  Our guests and us stayed here and we had our reception here. The only complaints were that some food was cold and the waitresses were rude to the guests when they asked for butter or more food for the family style. Everything else was great. We had amazing service with Lisa and the ladies at the front desk were so sweet! The pool area was too loud for our young song and he got scared so they actually turned off the loud splash toys until our son was able to get use to the echo and noise. I have never had such great service at a hotel before.

  We stayed here, along with our guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They could use a couple more handicap accessible rooms as we had our elderly grandparents there and there was only 1 fully accessible room in the whole hotel. Also would have been great if they would have a shuttle that we could have rented to drive our guests (less than 30) to and from dinner but that would have just been a nice extra perk. The biggest complaint we have is that we were given a quote for our room (bride & groom) showing that since we had so many rooms booked with guests they gave us one night free and we only had to pay for the 2nd night. However upon check out they tried charging us for both nights and we had to forward them the email they had sent us showing the one night free because they couldn't find it in their system. They did honor it but it was still a hassle that we didn't need.
