  I loved the service here. Billy was very accommodating to our needs and wants. She helped in every way she could. She allowed us to make various changes with no problem! Thank you Billmade our wedding perfect with these rentals. We rented the Colonnade Arch Way and about 120 chairs. They were a perfect setting for our outdoor wedding! Thank you Billy you made our wedding perfect with these rentals.

  My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from Bradley Rentals. Billie was extremely personable and flexible with our plans. They delivered on time, set up efficiently and were easy to work with when finalizing the sale after the event.

  I rented my chairs from Bradley Rentals for my wedding on Oct. 22, 2011. I had a great experience with them. I went to my venue at 12:00 for my wedding @ 4:00 and the chairs were already there and in place. They picked them up the next day, no fuss with this vendor. I gave a 3 for responsiveness because I had called a few times and was told I would get a brochure in the mail and never recieved it. I then used email and continued communication that way with quick responses.

  We rented our chairs for the ceremony and also a punch fountain from here. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, was delivered on time, and aside from having to set up the chairs ourselves for the ceremony, they did pretty much everything for us that involved what we were renting from them. The prices seemed fair and they had a pretty good selection.

  Place is a joke

  Owner is too busy to talk. Manager doesn’t know how to manage time. If you want to waste your time and money this is the place!

  Horrible Experience

  We rented linens, chairs, and a tent for our wedding. Some of them were already dirty when we first took them out of the bag. Then they accused us of letting black mold to form on them and charges us without any notice, bill, invoice or authorization and then was very rude when I called to ask about it. I’m not sure how black mold forms in 36 hours, unless they forgot to take them out of the bag for two weeks.. because that’s when the charge came. We also paid a damage waiver upfront but conveniently covers everything but linens when we asked about it. I would check out other places.

  The representative that we dealt with was friendly, responsive and professional until the week of the wedding. Then she was unprofessional, rude and seemed unconcerned with our needs. Dealing with Bradley Rentals was the most stressful part of our wedding experience.

  Bradley Rentals's reply:

  As with most things, there are also two sides to this story. The customer rented a tent, among other items. The tent was scheduled for setup on Friday; however, I told them if possible we would set the tent up on Thursday to allow them more time for decorating. Because of a deluge of rain on Thursday, we were not able to set up until Friday, and I had setup scheduled for 12:30 pm to allow some time for the ground to soak up some of the rain from the previous day. That did not please the bride's father who freely and loudly expressed his anger to me. We were also supposed to be able to drive right up to the tent sight, but because gravel was not put down, our guys had to carry everything about 100 yards to the actual site. Although that was not included in our charge to them, we did not add any extra to the fee even though it took our guys a significantly longer amount of time. While I realize that tensions run high when a wedding is involved, I was attempting to make the best decision possible based on the conditions we were working under. When an outdoor wedding is planned, it is often necessary to be somewhat more flexible because of unforeseeable conditions such as weather.
