I had a reservation with Black Tie Limousine subsidiary 903 Limos and the limo NEVER SHOWED UP. Then, adding insult to injury, they didn't pick up the phone or respond to any emails until a day after the fact.
This was pretty embarrassing because it was for a corporate celebration, and we ended up having to carpool. It was very disruptive to our day.
Now, the owner of 903 Limos, Louis, has conceded that they "dropped the ball" (his words) and we deserve a full refund... but his shady foreign "business partner" (his words again) deals with all of the credit cards/refunds.
I called the business partner, who yelled at me over the phone and said they will not issue a refund... again, even though they didn't provide a limo when promised! Louis says this is because his business partner is being unreasonable (which begs the question, why are they doing business together??) Louis told me to call my credit card company and report the charges as fraudulent.
I think this is absurd; Louis needs to talk to his shady partner and straighten it out on his end, and I told him as much. Last week, I was promised that Louis would talk to his partner and call me back within a day... needless to say, that didn't happen. Now he is ignoring all my calls.
Avoid this company like the plague. They cannot be relied on and will treat you like crap once you've forked over your cash. I've even filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them for breach of contract. Ridiculous situation.
