Amazing! Totally recommended!

Mariana and the whole team at Bella Figura NYC have been amazing. Mariana took the time to walk us through so many wonderful examples and really heard our preferences. She was super responsive and offered us several quotes super efficently. The designers and producing team were super helpful and professional as well, and we love the handmade cotton paper invitation with letterpress. The package was very nice as well. Highly recommended!

Amazing Invitation Service!

My wife and I used Bella Figura for our wedding invitations and we could not be happier with how they came out and also with the service Mariana provided throughout the whole process.

Mariana was attentive, responsive and a pleasure to work with. She made picking out invitations fun and easy! We also didn't come in knowing what we want and made a lot of custom edits - she gave her valuable opinion on what was feasible / would look good while also getting creative and thinking outside the box with us. Mariana even went to the post office for us to weigh our invites so we knew how much postage to get.

Our guests were raving about the way the invitations looked. We got several calls, texts and outreach after we sent them out. They came out very high quality and elegant.

Would recommend to anyone looking for an invitation place!

Absolutely wonderful!

Honestly, I’m giddy to write this review. Bella Figura was above all expectations when it came to ordering our wedding invites. I met with Mariana in the store and she was incredibly patient, kind and beyond helpful. Together, she guided me through the entire process. She listened to all my scattered thoughts and ideas and just knew what to do! She helped me to pick out designs, colors, fonts, and paper. She helped with the wording and when we were would get stuck along the process, she was always available to help give her professional opinion. Honestly, Mariana was a dream to work with and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the chance to work with her. Our designer was Katie and she did a fantastic job. She was prompt with all our revisions and I truly felt that she cared to make sure I was happy with the final product. Theresa, who handled the shipping was also wonderful! Now… all this and I haven’t even begun to explain how AMAZING out invites turned out. I adore them. They arrived beautiful packaged and hand wrapped. I am just overjoyed with how they came out and it truly has been a highlight of the whole wedding planning process.

Amazing experience start to finish

Bella Figura exceeded all expectations for my fiancé and I. We used their services for our wedding and rehearsal dinner invitations and we could not be happier. We worked with Mariana at their shop in Manhattan - she was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She made the process so much fun and helped us find the perfect suite. After we placed the order, Sarah helped us coordinate with Katie, the designer, to work through the proofing process and get the design and language exactly how we wanted.

The level of professionalism at each step with each person was just beyond. We are thrilled with the end product and can't wait to send them out. If we ever need invitations again in the future, we will not hesitate to call Bella Figura! Five stars and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Amazing Customer Service

Bella Figura was incredible to work with! I visited the NYC showroom, where I was able to sit down one-on-one with their consultant to review types of printing and paper choices. Once we were ready to customize our invites and day-of pieces, I was assigned to a design artist, with whom I was able to communicate exclusively throughout the design process. The artists worked tirelessly with us through as many proofs as necessary to make sure every detail was perfect. Even the packaging of the invites was incredible! We chose to assemble our own invites, and each piece was packed precisely, with assembly instructions included! 10/10 recommend Bella Figura for all wedding printing needs!

Bella Figura has such a wide selection of beautiful, sophisticated, modern yet classic options to choose from. We worked with Su-Queen to pick the perfect wedding invitation and day of details to complement our coastal, romantic style wedding. She was so helpful not only on the design elements but also with recommendations for wording. I was so pleased with the quality of the finished items as well. Beautiful Letterpress Invitations

Bella Figura did our Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations and they were simply beautiful! We had a barefoot beach wedding in the Keys and the palm tree design worked perfectly. The quality of the invitations were superb and the team at Bella Figura were so helpful and kind to work with. They were efficient and just a pleasure!

Gorgeous Paper Goods

We spent hours looking at wedding invitations online and even ordered some samples through Minted, but my wife and I were struggling to figure out what we wanted. We found Bella Figura amongst New York Mag’s recommendations and booked an appointment.

When we sat down with Nancy, she explained the process to us, told us how customizable all of the invitations were, and was very patient. She showed us multiple books with samples and didn’t hover over us as we looked. Truly, there was no pressure. Eventually, we were finally able to narrow it down and make a selection! (Phew.)

When I came back with my mom, who wanted to see the invitations in person before we ordered them, Nancy was again incredibly helpful and generous with her time, not even knowing if we were going to go with Bella Figura.

After getting the green light, Nancy helped walk us through the process again in more specifics. She spent hours helping us decide on language and wording and every little detail, from colors to fonts. It is an incredibly time consuming process, but Nancy was happy to put in the effort, even when we got frustrated. She came up with great solutions when we wanted to figure out how to do RSVP cards since we had a situation where not all guests were invited to the rehearsal dinner. Each time we met with her, she’d follow up with updated quotes and emails to help keep us on track. She’d also call about small details that’d come to her, showing how much thought she was putting into our invitations.

When it came to ordering our day-of pieces—our menu and welcome booklet for hotel gift bags—we were in a bit of a time crunch. The latter had so much information: bus schedules, activities, addresses, etc. Nancy stayed late so that we could get our order in ASAP in order to ensure the items arrived when we needed them. She was just the best, every step of the way.

Of course, Bella Figura isn’t cheap, but everything came out beautifully. Every person that we worked with—from the designers on the proofs to the client coordinators on billing—was helpful, kind, and responsive. They made changes quickly, offered helpful solutions when spacing was an issue, and even caught the tiniest of typos.

One of Bella Figura’s calligraphers, Debi of Blooming Quill, did the calligraphy for the design of our invitation and Nancy connected us with her to do the actual addressing of the outer guest envelopes. She was so much more affordable than other quotes we’d gotten in New York and her work was beautiful.

Though paper invitations are certainly costly and are becoming more rare in favor of e-vites, we are so happy to have a tangible momento and our guests loved receiving them in the mail. To us, it was worth the hefty price tag and we are thrilled with how everything came out.

Invitations and Day of Materials

Bella is amazing at everything they do. They customize all of their materials so you can really make your invitations and day of materials unique. Mariana was so responsive and helpful throughout the process, and they send over a number of proofs for you to review so you can continue to tweak some of the fonts, wording, and designs. We loved working with them!

My husband and I used Bella Figura for our wedding invitations and for our placecards on our wedding day, and they all came out beautifully! We used a design they had to do our own take on it, and got to select everything from fonts, to colors, to how we wanted our meal choices picked. Mariana at the NYC Upper East Side Store was very very helpful, and Racheal, our designer was very quick to turn everything around! Beautiful invitations that we are still getting compliments on!

My husband and I ordered our invitation suite and other wedding paper from Bella Figura through a third party vendor. The invitations were simply stunning. They are quite pricey, but they are so worth it! We received so many compliments on our gorgeous and classic invitations/programs/menus/etc. with gold foil hand calligraphy. Word of advice – be sure to proofread, proofread again, and then proofread one more time. Thank you, Bella Figura, for our beautiful wedding paper!!!

It took us a while to find the right wedding stationery company but when we finally found Bella Figura they were everything we were hoping for and more!

Their designs are truly elegant without being stuffy or sparse—really delicate, creative, vibrant, and with a lot of variety and options to customize. The designs and papers are extremely fine quality and have a really special look.

We started with a sample we saw in the store and customized it for font style and color. We ended up with the most beautiful floral invitations with subtle rose gold touches on oversize thick paper and envelopes with rose gold liners. The invitations feel elegant but also creative and unique. The pricing is on the higher end, but for what they offer it is truly much more reasonable than comparable companies, which, from my initial search, charged far more for far less. I am even more excited about these invitations than I even imagined and I know they will make an amazing introduction for our guests to what we hope our wedding will be.

We worked with Su-Queen who was absolutely amazing in every way. She spent a lot of time answering our questions and giving thoughtful guidance—she’s really an expert in this, both regarding design and etiquette (which designs make sense together or not, options for wording for the invitations etc). She was extremely attentive but also gave us time to look through and think about the samples on our own to make our own decisions. The coordination of the shipment/delivery was seamless as well, as was the responsiveness to emails as we were sorting through our designs and our final order. The combination of the amazing people who work here like Su-Queen and the stunning quality and range of the invitations themselves make this place truly special.

I had such a wonderful experience getting our wedding invitations with Nancy at Bella Figura! I was able to mix and max pieces from different lines to get the exact look I wanted, and everyone said they were the most gorgeous invitations they had ever seen! Nancy was so helpful and thoughtful, and made a point to help it be as cost-effective as possible, even reminding me to make an order during a week with a special promotion (and champagne!) at the elegant storefront! I had considered just making my invitations online, but having the guidance of an expert not only made my life easier... it also made our invitations impeccable! Worth every penny!

I worked with Bella Figura to design dinner menus and escort cards. I found an example of a modern menu with a very specific look and asked the artist at Bella Figura to match it. Bella Figura did our wedding invitations and we couldn’t be happier. We received so many compliments on these invitations. One of our guests said they were the nicest invitations he’d ever seen, and that says something coming from a large family with lots of weddings! The staff were helpful at every stage of the process, from choosing styles and fonts and colors to doing the final proofs. They have a great attention to detail and offer many very elegant designs and beautiful papers. While every quote will be different depending on many choices, we felt we got great value at $1500 for 100 invitations/RSVP cards/return addressed envelopes.

The team at Bella Figura was so great to work with. I had seen their invitations in a local stationary shop but buying directly from Bella Figura save me almost $1,000 AND their customer service was fantastic. I never thought I would get so excited about a paper product!

I had an idea in mind about colors and design for my invitations, and Bella Figura made it happen. I went with my mother one day, and they were welcoming and immediately showed interest in what I was imagining. When knowing that we wanted to stay local, the staff offered and took us on a tour of the entire facility. When they didn't have an exact design I wanted (hops for a beer wedding), their artist took a different layout and custom added them in for us. The letterpress quality is impeccable.

They emailed quickly and often with proofing, always quick to adjust changes. The final products took my breath away, and I have received so many compliments on our invitations.

Wonderful to work with!

I found Bella Figura's designs to be fresh and modern compared to others I looked at and was very pleased with the quality of their paper and printing. Their invitation, card stock and ink samples were very helpful to have during the design process. Their customer service was also excellent and when I wrote to them about a design that I loved but that did not fit in my budget they were able to steer me toward a slightly smaller invitation size and 1-ply instead of 2-ply printing which ended up looking just as great and fit my budget perfectly. The invitations arrived right on time and came in a beautifully presented box with thoughtful details such as a moistening stick to seal the envelopes. I was very pleased with the end result and found their website and customer service very easy to navigate remotely.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! My invitations were stunning and just completely defined who we are as a couple. As a bride, I looked for invite ideas for hours online, getting lost in the world of Pinterest for too many hours to admit. Once I saw Bella Figura in BRIDES Magazine, I was done! The search was over. I love that they print the invites the old-fashioned way, using antique cast-iron presses and that they're eco-friendly! You could tell this was a company that loved what they do, offered creative designs and was passionate about the end product. My guests showered us w/ compliments on the design and the quality was top notch. Any questions I had, they answered within hours and were true professionals from the moment I inquired about their work. Highly recommended!!

I got my invitations from the Invitation Shop at Bloomingdales and had a great experience. I loved the feel of the cotton paper Bella Figura uses and their designs, so decided to go with them. I wish they had more variety of paper weight / ply because I would have loved to make my invitations even thicker!

I loved that I could customize what I wanted and still pay about half of what other high end invitations cost such as Ceci. I got the tri folder design with rose gold damask. Also the team was very involved in my color selection making sure that the colors looked the way I wanted on ivory vs white (all these things you don't know as a novice in printing!)

Very happy with outcome and promotion they were running which let me save and print everything I wanted in my suite!

I ordered both our save the dates and wedding invitations from Bella Figura. We got the save the dates and they were perfect, so we went ahead with the invites. We worked with Andrea and I was a little unsure about what color ink to use and since we were using an invitation with a lot of color, I wanted it to be right. She recommended one color and I decided to go with another; mistake. But when I got the invitations and the color I chose was wrong, she reprinted them using the right color and rushed the delivery so we could send them out on time. She was fabulous and so sweet! I am so grateful for the customer service and so pleased with how the invitations turned out!!

I really wanted to make a statement and set the tone for our wedding with the invitations, and searched for months to find exactly the right ones. I am very particular. I couldn't find anything just right, but I did see a few invitations at Bella Figura that had components that were exactly what we had in mind. We worked with one of their designers, Lindsy, who helped us combine the elements we loved into the most absolutely prefect invitations. They are more expensive than some other options, yes, but you get what you pay for, and the quality is so far beyond anything else we saw. I adore the wedding suite we ended up with received so many compliments on them from our guests. Thanks, Lindsy!

Gorgeous invitations but even better customer service. My fiance is VERY particular about details and they make the perfect invitation. The entire time we worked with them, they were timely, professional, and extremely helpful. When my fiance wanted different color mockups to compare, they immediately sent them. When we sent a very long description of our design, they got it mostly right on the first try, and they added some additional touches which we loved. We were actually surprised by how professional and helpful they were, and we tend to have very high expectations. I would use Bella Figura exclusively from now on if I were to need more invitations down the road. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Brenda was the designer of our wedding invitations and we worked with Sean to complete our order. I could not have been more happy with the outcome. Brenda even changed part of the design at the last minute. She is incredibly talented, professional, and friendly to work with. The invitations are letterpressed with wind power, printed on tree free paper (100% recycled cotton) with vegetable-oil based ink, on old cast iron presses. They also donate a portion of their profit to a conservation agency of your choice (they give you three to choose from). And will also plant a tree if your request it. I love their Eco-friendly policies and the quality of their work was exactly what I was looking for. Could not have been happier and everyone that I talked to loved them too.

Bella Figura has beautiful letterpress stationary! Everything was customized to our tastes from a selected theme and they were so easy to work with through their online forms and during the entire proofing process. Once we received our invitations, all of the colors and extras were exactly as shown in samples and the details came out beautifully!

If you are looking for an immediate way to wow your guests and have something that will be memorable, you should definitely do letterpress invites with Bella Figura! We received so many compliments on our invitation suite and I am glad we have something so beautiful to commemorate our wedding.

What an amazing company! Their designs are so elegant, and the letterpress is incredibly high quality. We got SO many compliments on our invitations ... Their 2-ply paper is so luxurious and memorable. Debi Zeinert's calligraphy is absolutely stunning, we also had her hand address our envelopes and the combination of her calligraphy on the invitation design itself and on the envelopes was amazing. Bella Figura even customized one of their designs for us to include a graphic we provided! Amazing customer service; amazing invitations. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

GORGEOUS wedding invites and save the dates....all letter press. We sent out our invites last week and I am getting tons of texts and emails about how beautiful they are. You have to thumb through the website and blog to get ideas but you can customize and pick bits and pieces from all their template to create totally customized pieces. They are pricey but WELL worth it. The designers are very helpful and offer advice, send great proofs to approve before printing. Everyone who I dealt with was very nice. Their pricing was extremely fair for custom work (I provided my own artwork) and the quality is unbelievable. I wish I could upload a picture of the packaging. They came in a fabulous gift box and the invitations were in wrapping paper. I cried when I got the package!

Do not hesitate to skip the local stationary store and work directly with the designers from Bella Figura via the internet and phone. I can't say enough good things about working with Bella Figura online for both my save the dates and wedding invitations. They have perfected the art of exceptional stationary and made the process so easy for very busy people. In addition to always being able to reach the same person on the phone, they have a user friendly chat function on their website, which was perfect for working on the invitations during the day at work! The experience was so much better than going to a stationary shop and having to book mull through numerous books with mediocre salespeople who would have to call the reps at the company for information anyway. The invitations were exactly what I wanted and they handled several modifications very well. Their packaging is beautiful, and they send you samples very quickly. I would recommend ordering the samples so you can know exactly what you are getting. Also, their turnaround time was quite reasonable and I never experienced a delay once.

I knew going into our wedding that I wanted letterpress invitations and could not be more pleased with Bella Figura! Their designs offered both a modern look, paired with the classic letterpress detail. They were very attentive in all of our correspondence, making adjustments and sending proofs very quickly, and the entire turnaround took 10 days to receive the final product! They are true artists! I fell (irrationally?) in love with our invitations from Bella Figura. I ordered samples from every possible invitation designer, but knew I couldn't go elsewhere after seeing the quality of design, materials and production of the Bella Figura sample. Once we placed the order, the customer service team was extremely responsive in providing the proofs, resulting revisions and shipping out the actual invitations. I'm a bit of a self-confessed paper geek and these were the only wedding invitations that lived up to what I was hoping for - modern, elegant, luxurious. I would recommend them to anyone seeking beautiful, high quality letterpress invitations.

After I received my box of samples from Bella Figura, I immediately knew I would never be able to settle for anything less. The quality of the paper and the deep letterpress printing was by far the best I'd seen. They were also incredibly easy to work with. When I told them I wanted the "sailboat" design sans sailboat, and in a square format, they weren't fazed a bit. When I saw the proof and asked them to move the waves around a bit (yes, I'm anal), it was no problem. In short, they did everything I asked with no drama, and the end result was better than I imagined.

Yes, letterpress printing is expensive, but Bella is reasonably priced for this style. I also loved that they allowed me to order the invitation pieces a la carte, so I saved a little bit of money but getting envelopes and folders elsewhere (which was sad, but necessary). If you have the budget, you can't go wrong with these guys!

I really enjoyed working with Tiffany from Bella Figura for my wedding invitations and menus. The quality of their designs and letterpress is by far the best out of all the other letterpress companies I researched. The online process was easy and smooth and the turn-around time is very quick. They offered lots of customizations, including ink color, which was very important to me and ended up being exactly what I wanted. I only wish that they offered flat printing as a cheaper option for brides on a budget since letterpress is a pretty expensive printing method. Fortunately, Bella Figura offers some of the best prices for letterpress, and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

We could not have been more pleased with the entire process of working with Bella Figura for my daughter's wedding invitations! I was so afraid when my daughter fell in love with an online vendor for her invitations but was quickly put at ease by the staff at Bella Figura. Everyone from the initial phone call to the constant emails to make sure everything was perfect, were a joy and pleasure. Bella Figura did our wedding invitations, programs and placecards and they were absolutely wonderful from starting the process right through to the finished product! I worked closely with Tiffany and Beth Ann who were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. They were also able to work with a tight deadline on my wedding programs without issue. My invitations from Bella Figura are by far one of the things I am most proud of about my wedding. I searched many different vendors before finding Bella Figura. The quality and beauty of their product is unmatched by any other vendor I came across. At first it was there unique designs and environmentally conscious operation that attracted me. Once I contacted Bella and spoke with Tiffany I was convinced Bella was right for me and that I was in good hands. The design process was simple and Beth Ann was very helpful as she guided me through the process with ease. At the end Beth Ann created a finished product that was exactly what I wanted and represented my wedding perfectly. From first contact to the delivery of my invitations, my wedding invitation experience was fantastic! The calligrapher that I used through Bella was also amazing and created beautiful work in a very timely manner. Now the only problem is figuring out what else I could use Bella for. Bella Figura's invitations are absolutely amazing! Invitations were the hardest part of the wedding planning process for me because I couldn't find anything locally that matched my style. But when I got my samples from Bella Figura, I knew I had found the right place. Everything they do is completely customized - they even moved parts of the design around and added more flowers for me. The paper feels so luxurious and their colors are gorgeous. Bella Figura has some of the most beautiful original invitations I've ever seen. To boot, they are super eco friendly - running on a wind-powered letterpress, donating money from samples ordered to great causes, using recycled materials, etc.
That was really important to me, but they were beautiful too. My invitations were perfect, they send me proofs in several colors that I asked for and worked w/ me until I was happy and it was perfect. They look so expensive and really don't cost that much more than other invitations. Order a sample and check them out. You also get free shipping + 3 free rounds of proofs (I had more than 3 changes but they weren't that big so they didn't charge me). And you work w/ a real person, not a customer service rep.

I LOVED my invitations (and packaging) and got endless amounts of compliments on them! Although I never met anyone in person, they were so easy to work with and answered any questions I had quickly. The whole process was seamless and the turnaround time SO fast even with all the steps involved in getting it perfect. the price was also the best I found in letterpress invitations. Bella figura set the mood and raised the bar for our destination wedding. Their staff were so patient and understanding. They answered every question i had and even overnighted me a sample just to make the decision making easier. They also helped me stretch a modest budget into luxury invitations and announcements.

I ran into bella figura in the beginning of my six month long research and ended up picking them bc their designs inspired me the most. i even ended up changing our flower arrangements to match the invitation design. we and our guests LOVED the invitations. i love it so much i am framing it and keeping it our room. its such a heartwarming reminder of a most special time.

for all the brides who think they can't afford or doesn't see the value in a letterpress invitations - i highly recommend talking to a bella figura staff and/or getting a sample. i cannot stress enough "first impressions" for your wedding. your invitation is your chance to set the mood and preview your event. bella figura will definitely let your guests know what fun they're in for!

It's been two months since I received my Bella Figura custom printed coasters and I am still blown away by their UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE, and their EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE AND CREATIVE STAFF who honestly made me feel as though I was the only client that they had to care for!

Who would have ever guessed that not only was I not a paying customer, but that I had won 100 FABULOUS and VERY CHIC custom coasters through a blog that I visit daily, called Southern Weddings (www.swsmag.net). I was immediately contacted by the crew at Bella Figura and most often worked with Tiffany Field, whose DELIGHTFUL ENTHUSIASM paired with my own was a definite match! ;) Both Tiffany and the designer, Beth Ann, were SUCH A PLEASURE to work with, as they seemed to know exactly what I was looking and made me feel as though they were by my side, EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!

From start to finish, the execution of my very small job was handled with such GRACE! Even the way my coasters were shipped...bundled in twine and delicately resting in curly brown paper, placed in a heavy chocolate brown box, which was wrapped with a brown satin ribbon and topped off with a custom printed card...WOW!

My experience with Bella Figura was superb. I worked with a lovely lady, Tiffany who was professional, helpful and delightful to work with. I was able to speak with the artist who designed my gorgeous eco- friendly wedding invitations, and who was very willing to make a few changes that I requested. Tiffany worked with me and suggested smart ways for me to save money which I really appreciated. The invitations were done in the exact time frame that was quoted, and they were BEYOND BEAUTIFUL! When I asked for additional envelopes, bingo they went out in the mail immediately. Everything that Bella Figura does is A - one. Even the packaging of my invitations was fit for royalty, coming in a chocolate brown box with eco packing! . I waited to the last minute to purchase my invitations. Partially because I hadn't really found what I wanted. When we came across Bella Figura, we couldn't help ourselves and had to have them. Their invitations are the most exquisite letterpress designs. They were also very reasonably priced for being of the highest quality paper, unique and original designs, as well as letterpress type. They have a full online store and send you actual samples of the invitations you are interested in. Their proofing process was seamless and very thorough. It was like completely bypassing a store and dealing straight with the maker; WHICH WE DID!! I cannot stress how beautiful they turned out and to this day we still receive compliments on them! Given the tremendous amount of options and invite suites they offer, we had a pretty small order and I was a flip-flop customer when it came to the options. However, throughout the process we felt we were treated as if we were their number one client. I spoke to them over a multitude of ideas over the phone, they were incredibly responsive over e-mail and let us look at a variety of proofs before we finally made our decision.

It's a shame you can only see the proofs via PDF since, if you chose colors other than the sample or have them make you a custom one, it does make it difficult to truly envision your invites without seeing all colors on a physical invite. I would imagine if we did foil, the PDF would be useless. However, I'm not sure if there's any better way to deal with that, given that they have to set up the rollers for each print job. Since they recently opened up a shop in New York, that may be a great opportunity to see their designs in person a bit easier.

If you start early and have an idea of which invite you want, I would recommend signing up for their mailing list as they give 10% discount for a designer each month, which, if it happens to match up with your tme-line, helps a lot.

We spent months looking at invite designers and I would definitely recommend Bella Figura due to their classy designs, quality, and customer service.

We just finished our order and I can't wait to receive them in the mail!

I grew up in upstate NY, so I visited Bella Figura in person - and it was awesome. From start to finish, it was clear I could customize anything, and Jessica and Lindsy worked with me on possible design choices, wording choices, and little tweaks to make all my wedding papers perfect. Although I didn't customize the invitations as much as I could have, people routinely told me that the invitations were the most beautiful they had ever received. I ended up ordering a lot of pieces (menus, invitations, and so on) and matching the Claddagh design on my wedding cake. There's something for everyone - I could have picked any one of 12 designs, although the one I ended up with was great for me. All I can say is that if you care about having cohesive and beautiful paper products, go with these guys!

I absolutely LOVED working with Bella Figura!! They made me want to go into the letterpress business: they are creative, helpful, supportive and their products are stunning.

I found Bella Figura after parting ways with a local invitation lady. After feeling very discouraged and frustrated, I spoke with Jessica, who immediately put a smile on my face. Speaking with her reminded me that planning a wedding (though challenging at times) was something to be excited about! I had already fallen in love with one of their designs, so the process of choosing the design was easy. Jessica also helped make sure our wording was correct and made sense and helped me with some resources for other ideas (doing my own envelope liner, for instance). Then, I worked with Lindsy, a graphic designer. She put together two proofs with fonts that we were able to choose. Lindsy not only gave me her honest opinion about the designs, but also took my ideas and put them into the design! It was so easy to work with her!

Our invitations arrived in the most beautiful package -- I almost didn't want to send them out! We chose to go with the heavier paper for the invitation, and the thinner paper for the other inserts. The weight of them was perfect and the feel of the paper was very cottony and luxurious. I have received numerous compliments from guests about the invitations -- not only the design, but also how the paper felt!

My biggest concern with invitations from the start was cost. I initially thought Bella Figura was out of our price range. If you look closely at (and decide not to have) the add-on options on the Bella Figura website (which lets you price out the options), you can design and create beautiful invitations that aren't astronomical in price (we ended up doing our own envelope liners and flat printed the envelopes). I would love to see a non-letter press option for envelope printing, but it also makes sense that they are a letter-press company (doh).

I used Bella Figura for my letterpress wedding invitations. I absolutely looooved our invitations. We got several pieces aside from the invitations, include inner and outer envelopes, reception cards, websites cards, and rsvp cards and envelopes. We paid extra for a customer color. Everything was beautiful and looked so nice. The only drawback is the price because letterpress is very expensive, but the quality is great.

The invitations were beautiful and of very high quality. You definitely get what you pay for, even if what you pay is out of your budget (as was true for us!). The staff was responsive and gives you many chances to review your invitation, make changes, and get exactly what you want.

The fact that this press is a traditional letter-press operation but uses recycled paper and wind power was a huge draw for us. I loved that they combined old school methods with a green attitude. We were highly complimented on our invitations and they were a fantastic piece of our wedding.

I researched wedding invitations for about 6 months... everything from D.I.Y invitation suites to high quality letter press sets. The Tara style letterpress invitations from Bella Figura were ALWAYS our favorite. They were perfect for our vintage style, barn wedding.
Chris handled the logistics of our order and Sarah worked closely with us on our design. I can not say enough about these 2 people. They made our experience with Bella WONDERFUL & stress free.
When our Save the Dates & invitations arrived, they were beautifully packaged and boxed along with envelope glue, which was an added bonus!
All of our guests raved about what a stunning 1st impression our Save the Dates & Invitations made. They set the tone for what was the most incredible day of our lives. We will use Bella Figura for all the major events in our future. Well worth every penny.

Beautifully, environmentally conscious, friendly staff, did I mention beautiful? Just be sure to order a few extra weeks in advance during summer rush, as they change their turnaround time during the busy season (they were still flexible enough and rushed our order, understanding that we hadn't known about this change from the earlier turnaround time, when we did STDs). I'd re-use them in a heartbeat, even though they're kind of pricey.

Most Stunning Letterpress Wedding Invitations

My husband, Tyler, and I decided to use Bella Figura for our wedding invitations at the recommendation of our wedding planner, Wedding Kate. Bella Figura and their staff are amazing. Mariana Stein at the Upper East Side location in NYC is fantastic. I looked through 100s of books with her on multiple visits to the store. She helped me think through paper, color, and design. When we couldn't find exactly what I was looking for she helped us work on a custom design with Leslie, one of their designers. Leslie was a true professional and amazingly talented as well. We went through about five edits with her before we got it just right. We are so in love with the final product. It surpassed our wildest dreams. Thank you to Mariana and Leslie! We would recomend Bella Figura to anyone looking.

Bella Figura was such an incredible vendor. They took our vision and executed it to perfection. We wanted something unique around our peacock theme and we were blown away by the result. They can be expensive but for what I wanted I think it was worth it. We also were able to get a deal (order 75 invites and get 25 free). I also love that they used recycled paper for their invitations. Mariana Stein was SUPER patient with us!

Letterpress invitations are not cheap, let's just get that out of the way. These are no exception. The difference here is the quality, consistency, careful packaging, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. All of these by Bella Figura WELL exceeded my expectations. The invitations were absolutely beautiful, I never had to talk to anyone on the phone, they understood exactly what we wanted for our custom design just by a few sentences via e-mail, and production was FAST.

I honestly couldn't have wanted anything more!

I have to say how much I enjoyed working with Bella Figura. Even in moments of bridal freakout, they were calm, cool, collected and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. I was able to add some custom work to my invite and I think it really made all the difference.

I ordered my wedding invites from them and then decided to return to them for my thank-you cards. Both were of excellent quality and workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone.

The turn around time was incredibly fast! The people were really easy to work with and our invites couldn't have turned out more beautiful! Thy were a little expensive but absolutely worth it for how beautiful they turn out. Our invites have been out a week and we've gotten so many compliments!

Our invitations were amazing. Everything was done online and though email, yet still it all come out perfectly. The staff was great with answering questions and helping to set up the look we wanted. Although we paid more then we wanted for the invitation, compared with other letterpress sites, they were a fair value.

I would recommend Bella Figura for wedding invitations. They have a great selection of designs and the invites of of great quality. Very happy!

From design help to actual delivery these guys were professional and amazing! We loved our invitations and got many compliments on them. The quality on the letterpress was well worth it. I wish they were a little less expensive, which is why I took one star there, but overall a great product.

My invitations were absolutely gorgeous!!! The price is not cheap but it is truly worth it in my opinion as the invitaitons are big part of your wedding. Even after the wedding has come and gone, people still comment on my invitations! Bella representataties are super helpful and do everything they can to make your experience the best possible. I HIGHLY recommend them for your invites!!

Bella Figura makes beautiful letterpress invitations and they are green. We had a little glitch but Bella was responsive and immediately wanted to address the problem. They also did my programs and I was thrilled with the results. The design and texture of the letterpress fit with my autumn country romance theme.

Absolutely LOVED my invitations and honestly wished I could have picked more than one. I went with a classic calligraphy letter press in gold on tick paper...you would have thought I was inviting you to the Prince's Ball. The final product was stunning. I was a little annoyed that no one could explain to me how to address the envelopes (found a calligrapher on my own), but overall, I am so happy with my decision to use Bella Figura.

We ordered our wedding invitations from Bella Figura. Our letterpress invitations turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Their design team is first rate, but be sure to give yourself enough lead time for deigning and design changes. They also have great pricing for letterpress. I love their work and would use them again.

Bella Figura offered some of the most classic and beautiful invitations! After doing TONS of research and receiving crazy contracts from designers, I found Bella Figura. I was so happy with the quality of service, responsiveness and general desire of the designer to make us happy and our invitation unique! One of our guests actually framed our invitation for us as a gift and it just looks beautiful. I am so excited to hang it in our home!

I waited until the last minute to order my wedding invitations. I had stumbled across Bella Figura's site via Style Me Pretty, and I fell in love with their work. When comparing prices of their letterpress to local stores in New Orleans that offered letterpress, the price difference was amazing. I would have paid considerably more for our invitations if I had bought them in town. Bella's quality is amazing, their prices are extremely competitive, and they were super fast in getting the job done. All of our guests keep complementing the invites and I am so happy we'll have a beautiful momento from our wedding. Thank you Bella Figura!

After a bad experience with another vendor, I ended up ordering my invitations and programs here. Wow - they were gorgeous!! And I loved working with the designer -though they are not custom, they will work with you to make many different changes to color and layout. I loved my invitations! Highly recommended. They are a bit pricy but it was well worth it in my opinion, especially because the invitations went from being a source of high stress (with the previous vendor) to being completely stress-free and fun.

Bella Figura provided our invitations. They were absolutely stunning. We ended up combining two of their standard invitations, and their team worked with me to make sure that everything came out perfectly. We even took advantage of their complimentary favor cards since we donated to charity as our favor. Because they offer letterpress and we opted to add in gold foil, edging etc. our invites ended up being pretty pricey, but they were also absolutely stunning. I loved the online quote system, it made pricing it so much easier!

My invitations were one of my favorite aspects of my wedding as they really set the tone for the whole event. I could not have made a better decision than Bella Figura. Their designs are simply stunning and completely customizable in color, paper, etc. Their eco-friendly practices were also really important to me, since invitations are usually anything but. Definitely order the samples ahead of time to get an idea of texture, weight, and color. Tiffany was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. As other brides have mentioned, give yourself plenty of time to make whatever changes you need.

I love the quality of their paper and their willingness to work with me to create exactly what I wanted. You can easily customize their designs on the website to something that's uniquely you. Though it is pricey, they were beautiful invitations and if I ever have a need for high quality invites again, I will definitely call up Bella Figura. Great staff too.

I loved my experience with Bella Figura, from start to finish they took such really good care of me. I was anxious about ordering invitations online but they held my hand thru the process and made me feel comfortable. The sample set they sent me set my mind at ease and provided a great way to see and feel the designs and the paper.

The first person I dealt with at Bella was Tiffany, who was always very friendly and professional. Through the design process my designer was Beth Ann. I loved working with her, she was always very clear in her communications and very quick with her revisions and helpful with her suggestions. The process was seamless. About two weeks before our invites were to go out we had a mishap and our entire box of outer envelopes was ruined. I called Tiffany on Good Friday just before they were closing, and she fed-exed me a new box of plain envelopes the same day. (We were so under the wire that I didn't even have time to wait for them to reprint the return address.) I know I must have sounded like a crazy bride, but Tiffany was patient, calm and helpful. I couldn't believe how quickly she got the envelopes in the mail, even though it was a holiday.

For my programs and menus I decided to try to go a cheaper route and ordered them from someone else. Big Mistake. I spent the last two weeks before my wedding fretting about whether they would even arrive. And the whole time thinking, "I should have just had Bella do them."

I would recommend Bella Figura to any bride.

Beautiful quality invitations

I’m very pleased with my invitations. They worked with me every step of the way to make sure they were perfect and explained each step very thoroughly. Only complaint I have is that I never received a thank you note from them for their business I would think for someone in the business of producing thank you notes that the least they could do was send a thank you card - or even an email - for my business at the end of the entire transaction. Otherwise I am happy.

The biggest compliment I got regarding my invitations was that one of our guests BROUGHT IT INTO WORK to show it off! My invitations were incredible. They made revisions as necessary which were done within a few days, and I always had accessibility to a representative if I needed one for feedback regarding proper wording, etc. My only gripe - there ain't no negotiating going on in Syracuse! :) The price is the price, brides!

I was thrilled with our invitations and has so many compliments on the design but also the beautiful feel of the paper. I love that they provide unique and upscale invitation suites that also are eco-friendly. Overall I had a great experience with the NYC store. I worked with Lynda and Mariana (mostly Mariana). I liked the one on one attention I received in the store. They had a great showroom and plenty to choose from (but not an overwhelming amount). They were patient and responsive via email. The invitations were packaged beautifully and delivered in mint condition. I loved my invitations- the quality was superb. One issue I found was that the ink from the stamp on my RSVP card transferred slightly to my accommodations card. Not something I was anticipating and I wish I had received this tip. I tried working with one of the artists in the Syracuse location to create a custom monogram but it didn’t entirely work out. I don’t think this was necessarily her fault though. If anything she was quick and responsive. Mariana sent a nice card congratulating us after the wedding. I do think they need to work on their model a bit and offer better packages/discounts. I wasn’t looking for much honestly but Bella was the one and only vendor that did not throw in something extra for me or provide some sort of discount for my business.

Bella Figura was my favourite wedding vendor! The invitation design was an inspiration for our entire wedding - elegant and whimsical. I literally hung the invitation sample in our home office during the entire wedding planning period! Jessica from customer service provided me with exceptional service that I needed remotely to customize and order the wedding invitations and reply cards. After that production was seamless and I received the wedding invitation sets ahead of schedule in Toronto. You definitely pay for the quality and service and it is worth every penny!

We were thrilled with how our invitations came out - truly beautiful, but PLEASE do your research for the best ways to seal the envelopes as we ran into issues with our outer envelope coming unsealed and insert cards FALLING OUT before arriving at our recipients!

We really liked the look of letterpress invitations, and were happy to visit Bella Figura’s flagship store on the UES. Our first appointment with Mariana, we spent about an hour going through all kinds of possibilities for invitations, save the dates, envelopes, liners, etc. Our selections were typography based, and we were able to modify their original designs from different lines to create our invitation suite. Everything arrived beautifully boxed with envelope moistener (which we realized after 175 save-the-dates). We had one hiccough with our invitation envelopes, which had a printing error in the zip code. I was worried we would have to wait the full additional production time to receive the corrected envelopes, as they had a special liner, but Bella Figura printed and shipped them immediately for us at no additional expense. Their proactive customer service and attention to the client is the best reason to work with Bella Figura. We later added to the suite with brunch invites, escort cards, and menus, and loved having everything match on our big day.
