  Incredible rental company!

  Bella Vista Designs has gorgeous rentals that fit our vision perfectly. Their products, service, communication, and professionalism were incredible. The structures, bars, and lighting we rented from Bella Vista were elegant and enhanced our venue as it was outside without any lighting or structures. Bella Vista Designs was a vendor I had always dreamed of having on our wedding team and I am so glad that they were able to help execute our vision. We only reached out to Bella Vista three weeks before our wedding. However, Jake and Christina expedited our quotes once they confirmed an open date. They did a wonderful job communicating with both us and our wedding planners right away to make sure we got the structures and lighting we wanted and they were willing to be flexible while we confirmed the look with our design team. They had many wonderful recommendations that enhanced the look of our events and our events were magical with the help of Bella Vista Designs and their rentals. Our guests would not stop talking about the structures, chandeliers, and string lights we had in our reception space! The install went smoothly and everything was beyond stunning and more than we could have imagined.

  Just beautiful!

  We worked with Jake at Bella Vista and I could not be more happy about how everything looked and turned out! We had an outdoor ceremony and reception and everything from the string lighting and draping was so dreamy. Highly recommend.

  Jake at Bella Vista was great to work with! He was extremely patient and responsive during the design and planning process and worked with us nearly to the day of our wedding to refine the lighting plan. Ultimately, we were so pleased to have used Bella Vista as they made our intimate wedding picture-perfect (be sure to ask about chandelier options for outdoor venues) .

  Jake at Bella Vista was great to work with!   Bella Vista Designs is incredible and made our wedding truly amazing! My wife and I are from San Francisco and hosted our wedding in Santa Barbara. We were in discussions with another vendor for fabric and lighting and had plans to do a final walk-through with all of our vendors. As we were driving down to Santa Barbara for our final walk-through, the vendor we originally planned on using for fabric and draping cancelled on us!
  
  We frantically called around and confirmed a last-minute meeting with Jake at Bella Vista Designs. Once we met with him, it was clear to us we should have asked them to help with our event all along. Jake was professional, communicative, and even informed us that the other vendor we had originally chosen was over-charging us!
  
  We cannot thank Bella Vista Designs enough for helping us and making sure our vision was executed flawlessly!

  I worked with Cristina and she was super awesome! I had my wedding at the Santa Barbara Historical Museum which is a beautiful but raw space. Bella Vista totally transformed the courtyard into a gorgeous setting for my wedding. They hung chandeliers in the trees which made it feel romantic and elegant and they hung string lighting going across the courtyard which was the number one thing I knew I wanted at my wedding. They worked with me to hang draping so the parking lot would be hidden from the guests. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone and everyone. A total pleasure to work with!

  Lighting set up and design was perfect. They did not try to oversell me. I told them my budget, and they recommended what would be necessary and what could be removed to fit my lighting needs. I had a bit of sticker shock over lighting costs. But they were competitive with other vendors. Very professional.

  I have worked with Bella Vista before, and know them well. They do amazing work, so i wouldnt imagine having anyone else do the lighting for my wedding. Everything looked beautiful.

  Bella Vista provided lighting and electrical. The venue was not an easy one, but Bella Vista pulled it off beautifully. Our evening wedding felt like it was dusk all night long. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks!
