We couldn't be happier with our choice of DJ for our wedding day! From start to finish, Jon was absolutely incredible. Not only did he keep everything running smoothly, but his professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. He kept the entire wedding day on track, ensuring that we didn’t miss a beat.
The reception music was on point! Jon was so in tune with the crowd, adjusting the vibe and energy as needed, and everyone was on the dance floor all night. As the groom, I literally didn't leave the dance floor--it was that good!
He also made a point to check in on us throughout the day, making sure we were okay and that everything was going smoothly. He was very thoughtful and went above and beyond to accommodate our special music requests.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a DJ who is professional, fun, and truly cares about making your day memorable, look no further! -

We hired Nick through Belmont Entertainment for our wedding at The Monterey Beach Station, and he truly exceeded our expectations! From the very first conversation with Jon Belmont, the owner, we felt confident. Jon was friendly, professional, and made sure every detail was covered to ensure our day would be perfect.
As for Nick, all the glowing reviews were absolutely right—he’s the best! Even with a smaller group of 35 guests, he kept the energy high and the party going all night. The dance floor was packed, and everyone raved about the fantastic music he played. His ability to read the crowd and create the perfect atmosphere was amazing.
After the wedding, several guests told us Nick was the best DJ they’d ever seen at a wedding. Many said it was one of the most fun weddings they’d attended, thanks to him! If you’re looking for a DJ who knows how to throw an unforgettable party, Nick is the way to go. We’re so grateful for the memories he helped us create, and the entire experience with Belmont Entertainment was flawless!

Look no further! DJ Nick and Belmont Entertainment was one of the best and easiest decisions we made during our wedding planning process. Not only was Nick easy and fun to work with, but his skills and song choices were amazing! We felt like he was a friend because he immediately fit in seamlessly with the vibe of our day. We even had multiple people ask for his contact information so they could use Belmont Entertainment for future events and our friends still say it was the best music they’ve heard at a wedding party. We could not have asked for a better DJ and highly recommend using Nick for all your event needs! -

My wife and I got married at Monterey Beach Station in May 2024 - when we signed the contract for the venue, we asked what DJ they recommended. Without a moment’s hesitation, we were told: “Jon Belmont with Belmont Entertainment”.
Jon was incredible - he was communicative in the lead-up to the event, and day-of he was amazing: calm, collected, experienced, he made us all feel at ease and like he had everything totally handled…which he did. During the reception his energy helped drive the festivities and fun - we got tons of compliments from our guests that he was wonderful!
All in all we deeply enjoyed working with Jon and are proud of the event he helped put on with us. We would work with him again at our first opportunity, and recommend him without reservation.

As a wedding planner, I also look for someone who is a great MC and can navigate through any last minute changes to the timeline gracefully. Nick ticks all of those boxes. Our wedding planner sent us Nick's info to check out as a potential DJ for our wedding... then proceeded to tell us we should book him immediately because he's the best in the biz. 😂 We are so happy we trusted her opinion because Nick was crucial to the overall experience and vibe of our wedding.
He was super responsive to every question we had in preparation for the day, and was so helpful on the planning call. We went over what types of audio formats he could pull and slice, time stamps, and he gave us some suggestions on songs we were on the fence with, making sure we were thinking about ALL of our guests and what would get them to dance all night (that was very important to us).
On the day of, all the cues were perfect, he triple-checked name pronunciation for our grand entrance (thank you!!!), and he had the BEST mix for the dancing portion of the night. One of our guests actually ripped his pants from dancing too hard. The ultimate compliment for a DJ? We think so!
Most importantly, Nick honestly felt like more of a wedding guest than just our (awesome) DJ. He danced behind the DJ booth, celebrated all the big moments with us, and helped us plan a really emotional surprise stepfather daughter dance that was a beautiful moment. We felt like he was really invested in us as a couple and making our day so special.
We had so many guests ask about getting Nick at their own upcoming weddings and hope that they're lucky enough to get him! ;) Thank you DJ Nick!!! -

AH! The absolute best DJ I could have asked for!! We had Nick for our wedding and could not have asked for a better experience. He was super helpful in the planning process and understood our vision completely. Other than the specific songs for our entrances, and first dance, etc. we left it up to his choice on music and hit nailed it. We had multiple friends and family come to us rave about how great he was. He is so personable and funny and creates a lively atmosphere from start to finish. Highly Recommended! -

YOU HAVE TO BOOK NICK! Nick was the sole reason why our wedding was such a huge success - his incredible MC capabilities enhanced our guest’s experience by tenfold through so many realms: He provided such clear instructions/directions to transition our guests from one segment to the next, he showcased such charisma and enthusiasm throughout the entire night, and he created the ultimate dance floor playlist for our guests. Quite literally, every single person was on the dance floor because of Nick. He kept the entire party going and flawlessly blended the songs together to ensure there was no ‘dead’ time. Aside from Nick going above and beyond for us on our wedding day, Nick was also such a great partner throughout the entire planning process before the big day even took place. Nick was extremely professional - always prompt with his email responses (responded back within 24 business hours), answered all of our questions with such extreme attention to detail with clear next steps, and Nick always went out of his way to remind us about any upcoming deadlines. Needless to say, Nick was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend booking Nick for your wedding - your wedding will be 10x better because of him. Thank you so much, Nick! We can’t thank you enough!
P.S. Nick also has an incredible wedding DJ planner to help you organize your event without feeling too overwhelmed about the big day. The DJ planner was our saving grace for our wedding. Once again, you have to book Nick! -

We are SO pleased with Nick and Belmont Entertainment. They are organized, providing a document for you to outline your music choices, the timeline of your event and how you would like them to announce you / your wedding party. Nick reviewed it with us the week of our wedding, but everything was very straight forward due to their organization.
Nick was incredible - he brought so much positive energy, never stopped moving and jamming, and had everyone out on the dance floor.
My fiancé (now hubs) is not a big dancer, and we debated having a DJ because of that and our wedding size. The first thing we said to each other as we were leaving the wedding was, thank god we got a DJ and wow, he was fantastic. We received so many compliments from our guests, and everyone said they loved the music and loved that our wedding was a big dance party. -

Jon was our DJ at Holman Ranch on 10.2.21 in Carmel Valley and was the absolute best! We're so happy that we went with Belmont Entertainment and Jon. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We didn't have to worry about a thing and we received so many compliments from our guests about Jon! He really made sure our guests were having a great time and often checked in with us to make sure it everything was going smoothly and to plan. Jon was such a joy to work with and I would highly recommend him for any of your Dj needs!

Belmont Entertainment was recommended to us by our wedding venue and they were the first DJ company that we spoke with. After chatting with Nick on the phone we knew immediately that he was the man for the job. Not only was Nick professional, kind, and enthusiastic....he took the time to really get to know us and our musical taste. He was an absolute pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding, even during the crazy year that was 2020.
Fast forward to the wedding day - Nick knocked it out of the park! He was prompt, organized, and truly was an excellent emcee for the wedding...not to mention an overall joy to be around. The ceremony and speeches went perfectly and the dance floor was full ALL night. It was the perfect combination of disco/pop/bay area music that we dreamed of and Nick knew exactly what to do to keep our guests happy and dancing.
I cannot recommend Belmont Entertainment, and Nick, more! -

What happens when a wedding planner who has been in the industry for fifteen years gets married? Well, first, she get's super neurotic about the planning process and then she hand picks all of her favorite people. I knew I had to have Belmont Entertainment DJ our wedding because they are the best in the business. Nick is super professional, funny and personable. Our guests danced the night away and he completely read the vibe the entire night. We went from laid back Cali Reggae for cocktails, to classic 1950's for dinner, to everything from Whitney Houston to Mac Dre to Bruno Mars for dancing. Our day was so FUN largely in part to Nick.
Now, let me tell you about the lighting! Our venue was Mesa Del Sol in Greenfield and everything was outdoors. Which means we needed to light the place up at night. Jon and his team did an outstanding job making the space feel absolutely magical and ethereal. We utilized uplighting, bistro lights and (because I'm a bit extra), chandeliers. Believe me when I say that lighting is so super important. It completely transformed the space.
Overall, Belmont Entertainment was a HUGE part of our wedding and I'm so happy to know these guys on a professional level but also to have been able to have them with me on my own special day. -

We utilized Belmont Entertainment for our wedding and they were superb. Justin White was our DJ and he did an amazing job! We worked with him in the months and weeks leading up to our weeding to ensure everything was perfect! We provided him a list of songs for each special event and he executed them flawlessly. Audio quality was perfect and there was no issue of people not being able to hear our vows. Then when it came time for dancing he kept people on the floor to the very end. He did an amazing job! Our experience with the entire company was perfect! They were just as excited about our wedding as we were. They wanted to make it a day to remember and they succeed in doing just that! -

We had DJ Justin as our entertainment for our wedding almost 2 weeks ago and he was phenomenal! He was extremely attentive, listened to exactly what we wanted for music, and delivered! Everything from the ceremony music, to the reception music was on point and our guests raved about how great the music was. Justin has a very commanding, strong voice so when announcements were made he was heard and people listened. My favorite part was the reception dance floor. Justin’s music choice always had people up and dancing, even my husbands 84 year old wheel chair bound grandfather was on the dance floor thanks to Justin! Thank you Justin & Belmont Entertainment, you made our wedding day that much more perfect! -

Dom Sent on 10/07/2018We used Belmont entertainment for our 210 person wedding at De Tierra Vineyards. I cant say enough how pleased we are with them. Jon has several DJs working with him but we got the man himself, Jon Belmont. Jon has a great level of experience in the industry and gave us a well organized packet before the wedding to decide all our songs and dance tunes. A little more pricey than his other DJs, but he was definitely worth it. Jon brought great energy and worked the crowd well. We were looking for a DJ that could get the dance party going. Jon played all the songs we requested and more, mixing and keeping the crowd going. He coordinated the ceremony, cake cutting, dinner, speeches, etc. He controlled our wedding more than our coordinators and was very good at it. Overall, I think even he would say we had one of the best dance parties at a wedding ever. I would highly recommend Jon if you are looking to have an amazing party. -
Jennifer Sent on 05/07/2018We couldn't have been happier with DJ Justin, who worked our recent wedding. He captured everything we wanted in our evening of fun! He even worked an extra 45 minutes over, after one of the bridesmaids decided that the party wasn't ready to be over. Justin found me and asked if it was okay and made sure our event manager was okay with it too (lucky for me, she was another bridesmaid). Everyone danced their a$$ off and had a great time.

Jessica Sent on 11/26/2017We hired Jon Belmont and his team for our November 18, 2017 Holman Ranch wedding and honestly we could not have picked a better team to handle our music and lighting needs. First of all, Jon Belmont is THE NICEST person you will meet. When we first e-mailed him when we were interested in bringing him on as a DJ he gave us tons of information. Based on his reviews online we were expecting him to be over our budget to our surprise, he was right on target. It seemed too good to be true. When we later learned we would need to bring in lighting, we again hired Belmont to provide what we needed. When we showed up for the wedding we were blown away by how beautiful the lighting was. Throughout the night Jon came and checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed, including wine. The music was INCREDIBLE. Jon seriously knows how to read a crowd. We may be biased but our dance floor was packed and people were having an amazing time. The best part was anytime we looked at Jon it was clear he was having a great time too, which was awesome! The lighting was equally incredible--when we went into the carriage house where our dancing was held it was like being transported somewhere else. He had brought some up-lighting that gave the space a whole other feel. When my husband and I were chatting on our honeymoon we both agreed that Jon was one of our top 3 favorite vendors.
I don't think this review even does Jon and his team justice. If you want someone who really and truly cares about you having a great night and you want someone who feels like a friend and not a random vendor, Jon is the guy for you.

What stands out the most about Jon (in addition to knowing how to keep the dance floor going) is that he really cares and puts his whole self into making your wedding day special and memorable. We did get comments from guest on how much they enjoyed Jon's work. Many guest noted how he was jamming to the music the whole time himself, keeping the energy high. Pre-wedding, Jon was prompt in responding to questions and request. His questionnaire made our work much easier. He was familiar with our site location, Hyatt Highlands, which was an added bonus. Lastly, he made himself available to meet in person the day before - drove out to see us to be exact - a nice personal touch. I'll also add that Jon is familiar with a diverse line of music and was excellent in handling the DJ choice within the parameters provided.
