Absolutely phenomenal

With being a 2020 Covid bride, wedding planning was chaotic. However, Bill and his team made the planning stress free. The ceremony music and reception music was amazing. The uplighting was perfect. Thank you for helping make our big day perfect!

Bill was amazing!! We already recommended to all our friends! Nothing but organized and accommodating in the planning process and so much fun at our wedding!! Was very flexible and accommodating to our schedule which wasn’t going exactly to plan. Many compliments from guests.

Absolutely Incredible

Bill was absolutely incredible to work with and helped our day run so smoothly. From the planning to the very last song Bill was so helpful and responsive to my never ending questions and long list of songs. He is extremely professional and there was not one moment where people weren't on the dance floor. I would recommend him over and over again!!

DJ Bill Schievert Review

Bill was an amazing DJ for our wedding! He played all the songs we requested and was very accommodating. It was easy to work with him through the planning website and make sure our big day went exactly as planned. Bill was also a great announcer and everything he said came through loud and clear. Outstanding DJ for any Occasion – Bill Scheivert!

We were so lucky to have Bill Scheivert as the DJ for our wedding! From start to finish, Bill was nothing short of amazing. He took the time to really understand our music preferences and what vibe we wanted for our big day. His ability to create the perfect atmosphere was evident right from the beginning.

Throughout the planning process, Bill was more than happy to answer any questions we had. Whether it was about song selections, equipment, or timeline details, he was always quick to respond and made us feel confident every step of the way.

During the reception, Bill kept the energy high, seamlessly mixing songs and adjusting the tempo to match the crowd’s energy. Our guests were on the dance floor all night, and we’ve gotten countless compliments on the music choices. Bill’s experience and skill really shone through in his ability to read the room and keep things flowing smoothly.

Beyond the music, Bill was extremely professional—arriving early, setting up without any fuss, and making sure everything was perfect. We really appreciated his attention to detail and how easy he made the whole process.

Hire Bill if you want a packed dance floor!!

Bill was better than we could’ve even imagined! He kept the dance floor packed all night and kept the energy and vibes positive. He was able to seamlessly transition events throughout the whole night and was able to easily accommodate our multi-cultural requests. Great Service

We had an incredible experience with Bill Scheivert Entertainment. He was so responsive and easy to work with. He accommodated all of our requests and made our ceremony flow perfectly. His platform was so easy to use and he had virtually every song we could have wanted. Our speeches, dances, cake cutting, all of it went smoothly because of Bill. He is the best!! We also got the photo booth which was a total hit and so fun! Everyone loved it. Thank you so much Bill and team!!

Run to Bill!!!

wow wow wow, Bill was amazing. He was a referral from a friend and boy did he not disappoint. We booked him from ceremony to end. We received a time line ahead of wedding day, list of songs, link for our guests to request songs (that we had access to deny) and he had every song that we wanted including a special song for our first dance that I only found via video. Everyone was out of their chairs and moving! Just what you want! Fantastic!!!!

Made our Life so much easier!

Bill Scheivert was a life saver when we changed DJs last minute. Bill was super responsive and his extensive planning website made it easy to put together a playlist and plan for the day. Best DJ we could have asked for!!!

Bill was absolutely outstanding for our wedding!!! Our dance floor was packed all night, and guests were dancing before dinner was even served! He truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we hoped for, and to make sure that everyone was having a great time. He played the music we requested for our ceremony, all of the songs we requested for our reception. Bill was very responsive, flexible, and such a pleasure to work with. He did a fantastic job with the uplighting, our personalized monogram, and provided a photo booth that our guests loved! Our guests are still talking about what a great DJ we had. We’re still dancing !

We have Bill our vision of a 90s club night for our wedding and he brought the party! We told him our ideas and he ran with it. His mixes were a blast, his MC voice was superb and he even helped us out by passing out the rave sticks were brought. By the end of the night we danced out the door. Our guests keep asking “who was your DJ and where did you find him he was amazing”!! Bill we can’t thank you enough for making our vision a reality! Can’t wait to party with you again!

We danced the night away

Leading up to the wedding, Bill was really easy to work with. He always responded to my emails quickly and clearly.
On the phone he was really friendly.
Day of wedding, he was prompt and organized.
At the reception, everyone had an amazing time and people were always out on the floor dancing. It was never dead on the dance floor. The DJ was super important to me and I made the right choice hiring Bill for my wedding! People were dancing all night and people are still telling me how fun it was.

Honestly, the best DJ I could have asked for! The up beat music combinations were electric. At one point everyone was on the dance floor. Me(the bride) and the groom did not want to get off the dance floor! It was a great night and it all starts with good music! Reasonably priced especially for the quality of work!

Bill Scheivert is who you want DJ'ing your wedding

Bill Scheivert recently DJ'ed my wife and I's wedding on May 21st, 2022. As someone who is very particular about music, hiring a DJ was something I was weary of because I wanted the songs that I wanted played to be played, and only those songs. I definitely did not want some DJ that was going to abandon my requests and go off and do his own thing. Bill played every single song I requested and played them in an order that turned the night into an absolute party. He never once made me feel bad because of how particular I was either, which I also appreciated.

From the beginning of our wedding planning, Bill was always our vendor that responded the fastest. Whenever we had a question it was answered within a few hours. On wedding day, he was there early setting up and getting everything in order. He was also an incredible MC. Whenever the crowd's attention needed to be drawn to something, such as cake cutting, he had control.

There is just no other way to put it than that Bill is the guy you want DJing your wedding. His motto is "your wedding, your way" and I know now that he absolutely means that. Whatever your vision is, he will make it happen. I would recommend Bill to anyone.

Super wedding celebration on April 2nd, 2022

Bill was the best! He was organized, and had everything planned out, yet was flexible and was able to add last minute surprises into the evening without any trouble. Working with him to plan the event was streamlined. It was almost too easy, which was great! The music he played was spot on, and you could tell the guests were enjoying the evening. His introductions and announcements were professional and presented with a personal touch. He made the event, for sure. In fact, guests asked who he was as they were so impressed with his style and delivery. Definitely the DJ to have at your wedding!!!

Bill made our wedding more perfect than we could have imagined!! He did every request that he was given. Highly recommended/experienced DJ!

Our venue was so quick to recommend DJ Bill and we couldnt agree more. His website/planning tools made it so we documented every detail/request in advance, and then when the big day came it magically all happened! He knew exactly what he was doing, and we noticed he was even nice enough to help the venue staff move stuff/set up when a rain storm started and everything was changing! His light set up was exactly what we wanted and he went out of his way to provide extras!

Bill did a fantastic job as the DJ at our wedding. Bill is an excellent communicator and has a very handy website that you can use while you are planning your wedding. everything went off without a hitch and Bill had everyone up dancing from the moment the dance floor opened! Bill Schivert was the perfect wedding DJ! We had people texting us for days after the event saying how great the wedding was and how much of a difference the DJ makes! Amazing DJ!

I cannot say enough good things about Bill! We planned our wedding very quickly (4 months) and Bill was super flexible with us. The music was fantastic and our dance floor was not empty the entire night!! Amazing night

Wow can’t put into words what an amazing night we had!!! Bill kept the party going from beginning to end at our wedding!!! He did a great job and getting people up on the dance floor and an even better job at keeping them there!! Simple and Fun!!!!

We chose this company to do our wedding this September, my husband and I both pride ourselves on liking a HUGE variety of music, so we were nervous on trying to combine several styles but keep people dancing. Working with Bill was great. He was very organized and everything at our ceremony and reception flowed seamlessly. We had a very small venue and he was extremely flexible about where he set up his equipment so that we were able to maximize the space we had available. He sent us planning forms well in advance that he followed to a T on our big day. He was an awesome MC and kept our guests on the dance floor. There were so many guests that told us that our wedding was so much fun and I attribute that to Bill’s ability to read the crowd and play the music they enjoyed! Our DJ was Jerry and he did an awesome job getting people dancing. He provided us with some great ideas and different spins on typical wedding classics. Bill was absolutely wonderful from day one. We are so glad our venue recommended him! He must have all of the patience in the world to deal with us and our wedding party and he did a wonderful job. We asked for a handful of songs to be played specifically and from those, he was able to play music we loved. I don't think there was one song that played that we did not like. Bill was the perfect DJ for our wedding! We chose music from several different genres and he figured out how to make them all flow perfectly. He knew when to play the right kind of music for dinner and when to play music that got our guests all out of the dance floor. We had a memorial table for my Husband's fallen service members with a dedication song and were worried about how to pull everyone out of their tear to begin the rest of the night of celebration and Bill did a fantastic job! His online forms for music made it so easy for my Husband and I to chose all the song's we wanted to be played and he had a phone meeting with us just a few days before the wedding which was fantastic because we had so much going on prior to that so this made it great to have everything fresh in our heads for the big day! Bill was very "out of the way" when it came to planning the wedding in that he understood that he was one of many things we needed to plan out - he didn't require any details about the wedding until a week before, and didn't need a payment (outside of initial deposit) until the day of, VERY helpful when trying to coordinate 1,000 things at once. Bill uses a website that allows you to plan out whatever songs you want (or don't want). He kept the dance floor full all night - many compliments.

Bill Scheivert came as a recommended vendor through our reception facility. We are so glad we chose him to turn up the noise at or wedding reception. He played all of the music we requested to hear (and NOT to hear!) in advance. He played requests of myself and other guests at the wedding. He made sure we all had a great time. He was very friendly and professional. He wore a tux and looked like he belonged. I thought that was amazing. The music all flowed perfectly. The party was jumping all night! Bill was an incredible DJ for our wedding ceremony and reception. Bill was a preferred vendor for our venue, and it is easy to see why. He deftly accommodated our slightly unusual requests for songs and timing during the ceremony. For the reception, he played almost all of our requested dance songs, and was able to find obscure requests as well. He kept everything moving along very professionally. He didn't jabber on, or try to promote himself at all (like others we've seen). He introduce the important things (wedding party, toasts, cake cutting), but then let his music do the rest. DJ Bill did such an amazing job at our wedding! He worked with me to orchestrate two surprise at my wedding, one of which my sister-in-law sang. He listened to our guests & really felt the crowd out to see what was getting them out there. The photobooth he provided was also a huge hit & came with the cutest album and notes that guest left & we also received a beautiful USB with all of the photobooth pictures. We have recommended him three times since our wedding two weeks ago! Thanks Bill!

We are so glad we booked Bill as our wedding DJ for our ceremony and reception! He kept the entire day and night running smoothly and all of our guests had nothing but great things to say about him. One of my guests even got his business card during the wedding because she was so impressed. I've never seen a wedding where such a high percentage of guests were up from their seats dancing. His prices were reasonable and he was always responsive and easy to work with. I definitely recommend him to any bride looking for an easy planning process and fun evening!

Honestly, Bill was one of the best DJ's that I have come in contact with. I recently was at a wedding where the music was so loud that I had to scream at the person next to me and I had a sore throat when I left. Bill kept the music at a great volume. We had some unusual requests as it was Halloween so we wanted to do something for the kids. He followed every one of our instructions without any question or hesitation. His personality is completely adorable and I highly recommend him.

We used Bill as our DJ and also rented his photo booth package (the larger one). First of all i was back and forth on whether or not to get the Photo Booth but i have to say one of my biggest compliments after the wedding was on how awesome the photo booth was! Fun props, an attendant at all times, a scrapbook/photo album section for the guest to make us a page in a scrap book (all provided by Bill). We also received a disc of all the pictures! I could not possibly be more satisfied with how well the photo booth turned out. The music of course was amazing Bill was perfect, his online forms made it super easy to plan the wedding. Bill was very easy/flexible with booking and payment. He was definitely worth it and we would 100% recommend Bill for anyone who wants a rocking good time at their party/wedding.!

I made my decision to go with DJ Bill Scheivert after not being able to find one negative comment about him. True to form, Bill's services allowed our wedding to go off without a hitch! My Husband and I hold music as a special part of our relationship, so we had many specific songs that we wanted played during the ceremony, dinner, and reception and Bill made sure to play them all (and to not play those on our do-not-play-list). Our wedding was the best day of our lives, and one that will be hard to top. Everybody, young and old, was out on the dance floor the entire night with smiles from ear to ear.

We had a fabulous experience having Bill Scheivert provide the music for our wedding reception. Everything was sci-fi and 80s themed. I gave Bill some detailed instructions about wanting instrumental epic sci-fi theme songs during the cocktail hour, 80s hits and TV show intros for the dinner, followed by dance music with some specific requests (including some stuff from my husband's Industrial clubbing days ;). Bill was a real pro and played EVERYTHING we asked for. The wedding party was running a bit late getting to the reception, and he made sure to meet with us by the door, calm us down, and get everything set up for the formal introductions. I was totally thrilled to hear all our favorite TV themes and 80s movie hits during dinner. He played so much fantastic dance music that I didn't get a chance to sit down the rest of the night. In addition, he was always extremely prompt with his email communications...not to mention being a wonderfully courteous, friendly and affable gentleman during all of our interactions. His planning tools were top notch and prompted us to think of timing & parts of the reception that we hadn't yet considered. I couldn't have been more pleased with his services; he was so easy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend this vendor for any function and wouldn't hesitate an instant to hire him again for future parties :)
