I highly recommend this store. The people that worked there are so professional and really get to know their clientele. They found me my dream dress and I couldn't be happier. They give amazing deals and I love that once you purchase a dress from them that you also get discounts on other items. My husband and his groomsmen rented their suits from BT and it went great. There was some setbacks due to different shoe sizes and Kelly the owner made sure to contact the warehouse to get them changed. I love Bridal Traditions and couldn't recommend them enough!

I had the best experience shopping here. All of the dresses I tried on were affordable and amazing quality. The service was also incredible - I had personalized attention at my bridal appointment and again when I went to pick up my purchased dress. My dress came in before it was expected and they communicated that promptly to me! The staff gave me great recommendations for a seamstress who was also amazing and affordable. I cannot recommend Bridal Traditions enough!!

From the moment I stepped in the door to pick out a dress until the day that I picked up my gown I felt like I was the center of everyone’s attention there. Last Minute Wedding Dress
My husband and I had a super short (6 week) engagement. I showed up to Bridal Traditions 4 weeks before our wedding after having a bad experience at David's Bridal and winding up with a dress that just didn't feel like me. I walked in to Bridal Traditions without an appointment and the staff were so sweet and accommodating. They set me up with a stylist on the spot who helped me pick and try on dresses. They had a great selection of plus size dresses that were super flattering and I ultimately purchased my dream dress from them. I can't express what a great experience I had with them.

Kelly was very helpful without being pushy or overbearing, offering suggestions and advice when appropriate. My mom and I loved our experience there and appreciated how calm and laid back it all was. We bought my veil, earrings and hair vine that matched my dress as well.

My Day at Bridal Traditions
I called 3 weeks for a reservation and I told the owner I was scared and I felt funny about my massive weight loss. I didn’t deal with people being close to me or helping me. She made me feel very comfortable and scheduled me a private day so I would not feel so uncomfortable. Last Friday that day came. Got to where her shop was at a hour ahead of time. Went to Food Lion cried my eyes out. Pulled in her parking lot set out there for another 20 minutes just trying to walk in the door. I finally made it in the door. The shop is beautiful. They took me straight back made me feel so comfortable. Took their time with me. I had worked myself up for the most amazing day ever. I tried on 3 dresses but the last one I could look at myself in that full size mirror. I saw a beautiful woman looking back at me. I have told everyone I know this is the place to go. I will forever be grateful for the owner and the sweet girl that worked with me. I am beautiful and I realize that now.

You Perfect Dress
I found my perfect dress here, at Bridal Traditions. It was the first time trying on dresses and I didn’t expect to get mine that day. I tried on about 7 or 8 and the lady was so kind and so patient. Bridal traditions helped me have a stress free day from the start. Kelly helped me pick out my bridesmaids dresses in ombré and despite the challenge the colors turned out perfect. I picked out my dress the same day and my dress was everything I wanted it to be. The guys suspenders and bow ties was perfect. Kelly and her team helped with any questions I had and made this experience wonderful.

Both members of staff who helped me find my dress were wonderful. Very helpful and kind, they were honest and polite about helping my mom and I find my dress. There was never a pushy sales feeling. They had great attention to detail. They knew what type of dress I wanted but still showed similar dresses they thought I would like. It was like shopping for an outfit with friends, very laid back, fun, and productive. Love the dress we found!! Everything was beautiful there and reasonably priced. Even the alterations lady they recommended, Cheryl, was fantastic!

We came in without an appointment as we weren't sure we were going to be able to make it there from a previous bridal appointment. Kelly took the time to learn what I liked in a dress, and then did everything she could to make sure that "the one" was truly the one. I felt my dress lacked a little lace and she laid a lace scrap perfectly over the shoulders so I could see what it would look like, and let me buy that specific lace scrap. You can also save a lot of money here! A perfect, small-town bridal shop with a warm atmosphere and superb customer service.

When I started looking for the dress I kept seeing these beautiful and affordable dresses my friends and family in NC were liking. I live in MI and we decided to road trip it to dress shop here (and visit my NC fam)! Not disappointed Kelly was awesome and very professional and helpful. What a great quaint shop!
I must admit I was intimidated at first thinking it was going to be a way out of budget type of place. I was surprised by how reasonably priced the prom dresses were and then to see that they also do tux rentals and layaway was a huge plus!! Kelly was fantastic and so attentive to not only us but to the bride to be that came in as well. The dresses were in sizes from 2-16 and that's just what I noticed! Beautiful dress shop very clean and classy a must see!!

I love the staff here at Bridal Traditions! They are amazing people and are so super friendly. Whenever we came in to the shop, whether it was my bridal party or the groomsmen, Kelly and the staff always knew exactly where we were on wedding chaos and helped to calm our fears about being newly weds as well as ease some of the process of how crazy it gets. Kelly and the alterations lady was incredible with my dress; I had two deciding factors, I wanted it old timey as well as long sleeves. I found my perfect dress and the alterations lady added in the sleeves for me! The dress alterations didn't take long at all and it was such a breeze. They kept you up to date on alterations and always managed to stay up to date on everybody. I love this shop and I highly recommend giving it a look through because it is full of amazing ladies and amazing dresses.

I love bridal traditions! Kelly is the best & helped me so much with picking out my dress, veil, headpiece, grooms attire, bridesmaids dress, she helped with it all! The staff here is great as well, always ready to help you find whatever you need. I will always recommend Bridal Traditions to anyone!

My wedding was less than 2 wks ago and I got my gown from Bridal Traditions almost a yr ago and it was just perfect. I dealt mostly with Kelly, and her in house seamstress Julie, and those ladies did such a good job taking care of me and my dress needs, especially as it got closer to the wedding date, and I just couldn't be more satisfied with choosing Bridal Traditions.

When I booked my appointment, Kelly asked me what my dress size was and what I was looking for and had many dresses pulled for me when I arrived. I walked down the aisle in the SECOND dress I tried on! She was able to work with ALL of my bridesmaids, and ALL of our groomsmen as well! Bridal Traditions was local, convenient, and we received discounts for getting ALL of our wedding attire there! I was absolutely MORE than satisfied with our decision to shop with Kelly at Bridal Traditions!
