I ran into Bamboo Bakery at a Bridal Show. Then again at one of their cake testing events. They had so many options to choose from. The ordering process was a breeze. The person we spoke to was David. He was very nice and professional. On the wedding day, our cake arrived on time and was beautiful. Not only was it nice to look at but also sooo yummy and not too sweet. It was perfect! The guests loved the 2 flavors. We got pink champagne and red velvet with cream cheese. We highly recommend Bamboo Bakery and will definitely come back for other events!

We simply walked in to Davids new showroom and we were greeted with smiles and cake. We thought why not just drive up and see what its all about. It just so happened there was another tasting going on that day and David had extra cake that he was more then happy to share. Each piece was delicious. So we were sold. He drew the picture of what we wanted right then and there. The real cake looked exactly like his hand drawn picture. Every step of the process was made easy by David. His cakes are so delicious and perfect for any thoughts you can dream up! We'll be using him for any other cakes we ever need too.....or whenever we are in the mood for cake!

When my mother was getting married, she purchased her cake at Bamboo Bakery; I went with her to do the taste testing, and I knew this was where I was going to get my cake when I got married. And certainly enough, it was! We received so many compliments about the flavor and freshness of the cake. And the groom's father couldnt refrain from taking bites from other guests' plates! David offers wonderful service, and I def. recommend Bamboo Bakery.

I loved my cake ! Exactly what I wanted . They worked well with my florist and the cake was beautiful . We had the peaches and cream cake for 2 tiers , and vanilla and fresh strawberries for the other 2 tiers. Some people ate 2 and 3 slices it was so good!

Bamboo Bakery did a beautiful job on our wedding cake. I have an extra special place in my heart for the grooms cake that I surprised my husband with. David at Bamboo made his a Nascar cake shaped like a car. The cakes were not only beautiful, but delicious!

We hired Bamboo Bakery for our wedding cake and our Groom's cake. Both cakes were fantastic looking and tasting. David is a dream to work with as he takes your vision and makes it a reality. Our wedding cake was constructed to look like a birch tree and our Groom's case a cheesehead. We received many compliments and David was happy and more than willing to go a little outside the box for us.

Bamboo is above and beyone the best value as some bakeries are now charging upwards to 4.50 a slice. Bamboo has many opportunities to decrease the price of your cake. If you attend the bridal show, you are given a 25% off coupon and the further in advance you book with them, the less your slice fee is. Delivery and set up were a very reasonable 100% and your deposit is given back on site, once you return their materials.

I would and have reccomended Bamboo Bakery to anyone in need of a cake and will continue to do so :-)

Bamboo Bakery was great. We love the way the cake looked and tasted. We got the red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and whipped cream to cover the whole cake. All of our guest loved the cake and it was not too sweet to the point that your teeth hurt. everything was great and will be definately going to get more cakes from the bamboo bakery i really recomended!!!!!

Bamboo Bakery did an amazing job!! Our cake was delicious and looked exactly how we wanted it to. This is the second time my family has used Bamboo Bakery and we will continue to recommend them. They were fantastic!

David and his staff at Bamboo were great to work with. They offered so many flavors to pick from, it was difficult to chose...even after taste testing some. David provided some helpful suggestions, which we then decided to go with two smaller cakes and 75 cupcakes (2 different flavors) on a pyramid stand. Just prior to the wedding date, we supplied them with some ribbon for the stand and some rose petals...and they worked their magic to make everything look incredible! We've since been back to order more cupcakes for a birthday celebration.

My husband and I opted not to have a traditional cake and went for a dessert bar instead (through another company). However, I wanted to surprise my husband with a groom's cake so I contacted Bamboo Bakery. My husband is obsessed with our dog so I thought it would be cute/funny to have a cake shaped like him! I sent in a few pictures of our dog to the bakery and they were able to create a life size cake version of him! It turned out great! They even captured his pink ears and the black spot above his eye. My husband was surprised and of course loved it! Oh and the cake was delicious too!

We knew it was love at first taste the very first time we walked into Bamboo Bakery. We had a traditional South Asian Indian Wedding, and used Bamboo Bakery for all of our special events: engagement ceremony, henna and dance party, and our wedding-reception. The detail and care in which every cake is created is simply immaculate. We will be using Bamboo Bakery for all our future cake needs, whether it is an anniversary, birthday, or baby shower. I highly recommend Bamboo Bakery to anyone that is looking for a deliciously beautiful cake for their special event!

If you get your cake from Bamboo Bakery you will not be let down. Bamboo Bakery came by recommendation from many people in addition to other bakeries in the Phoenix area. Bamboo Bakery and its owner David provided excellent customer service and a beautiful and delicious cake. Matter of fact, our guests had 2 pieces, one of each flavor!! Bamboo Bakery is the Best of Phoenix!! The cost of the cake is reasonable. David will give you $100 cash after your reception when you bring back the cake stands! I cannot stop telling people about Bamboo Bakery. 10 Stars!!
