  Beaudet Jewelry is the BEST! Five years ago, I had a very valuable heirloom ring that needed to be sized so that I could wear it as a daily wedding ring. After taking it to two other reputable Eugene jewelers, and having the shank (band) crack again and again, I finally took it to Charles Beaudet. He fixed it properly and I have never had a problem again! Since that time, I have brought many pieces in to be repaired, both simple and elaborate repairs and pieces. I have never been let down, and have always been extremely pleased with the results. Beaudet Jewelry is a lovely establishment with kind, considerate employees who are experts at their craft.

  They custom-made my gorgeous wedding band! The whole process was easy - from describing what we wanted, to opening the box and being 'wowed'! Georgianne and Chuck are so welcoming - they made us feel like family, even offering congratulatory hugs!

  I love this jeweler---such artistry and originality. Not like a chain store! I had some stones added to a family heirloom ring which I was planning to use as my wedding ring. I love the results and their willingness to work with my tight schedule!

  We had my grandfather's wedding band we wanted made into two rings. The staff at Beaudet's were very helpful and we were able to speak with Charles himself. He helped us decide the best route to go in designing our rings. The did a great job and the wedding bands turned out exactly like we wanted them to!

  My husband had my engagement diamond set for me at this jeweler. I crushed one of the diamonds on the band and they graciously fixed it for me without charge. We purchased our wedding bands and found out that mine had to be special ordered as they didn't carry it. We picked up the rings and I tried mine on as did my husband to ensure they both fit correctly... Mine didn't even fit over my knuckle! I called to have them rush stretch it so I could have it on my wedding day and the kid on the phone proceeded to argue with me that it was the right size and should fit. When I explained that my engagement ring fit just fine,and they ordered the wrong size, again, I was told that I had the wrong size ordered. Furious that I was being argued with I cut the conversation short and asked to just have them size it to the same size as my engagement ring and they did so. When my husband picked up the sized wedding band he was then told that the jeweler who stretched it was not happy with the quality of the metal and they would order me a new one to replace it. I am happy they caught this, but it was still a lot of trouble all in all. The rings are beautiful and I'm happy.
