We had Matt as our DJ this past weekend and he was fantastic. He kept the party moving the whole night and really read what the crowd wanted. He was also a DJ at my best friend's wedding in July and did just as well there! I would recommend him (or Black Tie DJs) to anyone!

Carl Nubile was our DJ and was awesome! I have not one bad thing to say. The only thing I knew about our wedding is that I wanted everyone to hit the dancefloor at some point in the night old and young. Let me just tell you, our dance floor stayed packed all night! People commented on how they just enjoyed watching Carl because he was having so much fun. People are still telling us that our wedding was the most fun wedding they have ever been to.

Black Tie DJ's are the best. I used them for my daughter's wedding. Karl was fantastic. My daughter and son-in-law found him very easy to work with in selecting the music and setting the timeline for the reception. He kept the crowd on the dance floor and played just the right mix of music. Karl was animated and really seemed to enjoy the event as much as we did. Black Tie DJ's is very professional, dependable and a good value. One of the best vendors that we worked with.

Absolutely wonderful company and DJ! We had a very large reception and he kept everyone dancing all night long! Their website planning tools are great and allow you to map out your reception and music in advance. You can also pay online which is nice! Their staff was incredibly easy to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone! We even had wedding guests asking for their information!

The DJ we had, Carl, was great! He was very energetic and really got into the music - very entertaining. EVERYONE at our wedding was up and dancing and we received lots of compliments on how much fun people had.

Our DJ, Matt, was fantastic. He knew how to keep everyone dancing. He also did a great job at being the Master of Ceremonies. Many guests commented on how much fun the reception was and it was due to him.

Black Tie DJs did an amazing job with our wedding reception! They kept the dance floor packed, events on time, and made sure everything was exactly as we had discussed. We left some of the music choices to them and they did a wonderful job matching our tastes. We couldn't say enough about them - very highly recommended!

Black Tie DJs were great to work with. Dave quickly responded by phone to my online request for a quote. He very clearly explained their services and helped me choose only the services and options I needed. It was easy to make all the arrangements and song selections using their online forms, after which we were contacted by the DJ that best matched our needs. Bob Artman was excellent! He provided perfectly cued ceremony music for us outdoors, cocktail music in another location, then introduced the wedding party in the ballroom and got the party going. We were told that people don't tend to dance as much at afternoon weddings, but Bob kept our guests on the floor with great music selections. He even got out there with us and showed as a few moves. I highly recommend these DJs.

I'm so glad we decided to go with Black Tie DJ!
Greg Gorham was our DJ and he was so easy going and so flexible with everything. All we had to do was give him a call or send him an email and he worked with us to create the musical ideal. As far as the reception dancey dance music, I couldn't focus on creating a playlist (or even a do-not-playlist), so I told him to feel out the crowd and play anything (as well as take requests) - and boy, can this guy can feel out a crowd! We had people on the dance floor the whole night! He didn't play any "today" music and mostly older stuff, but all music that everyone can dance to and I love love looooved it!!
Our budget couldn't afford live musicians like I had originally wanted, so we had our DJ play our ceremony music as well as our reception music and it worked out great!

Our DJ's name was Ned Barker. Ned was great; he was friendly but not cheesy. He played everything we wanted and made any announcements we needed (like our super cute ringbearer's surprise martial arts demonstration). Our dance floor was always full, everyone had a blast.
