  After doing a lot of research and contacting multiple wedding coordinators online, my sister recommended me to Chi and Helen because she met them before and heard that they are all around awesome.
  
  At our initial meeting, I knew they would be my coordinators. They were so nice and so professional at the same time. Exactly what a bride needs - to feel at ease but to know that everything is in check. Chi and Helen both asked the right questions and followed up with an email the next day.
  
  As THE DAY got closer and closer, Chi and I exchanged multiple emails, making sure all the vendors were contacted and knew what to do. She set up a walk through with my and the venue and her and I got to spend an hour of one-on-one time to discuss my vision for the wedding. She gave very helpful pointers and followed up with a meeting the next day.
  
  BB Events created a timeline for which met my wants and incorporated all the needs for the rest of the vendors. I cannot imagine doing it myself, which I tried to, but I'm so thankful I had Chi and Helen. Honestly, as a bride, these are things you don't want to try to even think about and just have someone take care of it.
  
  At the Rehearsal, Chi and Helen made sure my family and friends knew what to do. It was a difficult task for them since my officiant was not at the Rehearsal, but 3000 miles away taking a test. They were kind enough to come by my house the next day to talk with him after we picked him up from the airport so he knew what he needed to do ... since he had never married anyone before.
  
  They also took all the ready items with them to the venue so we didn't have to figure it out the next day.
  
  During the wedding, it was they were there but they were also invisible at the same time. They appeared when necessary I guess you can say. Fo example, we didn't really coordinate the seating of the wedding party and Chi appeared out of nowhere was said, "ok, this is the middle of the table. sit." haha.
  
  When the night was sadly coming to an end, Chi came up to me and asked if I wanted the party to be extended. Of course I did! Before she told the vendors, OK, she went to get a quote from everyone before I made a decision since weddings are very costly.. yes.
  
  Chi and Helen are the best. Honestly, I do not think my wedding could have been so successful without them. My husband and I don't know how a wedding goes, so just leave it to the professionals.
