I had a wonderful experience with both Mark and Joan here! They were both really helpful and made my visits very pleasant. I have worked with many people here but these are the 2 that stick out in my mind the most. I had 1 person that I worked with that I wouldn't recommend to anyone as she wouldn't show us what we wanted to see. We ended up going back in and working with someone else and everything was fine from there. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone!

The staff at DJ Bitzan's was amazing. They helped my husband find the perfect ring and were patient with him the whole time (he was there for 4 hours!). With the style of ring I have, the small diamonds on the band can sometimes fall out. It only happened twice, with one of them being 2 weeks before the wedding! DJB was very fast at repairing my ring and assured me that I wouldn't have anymore troubles. And, so far, there haven't been. Each time we visited the store, the staff was very personable and made sure we got what we wanted. I would definitely recommend them!

When searching for my engagement ring, they helped my fiance find the perfect, unique oval shaped diamond set in white gold prongs (to keep it looking large), but then mounted on a yellow gold band (to help the stone stand out). They also helped us find the most unique wedding band to go with it, and even worked with their designer to create a version with larger diamonds in it! I was incredibly indecisive and they were INCREDIBLY patient with us being in there on several occasions for a couple hours each time. The quality of their diamonds is impeccable, and their service is even better! My fiance and I shopped around at other stores, and some associates didn't take us seriously or even help us since we are a young couple, but we were always treated with utmost respect at DJ Bitzan! To this day, they say hi to us by name when we walk into their store. Free cleanings and a forever guarantee/warranty are the cherry on the cake!

Mark has always been a pleasure to work with. I live out of state and everything from selection of the item to delivery has always been handled with great detail and care. As far as I am concerned they are my only jeweler. If you value service and quality then I promise you will not be disappointed with DJB!

DJ Bitzan is a wonderful store to shop at, and our sales person, Amanda, was amazing! They worked with us to design a custom engagement ring that looks beautiful! My fiance was so pleased with how everything turn out. Would definitely recommend DJ Bitzan if you are looking for a jewlery store or an engagement ring.

The sales people were very helpful and showed us as many rings as we wanted, were very patient even though we had our kids with us who were getting antsy...The sales people answered all our questions, wrote down info on the rings we liked...

Compared to so many places that try to scam you over...giving horrible diamonds for high prices. D. J. knew what they were doing. Providing us with quick, easy, and something within our budget...while having the highest quality. I would recommend them over every place in Crossroads Mall in St. Cloud, MN.

Joe made sure we knew what we were getting for our money. Took the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, he even encouraged us to look at other jewelers before making any decisions as to what we were going to buy. Very grateful that he took the time to show us different stones. Not at all pushy.
