  Amazing Service

  My partner could not stop raving about how incredible the service was here! Other stores he said really pressured him to buy big or just to buy at all, but at D. J. Bitzan he felt very comfortable. They were able to custom make the ring he imagined proposing to me with at a price he was ok with! We definitely returned for the wedding band and his ring!

  My finace and I loved the service at DJ Bitzan. Everyone was so friendly and very knowledgeable, they made us feel so comfortable! They also made it feel as special as the moment really was. I would recommend them to every and all of my friends and family.

  My fiance got my engagement ring from here and we got both of our wedding bands from here. They actually worked with him to get sapphires put in my ring and changed the setting of the center stone and took his mother's old wedding ring as a trade in. They were also super helpful when we went back to get our wedding bands. I have a lifetime warranty on both of my rings. The only thing you need to do to keep the warranty is bring it in to get it inspected once every six months. If you bring it in to them, they will also clean it for you. If you do end up not living near them, they are also willing that to let you know what jewelers near you are qualified to inspect your ring to keep your warranty valid. They also have had a sale in the winter the past to years where our rings were 25-30% percent off the list price (I can't remember the exact number), so my fiance bought my engagement ring one year, then we went back to the sale the next year to buy our wedding bands.

  You will not find anywhere better than D.J. Bitzan. Customer service is unmatched! Jewelry selection is huge and gorgeous! There are not enough adjectives to describe their team or their store. If you are looking for an engagement ring or jewelry this is the place to go!
  
  I had the pleasure of working with Patricia the day I went to look for rings. My best friend and I were offered glasses of wine while we browsed and chatted, which was a huge plus, who doesn’t like wine?! While I was trying on rings it was like having another best friend there with me! Patricia’s genuine excitement and kind personality added so much to the experience I won’t ever forget! Her knowledge of diamonds and the rings she has was impressive! Patricia pointed out rings she’d think I’d like, which is extremely helpful because their selection is HUGE! Shopping with Patricia relaxing; no pressure and we weren’t rushed, they truly excel in customer service! I cannot thank Patricia enough because she made the day I came to D.J. Bitzan one of the most memorable days. I tell everyone about my experience and I can’t say enough great things about Patricia and D.J. Bitzan (and I probably will for years)!

  I have nothing but good things to say about D.J. Bitzan! My fiancee (now husband!) bought my engagement ring here, and I have experienced excellent customer service. They re-size and clean my ring for free, and offer a great warranty program! Would highly recommend!

  The staff at DJ Bitzan's was amazing. They helped my husband find the perfect ring and were patient with him the whole time (he was there for 4 hours!). With the style of ring I have, the small diamonds on the band can sometimes fall out. It only happened twice, with one of them being 2 weeks before the wedding! DJB was very fast at repairing my ring and assured me that I wouldn't have anymore troubles. And, so far, there haven't been. Each time we visited the store, the staff was very personable and made sure we got what we wanted. I would definitely recommend them!

They also helped us find the most unique wedding band to go with it, and even worked with their designer to create a version with larger diamonds in it! I was incredibly indecisive and they were INCREDIBLY patient with us being in there on several occasions for a couple hours each time. The quality of their diamonds is impeccable, and their service is even better! My fiance and I shopped around at other stores, and some associates didn't take us seriously or even help us since we are a young couple, but we were always treated with utmost respect at DJ Bitzan!   Mark has always been a pleasure to work with. I live out of state and everything from selection of the item to delivery has always been handled with great detail and care. As far as I am concerned they are my only jeweler. If you value service and quality then I promise you will not be disappointed with DJB!

  DJ Bitzan is a wonderful store to shop at, and our sales person, Amanda, was amazing! They worked with us to design a custom engagement ring that looks beautiful! My fiance was so pleased with how everything turn out. Would definitely recommend DJ Bitzan if you are looking for a jewlery store or an engagement ring.

I have worked with many people here but these are the 2 that stick out in my mind the most. I had 1 person that I worked with that I wouldn't recommend to anyone as she wouldn't show us what we wanted to see. We ended up going back in and working with someone else and everything was fine from there. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone!

  Joe made sure we knew what we were getting for our money. Took the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, he even encouraged us to look at other jewelers before making any decisions as to what we were going to buy. Very grateful that he took the time to show us different stones. Not at all pushy.

  I love my wedding ring and they did a wonderful job! though they are a bit pricey, and we went elsewhere for my husbands band!, they are a very quality and professional place to go to!

  Compared to so many places that try to scam you over...giving horrible diamonds for high prices. D. J. knew what they were doing. Providing us with quick, easy, and something within our budget...while having the highest quality. I would recommend them over every place in Crossroads Mall in St. Cloud, MN.
