Amanda was great. I got a short and simple wedding right in front of my condo, which was EXACTLY what I wanted. I had pictures put on a disc for me and she went out of her way to bring them to my condo the very next day after our wedding. Our pictures turned out GREAT and she wasn't so expensive! Beach Beginnings was WELL worth the money and I am so happy that we went with this company! Would recommend to anyone.
Amanda Nichols and her crew were more than awesome! Very prompt, helpful and extremely reasonable. Our photographer (Amanda) did an excellent job. Thank you all for helping to make our wedding a truly wonderful experience.
We will always remember the entire staff of Beach Beginnings. Our wedding planner was Amanda and she was wonderful. From our enitial contact until 4 am the day of the wedding, when I thought I might have lost my marriage license, Amanda was extremely attentive, flexible and she made herself readily available to help before, during and after out wedding. We owe the entire staff a great big Thank You for making our dream wedding perfect. You all made Greg and I feel like our wedding was not only the most important day for us but for you as well. We had a fabulous time. Thank you for all your patience and help with planning. There was nothing left for me (the bride) to worry about. Our photographer (Laura) was great. She was early, helped us set up some last minute things and she was fun to work with. Their guidance and dedication to us the entire time that we were there and throughout the entire process was remarkable and greatly appreciated. Our wedding was really a job well done by the entire staff of Beach Beginnings. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a destination wedding on a beautiful beach, thats VERY affordable. We will never forget our special day.
Amanda was great! She basically planned every thing for us all we had to do was show up. We could not thank her enough for the wonderfull wedding. The photographer was so sweet and professional. We would highly reccomend Beach Begginnings to anyone planning a wedding on the beach.
I would not recomend them to anyone. They did not do what they said they would. I was on the phone five min before the wedding yelling at her becuase she did not mark off the beach. she did nothing she was standing on the side of the road. She said she was going to bring the pictures to the recpection and we still don't have them they were terriable dont use them for anything they will ruin your special day.

This client paid for officiant and photography services approximately two months in advance. She spoke of decorations and was to call back. Less than a week before the wedding they then decided to have a rehearsal on the night before the wedding. This could not be accommodated at such late date, due to prior planning, but could have at the original time of booking. No planning services, decorations, or site preparations were paid for. As she noted in her complaint (services used: Photography, Officiant) these were provided.
The mother was in such a rant that we did leave and return to provide ferns and stands (free of charge). And at photography time these were refused for photography.
As for the pictures being provided at the reception: The photographer was not allowed to take the usual photos due to family involvement and arguing over which photos to allow. Immediately after the wedding the photographer processed the photos to media and delivered to reception site where the wedding party had reported they would be until 5 p.m. she arrived about 4:20 p.m to be told the party had left the area.
We are sorry you feel your lack of planning is Beach Beginnings fault. We offered to provide more services at the initial inception of this transaction, as any business person would... We had a stress free wedding! I could not have asked for anything more! My pictures turned out beautiful. The sunset was extraordinary. Thanks to Amanda and Sherry!

This business went well beyond what was agreed upon and totally exceeded my expectations. For example we were contracted to receive the photographer's services for an hour and receive up to 75 pictures. In actuality the photographer provided more than 2 hours of her service and gave us in excess of 450 high quality pictures.
