew we wanted, (2) make sure we didn't forget anything important.
Initially we were unsure whether we wanted a full-service planner or just someone that could help with day of coordination and higher level logistics. Stephanie listened to our concerns and helped us figure out the best option for our needs without undue pressure. We ultimately went with the full-service package. The CCC team really undersold how much they could help with their full-service package, especially for an outdoor tented wedding. We really can't imagine the extra stress and complication if we had tried to manage more of the process ourself.
Stephanie excelled. She immediately understood our vision and turned that into a timeline and to-do list. She's incredibly organized and responsive--given how busy she is!--and could help us balance the pros and cons of various vendors or brainstorm ideas to solve a problem at the venue. Over the course of the planning process, we learned that there were choices we needed to make but didn't feel strongly about, and Stephanie helped push us in the right direction. And we also learned that there were things we cared a LOT about, and Stephanie got that and made sure she was prioritizing that with us. She's great at communication... oh, and every call and email with her was fun! She's delightful!
Other things we cared about:
* Finding great vendors for invitations, cakes, photography, etc. Stephanie knows everyone and has great relationships with them. And when we weren't sure what we wanted, Stephanie helped us think through the different categories of options, so we could make more informed choices.
* We wanted our wedding to have a lot of personal touches, so it didn't feel cookie-cutter. We had a few ideas about how to do that, Stephanie had some more, and she really helped us achieve that.
* There were a couple things that our families wanted arranged, but we wanted to stay out of. Stephanie was happy to coordinate with them, and take it off our mind.
Stephanie really revealed how hard she'd worked, and how masterful she was, during the wedding weekend. She'd been in touch with all our vendors, all the logistics worked seamlessly... or so we think. Actually, my understanding is that there was a small hiccup, but Stephanie and the Cape Cod Celebrations team solved it without our knowledge. The only reason I know is that someone later said "your planner was so good at solving that one issue!"
And that's really the bottom line. Our guests marveled at the way Stephanie went from keeping us on schedule to busing glasses -- she did whatever needed to get done, she did it extremely well, and she was wonderful to be with the whole time. We're extremely happy with how our wedding turned out, and it's largely thanks to Stephanie. You should use her too. -

Jamie was our planner for our wedding this past June at Chequessett in Wellfleet, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience of working with her. We did the partial planning package, which was a great fit for us - we wanted to be involved but not stressed (at least not any more than necessary!). Jamie kept us on track, making sure all the details were being thoughtfully taken care of with her well-organized suite of to-do lists, schedules, and recommendations for everything from your “paper needs” for the wedding, to suggestions on gratuities for various vendors, and ideas for items to put in gift bags. She was a great resource for the areas of planning that we didn’t know much about, like working with the caterer and furniture rental vendors, how to schedule guest transportation, etc. etc. etc.! (There was a lot we didn’t know about…) Jamie recommended some great vendors that fit with our style desires and our budget, including our florist and hair stylist, and they were all fantastic. She’s incredibly responsive via email for questions big and small, which is so convenient. Jamie has a warm and professional personality that is wonderful to work with. I always felt like we were in great hands, and I really can’t say enough good things about the entire experience! -

Both Jamie and Kate from CCC were amazing! We had a tented wedding at a private residence where we needed to bring in EVERYTHING (electricity, bathrooms, water etc.) and I was super nervous about the wedding weekend/day of going smoothly and Kate made sure that happened, we could have not done it without her! I am a software sales rep by profession so have very high standards when I am the customer and Kate was wonderful, she thought of things that we didn’t and ensured that everything ran smoothly so that we could just enjoy our day. I highly recommend CCC and both Jamie and Kate! -

THANK YOU, JAMIE!! I honestly do not know what I would have done with out Jamie and the Cape Cod Celebrations team. Jamie was on top of everything and took texts, calls, and emails from me at all times of the day and always had an answer. As someone who works full time and travels a lot for work, I was worried the planning process would be super stressful. Jamie made sure that wasn't the case. She made the planning process fun and completely enjoyable, which I thought was impossible based on everything everyone told me going in to planning a wedding. Jamie juggled not only a huge wedding at our home in Chatham, so essentially created a venue, but also juggled a lot of cooks in the kitchen between me, my now husband, my mom, my sister, my dad, and my husband's parents, and she did it all with grace and with a calm, confident presence. I always knew Jamie had everything under control, which was so reassuring and calming. The actual day was an absolute dream come true! The entire weekend was magical and everything I could have hoped for and more. Everything went off without a hitch, and Jamie masterfully orchestrated all the vendors and timeline and guests. I am going to miss working with Jamie as I have very much enjoyed working with her and getting to know her over the past year and a half. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and on top of everything, but she was really fun to spend time with and get to know. I would highly recommend Jamie and the Cape Cod Celebrations team for anyone getting married on Cape Cod, their relationships with vendors across the cape is strong and incredibly valuable, and I just can't say enough good things about the team! We had the best experience working with Stephanie at Cape Cod Celebrations!! She helped us achieve our dream wedding at Wequassett. Every detail was covered on the wedding day and the day went so perfectly! She is super easy to work with and very responsive to all emails and phone calls, which was very important to us since this was a destination wedding for us. She recommended several of our vendors and they were excellent as well. Stephanie is an expert wedding planner and we are so thankful for all her hard work! Seamless execution of our vision. Picture-perfect!
I hired Jamie and Cape Cod Celebrations for day of assistance. Being a take-charge mother of the bride and having my own years of experience in restaurant and catering, I almost made the poor decision not to hire a coordinator. I thought I could do it all myself with my daughter. Thank goodness I changed my mind andI hired CCC. No matter how good a bride and MOB's planning and preparation is, having someone onsite for the entire day to execute the script and vision is essential. Without Jamie and her intern, Ashley, I would have been running around and checking on every aspect, not enjoying myself nearly enough. Instead, I enjoyed the morning with the bridal party, then arrived at the venue confident, relaxed, and joyful. I felt like a guest and let the wedding unfold, completely without stress or worry. Jamie came completely prepared and intimately knowledgeable about the entire scope of the rather detailed wedding. Being at an expansive outdoor venue with over a dozen vendors is a carefully choreographed production. Jamie handled every vendor and aspect flawlessly, calmly, and with compete control. She collaborates well with other vendors and is highly respected. Even though I enjoyed CCC for just day of, it felt like I received a lot more than that. All of their timely communication, easy to navigate website, online forms and guidelines, were helpful. If you are a bride or a parent planning a wedding, I highly recommend Cape Cod Celebrations to handle any and all aspects of your wedding. -

Wonderful to work with!
Jamie planned our wedding - from the first phone call to “the day of” her team was professional organized full of good suggestions and always a lot of fun.
Cape Cod has a number of great vendors but we never felt silo’d into one single vendor. Lots of choices lots of suggestions and they all worked seamlessly on the big day
I would highly recommend Jamie and Cape Cod - they did a fantastic job and Jay and I didn’t lift a finger that day. Everything rolled out as planned - including some beautiful weather 👍 -

I worked with Kate from Cape Cod Celebrations as my day of coordinator for my wedding at Bourne Farm on 6/15/19. Words can't express how amazing she was to work with! I explained my vision and she really made it come to life. Having a tented wedding with over 10 vendors is extremely difficult to coordinate and Kate made it all seamless and painless by taking over all timelines, delivery, setup, etc. I'm so thankful I decided to hire a day of coordinator - it was the best decision I made! I owe the success of my amazing wedding to Jamie and the team at Cape Cod Celebrations! I don’t know what I would have done without Jamie, and I already miss working with her. I am so grateful to have had her to help me with every step of my wedding planning process. I was looking for a full service planner to help since we were planning the wedding long distance and I didn’t have much family on the Cape. Words cannot express my gratitude for Jamie and her team. Jamie was so easy to work with, on top of her stuff and truly made wedding planning fun! Her and her team created the most perfect wedding for us! It was the wedding I always dreamt off and it's all because of Cape Cod Celebrations. Jamie is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made me feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Erik Sent on 09/17/2018Jamie and her team at Cape Cod Celebrations are an absolute dream! Stop looking and just hire her. I worked with her for 18 months and I loved every minute of it. We used her partial package since I'm a control freak, and it was perfection. She knows the Cape, in our case Provincetown, and all the good, the bad and the ugly with the vendors, venues and options of how to plan out your special weekend. Her expertise, guidance and advice was exactly what I needed to perfect our wedding day! Especially since I was planning the wedding from Chicago. The entire day was completely seamless thanks to Jamie and her 2 support team members. Everything flowed exactly as planned and there were barely any questions or input that was needed from either of us! I literally could not have dreamt of things going better during the process and for the actual day. Ben and I already joke about having a 5 year vow renewal out there just so we can hire Jamie again to plan it. You will not be disappointed!

When friends ask me my #1 piece of advice during the wedding planning process, I recommend hiring a wedding planner, and if getting married on/near the Cape, hiring Cape Cod Celebrations. Jamie and her team were all amazing. I felt fully supported throughout the entire process, and she exposed us to many vendors and pieces of wisdom that we wouldn't otherwise have been exposed to if we didn't work with Jamie and her team. She was a life saver. She put her whole heart & soul into the process, and her mom even helped us create beautiful oyster shell place cards! If you're debating going with a wedding planner or need any form of support on your wedding day, go with Cape Cod Celebrations. Hands. Down. the. best. Period!

She helped every detail come together, kept us on task and suggested incredible ideas that were magical when they came to life. By the end of our time working together we felt likes Stephanie was a part of the family and I cannot say enough how much she made our day a dream. Come. True.

I never had a moment of stress during planning and our big day went off without a hitch. I never once worried about a single thing on our wedding day other than enjoying time with the people we love and Jamie handled Every. Single. Thing. Jamie’s calm nature allowed for no stress and her connections with the most amazing vendors in the Cape made decisions a breeze. Highly recommend using her and totally go for full service! You will not regret it!!!!

Charles Sent on 07/17/2018Perfection! That's the only way I can use to describe our wedding day and Jamie was a key reason for that.
After spending a few weeks trying to plan our Cape Cod wedding from Chicago by ourselves we were feeling completely overwhelmed and unsure if we were going to be able to make our destination wedding successful. So we decided to give Jamie a call and see if we felt comfortable trusting someone else with our big day. From the first call we knew that Jamie was going to be our savior. She listened carefully to what we wanted and thoughtfully laid out our options on how to achieve what we wanted. What we loved is that Jamie never told us what to do - just what it would take to achieve our goals.
We started our planning process 18 months in advance of our date so choosing vendors was fairly easy, but with Jamie's many contacts she was able to suggest two to three options for each vendor and joined any interview calls that we wanted. Then after we chose our vendors she joined all of our vendor meetings to be sure she understood what we expected from them. Because of this preparation, she never had to ask us one question on the day of the wedding. She already knew what we wanted and just made it happen.
I'm sure there were issues that came up during the day (we even created one!), but our guests never knew about them. Jamie just took care of the issues and made sure the day was about us and our guests enjoyment.
