  Bittersweet Cakes has the high quality and deliciousness that every bakery should adhere. I absolutely love the amazing creations and how you're able to give just an idea of what you're looking for and Lisa produces a mind blowing cake/cookie/cupcake that not expected but definitely well appreciated. I highly recommend Bittersweet to ALL of my family and friends! Keep up the fabulous work.

  The cake was gorgeous and the talk of the shower and the taste was amazing!!!! I also got cookies and cupcakes that looked spectacular!! I was very happy w my experience using BitterSweet. I would DEFINITELY use them again.

  Dear Chef Lisa, Just wanted to thank you again for all that you have done to make my 42nd birthday dinner special and unforgettable. The cake and cookies favors was beautiful and tasted amazing!! My friends and I can really tell that you put your heart in everything you done for my birthday dinner. I never tasted a carrot cake like that before. It was soo...moist and cream cheese icing was amazing. Cookie favors was a hit too with my guests.
  
  You will be seeing and hearing from me, my family and friends again. Keep doing what you are doing because more clients will be coming your way.

  What a wonderful experience I had with this company! They were very professional and responsive to my needs. Their knowledge about cakes and cake building and desiign is awesome. The cake was simply beautiful and delicious (received a lot of compliments)! I think the money was well spent and I highly recommend them.

  I've had the pleasure of knowing Lisa through mutual friends. While attending a 50th birthday celebration, I was AMAZED at the custom Louis Vuitton Suitcase stuffed with edible Fifty dollar bills! Not only did it looked good, but the flavor was great. My son was drafted by an AFL football team and his family wanted to throw a big party for him. I remembered Lisa's design and reached out to her at the last minute...but she worked with me and didn't disappoint!
  Her cake fior my son was great! She did research and used his football team colors! The red velvet flavored football field was the talk of the party! As an extra bonus, she made jersey uniform styled cookies with his name WALKER blazing on them! Outstanding! Thank god she stayed at the party because we didn't know how to cut the beautiful creation! Thank you Lisa again for the best service and treats!!!

  Thank you, Bittersweet Cake Design from the bottom of my heart! The Bridal Shower Cake was Visually AMAZING and DELICIOUS! The presentation was exceptional. The bride to be, shower guests, restaurant chef, staff, and customers admired the Vermont themed Bridal Shower Cake. The cookie favors were delicious. When Lisa arrived at the venue, prior to the shower to set up the cake, everybody watched as she created this wonderful Vermont fantasy that came to life right before our eyes! Lisa captured the essence of the Bride and Groom’s theme. WOW!
