I had a wonderful experience with Bostonian Jewelers. I contacted them to design a custom wedding band for me. I was unsure whether a custom piece would be possible with my budget but Alexandria worked with me to find a solution that was affordable and absolutely gorgeous! I went back to them to have my engagement ring attached to the wedding band and they again did a wonderful job! I will definitely be going back to them for all future jewelry and will recommend them to friends!

Bostonian Jewelers were amazing to work with. I had met with them completely timid and nervous after having my engagement ring damaged by another jeweler and having a custom ring created that I disliked. After my first meeting with them I felt a sense of trust. They took their time talking with my fiance and I about my rings. They got to understand what I was looking for and were able to put us at ease about fixing my engagement ring. After 2 meetings we placed our repair order and the order for my new wedding band. They also assisted my fiance in finding a vendor that could help him with his ring as most of their work is custom and he wanted a pre-manufactured ring. They went out of their way to tell us the vendor that we could contact for the best price.

When I got my rings I was blown away. My engagement ring was better than when I first received it. Bostonians made several repairs and also added custom etchings. It is completely one of a kind now. They also created an amazing custom wedding band that looks like the exact match to my engagement ring. I could not be happier with the set. I still cannot stop looking at them. Bostonian Jewelers turned a stressful part of my wedding into an extreme positive. They returned the integrity back to my engagement ring and took away all my stress and bad feelings. I hope to work with Bostonians again and would recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Alexandria to design and fabricate an engagement ring for my then-fiance. Alexandria did an absolutely amazing job turning my ideas into reality, making a wonderful
piece of jewelry that I'm sure will become a family heirloom. The design incorporated elements from the folk-art traditions from our families, and Alexandria found ways to make it both
elegant, beautiful, and practical.

We then went back and worked with Hagoop and Alexandria on our wedding rings where they did a great job designing and making pieces that were exactly what we were looking for and even what we didn't know we were looking for until they suggested it). Since then we've had them make some smaller items as well.

They're highly knowledgeable about the technology, materials, and tools needed to make timeless-looking pieces using state-of-the-art techniques, and they good practical advice on
how to make good cost/appearance/quality trade-offs. But beyond all of this, Alexandria and Hagoop are a joy to work with, and we've always had fun going into their shop and chatting with them when looking at prototypes, picking up the final product, or having jewelry resized.

We bought my wedding band here. The price was just slightly more than local chain stores, and the quality is much higher. We have had a little trouble with them resizing the ring. Service before the purchase was much better. The ring is really nice, though.

My husband and I really must be computer geeks... we got my engagement ring and wedding band online from Bostonian Jewelers! We live in California, so yes, my jewelery has travelled more in the last year than I have... I love antique jewelery, and while searching online for a style engagement ring I would like, we came across Bostonian's website and found the "Mirabel". It was the ring of my dreams. So we e-mailed back and forth with Alexandria at Bostonian, until we could come to a conclusion about what we wanted to do. So the final plan was to buy our diamond here in California and ship it (yikes!) to Boston to be set in our ring. Long story short, the ring and diamond returned in beautiful condition, and we couldn't have been happier. So much so that when it was time to get my wedding band, we ordered it from Alex, too. They were so friendly and easy to work with, both by e-mail and on the phone. Everything was delivered just as promised. We felt like we were dealing with the jeweler down the street, not one accross the country. All in all, we have absolutely no complaints and are (still) thoroughly taken by my ring.
