  Absolutely Perfect, Professional, and Delicious!

  Karen was a delight to work with from start to finish. The servers at the wedding were so nice and so professional. The food was outstanding! We had so many compliments on all of the food from the appetizers to the main course. We had a buffet, and it was just perfect! I so highly recommend Blue Collar Catering!

  Amazing food and service!

  Blue Collar Catering was incredible for my summer backyard wedding. They were priced very reasonably, and the quality of the food was amazing! We booked the traditional buffet package and were blown away at the offerings for the price, and how beautifully everything was presented- it was venue quality setup in our backyard. Karen and her staff went above and beyond for service. Karen was helpful in every aspect throughout our entire planning process and was a delight to work with. Karen, the servers, and bartenders were all such hard workers, and everyone was so kind. I would gladly book them again for future events, and recommend them to anyone!

  food was amazing

  We used Blue Collar Catering for our casual backyard wedding. We picked the Luau package of food & added the whole roasted pig. The food was amazing! We had so many compliments!! We added 2 servers to help us during the party & they were amazing - from set up to clean up - they went above & beyond

  Great food and Team

  Karen from Blue Collar catering was very nice and extremely helpful when selecting the catering for our wedding. We went with the buffet option and all the food was great and we kept hearing from guests how much they loved everything. Their staff was professional and the event went off without a hitch, I definitely recommend them for your catering needs!

  Blue Collar catered our party last night at Bacchus Winemaking. Food was delicious, server was above accommodating and friendly. I can't say enough about the service we received.

  If you are looking for a good, dependable, quality caterer then you need to talk with Karen at BLUE COLLAR CATERERS. For the past 3 years, Karen has "taken care of all our needs". We have had a different choice of food for each of our Past Family Reunions. From Italian Feast, to Shrimp & Lobster Bake, to our Variety Choice last year, which included the most tender/delicious/mouth watering beef tenderloin. The selections that Karen has suggested have been amazing. The food was Delicious, the Service - Better than you would expect and the Price is Very Reasonable. We are looking forward to our Decision for this year. Karen is very knowledgeable and does a lot of the cooking/baking herself. We Strongly recommend that you consider BLUE COLLAR CATERING for your next affair. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Karen and Staff. Oh, did I mention...we do NOT live in NJ and all our decisions are made over the phone or texting!

  Blue Collar Catering is forever our #1 Caterer! In May 2013 they catered our son's wedding at our home. From the first day we met with Karen we just knew we were dealing with honest and professional people. Beforehand we had a tasting which other caterers would not do.. and we were provided with the best! The day of the wedding when I started shutting down, Karen and the serving team showed up and took over! The food was fantastic and everyone was up for seconds and thirds! The butler served cocktail hour and gorgeous cheese/fruit table served on the dancefloor was a big hit! Everything they did was fabulous and professional. When you are used to doing everything yourself it was so comforting to know that they were taking care of every detail and we could just enjoy our wedding! So that's what we did.....we will never forget that day and the only thing I am sorry about is that I didn't write this review sooner!

  Blue Collar was amazing! They were very flexible and helped us pick the perfect menu for our reception. They also provided us with table linens to rent at a very low rate! The food was azamaing and all of our guests loved it!

  Used Potters Hall and Blue Collar Catering for my Bridal Shower...AMAZING...the venue was gorgeous and the food was outstanding. I've heard great things about this catering company and continue to especially after my special day.

  I had "Blue Collar Catering" cater my wedding reception in their own establishment, Potter's Hall (They do cater off premises too). I would definitely recommend their services to anyone planning a wedding, whether they cater to a different location or inside thier own hall. The owner was very easy to work with. She kept in touch with me throughout my months of planning and answered all questions I'd had. The prices were excellant and the wedding packages are great. The staff was excellant, very friendly and professional. The food was great! They have so much on their menu to choose from. They had many "tastings" in the months previous to my reception in which we got to sample foods and see the hall set-up for a wedding. All my guest kept complimenting on the how great the food was. I had my reception inside their own establishment, Potter's Hall,(aka Bayville Firehouse) and my guest could not believe how beautiful the hall was, they could not believe they were in a firehouse hall. They set up all my centerpieces and favors correctly. The hall looked beautiful! Overall I was 100% satisfied with their services and would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

  Karen provided terrific service and first rate responsiveness, but what really impressed me was the value. The hall was beautifully decorated and she was extremely flexible as our plans changed over the course of planning.

From the food to the linens to the staff, everything far exceeded my expectations, and at a cost that could not be beat. One month after the wedding I am still getting calls from people telling me how great the food was and how beautiful the hall looked. The staff was amazing and really worked with me to make sure my event was everything I wanted it to be.   I absoultely loved Karen and her team! Years ago, I had my sweet sixteen and confirmation party at this hall. They just redid it, and it looks great! Any bride would be lucky to have her receiption there. The prices and packages were very good, and the food and menu was excellent! They also had a baker that did my wedding cake *included in the package* The cake itself was spectatular! Cant wait for my daughter to get older.. thats "our place" for all of our big party needs.

  I cannot recommend Blue Collar Catering highly enough. We had them cater our September 2016 wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. Karen is incredibly helpful, professional, and her team was amazing. They took care of everything, and made sure the service went smoothly. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the seafood marinara, and the cake was gorgeous! Thank you so much for helping make our wedding the amazing day that it was!   This company had been recommended to me by several different people. I had not even tried their food and I have to say it was the best choice I could have ever made. I loved all the food and the cake. They did everything to my exact specification and then some. They were courteous and open with during the whole process and it made my wedding day even more exciting because I did not have to worry about the food or my cake at all.

  Blue Collar Catering catered my wedding at the Brant Beach Yacht Club this October and they did a fantastic job! The food was GREAT. As the bride, I didn't get to eat as much of it as I would have liked - I wish I could go back as a guest to eat it all! Everybody had rave reviews of everything from the cocktail hour (mini crab cake, bacon wrapped shrimp, grilled cheese shooters, etc) to the meals of prime rib, chicken francaise, and crab stuffed flounder. Additionally, the wait staff was great. They had a large guest count of 200 to take care of and they did it quickly and with a smile. Blue Collar is the best value for your money and I highly recommend them.

  Food was good... Karen was usually pretty good at getting back to you via email. They were not very flexible with the cake, although the end product came out nice and tasted very good. Chair covers were rediculously expensive but everything else was fairly priced if you want the basics. Service was professional during reception. They set everything up beautifully and exactly how I envisioned!
