Amazing MUA!
I had Elina, the owner of Bellelina, do the make up for myself and my wedding party, and she did a phenomenal job! I was very concerned about looking like a cookie cutter Charleston bride, and had a hard time finding a MUA that I liked, but Elina was amazing at getting exactly the look I was after. She was very responsive and easy to work and was always timely and professional. She worked well off of pictures and was happy to discuss ideas, change things, and take feedback. No matter what look you are going for she can do it beautifully and you will leave happy and stunning!
She has a super cute centrally located studio, that I went to for my trial, it she also travels well and sets up quickly, like she did for my day of. Everyone thought she did a wonderful job! I would hire her again in a second!
Also, she is a master at brows! She tinted my lashes and brows and did a perfect job! I am going back to her any time I am in Charleston. I highly recommend a lash tint for anyone who wants to wake up with no makeup and feel gorgeous! -

I trust with her every detail!
I've been getting facials from Elina since I moved to Charleston 3 years ago. She keeps my skin clear, healthy and glowing. And it's always a pleasure spending time with her. As soon as I booked a wedding date, I told her to put my name down. I trust her with every detail of my skincare. She does beautiful airbrush makeup with the most natural (look and feel) fake lashes. She individually puts them on in sections. I also had her do my spray tan for my bridal shower and wedding. It was actually the first time I had it done and I loved how it came out! She has the best attention to detail and is incredibly reliable and committed to her clients! She did my entire bridal party (11 people) plus me, all by herself on my wedding day. And every single person loved how their makeup came out. After dancing our night away, our makeup still looked fresh! -

LOVED HER! Elina is AMAZINGLY talented, incredibly personable and bubbly, and does an amazing job listening to your concerns and tailoring what she does to your personal desires and facial structure. I showed her inspiration pictures and pictures of when I had my makeup done and didn't like it and what she came up with blew me away. She actually did each eye differently so that I could choose, which was amazingly helpful. She is so so nice and all of my bridesmaids not only looked amazing, but felt gorgeous and confident, too - which is such a huge deal! I wish she could do my makeup everyday!! Incredible artists, amazing person, definitely book her now! -

I lived and worked in NYC as a model for 5+years. I've had my makeup done thousands of times. Elina is excellent she has a way about you that makes you feel immediately at ease. She knows her stuff and her application is seamless. Do yourself a favor and book her quickly! I'm so glad a friend suggested I use her. Elina is the absolute best at what she does. First, her prices are insanely amazing for the quality of work. Second, her spray tans are ON POINT. I looked like a golden goddess, but still natural, on my day. Third, she is amazingly talented. Everyone felt like a supermodel. She did ELEVEN girls in just a few short hours, and no one felt rushed. She's also just the kindest woman and was incredibly generous and flexible for me and my girls. I kept adding people at the last minute, and she went with the flow. I cannot recommend her enough. -

I am in love with Elina after the Bridal package I purchased with her. For starters, she is a wonderful person to spend time with, very kind, funny and down to earth. So the sessions are really enjoyable. She was really helpful in helping my decide a look for my wedding at the trial run, and I was completely blown away by how beautiful my makeup was. Everything was blended to perfectly and looked so polished and effortless, the perfect amount for photos and face to face interaction. Included in the package I picked, she does a facial, which I lie to you not, was the most wonderful spa experience I've ever had. It was so relaxing and left my skin feeling amazing. One the wedding day, myself and my bridal party had a few hiccups with timing and scheduling and Elina was super helpful and accommodating. And my makeup was truly perfect. I'm making it a point to continue her services every time I visit Charleston. I could not recommend her more highly. -

AMAZING!!!!!! Loved having her around! She was such a joy! My makeup could not have been more perfect! She took her time with each person in my bridal party and made them feel special as well. Elina was fantastic throughout the entire day! She worked on makeup application for my bridesmaids and I on my wedding day. She was on time and incredibly flexible in regards to types of makeup application for each girl, as well as the amount of people who had makeup application. The value for all makeup applications was worth it because it looked flawless. Everyone's airbrush makeup lasted the entire day and night. Elina made our day getting ready very enjoyable, and she genuinely cared about everyone and the way we felt throughout it all. I would recommend Elina for any event! -

She did not do the same makeup on each person, but made it individualized and absolutely perfect. I had a facial with Elina a few days before the wedding and fell asleep on the table, it was so relaxing. My skin was glowing for days! She was quick, fun to be with and wonderfully talented. I was referred to Elina at Bellelina by a friend and I am so happy that she did our wedding makeup. She was so responsive at the beginning and was really helpful with all of my questions. Her prices are fantastic! You will not find a better value in the area! Elina is so pleasant to work with and she knows so much about skincare and makeup. She made me feel so comfortable! Her bride packages are wonderful!
She was able to do my entire bridal party (7), my mother, and myself the morning of the wedding. She laughed with us and was really great with the whole wedding party. She kept us on schedule too!
You will not be disappointed in Bellelina! She really takes pride in her work. I would recommend her to any new bride! -

The make-up artist was very professional and flexible with my ever changing schedule. We asked to change locations minutes before pur appointment on my wedding day, she was happy to accomidate. Elina did airbrush makeup for me (the bride!) and my entire wedding party on my wedding day. She came to our cottage and was prompt, professional and fun. Everyone was amazed by how fantastic the air brush makeup came out and STAYED on all day - especially on a hot summer day. She did a wonderful job of listening to each person and how they wanted their makeup done, from natural to dramatic, and everyone was pleased. Loved it! I did my trial over a year prior to the wedding, but Elina was still able to recreate the perfect look. Loved the airbrush, my makeup stayed all night and no mascara down my face from tears. I loved my makeup for once and felt like I looked natural and completely like myself. I also had an amazing facial the week before the wedding at her spa and my skin looked and felt amazing! -

Elina, owner of Bellelina Skincare & Makeup Studio was fabulous to work with. She is very talented and uses makeup to enhance your look for your special day. The makeup she used stayed on the entire day and thru the end of the night. Elina is very professional and easy to work with. She makes you feel at ease and has great suggestions for your desired look. Her shop is fun and relaxing. I highly recommend Elina for wedding day makeup. -

Elina was absolutely amazing!!! I am the type of person who doesn't usually wear a lot of make up and I felt so comfortable and beautiful on my wedding day. She is amazingly talented and professional. I was also having an eyebrow issue where I went to cheap place and they totally burnt me and gave me a bald spot on my eyebrow. Elina fixed me right up and my brows look better than ever! Loved my whole experience with Elina and I will continue to see her for all my brow & make up issues. -

Being a professional makeup artist myself, makeup was the LAST thing I was concerned about for my wedding. I just figured I would of course do it myself, since I'm a makeup artist- no brainer right?!
Well I've known Elina socially and have had the pleasure of working with her several times. She's so much fun, and a wonderful artist.
As my wedding approached, I started to realized that my "big day" was certainly becoming filled and I wasn't sure that I would be able to focus on myself with all the excitement that day, and I of course wanted to look amazing! I had a lot of family in town, and realized this may be my only time to do something for myself, or I may end up doing everyone else's makeup!
So I happened to have a business meeting with her prior to the wedding, and I mentioned my thought for makeup. She laughed at how I thought I was crazy for getting my own makeup done- but she was totally right! She said the day would go by fast, and that if would be a really good idea to schedule this time for myself. So I did it!
She was so wonderful, and made it so much fun. It was my favourite part of my day, and I felt beautiful! She was so accommodating and worked with me on exactly what I wanted for makeup. Her studio is in a great downtown location, and great to bring a long a few friends to enjoy your day.

Elina was absolutely fabulous. Not only is she extremely talented and efficient, she is an doll! Fun personality and calming energy. She made my big day so special and I can't thank her enough for all she did for me leading up to the big day and on my wedding day. Try the oxygen facial a week before your wedding, it will make you glow like never before. Thanks Elina!! -

Elina did a beautiful job on my make up and my mother's on the day of my wedding! I'm not a huge make up person, and Elina was able to make me look natural, elegant and classic!
I never even felt the make up on me.
And along with making us look beautiful she is also a very warm person who listens to what you want as a bride. I never felt any pressure to do anything I didn't want to do!
She is fantastic to work with and she has great product to buy at her studio as well. I had a wonderful experience with her on my wedding day!! -

I could not have been happier with my experience at Bellelina. Elina, the owner, is the sweetest, most professional vendor you will ever meet. She did my makeup for my rehearsal dinner and wedding day and I seriously looked amazing - even late into both nights thanks to the magic of airbrushing! I am horrible at applying my own makeup, so I totally let her do what she thought was best and she far exceeded my expectations. I looked natural, yet glamourous at the same time. I'm telling you, she is a Charleston gem, and you will not be disappointed with her. I seriously wish I could have her do my makeup every day! -

Oh my goodness, I am so very excited to be writing this review for Elina!! She was absolutely fabulous!! We had a fantastic email correspondence prior to my wedding. I sent her pictures of what I had in mind. She was so easy to talk to and to work with. She was very reasonable, showed up on time, and did a wonderful job on our makeup!! I paid to have my daughter, bridesmaids, and my daughter to have full makeup. She not only impressed me with her talent, but she was so much FUN to work with!! Elina has a great sense of humor, and we really had a fun time with her. I would absolutely recommend her salon and skills to any and everyone! I was real nervous at first but my trial came out stunning and i didnt want to wash my face. Super friendly,flexible,caring staff elina is all about you and what you want. She took on my huge wedding party and didnt have one look of stress on her what so ever. Not only did she provide beautiful airbrush make up for my ladies and I, she spent time airbrush tanning me before a big function of her own thats how dedicated she is to her work. She remembers the conversations you speak about. I will be back to use more of her services in the future with no doubt. -

Elina is an amazing makeup artist! I'd never had airbrush makeup so I was nervous but during the trial, I literally cried when I looked in the mirror and saw how beautiful I looked. My wedding was outdoors and even after crying several times during the ceremony, my makeup still looked amazing at the end of the night! I had Elina apply fake lashes as well which I would definitely recommend! She also did my mother's makeup and she looked gorgeous as well. Elina listened to exactly what I wanted and was very open to suggestions. Such a sweet woman, definitely recommend her! -

I can't say enough about Elina! She made me feel comfortable right from the start during my makeup trial. She really is a joy to work with! She listened to what I wanted for my makeup style and made some suggestions. My makeup looked so fantastic on my wedding day. The pictures came out great! I could not have asked for more. She is affordable, and I definitely recommend doing the airbrush. My makeup stayed on the entire night and into the wee hours of the morning (I cried during the ceremony, too, and did not need a touch up!). I didn't wash it off that night, and it still looked great the next day. Elina is professional, talented and so much fun to work with! -

Elina was fabulous! She was extremely prompt with correspondence throughout the planning process. She was very reasonably price and did not have a minimum amount of people that she needed to do make up for at the Wedding. This was very important to me because I had a small wedding party. She also did not charge "barrier island fees" which I found was common when I was searching for a make-up arist to travel to the Wild Dunes Resort, located on the Isle of Palms. Since I was having a destination wedding, I did not have time to have a trial done before my actual wedding weekend, so Elina came and did my trial before my rehearsal dinner and then came back the next day for the wedding. I was very pleased with how everything turned out and so were my bridesmaids. I would definitely recommend Elina to anyone! -

Elina is also a very nice girl and she is truly an artist! She did a super great job on my air brushed makeup and traditional makeup on my sister. We were both extremely happy and my makeup looked great all day. I loved the air brush and it turned out fantastic in pictures! -

Elina and Alayna were amazing! There were 8 of us and everyone loved their hair and makeup. The makeup lasted all night and looked so natural. Our hair stayed in place and looked great. They were very flexible and did great without having time for a trial. -

I had the most amazing experience with Elina and Bellelina for my wedding day!! From the makeup trial I knew that Elina was the perfect person for my wedding day. She was so thorough and took her time to make sure I had the exact look I wanted for my wedding day! Bellelina provided makeup for myself and 3 of my bridesmaids and everyone was so happy and looked gorgeous! An hour before my wedding I had a makeup emergency and Elina came all the way back to our venue to fix it. She was amazing!! The whole experience was so pleasant and I would highly recommend Elina! -
