LOVED LOVED LOVED my dress!!! Bridal Collections has a great selection of sale/clearance dresses. I didn't have room in my apartment for my dress, so they held it for me for a YEAR!! They even did a spot cleaning treatment for me in between :) Loved it all! They didn't pressure me to try on dresses I didn't like. They were amazing.

I came into this store to shop for my dress. the gal that helped me refused to let me pick dresses myself and try them on. She continued to tell me that I wouldn't fit into anything (keep in mind that I am a size 14). I finally had to put my foot down to try on dresses but she wouldn't stop there, still implying that I was too fat.

By the time I left the store... With NO dress, I was in tears!!

I got my dream dress from there. It is absolutely stunning! The service was pretty good. I think the only problem I had there was that I ordered gloves but they gave me the pair they had for display instead. They did give me a 20% refund though, but I think for a pair of many-people-tried-on gloves (also had stains, and I cannot return them), that 20% discount was a bit low.

My dres was beautiful, a little spendy but the staff was very helpful and friendly!

For the most part this place was great. They had a large variety of dresses to choose from in a reasonable price range. However, you have to be carefull about who you get to help you. Some are more knowledgeable than others. Also... when they measure you make sure they measure you correctly. One of my bridesmaids was measured and ordered a dress for 3 sizeds bigger than needed and had to pay a ton for alterations.

Moved everything about the staff and my dress was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen

I purchased my wedding dress from them and was very underwhelmed by the service I received. The associate didn't seem to have any helpful info about what would look good on me and I pretty much picked out all of my apparel on my own. The person who did my fitting was kind and I was happy with the dress overall. If I had it to do over again I would have demanded better service or gone somewhere else.
