J&B was the only place I went wedding dress shopping and I ended up picking the third dress I tried on. Amy was so helpful before and during my appointment. When I went in I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted. Before the appointment Amy communicated with me about styles of dresses and had me send her dresses I liked from their website. She then used this information to pull dresses for me at the appointment. It was such a fun day and I found a dress better than anything I could have imagined!

The team at J&B is absolutely phenomenal. After 4 appointments at other boutiques, I came to J&B heartbroken, thinking the dress of my dreams didn't exist. Amy, my consultant, was patient and kind as we worked through the racks to find dresses that suited what I was looking for. I ended up finding the most beautiful dress, belt and veil at J&B. They also made the alterations and finishing processes simple and calming. We had such a good experience getting my bridal gown that we went back for my husband's suit, dresses for my mother, grandmother and bridesmaid, and rental suits for my father and brother. This team is simply amazing and professional, and I recommend them to everyone!

My Dress named Inga
I came there to look for a wedding dress, not thinking that I would find THE dress, but I did! They didn't have a big selection for me due to the fact that I needed a small train and I had a small budget. But then the sales lady brought me my Maggie Soratto and Midgley dress named Inga! It was perfect, went right with my theme and under my budget!!! It was meant to be!!

We’ve been coming to J&B for formal wear for over a decade, and knew we wanted to come here for our wedding dress and tux rentals. The whole team is knowledgeable and welcoming. Ireland was so friendly and fun to work with--she understood my style, was respectful of our budget, and was encouraging throughout the whole process. Jim provided fitting for all the guys in our wedding party and was invaluable in helping us decide the style and fit of our tuxedos.

The experience at J&B Bridal made us feel like family. The most excellent service and the staff are beyond kind! At first, it was a little nerve wrecking to try on dresses, but Jamie made me feel very confident and helped my family and maid of honor enjoy the experience with me. I could never have imagined such a positive experience trying on and selecting a dress. I highly recommend getting alterations done through their preferred seamstresses as well, specifically Chris Anne. She was amazing! The bridesmaid dress selection is outstanding and they were very accommodating with bridesmaids that were coming from out of town.
My husband absolutely loved his experience working with Jim to select his suit and his groomsmen's suits. Again, the discounts offered since I got my dress there were amazing, but the service just blew us away! Jim, Jamie and company made it a fairy tale experience for us.

I have used J & B Bridals since I was a teenager for my prom dresses. So I knew for my wedding day I would not go anywhere else for my wedding dress. From beginning to end they were the best of the best. Their customer service, friendliness, sincerity, and genuine personalities make working with them an out of this world experience. My husband and I as well as our bridal party especially loved Jackie, Jim, and Brenda. They truly went above and beyond. But in all honesty the entire staff is amazing. This is a family run business and you feel like family when you go to J&B. Their dress and tux selection is amazing! Finding my dream dress, the pricing, the payments all the way down to alterations was so easy and stress free. They worked with us in regards to getting all the tuxedo arrangements even when most of the groomsmen did not live in the area. With all the stress a wedding day brings it was nice that the dress and tuxedos was not on that list! Will recommend this to all of my friends and family 10/10. For my dress, veil, alterations, and 7 groomsmen tuxedo rentals it totaled 3,200$.

The team at J and B provided excellent service. My fiancé and I looked at other companies for his (and his groomsmen's) suits, but we were so please by the service and options J and B had, it made our decision easy. J and B catered to everything we wanted. They took accurate measurements and assisted a few guys from out of town to ensure the suits were a good fit. This is an amazing store･my grandparents founded it before i was born. Its really fun to go in there and look at all the fabulous dresses. Im Jackies daughter btw. I found the wedding dress of my dreams at J&B. I fell in love with their service so much that i returned to them to get my bridesmaids dresses and all of our tuxes there as well. Their customer service is top notch. Many times i stopped in without an appointment to check on my orders and they always helped me with a smile on their face.
I even showed up one day (again without an appointment) because i was second guessing my veil. Someone dug out my dress for me to try on and helped me work through a few different veil options until i found one i loved.
J&B has a large and beautiful selection paired with the best customer service. I would recommend them again and again!

When choosing my dress I didn’t think of J&B at first. I went to a chain and tried on probably every dress they had. They had me sharing a consultant both times I went and I definitely did not feel special or like they cared. My mom suggested J&B and that was the best decision I made. I worked with the best consultant and, after telling her what I was looking for, she pulled the PERFECT dress! It felt so personal and so amazing I could not have asked for a better experience. I think some people are under the impression that J&B is out of their price range, but they have options for every price range. Their staff really knows how to make you feel welcome and special. I had tried a chain wedding dress store and I left there underwhelmed and disappointed. My experience with J&B made me feel great about my options and super excited to try everything on. We also rented the suits from them and again, the service was unparalleled. They made all of us feel so special and I will always recommend them to anyone who'll listen.

Days before my appointment they asked questions about what kind of dress I wanted and they had several already chosen for me to try based on my preferences. J&B was fantastic, Jackie in particular! This was the first bridal shop I visited, but I wasn't quite ready to say yes to any dress. I came back a few weeks later after trying on many more dresses, but I just had to go back to J&B one more time. I tried on the same dresses as the first time, and the Jackie and my mom suggested I try adding a belt to one of them, and that ended up being my wedding dress. Jackie fit me so well in a size 16 (I needed an 8) that I could totally picture how it would fit me once the right size came in (too well actually, because the fabric wouldn't actually allow me to sit in the dress if it were as tight as Jackie had it, which I would have liked). I definitely recommend this shop - so much to choose from too!

Jim at J&B Bridals is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is not only extremely proficient at his job, he is just as pleasant throughout the entire experience. I had a wedding party of 8, and we never spent any longer than 30 minutes in the shop for initial, and final fittings. He, and the entire staff at J&B are knowledgeable, pleasant, and so easy to work with. Jim made this easy for me and my guys, and I will be forever grateful for that. I absolutely recommend this local business to ANYONE that is about to get married, I am sure that you will not regret it.

We loved our experience with J&B Bridals! Jami was the kindest, most accommodating wedding dress consultant, and we couldn’t have asked for a better appointment. She listened to my preferences, brought me a wide range of beautiful dresses to try on, and was extremely encouraging during the entire process. I tried on about ten dresses, and found a gorgeous wedding gown (and it was on sale!). J&B was the first place my mom and I looked for my wedding dress, and we are so grateful for the experience we had with this wonderful family-owned business. Thank you, Jami!

This place is fantastic for any fancy occasion. I bought my wedding dress and most of my bridesmaids' dresses here. They were very accommodating and responsive to our requests, even when I wanted to bring in my various family members on different days to look at the dress I was getting. This shop may have been an hour away from me but as another reviewer said it was well worth the drive. I loved my dress and they even shipped my bridesmaids their dresses to various parts of the US! The alterations were fast and looked well done. I did not particularly care for the way the dress fit up top after the alterations but I probably could have said something more about it and it would have been changed. Amy was the salesperson who helped me select everything and she was very responsive. She even called to remind me when I needed to have things done. Great service.

J&B really came in clutch for us before my wedding! My mother had ordered a dress from another shop, and they failed to tell her prior to purchase that the entire top could not be altered because of the heavy beading. When the dress didn't fit, we weren't sure we would be able to find another dress that she liked (she's picky) and that could be altered in such a short timeframe. Enter: J&B. The minute we walked in we were greeted by a friendly face. After explaining our situation to the associate, she went through the racks with us and pulled everything that she thought would be a possibility. After finding a dress my mom loved, we went straight up to the seamstress who took measurements and started pinning right then and there. We picked it up the next week and it fit my mom perfectly - it was a dream come true! She looked beautiful on my wedding day and I was so happy to see her happy!

J&B Bridals is the best! I went to them way back when for my prom dress and was blown away with their selection. I knew that there was no where else I could go for my wedding dress. From the beginning where they special ordered a gown to the end, when they understood that I didn't love it but instead loved another one, to working with my bridesmaids, both in the salon and over the phone because some were states away- J&B, went above and beyond. Especially Amy!! I highly recommend their shop to any bride, you cannot go wrong. The amazing customer service and just beautiful atmosphere- it's totally worth the trip!

I went to J&B Bridals for both my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses. Jami was AMAZING. She already knew what style I was looking for and what price range I was looking at before I even went in for my appointment. She was so patient with me when I wanted to go back and try on some again! And then when I found the perfect dress at another store, Jami was able to find it and order it for me matching the price I would have gotten it for! It was so amazing! My bridesmaids loved their dresses from Mori Lee as well! Once I bought the dresses - everyone was still so helpful answering all my questions and recommending someone for the alterations and preservation! Purchased my wedding dress in Spring 2016
After searching high and low for a particular Mori Lee wedding dress I wanted to try on, I found that J&B Bridals had the sample in store. It was a six hour round trip for me to get there, but well worth it since the dress was the one! Jami was wonderful to work with, and flexible when we had to change a couple planned dates to come out and try on/pick up the dress.
Since I went with one dress in mind, I didn't really do any browsing, but they appear to have a very good selection of gowns. The shop itself is neat and orderly (which can't be said for all those I visited) and everyone working there seemed super friendly and helpful.
I believe they do have alterations onsite, so for local brides it would make a great one-stop shop.

I can't say enough great things about my J&B Bridal experience! The first time I went was my first time EVER trying on wedding dresses, so needless to say I was a little overwhelmed. I worked with Jami and she was extremely helpful in helping me find what designers and styles I liked, and at no point did I ever feel pressured to "say yes to the dress"! They also were very respectful of my price range and never tried to sell me on a dress that was too expensive. I left after my first appointment without a dress, at no fault of the store. Over the next month or so I had several more appointments with Jami to try and find my dream dress, I found so many beautiful dresses but not "the one." Ultimately I found my dress at another store but because of how much I loved Jami and how much she had done for me I checked with them about ordering it in. The best news came the day she called and said she could, not only was I getting my dream dress but I was getting it for less than the other store had it listed for. Jami and the whole team were my absolute heros, I had many near breakdowns during the dress part of my wedding planning and Jami was always there for me. She made me feel beautiful and quieted my unflattering thoughts.
When it came time to get my bridesmaids dresses I knew we had to make our first stop J&B. We only spent and hour and a half of trying on dresses before we picked the most perfect dress. It was wonderful being able to use Jami for both processes, it felt more personable and by that time she knew what I was going for and how my brain worked.
The last step was ordering all the tux's for our guys. It was so hard to find a common time for all to be there but J&B allowed us to make several appointments to accommodate everyone. They all came in on time and were perfect.
J&B made one of the most stressful parts of wedding planning fun and enjoyable, I would recommend them 1,000 times over!!

Reasonable prices and excellent staff. I was even able to order extra fabric with my dress for sleeves. J&B was so helpful I highly recommend you go here!

J&B is simply wonderful. Not only do they have an extensive selection of wedding gowns, they treat you like family. I worked with Jackie but I observed other brides and everyone was treated so well and clearly was having a wonderful experience. I was a slow decision maker but it was worth the wait because I completely fell in love with my gown. Jackie was beyond patient in pulling styles as a kept changing my mind. She celebrated and was genuinely happy for me when I found "the one". Then she helped me select the absolutely perfect veil and headpiece to complete the look. I could not have been happier with my selection and Jackie helped me find the dress that was truly me. Alterations was an excellent experience, as well, and Connie worked with me to make my dress and bustle all I hoped it would be. J&B truly does care about its customers and cares about their experience. It's interesting to note that so many faces at J&B have been there for quite a while. It says something about the model of a company when their employees are loyal and lasting. J&B definitely has a special place in my heart when I think about my wedding journey.

J&B Bridal is a one stop shop for wedding attire as they offer tux, bridesmaids dresses, wedding gowns, prom dresses, and all accessories such as belts, veils, jewelry, etc. My consultant was Jackie and she was fabulous. She easily accommadated for the large group I had with me and was very personable!

had my first wedding dress try on ever at J & B Bridals. It was such a wonderful experience. Upon arriving, I had the notion in my head that it was going to be waste of time. That I wouldn't find a pretty dress for my size, that I wouldn't have any options within my price range, and that I would be uncomfortable with the whole process. To my surprise, I had the most wonderful salesperson, she was excellent. That day, I found and purchased my beautiful dress under budget. My salesperson found the styles that would compliment me, within my budget, and kept in mind my vision. I was totally comfortable with her. She gave me great advice and suggestions. J&B Bridal made my daughter's dress selection such a special day. Jamie was our consultant and she was such fun. She cares so much about the bride and caters to her needs and wants. J&B has a great selection and also has alteration services. We had my daughter's dress altered there and I'm so glad we did. The price was so reasonable and the dressmaker was fantastic. Working with J & B Bridals and Tuxedos was a great experience. We ordered our tuxes through them. We did not get married in our home town, and our bridal party was from all over the country. The staff went above and beyond to help make sure everything was ordered and on-time (aka early!) for the groom and groomsmen. My family arrived two days before the wedding and my brothers had some issues with their tuxes because they had to call in their measurements from out of state and they were incorrect (not J & B's fault). This could have been a crisis but J & B Bridals and Tuxes was so flexible and responsive to our problem and corrected it so my brothers could be fitted correctly the very next day. Additionally, the shop is not open on Sundays but a woman met us the morning after our wedding to take the tuxes so we wouldn't have to come all the way back (3.5 hours) to drop off the tuxes on a weekday before our honeymoon. They really went above and beyond and we are so thankful we had the opportunity to work with them for our big day! Such nice friendly staff and overall a great experience. If we could go back and get married again, we would choose to order our tuxes from J & B Bridals and Tuxedos a thousand times over!

I had a wonderful experience at this bridal shop! After visiting 5 others I was getting overwhelmed, and this shop exceeded my expectations. Elise was my stylist for the appointment, I wasn't pressured or rushed at all. She allowed me to try the dresses on and off many times. I was having some trouble deciding and she helped me match the bridesmaid dress colors and men's tux colors. She went out of her way to help me in my selection and made me feel like the most important person in the place. They were having a trunk show and I got my beautiful dress on sale! The owners are wonderful and I can honestly say this bridal shop is one of the best I've ever been too. Great people and awesome selection. I'd recommend them to any bride to be! Also they have a good selection of tux wear and bridesmaids dresses! The alterations were wonderful as well, working with me and offering late night appointments too! They even traveled to meet me close to my home when my veil was left at the shop after being steamed! I loved my wedding dress!

I came back to J and B after buying a bridesmaid gown there several years prior. They carried the designer who made the dress I fell in love with years ago. The store no longer carried the dress as a sample, however they offered to have the dress shipped in for a fee for which I would be reimbursed if I ordered the dress. I explained that I didn't need to try it on, as long as they had a dress in a similar color (blush) and style. Jamie was my consultant and she was able to provide a dress in the color and style. I tried on the two dresses, was able to picture the dream dress, and made the decision to order it. I couldn't have been happier, it was everything I imagined! Jamie was amazing! She's bubbly, personable, and makes you feel so comfortable from the start. She was also super accommodating. I have a fluctuating work schedule and bridesmaids from out of town. Jamie always made every effort to squeeze in an appointment. The other J and B staff that helped with our appointments were also awesome! I couldn't be more pleased with my whole experience!

Met with Amy in late September to look for my dress for my upcoming wedding in June. I came in with a particular dress in mind that I wanted to try on. Amy was fabulous. She had that dress picked out along with others that were similar. Then she had my bridesmaids pick out something they wanted to see me try on, which made the whole dress shopping a little less stressful and more fun. I actually wound up not picking my original dress but one that Amy had picked out. When I put it on I knew it was the one. I highly recommend going to J&B for your wedding dress. We also purchased the bridesmaids dresses the same day. Amy is wonderful and a very sweet person to work with. I am very grateful she was there to help me make such a big decision.

I purchased my wedding gown and J&B Bridals back in June of 2014 for my 9/12/15 wedding. Jamie was my bridal consultant, and she was so wonderful. I am generally a picky person, so Jamie had her work cut out for her as choosing my bridal gown was no different. She really listened to what I was looking for and gave me a great selection of dresses to try. I never would have guessed I would chose a dress during my first bridal appointment, but she sure hit the nail on the head with the champagne-colored Maggie Sottero Bronwyn dress. I had a wonderful experience! Walked in, Showed the lady what I wanted, and they had the dress for me to try on. I didn't really wanna try anything else on But I tried on a couple others to please everyone. I still ended up with the first dress I tried on! They made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. There is no way I would have went to anyone else when I was looking for the bridal gown. I have been using J&B for many years. From proms to homecomings and when I was shopping for my gown they are in my opinion THE BEST! I worked with Jamie who allowed me to email her with options and any questions I had! Jamie listened to all my ideas that I had and went above and beyond to make me feel so special. We also rented our tuxes from J&B. Jim and his team really worked very hard to make sure that the guys looked very sharp and handsome. Everyone who works at J&B makes you feel like family. They also greet you with a smile and are willing to help you in anyway to take added stress off your day. Alterations for my gown went so smoothly. Deb worked very diligent to make sure my gown fit me perfectly. Everyone worked so hard and added such a personal touch to everything. They truly contributed a lot in making my husband and I's day special!

I really enjoyed my experience at J&B Bridal. They were really friendly and helpful. I felt very relaxed and ended up with the most beautiful dress after one trip. I was also able to get my dress altered there.

J & B Bridals is amazing! It was such a wonderful experience working with them for my wedding dress. Customer service is much better than the chain stores and their prices and the quality of merchandise they carry are better as well. Amy was so helpful in finding me the perfect wedding dress as well as my mother and bridal party. Theresa did our alterations and she was so much fun to work with and did an amazing job on my gown.

Love love love my dress! I live in Atlanta, GA and looked at a few places around there before going to J&B Bridal. It was a friend's recommendation and I couldn't wait to go check it out while I was visiting my mom in Maryland. There were so many amazing dresses that I knew I was in the right place immediately; now it was just a matter of picking the perfect one! Jackie was the most helpful, most cheerful, most amazing sales rep!! She wasn't pushy at all and made me feel exactly as a bride should while picking her wedding dress. I was so at ease with her; she made the entire experience so fun and exciting. It was as I had always imagined it and when I put on my wedding dress both my mom and I teared up when we knew it was the one. She gave us such amazing customer service from start to finish that we also purchased my mom's dress and my flower girl dresses from her. Love J&B and Jackie!!

J & B Bridal was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I went there. Jackie helped me and I knew from my initial phone call to set up an appointment that the quality of service was going to be great. She asked me to email her photos of dressed I've tried on as well as pictures of dresses I liked so she could pull some things ahead of time to be ready when I arrived. During my initial appointment after trying multiple gowns, I found the one! It was totally different from what I was expecting to like but I had tried it on at Jackie's suggestion and it was perfect. I needed to think about it and Jackie was very understanding. I came back later to make a final decision. She helped me not only find the gown but also accessorized it with the perfect belt.
My dress was a huge hit at the wedding and with everyone who sees the photos. Great selection and service at this store! Not close to my home (about an hour away) but well worth the drive.

I loved my wedding dress. I walked in the shop and immediately felt like a princess. The staff was so nice and friendly and made me feel like I was on top of the world. I ended up going with a dress I didn't think I would like but that the staff felt would look great on me. Boy were they right! I didn't want to take it off! They know what they are doing and stay within the price range you want, they don't try to push anything on you! I loved everyone there....it was an amazing experience!

This place didn't originally have the dress I was looking for so I spent some time trying on a few others. There were some contenders but I really just wanted the one that I found before. They were able to order it for me and it was amazing! The staff there was really great too (especially Jackie, very helpful!!) and I was very happy with the alterations.

J & B bridal gave me the ultimate bridal experience!! They listened to my wish list and allowed me to try as many dresses as I wanted! Even when I went over my time slot another consultant stepped in. They even stayed after close for me during my second visit!!!!! They made me feel like the first bride-to-be they had. Very complimentary. Also, I received a million compliments on my dress. I would do it all over again if I could, and I would choose J & B every time!!!

From Day 1 of even me (the bride) calling in to speak with someone, I was given Jackie to work with. She was amazing and the level of professionalism and hospitality she treated me with never changed from the phone conversations, emails, and in-person experiences.

J&B is great! My sisters and I got our prom dresses from there. The Resh family is so kind and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. When it came time to find my wedding dress, I knew I would get it from J&B Bridals and I could not be happier with my decision!

I loved my experience at J&B Bridal. I came from Winchester, VA and my sister had booked an appointment with them. We arrived a little early, and she let us choose whichever dresses we wanted from the racks. I've heard of other places limiting how many you could try on, but they were extremely flexible and helpful. I tried on many dresses, as this was my first, and only stop, but they were so experienced with helping me narrow my focus to exactly what I wanted. I had a quick turnaround time for my wedding and they worked to help me with the budget and I ended up purchasing a sample dress. The seamstress for the store was great and put in countless hours to making my dress absolutely perfect. I purchased my bridesmaid dresses from here and got a dress for another wedding all on the same day. I would recommend them to everyone and I have already! Absolutely lovely to work with and they take great care and pride in their work.

I loved my wedding dress so much. and the shopping process was really easy thanks to J&B. It was the first and only place I went shopping for a dress, and I only tried on 7 before I found "the one." Our salesgirl was really friendly and overall it was just a very pleasant experience. I got my jewelry & shoes from J&B too and would recommend them to anyone.

I got an amazing dress in March 2014 for a July 2015 wedding. The girl who helped me no longer works there, but she was so nice and catered to me and my likes and just made sure I had a great experience. This was the first place I went to look for a dress, and even after a year in my closet, I knew it was the one! I also did not have to spend thousands of $$$$ on a dress nor was I pressured to! There were so many really beautiful dresses in my budget and a very attentive staff. The dress came within 4 months of ordering!

From the moment we walked in the shop, the staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They showed my daughter two dresses based on what she told them she wanted. The first one fit her perfectly and was exactly what she had pictured!! We couldn't have had a better experience!!

J&B bridal was such a blessing to find. The shopping experience was so nice that this is the only place I ended up looking. Went back a few times before I found the perfect dress and Jamie was patient with me each time. She was the absolute best!! When I was shopping for my wedding dress, I had visited 7 bridal shops and wasn't finding THE dress. Our last stop was J & B Bridals in Chambersburg, PA. J & B is an hour drive from where we live, but it is ABSOLUTELY worth the trip for us. I actually had purchased 2 of my prom dresses from them in high school. I am so glad that I took my business back to where I always shopped for my special event gowns. The owners, Jim & Barb, are so accommodating and were always so helpful to us every time we came by the shop. They actually shared in the excitement with you of your wedding day. This family owned bridal shop is a totally different feel from your chain bridal stores like David's Bridal. They are all about customer service and that is exactly what I was looking for. I found my perfect dress at J & B and it feels that much better to have purchased it at a shop like this. We were so happy with our experience that even though it is a drive for us, we ended up getting the bridesmaids dresses and tuxes from them as well. J & B is THE best bridal and gown shop!!

I purchased my wedding dress from J&B for our March 2015 wedding. Jackie was my consultant that day and she and the rest of the staff were so friendly throughout the process when I visited the shop multiple times over the last year for alterations and tux measurements/rentals. The people in this store go out of their way to make sure the customer has a good experience and I truly appreciated that. My wedding dress and the men’s tuxedos were stunning and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to go with J&B – and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for their dress or tux!

I shopped around Harrisburg for my dress before I went to J&B. I'm not a girly girl and didn't want a Cinderella dress. I should have gone there first. They listened to what I was looking for and pulled several dresses for me to try on. I fell in love with the first one. I tried on some others but I had found my dress. I can't thank Jim and his team enough to help me say yes to my dress.

My wife's absolutely exquisite wedding dress was the most beautiful dress I've ever seen. The brides maids dresses were beautiful as well with many of compliments. The tuxes were comfortable, stylish, and perfect weight for a summer wedding - all the guys loved them.
I would recommend J & B Bridals to anyone looking to make their special day perfect. All my siblings (3) have gone to J & B Bridals for their weddings and we wouldn't have imagined going anywhere else!

I have no negative words to say about this business. They were simply amazing from start to finish (even steaming my dress the day before my wedding because as a bride it slipped my mind). My dress didn't have a bustle when it came in, which didn't catch my attention until the day of my reception OPPS! I won't holding them accountable as I see it as a designer thing, and even if I did hold them accountable it wouldn't have even made me mad because they were truly that wonderful! I would recommend this place to every bride, groom, and prom goer I meet, their customer service is just stellar! You will feel special!!

Additionally, my bridesmaids' gowns and all the guys' tuxes were stunning! I've never seen a more beautiful wedding party!
