Hiring By Heart and Hand was by far the best decision we made when planning my daughter's wedding! I cant' imagine the event being a success without Meropi, she was willing and able to answer all our questions, handle any problems and calm our nerves. I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

I wouldn't have been able to have such an amazing wedding without By Heart and Hand. We used the full service planning and couldn't have been happier. Meropi gave us great ideas and helped us when we had no clue what we were doing. She helped us stick to our budget, and was in contact with every single vendor (and also set up all of our meetings) to make sure that they were going to do exactly what I wanted. Whenever I needed Meropi, she was always there to talk or to meet. She was not only my wedding planner, but she became my friend. She made my experience very personal and I felt she always had my best interest in mind. I also used BH&H for invitations, linens, napkins, vases, and things like that. They also set up an amazing candy bar and Grooms table for me, and they were everything I wanted them to be!! On the day of my wedding I didn't have to lift a finger. I was able to relax and enjoy the morning without having to run around setting things up. If you want a perfect Wedding, I recommed BH&H! Thank godness for Meropi!!!

I cannot sing Meropi's praises enough. Months before my daughter's wedding, I hired someone to customized invitations. Ten days before they were to be mailed, I was informed that they would not be able to do the job. I had seen Heart and Hand invitations at a bridal show and luckily, kept their card. I called in a panic and, thirty minutes later I was meeting with Meropi. She jumped right in and took over on the job. Invitations went out, and she has was able to get the programs done in time. I told her she really saved the day!!!!

I am an event producer and have done several weddings over the years. I was married Nov. 14, 2009 and, as luck would have it, found this wonderful vendor when she sent an email to me after I attended a bridal fair. Meropi was heaven-sent and handled all the fine details that allowed me to just enjoy my day and 'be present' without having to worry about the function. She was wonderful. From dealing with a noisy child and providing her a coloring book to paying all of our wedding vendors on site, to managing the extensive pre-ceremony photo shoot with the groom's family, to making sure all the right people got into the right limos...it just wouldn't have been the same without her. Very professional....thinks of everything and goes beyond the call of duty!!

WOW, i have found the most amazing woman to create my invitations. They are beautiful!

I posted an alchemy on Etsy and got a bunch of offers and hers was fantastic! She even offered to address the invites for me and send them out but I wanted to see them first so she sent them to me instead but she still addressed them. She also stamped my reply envelopes and addressed them.

Let me get to the specifics before I continue becasue I am sure people really want the price For 120 handmade cusom pocket invites with reply card and envelope and directions insert it is only $275!!! Wow! I am so psyched. No this is not a cheap invite idea but for the quality, this is an amazing deal! I can't guarantee it will be this low but it is great to get a quote from her.
i had gone to michaels and selected the paper i wanted ahead of time and she went and found it and ordered it in bulk from the paper company. she will go above and beyond! She will try as many attempts as she needs until she gets it right! I LOVE her!
In the end, we had a mishap that Meropi was super quick to fix. Her customer service is phenomenal and she pulled out all the stops to remedy the situation very quickly. Thanks Meropi!

She worked well within the budget we outlined and actually came in under budget. The hand crafted invitations she provided were so cute - everyone has commented on them and the favors were original and adorable.
