Long lasting hair and make-up, on site

Kelly and her make-up artist, Agnes, were great to work with on wedding day. We were able to arrange a trial, despite hiring kind of late in the game. Prices were comparable to other HMU teams we were looking at.

Kelly helped me figure out a bridal look that incorporated elements that I wanted with what would logistically work for my waist/hip length hair. She is knowledgeable about trends and what might be trendy now, but regrettable when looking back at pictures years from now.

Agnes was great working on a variety of skin types, and me and my girls all looked great! She had advice at the trial to help get my skin to is best condition and clearly has an eye for detail. When I asked questions about certain shades or techniques she listened and explained with patience.

We had 5 women for hair and makeup. Started at 10am (when we were allowed access to the venue) and we were ready sometime between 1pm and 2... that morning was all a blur! They were efficient, organized, and prepared. My up-do was secure and comfortable all day- which is not easy to do with as much hair as I have!

A Dream Hair & Makeup Team

A very overdue review!

Looking back on my wedding day, hiring this team was one of the best decisions I made. From the very beginning they were incredibly organized and professional. They clearly communicated expectations, provided detailed guidance on how to prepare beforehand, and made sure I knew exactly what to do to achieve the look I wanted. That level of preparation gave me so much confidence leading up to the wedding.

They also traveled farther than their typical service area for my wedding which I greatly appreciated!!! Despite the extra travel, they still arrived prepared, organized, and with a great attitude! They brought such positive energy and excitement to the wedding morning and helped create a fun, calm atmosphere. Their professionalism, organization, and genuine enthusiasm made such a difference!

Hiring Brides by Kelly was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. I would (and have) recommend them to any bride looking for a talented, trustworthy, and professional hair and makeup team!

Don't hesitate, book Brides by Kelly!

Kelly and her team knocked it out of the park with our wedding hair and makeup! Throughout the process, Kelly was very communicative, supportive, and positive. Gina did my trial and day-of hair and makeup, and she did an incredible job listening to my ideas, suggesting styles, and helping me to manage my stress day-of. I was really impressed with how strongly both my hair and makeup held up, even after hours of dancing. Gina and her assistant Breeauna also did makeup and hair (respectively) for our moms and bridal party, and multiple people said this was the first time they loved their makeup and hair after having it professionally done. Book Brides by Kelly - seriously, you won't regret it!

Best choice for hair&makeup

I had Kelly and Agnes for my trial and wedding day. Kelly was amazing from the start, very responsive, knowledgeable and outgoing. She went above and beyond for me and my bridesmaids. Kelly did a variety of hairstyles and they lasted throughout the night. Agnes was also incredible. She did people’s make up based on their face shape, eyes, and skin tone. Everyone looked amazing day of. Those who had previously bad experiences with makeup were floored by her work. It was a humid and hot day but everything stayed and looked great. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

A Wonderful Experience!

Working with Kelly and her team was a dream from start to finish! From the first time I spoke with Kelly about my hair, I had an idea of what I wanted for my wedding, I just wasn't sure if it was possible with my fine, thin hair. I was so appreciative of Kelly's expertise. She was honest with me about what styles would and would not work with my hair. My final hairstyle would not have been possible without her extensive knowledge and extraordinary talent! As for makeup, I am not someone who wears makeup very frequently. Breeauna explained what she was doing every step of the way. I made a lot of changes between my trial and my actual wedding day, and Breeauna accommodated every single one and left me with a look I adored.

Kelly and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. My entire bridal party felt so confident and beautiful on my wedding day. Kelly is transparent about her costs and services, flexible with the craziness of a wedding morning, and an extremely talented artist.

Kelly did a phenomenal job with helping me, the bridesmaids, and the moms all look incredible for our big day. I had put off getting a hair stylist to the point I thought it would be too late. I put a message out to a bride Facebook group I was apart of asking for help. Absolutely amazing!

Kelly and her team are phenomenal! From the start, the booking process was smooth. Kelly made sure to answer all of my questions and was quick to reply (which created so much reassurance from the beginning)! Then, my hair trial went great. Both Kelly and Agnes made sure I was comfortable and happy with the results. Finally, on the big day, Kelly, Agnes, and Gina all arrived on time and started the glam. The team stayed on schedule and made sure that everyone was happy with their hair and make up. They turned a rainy morning into a room of sunshine with their friendliness and professionalism. Beautiful hair & makeup w/ zero stress

Kelly and Gina were amazing!! They showed up right on time and even finished early, leaving us plenty of time to feel relaxed and enjoy the morning. Every single woman in our wedding party looked stunning and received so many compliments. I felt zero stress because I knew my hair and makeup would be superb. Kelly is a true professional. Her years of experience in the industry really showed, in every step of the way from our first phone call to the very last of the final touches. She answered all of my questions thoughtfully and never made me feel like I was asking dumb questions or that I was overthinking or overreacting.
When it came to the day of, Kelly and Agnes arrived early and ready to hit the ground running. They made all of my bridesmaids and me feel glamorous, pampered, and beautiful. Both artists were incredibly easy to work with. Everyone's hair and makeup lasted the entire hot, June day. I would 100% recommend Kelly to anyone!

Hair/Makeup for our Wedding day

Kelly was our hair artist for our wedding. We had a preview day, and we didn’t totally settle on a hair do because I’m very specific and I couldn’t figure out what was right. I put my trust in Kelly. The day of, she said she had a great idea she had been excited to try. She nailed it. My hair exceeded my expectations. It was perfect for my vibes. It was classy, yet one of a kind.

Our group was about 9 people. Kelly had Gina come to do the makeup. At the preview day, Gina followed my request of neutral makeup. Once I looked at it, I told her I didn’t want to see my skin, and I want to see my eyelashes from a mile away. She looked at me and said ‘Girl, you mean you want full Glam!’ I’m glad she understood what I wanted, even though I didn’t know myself. I looked amazing on the day, and the makeup made my eyes POP. I’ve had my makeup done by pros in the past, and they were never able to match me well. I usually looked worse. I was in heaven with Gina, I never expected to look that good! It was not good for my ego! She also wore pearls in her hair that day, and brought extras with. She knew I was a boujee bride. I of course told her I loved it and would’ve loved that, TG she came prepared with extras for me!

The way Kelly and Gina understood me, and came prepared the day of for who I am, was amazing. They exceeded every expectation I had. I’m so thankful that they were my team!!!!

better than i could have dreamed!

i first booked Kelly in 2019; i had a small wedding party (me and 1 bridesmaid!) and it was a challenge to find someone willing to take me. I was so happy to have found Kelly, and from the outset she was wonderful to work with and absolutely stayed within my budget. Then I had to reschedule 2 times due to the pandemic and still she was so easygoing. I didn't get a chance to do any trials, so on my wedding day is the first time we met and OMG WOW, she killed it! i absolutely fell in love with my hair (and so did everyone else!) and my makeup was on point too. i took a gamble and i was just overjoyed on how it all turned out. better yet, Kelly is also just a great human so having her there for a few hours was so fun. Thank you Kelly!

Three time wedding client!

Kelly has been the hair stylist for 3 weddings that I have been a part of over the last 15 years! My hair has been different each time and I have always looked amazing! This time, not only was the ceremony outdoors, it was windy with some rain. I danced the night away. My hair looked just as good at the end of the night (early the next morning) as it did at 8:00am when it was done! I’m not sure I have any more weddings for Kelly to do my hair for but I will for sure use her for other special occasions!
Agnes was the makeup artist for the wedding and she made me look great! I didn’t look like I hadn’t slept in a week (OK I slept but not much) and my makeup held all night! This was my first time with false eyelashes and they were perfect! I will use Agnes for other special occasions as well!

Beautiful H&M

Beautiful work!

Kelly and her team did an amazing job with my hair and makeup and for my bridesmaids. For my trial, I showed her some pictures of what I was going for, and she got my style. Amazing experience even in trying times

Any vendor that can be accommodating, flexible, responsive, and truly caring during a time such as COVID...you keep them and refer them. Kelly was amazing from the moment I reached out about booking services through my million emails about what if I postpone/cancel/etc. and beyond. Kelly and her team delivered top notch service the day of my wedding including me changing my hairstyle the day of to accommodate my nerves (plus it was windy as ever). I watched as everyone got made into these amazing looking women but the best part was my mother. My mother felt like a million bucks that day and I couldn't ask for a better feeling for the most important person in my life. If you are looking for a team to collaborate and work with on the most important day of your life, stop now. You have found the perfect team!

Amazing hair and makeup for my wedding day

Kelly and Natalia were fantastic! I needed to find a replacement hair and makeup artist just a few weeks before my wedding and I was so grateful to find Kelly. She is so talented (and efficient!) with hair. After a nightmare experience with wedding hair and makeup as a bridesmaid I was extremely nervous and particular about my look as a bride. Great MUA!

Kelly was great to work with! I was a little nervous about hiring a makeup artist because I didn’t want to look overdone or not like myself on my wedding day. Kelly’s styling was perfect. I still felt like myself, but elevated. The makeup translated perfectly in pictures, as well! After our trial, Kelly was receptive to a few tweaks, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Kelly and Natalia were so amazing on my wedding day! I'm so happy that I booked Brides by Kelly for my wedding - by the time hair and makeup was finished we all looked like royalty! Kelly and Natalia were so friendly and easy to work with, all of my girls loved getting ready with them. They do beautiful work!

I had two hair and makeup trials before contacting Brides by Kelly, and I was disappointed in them both. Kelly asked me right away to send her specifics about what I was disappointed in, what I wanted, how I usually wore my hair and makeup and asked for pictures for inspiration. I really appreciated her eagerness to make sure a third trial with her girls went better. I did a hair trial with Ryan and makeup with Natalia. Both of them knocked it out of the park, and I felt a huge weight lift from my shoulders, and booked them right away. Hair and makeup was not something I had expected to be stressful, but Kelly, Ryan and Natalia wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. On the day of the wedding, Ryan and Natalia were AMAZING. They were right on time, were fun and chatty with my mom and my bridesmaids and of course, their work was beautiful. All my girls loved their hair and makeup. Some girls knew what they wanted for hair, some girls let Ryan do her thing, but all of them turned out absolutely gorgeous. Natalia has such a knack for enhancing people’s natural beauty, and paying attention to their skin and preferences instead of just painting a face on. My hair and makeup turned out even better than the trials (and both girls made changes based on a few notes I gave them) and they both held up all night even after dancing the night away! I would absolutely recommend them. They did a beautiful job, and I’m so appreciative!

Loved working with Kelly and her team!

I was a little late to the process of booking hair and makeup. At 4 months out before my wedding I got in touch with Kelly and let her know we had a large group (15). She responded immediately with pricing and walked me through the options. I also needed my hair cut and colored with very little notice before my bachelorette weekend, and she fit me in at the last minute. On the day of, my girls and I were extremely satisfied with our hair and makeup. Kelly and Agnes did my hair and makeup and I felt stunning. Kelly did exactly what I wanted to match the hair trial and Agnes made a few changes I requested from the trial. Overall, Kelly's team is great - professional, prompt, and able to deliver! I would highly recommend.

Christmas Wedding

Kelly and her crew were excellent at accommodating my December 23rd wedding. Paige did an amazing job with my make up and Kelly made sure my hair was done the way that I wanted it even if that meant touching up a curl or two. Brides by Kelly is a great business who goes above and beyond to make sure their bride is happy and feels extra beautiful on their special day!

Professional and perfect from start to end

I first encountered Kelly and her exceptional team as a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding. My friend had commented on how wonderful Kelly had been throughout the hair and makeup trial and on the day of the wedding, she and her team were professional, prompt, personable (it felt like they were a part of the wedding party!) and all of us achieved the exact look we were going for. Several years later when it was my time to get married I couldn't imagine hiring anyone else for my own big day so I didn't hesitate to book. I had the same wonderful experience my friend did with the trial and again on my wedding day. I highly recommend Brides By Kelly!!

The Best!!!!

Great Experience!

Kelly and her team were fantastic to work with! They were prompt to arrive, easy to communicate with, and did a great job with both hair and makeup for my larger group of women. The only thing I would say is that my hair stylist left before my makeup was completed, and I would have liked to have had a final spray/touch up before pictures. Other than that, everything else was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing Price, Amazing Service and Great Quality!

Looking for a reasonably priced hair and make up stylist in the city is no easy task. Kelly and her crew were recommended to me by a friend and they truly did a really great job on myself, my bridesmaids and mother's hair and make-up. There was a point on the day of where I thought my hair did not look as full as it did during the trial and she listened to what I had to say and re-did my hair! I was so thankful she was ok with re-doing it and it ended up looking exactly how I envisioned! She was also very flexible with my bridesmaids requests and many changes we had to make from the original estimate. Also, I was concerned about how my hair and make up would stay throughout the day. Through hours of dancing my hair and make up stayed put! Overall, she was great to work with, great price and we had such an amazing experience!

Beautiful Hair & Makeup on my wedding day!

Kelly and Agnes were both amazing to work with for both hair and makeup on my wedding day. They both have a real talent for what they do and I hope in the future I get to use them again for another event so I am recommending them to all my friends and family. From the trial run to the day of the wedding they were both on time, professional, and efficent. They listened to what I asked for and made changes if I requested them as well. They both did hair and make up for my large bridal party of 8 which was not an easy task and did it flawelessy and they made everyone happy. I couldn't believe they could work that quickly and give everyone their own look. Again, they are the best and if you have the choice to book them I strongly suggest you do...best decision I made and if I could do it again I would. Kelly (hair) and Agnes (make-up) did the hair and make-up for our wedding, and we were so pleased with the result. They both were so professional, responsive, honest, and helpful. My bridesmaids, mom, and I all felt like queens and our make-up was set for success on a 106 degree day. Kelly is takes great pride in her business, and she was so responsive as I was working through details for our ceremony. Agnes did an exceptional job with our make-up and she is a perfectionist who really wants you to like the way you look. I would definitely recommend working with Brides by Kelly for your wedding!

Ashley and Casi did any amazing job getting 5 of us ladies ready for my brunch wedding. It was a difficult task but they excelled. They had all of our hair and make-up done in under 4 hours. The girls were in a great mood and brought energy to the room even though we started at 6 AM. Kelly was extremely responsive and accommodating considering that we pulled off a last minute wedding. I highly recommend this team. Great value, very professional.

This company is amazing!! We had Agnes and Caroline do makeup for 12 people the morning of the wedding. Everyone looked beautiful thanks to them! They came to the hotel that we were getting ready at at 6:15 in the morning and they were both super awake and cheery and got the day started with a smile! They were flexible with time and locations and great to work with. Agnes did my makeup and spent so much time making sure every single detail was perfect!! I so appreciated the time and energy she put into making sure I looked great for my wedding day. Both women were super fun and awesome to get to know. We received nothing but compliments on how everyone looked. Both makeup artists were extremely efficient and everyone was done with plenty of time to spare! I would definitely recommend both Agnes and Caroline if you are looking for great makeup artists! :)

I was very happy with Brides by Kelly!
Kelly and Carolyn were the best and I was very happy with the outcome at my trail and the day of my wedding I felt like a princess!
My hair does not hold a curl tonsave my life and Kelly got curls in and to hold all night long! Carolyn did my makeup and made my eyes pop around my dark framed glasses, and even with crying a couple of times during the day my makeup still looked wonderful that night!
You won't be disappointed if you hire Brides by Kelly!

Kelly and her crew worked for us for my sister's wedding and my own wedding. They are fun and entertaining to work with! They all really know what they are doing when it comes to hair and make-up for events and they are even willing to tweak anything or any look depending on if the client liked the look or not. For my wedding, we had four bridesmaids, my mother, two flower girls and myself. So a total of six adults (hair and makeup) and two kids (just hair) and they completed hair and make-up for all of us within 4-5 hours. Love love love this vendor!

being that this was the most important day of my life thus far, I knew I wanted to be looking good for my future husband :) I really wanted the experience of having our hair and makeup team to travel to us so we could roll out of bed and just start the festivities of the day with getting pampered. Kelly from the beginning was so incredibly easy to work with and very reasonably priced. She offers great packages and even throws in some added bonuses. We had a total of 13 people getting ready the day of and we are all done in 6 hours, how I am not sure but it was amazing. Her team was absolutely fabulous and all of my ladies looked amazing!!! I do want to give a special shutout to Justine who made me feel absolutely GORGEOUS from my trial and even up to my wedding day. Not only was she my makeup artist but seriously a friend. She emailed me leading up to the big day to make sure I was doing well and to see if I had any questions/check in. She even followed up with me after the big day to see how everything went and thank me for letting her be a part of our day. Finally, I'd like to personally thank Kelly for stepping up just 3 weeks after having a baby to be one of our hair artist when something did not go as planned and I was left without a hair stylist 2 weeks before my wedding. You are a ROCKSTAR and super mom and I am so so happy I got to have you a part of our big day to make us all looking flawless. I seriously was so lucky to have Kelly and her team a part of my day and would HIGHLY recommend them to be a part of your big day, you will NOT be disappointed.

Brides by Kelly was fabulous. They provided only the make-up for my daughter's wedding but Justine did a great job! Everyone was very responsive and easy to work with. They were very accommodating for our make-up trials and on the day of the wedding Justine was on time with a smile on her face and ready to work. Kelly was AMAZING! After my previous stylist quit a week before my wedding, I was referred to Kelly through a mutual acquaintance. She was godsend; she knew exactly what I wanted and delivered it to perfection and answered any questions I had about placement of stray hairs (should they happen the day of) and also was able to even change it up the morning of when I asked her to because I was a nervous wreck and very indecisive. (I mean, the morning of my wedding, and she was professional and very attentive and made all of our heads ready for pictures!) my two daughters went first and have asked if she could do their hair from other events like graduation and prom! She did updos and long waves and styled one of my bridesmaids with multi-colored hair into a beautiful coif. I am SO LUCKY to have found Kelly!

I absolutely LOVED the services done by Brides By Kelly. Kelly was very good at responding to questions and answering quickly. The girls showed up to the hotel at 6:00 in the morning and started working on all of my bridesmaids and myself! I could not have picked a better company to work with for my wedding makeup. From the very beginning Kelly was responsive and very accommodating, even with the short notice of less than 2 months from the wedding she was able to secure Agnes to do my bridal makeup along with the rest of the 6 in my bridal party. Agnes was nothing short of SPECTACULAR. She knew exactly what type of colors to use with my completion and from a general description of what I was looking for. The trial was fantastic both Kelly and Agnes listened to what I needed and the makeup turned out even better than I could have hoped for. On the day of my wedding both Agnes and Kelly stayed in touched to let me know when they were going to arrive so I knew when to expect them. Kim and Agnes were great. I am not the kind of bride who had a clear picture of what I wanted, but they both helped me create the perfect look for my wedding. They were flexible with both me and my bridesmaids, allowing us to see what they'd done and make any changes we wanted. They also made what can be a stressful morning fun and relaxed. We all had a great time and I could not be happier with the results. Previously, I had also used Brides by Kelly when I was a bridesmaid in another wedding and recommended them to another bride before I was even getting married. Kelly was fantastic! I really wasn't sure who to have do my and my bridal party's makeup. I queried a few companies, and settled on Kelly because she was super responsive and fit into my budget. I also liked the natural look brides that she did for makeup. I live in Virginia, but was getting married in Chicago. Kelly was great about fitting a trial in during a wedding planning weekend trip while I was in Chicago. I had a few pictures to show her, and we talked through what would look good with my skin tone. I was also hesitant about fake lashes, but she convinced me and I'm so glad she did! Everyone looked great all night, and I got my lip gloss to keep so we could touch up all day/night (definitely a great perk)! I loved Kelly and would definitely recommend her!

Kelly and Agnes were incredible! They made my bridesmaids and I feel so beautiful, and I am so happy they were available to do our hair and makeup for my wedding! Not only are they great at what they do, they are the sweetest, most fun people. We spent 5+ hours with them getting ready on my wedding day, and they just fit right in with all the girls there. They walked in with a smile and talked and had fun with us. They are extremely flexible and understanding and made us feel very comfortable. One of the things I liked best about Kelly is that she always gave us her honest professional opinion about the styles we suggested but was happy to do any style the girls wanted. Kelly and Agnes are very good at what they do, and I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day. I'm still obsessing over my hair and makeup in all the pictures! Kelly was absolutely amazing! My sister had hired her for her wedding and she did such an amazing job that I hired her for mine! Kelly is very professional, she is always readily available to ask questions. She gets back to you promptly, is always on time, and has great ideas and suggestions. Kelly and her staff will fix hair/makeup if you didn't like something and won't stop until you are happy with the outcome. All my bridal party absolutely LOVED their hair and makeup! Kelly and Kim did an amazing job on my wedding day! I had an eyebrow wax a few days prior to the wedding, and my sensitive skin reacted horribly the wax. I was absolutely mortified, but Kelly was able to make my inflamed, angry skin disappear. My bridesmaids and mom were pleased with their hairstyles and makeup and I received tons of compliments on my sophisticated yet understated up-do. Kelly did all of our makeup and my updo, along with 2 other bridesmaids' hair. Kim did hair for my mom and 4 bridesmaids. Both ladies were easy to work with and friendly; the casual chatter and laughter continued throughout the morning.

Kelly was hands-down AWESOME. She was absolutely the right choice to begin my wedding day with. She was prompt, open to everyone's ideas, and really skilled at hair/makeup. I picked Kelly blindly based on reviews and I'm so glad I did. She was efficient but also fun and kept us going. She was not only tolerant of a steady stream of people coming in and out of the hotel room, but she interacted with my friends easily and laughed at them just as much as we did. She was part of things going on and not simply someone there to do a job, and she did that job fabulously at the same time. I cannot say enough good things about her. I looked fabulous on my wedding day because of her, and I was relaxed and calm because of her as well. You rock, Kelly. :)

Kelly was amazing! She has been doing this for awhile and has a great sense of what will look great on you. It was great that she would come over for the hair trial and come on site for the hair and makeup. She got my six bridesmaids, my mom, flower girl, and me ready within 5 hours. She is amazing! Hire Kelly to do your hair and make up for the wedding!

I used Brides by Kelly for my wedding makeup and bridesmaids makeup, and I could not be any happier! The makeup turned out great! There were absolutely no complaints on behalf of any of my bridesmaids or myself. I will always be able to look back and cherish the pictures/memories of my special day and know that I looked my absolute best. I highly recommend Brides by Kelly for any bride, event, etc., and hope to have the opportunity to work with Kelly again in the near future.

I hired Kelly to do my trial run and my hair/make up for my wedding. She also did hair and make up for my maid of honor, and hair for my 3 bridesmaids. She was very professional and patient. I asked her a bunch of questions and asked for her opinions and she gladly gave her 2 cents. My hair and make up looked fantastic and lasted even until the next morning. My BM's loved their hair as well. I'd recommend her!

Kelly is amazing! I found Kelly last minute as my original stylist cancelled. It was a blessing in disguise! My wedding was no small task, I had 12 people plus myself to get ready with full hair and make up! Kelly and her assistant did an amazing job. They kept on schedule, everyone loved how they looked and I received so many compliments through out the night on my hair and make up. She is affordable, friendly, professional, and does amazing work. I highly recommend Kelly as you will not be disappointed and you will feel as beautiful as you should on your wedding day!

Kelly is wonderful!

She was by far the most reasonable person that I contacted for my wedding!

She did my hair and make up, as well as hair and make-up for all of my bridesmaids. She definitely has a gift with hair as I feel I'm usually so picky. I never had to worry about hurting her feelings if I wanted to tweak something... she was so professional and so amazing!

Kelly was amazing! I got married on July 4th, America's biggest holiday and she met me and my girls at the church bright and early in the morning to start hair and make up. I even switched my hair style after the trial run and she was very cool and accommodating about the whole thing. Kelly is funny, quick and very professional, I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to look stunning on their wedding day! Thanks again Kelly it was fun working with you!!

Kelly and Kim came to my wedding venue to do hair and make-up for myself and 7 other ladies. They arrived early and worked hard to make sure everyone was happy with their hair and make-up. They did a fantastic job on all of us - Everyone looked stunning! They were super friendly and happy to do any touch ups and make any changes throughout the morning. Would highly recommend using them!

Kelly was SPECTACULAR! Super easy to talk to and very flexible. I had contacted her probably less than a month before my wedding and she was able to accommodate every request I had. She helped achieve the looks my bridesmaids asked for perfectly. My mother looked stunning. However, what I remember most was the way I felt - Kelly made me feel and look my best on such a monumental day. Words can't describe how happy I was with Kelly and her services - thank you so much!!!

Kelly was great! She and her assistant came onside to where my bridal party and I were getting ready...everyone's hair turned out really well... I loved both my hair and makeup. We had my trial about a month or two before and from that trial even made some minor adjustments for the day of. Kelly was very responsive and helpful along the way. Also, in terms of pricing, she was very reasonable... Especially compared to some pricing that I had received from other vendors. Thank you Kelly for helping to make my special day go without a hitch! The hair and makeup lasted through hours of dancing during the reception!

Kelly is who you want to do your hair and make up on your wedding day. I met Kelly while I was a bridesmaid at my friend's wedding. After spending the morning with her I knew she was the one to book for my day the following spring. For my wedding, she went with me to Sally Beauty to pick out extensions, so I could have my dream wedding long hair style, made my bridesmaids look HOT and my Mom and future mother in law feel as beautiful as they did when they got married.

Kelly and her colleague were absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. Kelly responds to emails promptly, she was very flexible in setting up a time for the trial hair and makeup and came to my home in Chicago, and she was always pleasant to work with. My hair and makeup and all of my bridesmaids looked amazing on the wedding day and I was so pleased I found her. Last, but not least, Kelly is a sweet and fun person who just added to the fun by being around while we were getting ready on our wedding day. They are a great value and I'd use them again in a heartbeat if I ever have a reason for needing to look so fabulous!

Kelly is amazing! I had 11 people getting their hair and makeup done on my wedding day and she accommodated everyone's needs! Kelly and her assistant made sure everyone was happy with their hair and makeup. I got so many compliments on my hair throughout the night and even by midnight it still looked perfect! Kelly and her assistant Kim were AMAZING!!! I contacted her back in October 2012 to inquire about information for hair/make up for my wedding that was in July. I got emails back from the companies I contacted and forgot about it. Kelly sent me an email again in Feb. to follow-up with me and that's when I started to do some more research about her and her work. I was blown away that she followed up with me after so many months passed and am so grateful she did! I ended up picking her for our wedding day and it was the best decision I made.

She is so personable, professional, and just really fit in with my entire bridal party. She came to the hotel we were staying at to help us get ready and was up to travel to us at an ungodly hour the day after a holiday. She was a blast and her work just speaks for itself. My hair stayed put without being shellacked to my head the entire day, through all my dancing, and even through sleeping that night.

I recommend her to ANYONE for any event in general or wedding. We had a large bridal party to do hair and make up for (11 girls total). She knocked it out of the park! We even finished ahead of schedule which in my book is fantastic. As a bride of a large group of girls needing to get ready, when I scheduled everyone for their hair and make I stressed that they must be there so we could keep the morning moving. Every girl was there and we rocked and rolled through it all.

Thanks again Kelly and Kim for your outstanding work and fun personalities! We all had a blast!

Brides by Kelly was wonderful!! Kelly made everything so easy and was so efficient! As soon as I met Kelly at my makeup trial, I knew there was a reason a family member kept recommending her! No only did she know exactly what I wanted from the few photos I showed her, but she was extremely personable, and I knew it would be fun working with her! As soon as she arrived on the day of the wedding she already knew what I wanted for the girl's hair and makeup, so we were able to get started right away! By the end of the day, everyone looked amazing, and I felt amazing knowing that everyone felt confident after their time with Kelly!

Kelly was so wonderful to work with. We had a unique situation as my mother was going through chemotherapy and we weren't sure if she would still have her hair on the wedding day. I contacted Kelly late the night before the wedding to add my mom back on to the contract, and she had no problem accommodating the change. In addition to being a great and easy person to work with, our hair and makeup looked amazing! It held up for the entire day and night, even through rain, tears, and sweat. I'm so happy I found her and would recommend her to any bride!

Kelly was fantastic! She was very professional and friendly, and most of all, she is excellent at what she does. The day of the wedding she was timely and helpful-especially to the girls who didn't know exactly what they wanted their hair to look like. For my hair she was able to quickly look at a picture I found and replicate it beautifully. My hair and make up stayed looking great all day-which was a task since we had an outdoor wedding and it rained twice during the day. I was so grateful for Kelly on my wedding day. After meeting with her for the trial run I knew I had nothing to worry about and could relax and have fun with my bridesmaids the morning of the wedding!

Kelly was great! She was so easy to work with! She helped me relax before my wedding day as well as on the big day. She has the best prices and the best service around! Kelly was a superstar!!! I will be figuring out more events that require my hair and make-up to be done just so that I may use her services. Besides her flair with hair and make-up her "bedside manner" is the best! Such a pleasure even when it was her with 5 bridesmaids, a bride and mother of the bride in line for hair and make-up before a 2PM wedding and just her to complete! She finished it all with amazing results and time to spare. The hair and make-up lasted all night and even through a impromptu rendition of 'NSync's Bye Bye Bye full dance routine! Thank you Kelly, I could not have asked for more!
